Product Reviews
TP-LINK TL-WDN4800 - network adapter is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 8.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Time PC builder...worked fine rite out the box I saw some of the negative reviews on here regarding this card not working with Windows 10. I was pretty upset as I had already purchased this card for my first ever PC build. I am here today to let everyone know, this card worked rite out the box with Windows 10 for me. I was able to connect to WiFi rite from the Windows 10 install/setup screens. I even downloaded the latest driver onto a USB ahead of time expecting to have to install it once Win10 was setup before I could connect to WiFi. I was happy to find out that was not the case. It worked rite away. Again, this was my first ever PC build and it worked fine for me. So dont be discouraged by all the people saying it doesnt work for Windows 10. It worked perfect for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from stable, work as expected, reasonable cost Use this across a few different platform, various version of windows, so far so good, very stable. I don't understand why some reviewers can have issue with the installation. It is so simple, literally just plug and play in Windows 8 and 10. For Win 7, you just install the driver from this website and done.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from please get this fixed easy to put in my computer no hassle at all but It doesn't seem to work well with Windows 10. Need to get a driver update compatable with windows 10 so it runs smoother. My phone gets about 270mbps download speed and my computer gets around 80mbps. There is a problem when my phone is faster than my computer. I just wish it would get fixed

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Inconsistent When I test my connection using the wdn4800 it is very inconsistent, it gets incredibly high download speeds for a few seconds, then for around 3 min it goes down to >80 kb/s. The connection and speed is fine on my laptop so it's not my router, but my theory is that there isn't any driver support for windows 10. I found the driver for the chip on the card, but I'm still to see this cards full potential and windows 10 has been out long enough to have a dedicated driver by now so this is a little disappointing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I would buy this product again. I have owned this for a little over a year, and it works flawlessly. One of the only adapters I have ever used that hasn't died within 6 months. Works with Ubuntu 16.04 out of the box. Couldn't be happier.
