Rated 4 out of 5 by I have learned how to get excellent support from AT&T. Just become authorized on a corporate account that has many, many cell phones, tablets, and other internet devices. I have also discovered how to learn to accept the “less then Verizon” coverage; simply have your cell phone on the corporate account. Now knowing what they are capable of accomplishing, overall, I think AT&T has the potential to overcome the negative view of them and their services. October 7, 2015

I also have them at my current employer and it has been reliable, but it isn't our primary connection. We usually aren't able to get a decent deal compared to competitors for speed. April 9, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by There are much better companies that can offer the same technologies at much better prices with much better customer service. Their customer service is nothing like it was even 5 years ago; it's horrible. For example, I recently needed to reach a level 2 tech for a down circuit. After 3 hours on hold they cut me off. Called back, 3 more hours then cut off. Third call only required holding for 2 hours before getting a tech.Unless you work for a Fortune 500 company or need a very specific technology that only AT&T provides, do yourself a favor and find a good CLEC to work with. You will get better service, better pricing, and the CLEC techs get things resolved much quicker. My goal is to never directly do business with AT&T again. January 27, 2015
