Designed to support powerful Custom Local Area Signaling Services (CLASS) from your telephone company, the 9216 gives you more control over incoming calls and more convenience when you make calls. The 9216 can be used with Centrex services as well as standard telephone service in your home or office. When used with Caller ID, the 9216 shows the name and number of the caller, so you can be prepared with client files or other information when you answer. It also supports Preferred Name Match function.

Even if you 're out of the office, you won 't miss business opportunities. The Call Log automatically stores the name, number, date, and time of each of your last 25 callers. To return the call, just press the Dial key. The 9216 helps you get more out of other telephone company services, too, like Voice Mail. The Message Waiting indicator lets you know when you have a message waiting. Program one of the memory keys with Voice Mail access, and you can check messages at the touch of a button. On-hook dialing means you can dial and listen without ever picking up the handset. Whether you work from your home or in a large or small office, the 9216 can help make your business communications - and your business - more efficient than ever before.
