Rated 5 out of 5 by from Still not working I purchased a brand new C325. It never worked from day one and 3 weeks later it's still not working. Tech Team tried to help but will not let me speak with management. I NEED this machine for my job. I feel abandoned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Speedy, but difficult. The scanner is quick, but first and foremost this is a printer right? I cannot fathom why it was designed to make getting the printed papers out of the printer? Literally reaching inside the printer to twist and pull pages out without them getting stuck on various lips and edges to get them out. This is my fifth Xerox printer in nearly 20 years, and the first to ever have such a bone-headed design choice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible product, terrible service. I bought this product 6 weeks ago. It worked weel for two weeks and then it stopped. I bought it from Dell. Neither Dell nor Xerox are willing to help. I have wasted hours with my IT department, and being moved around from person to person. WORSE EXPERIENCE. TERRIBLE PRODUCT.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Printer has it ALL! Bought this printer to replace my other Xerox printer of 8 years that I also loved and is still running! I love that it’s fast and quiet. The price point was perfect! I love love love Xerox printers! I’ll never buy another brand!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good but should have been Great! The C325 was purchased the last week in January of 2025. After approximately one week of use. The printer Scanner/Scanner Communication failed and a technician had to reinstall the entire Scanner and Single -Pass Duplex Automatic Document Feeder. Shortly after this component was installed I had to replace the Feeder Rollers. As of this point in time, the printer is working and provides high quality single and duplex copies. My expectations for Xerox products is high, however, I was disappointed in the time and effort that has been required to bring the printer up to a working order. However, working with the technician who serviced the printer and the numerous phone calls to Xerox technicians, each provided help and recommendations.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A great printer from a reliable brand The Xerox C325 was surprisingly easy to setup and connect. It’s easy to use, and makes high quality prints very quickly. It’s pretty large but doesn’t take up a ton of space, and it is also surprisingly quiet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed I bought the C325 less than a month ago to replace another Xerox printer I'd enjoyed for 10+ years. I immediately started having problems with it not wanting to print certain filed from my cell phone. I've now had two separate service tickets opened up from Xerox and the issue is still open until a hardware technician calls to arrange an in-person service call. I'm sorry I didn't take Xerox up on their initial offer last m month to just send me a new printer. Of course, I'm concerned about the 'infant mortality' for the machine I currently have.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Funny Business Caveat Emptor Xerox website offers a discounted price, but I added it to the cart and was ready to check out and the discount did not appear. Also, the shipping costs appeared to be double in the cart compared to that suggested by earlier language. Finally I noticed the so called "discounted" toner price given in exchange for agreeing to return the empty cartridge "free of charge" to Xerox "for proper disposal". This seems to me to be a likely attempt to keep the cartridges out of the hands of 3rd party remanufacturers who would sell compatible/remanufactured cartidges at a lower price. I do not see the toner offered anywhere at a "nondiscounted" price; apparengtly just a scheme to prevent competition from aftermarket toner remanufacturers, no? I was going to buy, but after thinking about all this, I''ll pass. The per page toner cost for a comparable AIO/MFC machine appears to be 40-50% less than Xerox and toner over the life of the machine is by far the largest cost.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible Printer and Scanner, sets the bar! I've had the printer a couple of weeks now because I had a Lexmark printer that continued to fail me miserably. To upgrade to this Xerox, a brand I always wanted to own, has been a joyous experience. The printer warmup is a bit long, somewhere around 30-60 seconds to wake from sleep and print, but once that it warmed up it tears through a print job. The other huge plus is how smooth the scanner software on the desktop is top notch. Very easy to use and lots of great settings and options. The touch screen on the printer itself is also very responsive and easy to use. Love it, such a joy to use!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pleased with my purchase. I bought the C325 MFP as a replacement for an old 6510 Phaser Printer when the cost of supplies for the 6510 was about to exceed the cost of a new C325. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase as it also allowed me to remove a much older multi-function device that was minimally functional. Physical setup of the C325 was very easy. I did encounter some issues with configuring the C325 to connect to my local network. The configuration wizard was considerably different from that of the 6510 and the documentation for the C325 did not seem to match my unit. I eventually got past all these issues and the printer has been performing nicely.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brand new machine never worked correctly. I purchased a brand new machine. It never worked correctly. Never scanned at all. Then stopped printing all together. When it did work it was great. Good print quality and fast. I wish they could have gotten it to work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Typical tech enshittification So I originally had the Xerox Workcentre 6515 DN. It was a great printer. It included an external manual document tray (a full tray) as well as OCR functionality built-in to the printer. So I did research and was told that the C325 is the newest version of that printer. Well it IS NOT. it is an enshittified version. It has smaller toner capacity, removed the manual tray (now you just have a manual slot where you have to feed one sheet in at a time), and removed the automatic OCR function from the printer and moved it to software you need to use on your computer. This is WORTHLESS as a workspace printer that is shared. I need to scan multiple documents at once. Not run from my desk to the printer after I trigger the scan hoping that no one else will use the printer in the meantime. Come on Xerox!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The worst Xerox machine we have tried We have bought 6, and have returned 4 due to issues. The 2 we still have are the worst ones we've tried to date. We have over 40 machines, and of those 40, probably more that 20 different models. This one needs to go back to the drawing board! Slow to wake-up and respond, Wide color variances, Massive ink and toner usage, Lots of quirks. Read the reviews and notate which are real and which are "incentivized reviews".

Rated 5 out of 5 by from poor selection!!! I had a 6516 that was getting too expensive to keep so I invested in a c325 "at a good price". Well the price wasn't so good. It was delivered with a yellow toner that was leaking. It does not make contact with my phone too often. It is quite noisy. I cannot get it to scan to email as it doens' recognize a valid email address. but the deal breaker is that I cannot print legal size without reconfiguring the paper drawer, adding legal paper (for 3 pages!!!) and then reconfiguring it for letter paper!!! Since when is there no bypass feeder???? And I know there is a way at the bottom of the printer, BUT IT IS FOR A SINGLE SHEET ONLY!!! How stupid is that????? Come on Xerox - you are better than this garbage!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I regret my purchase I liked my earlier unit but could not locate a local store, so searched online and made purchase via internet. I used guys from Best Buy to set it up but i realized after they left that it was not set up. Now I have to find a local place. Not easy because many of Internet listings are not really local.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is NOT a Xerox. This is a Lexmark! Not happy with quality of printer and function is sub-par. I Could not return this to LaserTek where is was purchased. I did not know that this printer does not scan 2-sided which was NOT mentioned by salesman or Xerox description Who makes a printer that does not do that??. This is NOT a Xerox but a Lexmark, the very printer I was avoiding. Now I am stuck with this printer that does not work well and I have spent hours on the phone, with apps and calling LaserTek. When I purchase machines and technology to help me at work, I should not have MORE work to do and MORE time wasted. It took 26. 5 minutes for the customer service rep to order a new cartridge to send. Waste of tme. Waste of technology. Does NOT do the work well. Has not worked since opening the box. Too much time on phone just to order new toner cartridge. This was a major administrative snafoo!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wish I had never purchased it. Everyone in the office keeps asking me why did we get this.Set up is not user friendly. We still have 5 computers that cannot receive scans. Tech support on the phone yesterday could not even connect to it and they are having a on-site tech support come to the office its so bad. Our old one had auto scan for double sided this one you have to tell it to do that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null I purchased the printer about a few weeks ago and it is working great. I did have a few problems setting up the extra try since it had very few directions with it and had to contact our rep. Installed now and works great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Printer, but... The C325 printer we purchased is great. Installation and startup was easy peasy. However, the black ink cartridge drained the first week we had, we printed less than 500 pages. Super annoying to say the least.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Printer This a good printer, good quality, but take to much time to print the first page, and the position of the out tray is not friendly, the manul tray is no very useful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible printers I have a business with 6 locations. We used Xerox at all locations. The older workcenter printers such as the 6515 were very good and dependable. The new "C" models are complete junk. I have several broken right now. I just purchased this last one 3 months ago. It came in with a broken glass scanner on top. After a month, Xerox finally fixed it. Now it says that it cannot scan. When it does print, it prints with toner leaking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good printer It's a good quality printer, but there are certain features I didn't like, such as loading paper into the manual tray. It takes a long time for the first print, and the tray for removing prints is in an awkward position. The toner is expensive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a Joke!!! Product arrived in excellent condition. I went to set it up, and WiFi would not connect; it was NOT the WiFi carriers issue — my Apple phone and every other peripheral in my home connected. When I called Xerox (I bought directly from Xerox’s website), after 3 hours on the phone (with people who obviously are not ‘English as a FIRST language” was told my printer had been flagged as “stolen” and there was nothing “they” could do. I’m now 2 weeks from delivery with no way to connect to it!!! I’m going to call the bank and reverse charges … after all, it’s a “stolen” printer. I have NEVER experienced such ?????? service. Good bye Xerox!!!!!
