I love the case it makes my iPad like a small light weight laptop. Great fro when I’m on the road. I also like the fact the keyboard stays attached. So no matter the way you set the keyboard stays with you.

Once the case arrived my iPad was installed in less than a minute. The quality and construction of the case was better than expected. I only wish the keyboard was backlit.

Great product
Paid for an expensive keyboard only to have constant problems and had to charge it at least once a month. Decided to go back to ZAGG and order the same keyboard I had on my older IPad. This Messenger Folio has always worked great and charge last for weeks.

I have been using the Rugged Book case but after going through three of them with broken hinges on the back and the last one had a keyboard flaw that caused the battery to completely drain, they would not warranty it any more. This case is ok. It is just like many other "folio" type cases. It is pretty inconvenient not to be able to remove the keyboard so you can use just the ipad. I will keep looking for a good case that holds up to actual use and has a detachable keyboard.

Mislabeled product.
I had to return this item. It was supposed to be compatible with iPad Air 4th Generation but it did not fit properly and partially covered the side button, prohibiting function.

Product will not stay connected to iPad, and takes multiple tries and more than 20 minutes to reconnect, as well as turning both the iPad and keyboard off, on and the reconnect process attempting multiple times. Seriously considering returning item for another brand.

Doesn’t fit my item
I ordered this case for an iPad 11 pro, the description said it would fit but it didn’t. The cutout for the camera is too small. I now have a useless item that I don’t want to pay to return.

To be honest, I wasn’t expecting a great deal from this cover for my iPad, but amazingly, this fit in better. Pretty snug fit, and keyboard connects well, (except for a delay of a few seconds after long gap, which is normal).
