Product Reviews
TP-LINK TL-WDN4800 - network adapter is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 12.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not compatible with Windows 10! Same issues with Windows 10 as other users. The card will randomly drop the connection even though the signal is excellent. Usually takes between 30 seconds to 1 minute for the connection to come back. Have verified with other wifi devices it is the card and not my ISP. A quick look at the drivers does not list Windows 10 on either of the drivers. My guess is it sort of works with the old windows 8 drivers, so they didn't bother to develop a Windows 10 driver. I suggest you look elsewhere if you need a PCIe wifi card for Windows 10.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Been working in Windows 10 for me for two years now. Been using the TP-Link TL-WDN4800 Wireless Adapter in my Windows PC for two years now. Just stopped by this page to check drivers and saw all the "Doesn't work in Windows 10" Reviews. Truth is, I've never had it NOT work in daily use in those two years.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Unstable adapter - Constantly loses connectivity Installed easily, ran right out of the box on Windows 10. Will randomly lose connection to my wireless network, while all other devices on the network experience no interruptions. Can be fixed by resetting the network adapter, but it's ridiculous to have to do that several times an hour. Updated drivers don't help.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Time PC builder...worked fine rite out the box I saw some of the negative reviews on here regarding this card not working with Windows 10. I was pretty upset as I had already purchased this card for my first ever PC build. I am here today to let everyone know, this card worked rite out the box with Windows 10 for me. I was able to connect to WiFi rite from the Windows 10 install/setup screens. I even downloaded the latest driver onto a USB ahead of time expecting to have to install it once Win10 was setup before I could connect to WiFi. I was happy to find out that was not the case. It worked rite away. Again, this was my first ever PC build and it worked fine for me. So dont be discouraged by all the people saying it doesnt work for Windows 10. It worked perfect for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from stable, work as expected, reasonable cost Use this across a few different platform, various version of windows, so far so good, very stable. I don't understand why some reviewers can have issue with the installation. It is so simple, literally just plug and play in Windows 8 and 10. For Win 7, you just install the driver from this website and done.
