This keyboard is a fantastic product and everyone out there who needs it to interface with their Samsung device will find it to be fabulous! I also want to highlight how amazing the customer service was in regards to the acquiring of this keyboard. That's why I like to buy things through this company Zagg because they are incredible at taking good care of you with whatever the issue is and they stand behind their products! Here is a letter that I just sent off to customer service.I want to express my sincere thanks and praise for the incredible work of Ms. Vera S.. I cannot share enough on paper regarding the positive experience that I had in my recent call with her. As you are aware from my previous conversation with you, from the moment that I called Zagg and talked with Vera, it has been the easiest and most proficient process in expediting my transaction. I was so blown away by Vera's polite and professional disposition and how she handled my transaction.Vera, is a great listener! She got all the facts down and didn't interrupt me in order for her to make sure she knew the whole situation. So many businesses never exude such character. But she did! After I finished sharing, Vera kept a positive attitude and she came across as if she was an advocate rather than an adversary! It was awesome! Vera put me on hold to check into my request. I wish more companies would focus on customer service and customer relations the way Zagg handles things! I have encountered this kind of treatment with every call that I have made to your company and it is a breath of fresh air! Ms. Danielle, I can't thank you enough for Vera's patient and highly professional approach! She never grew tired of assisting me and clarifying anything that needed to be addressed. There was a lot of computer work that she had to input in order to push my transaction along. Vera handled it all with flying colors. She was so quick that in no time I had several emails confirming all of the information that we covered. Things could not have gone smoother and I am so indebted to her for the results in all this. I also want to thank you Danielle, as a team leader for hearing my experience on the phone in me sharing about Vera. You are also a great listener and I appreciate your time and attention towards a positive statement made about your employee. You may not believe this but I can praise good service and then the executives or management of that company quickly try to get me off the phone and move on and they don't even acknowledge my praise with the employees. This has happened numerous times in other situations. By the way, I can also be one who will give criticism or complaints with businesses that need to hear my heart on a matter. So I am not just one who gives gold stars!These kind of experiences make me want to keep buying products from Zagg and I will absolutely do so. Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor quality The first Zagg Wireless keyboard we bought for an ipad has a leather look and feel, and really felt like a quality product. This was several years ago, but it still looks and feels great! However, that product was discontinued for some reason. The new ones we have purchased seem really flimsy. I haven't had it one year, and the frame already cracked. The replacement looks really cheap, the outside covering is not even properly "glued down", and I had to keep smoothing it down. It's very disappointing!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Does not fit the ipad2 I originally bought profolio for my ipad2, it was replaced with a 12" universal and then with a 10" Android keyboard. None of the replacements fit the ipad2 nor do they come close to the quality of the profolio. The Android keyboard is top heavy, tips over when you touch the screen. Can't turn the ipad2 on/off without moving the ipad in the keyboard cover.

She saw it and liked the features so we bought one, She mainly uses ot as a carry case now because she forgets to charge the keyboard when she charges the tablet. The keyboard will go about twice as long as the tablet before needing a recharge.
