Disappointed
I bought the C325 less than a month ago to replace another Xerox printer I'd enjoyed for 10+ years. I immediately started having problems with it not wanting to print certain filed from my cell phone. I've now had two separate service tickets opened up from Xerox and the issue is still open until a hardware technician calls to arrange an in-person service call. I'm sorry I didn't take Xerox up on their initial offer last m month to just send me a new printer. Of course, I'm concerned about the 'infant mortality' for the machine I currently have.

Incredible Printer and Scanner, sets the bar!
I've had the printer a couple of weeks now because I had a Lexmark printer that continued to fail me miserably. To upgrade to this Xerox, a brand I always wanted to own, has been a joyous experience. The printer warmup is a bit long, somewhere around 30-60 seconds to wake from sleep and print, but once that it warmed up it tears through a print job. The other huge plus is how smooth the scanner software on the desktop is top notch. Very easy to use and lots of great settings and options. The touch screen on the printer itself is also very responsive and easy to use. Love it, such a joy to use!

The worst Xerox machine we have tried
We have bought 6, and have returned 4 due to issues. The 2 we still have are the worst ones we've tried to date. We have over 40 machines, and of those 40, probably more that 20 different models. This one needs to go back to the drawing board! Slow to wake-up and respond, Wide color variances, Massive ink and toner usage, Lots of quirks. Read the reviews and notate which are real and which are "incentivized reviews".

Funny Business Caveat Emptor
Xerox website offers a discounted price, but I added it to the cart and was ready to check out and the discount did not appear. Also, the shipping costs appeared to be double in the cart compared to that suggested by earlier language. Finally I noticed the so called "discounted" toner price given in exchange for agreeing to return the empty cartridge "free of charge" to Xerox "for proper disposal". This seems to me to be a likely attempt to keep the cartridges out of the hands of 3rd party remanufacturers who would sell compatible/remanufactured cartidges at a lower price. I do not see the toner offered anywhere at a "nondiscounted" price; apparengtly just a scheme to prevent competition from aftermarket toner remanufacturers, no?
I was going to buy, but after thinking about all this, I''ll pass. The per page toner cost for a comparable AIO/MFC machine appears to be 40-50% less than Xerox and toner over the life of the machine is by far the largest cost.
