Rated 3 out of 5 by I mostly use the Premier site to look up equipment instead of calling a rep. It is slow at times and crashes other times. It saves calling and leaving a message then three or four calls back from a rep trying to figure what I could just easily do from the web portal. It would be nice to have the same ability as a rep to configure special configurations. July 27, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by Have had good results with Dell Premier. Choose a communication option which works for you and stick with it: chat, phone, or email. Treat the other side with respect, and give them the information an I.T. Pro would need for the issue at hand, be it a quote or technical problem. Hence, if on the phone be prepared with relevant information, codes, serial numbers, et al. Email & chat will need the same information. Am a fan of email for expedience, and not absolute on crazy fast resolution. Have used phone to good effect on the odd occasion which required it. September 21, 2013
