Rated 5 out of 5 byWaiting from Great Product . . . Delivery Not So Much!Transfer Rollers last on average nearly 2 years. Terrific longevity and easy to replace when it is finally necessary. The problem with this product was the week long wait for delivery from CDW. I had lots of work on hold because the delivery was delayed do to slow filling of hte order and slow delivery once filled. Grr .. . . .
