Product Reviews
Incipio Roosevelt Folio flip cover for tablet is rated 2.3 out of 5 by 11.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Quality Poorly made, it literally fell apart at the seams within 30 days.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Folio only secures the Type cove at the magnetic connector, there is no provision to keep the actual tablet in the folio. I had my Surface Pro 3 slide right out of the folio as I was holding it. Shattered the screen, but at least I have the damage warranty.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mixed feelings, material not holding up Have had this only 6 weeks and the corners are nearly worn off on the side nearest the screen. Like the fact that the cover supports the kickstand to make your Surface usable in your lap; not so convenient when using it on a table or counter, since it takes up so much space. It's also a little heavy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great case I have now used this case for over a month and I like it. I was looking for a minimal case, one that would afford protection when carrying the SP3 around, without constraining the SP3 in some kind of hard or bulky case. This one flips open easily and rapidly, provide a stable typing surface when you're using the SP3 on your lap, looks good, adds minimum bulk and still allows easy removing of the SP3 when you need to do so. It also seems sturdy enough to last quite some time. The only thing I wish they would improve is that I cannot totally flip back the keyboard without getting the SP3 unhinged from the case. Some people say that the SP3 can easily fall off, but that hasn't happen to me. If it happens, that's because you were not holding the case and you are let it drop on the ground.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap I took the computer in the case on 1 ten day business trip and the elastic strap that holds the case closed fell apart, I had to add a large rubber band to keep the case closed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't Bother. When I pulled the case out of the box I was enamored.. until I actually started using it...The first thing that annoyed me is the fact that you MUST lay the case out flat - in order to extend the kickstand on the Surface tablet. Which doesn't seem like a big deal - until you're working on a limited space desk (say the bar at the coffee shop). You'll need at a minimum - 16" of depth, in order to be able to place the item on the desk.At that point you'll need to take the keyboard cover out of the case. Oh but wait. it's a pain in the butt. The case attaches to the Type cover using an overly tight spring bar. Maybe my case was still too new, but that spring is difficult raise. Further if you open the case the wrong way (e.g. keyboard section first), or if you try and fold the top end over (in order to use the surface while on your lap) - the angle of the screen gets all wonky, the keyboard eventually loses alignment to the case mount, and as a result you will need to re-seat the keyboard connection on the caseAs for the pen holder - it's on the screen side - which is entirely wrong. It should have been on the keyboard side.Aside from that, the leather is nice. It seemed to hold up well. And it protected my tablet. But my next purchase will be a surface sleeve.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Okay, but not great At first, the case seemed to do what I wanted: something to protect the Surface while on the go and provide a place to slide the pen in when not in use. Unfortunately, the way that the Type Cover is secured to the case causes the connection between the Type Cover and the Surface to be flakier than without the case. Also, the pen loop ends up behind the surface rather than up front or on the side for easy access.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible odor won't go away! The Incipio Roosevelt Folio for Surface Pro 3 looks decent. I got the one in black and it would look professional. HOWEVER, I plan on throwing it away. Why? The smell.I had read reviews about Incipio's products smelling bad, but I figured reviews on the internet were just being too sensitive. Oh, how I was wrong. I noticed the smell as soon as I opened the package -- it is pungent and metallic. smell as soon as I opened the package -- it is pungent and metallic. It makes me feel nauseated. I tried completely coating it in air freshener and then "airing out" for an hour a few times, but it didn't help. That's when I decided to completely drench it in spray disinfectant and leave it outside (I would NOT leave that smell inside my house!) for over two weeks. When I returned, it still smelled bad -- granted, not quite as strong as when I first got it. I'm done with it. I would return it, but honestly, I don't want the shippers and factory workers subjected to that smell. No one deserves that. I would burn it to rid the world of this haunting smell forever, but I'm too afraid of what chemicals are in it that would release into our atmosphere. It's going in the trash.
