So far so good

Avoid, it can't print some pdfs
It's great for most documents, duplex is fine but I found a Texas Instruments datasheet it can't print and was told in very clear terms by support that that was my issue
the /usr/bin/lxkjpg2k was killed by SIGABRT because the document was wrong and the firmware engineers would not fix it (because it was my issue trying to print a bad pdf!!)

prints great, but toner replacement is $850
Excellent printer quality BUT I intend to throw it away the first time it needs toner cartridges. It comes with ~1000 sheet capacity toner, but the standard 5000 sheet or 8000 sheet capacity set of 4 toner cartridges is running $850 to $950. So this $350 printer will cost me an additional $850 plus the very first time it needs toner and that is only 1000 sheets away. Shocking surprise.

Terrible so far
This printer has had issues since the moment we opened the box and plugged it in. Right away it was showing an error message saying it was logging the crash to not turn it off, and it stayed like that for hours. We had to unplug it and plug it back in. Then it worked for a little then again another crash. Then it said to load paper and we did and pressed 'done' still kept saying there was no paper... We are over this printer it's supposed to be brand new. It also makes a slight noise.

A great printer
I love Xerox printers. I have had two Phaser 6510s, but when we retired, these were too big for our needs. A Xerox sales person suggested switching to a C320 printer, and it is just right. Wirelessly connects to two Windows 11 computers. Prints very clean and durable sheets. The only thing I did not understand was how to do envelopes and special papers (like checks) (and how to do these from MS Word or Excel). No worries, though: checks I just put through the paper tray. Everything worked on the first try, less than 20 minutes set-up.

Good printer. Not as good as my last Xerox Phaser.
This is a good printer. It does the job. It has a few quirks that detract from its performance: 1) it is nearly impossible to cancel a job once it is sent. No matter how quickly I press CANCEL JOB, the job prints in its entirety. This never happened with my Xerox Phaser 6510.
2) The paper comes out of the printer at the back. This is inconvenient for retrieval. The Phaser 6510 delivered the job out of the front of the machine. This was much more convenient.
Otherwise, it seems to perform well.

Efficient!
I bought this to replace a very expensive phaser 7500 for outputting quick color mock-ups. Most clients do not want to pay for proofs, so this is working well for a cost effective solution!

Xerox C320 Color Laser Printer is perfect size for small biz or home office. It’s super easy to set up—like, you’re done in 15 minutes tops with the Xerox Easy Assist App, which is like having a tech bro guide you. Wi-Fi, AirPrint, Mopria—it hooks up to your phone or laptop no prob. Cranks out 35 pages a minute with crispy 1200x1200 dpi, so text is sharp and colors pop for docs or quick designs. It does double-sided printing and handles different paper types, though envelopes can be a pain. It’s compact, eco-friendly with 30% recycled plastic, and ENERGY STAR certified, so you’re not killing the planet. Downside? No scanning, and it can choke on tricky PDFs. Toner ain’t cheap, but stick with Xerox’s own for best results. Overall, it’s a solid pick if you want a no-fuss printer that pumps out quality prints without taking up much space. Just don’t expect it to do everything. Highly recommended

The printer works fine it is very quiet when printing ,it was pretty easy to setup and connection was faster once you follow the setup guides…print is just has mentioned …the toners are very expensive though

I was thoroughly impressed with this printer! As my old was going out this is able to work so much more than my old brand. It is very versatile however it is a decent size taking up a good amount of room.

Fast, Crisp Printing with Effortless Setup
The Xerox C320 is a solid, high-quality color printer that gets the job done. Setup was super easy — I had it connected and ready to go in minutes. Print quality is sharp and consistent, whether you’re printing documents or color images. It handles jobs quickly and efficiently, which is great for both home and small office use.
The only downside is that it doesn’t have scanning capabilities, which would have made it even more versatile. But since this is the basic version, I knew that going in. Connecting issues, but prints fantastic.
I love the speed of this printer, I was so surprised when I first printed, how quickly it print… even photos! It’s pretty quiet. However, I’ve had issues with connecting it, I think I’ve got it figured out finally, I’m not sure if it was me or the printer… and the instructions were very clear. But it’s a basic printer for your basic printing needs. Unfortunately, I need something that can make copies and can scan as well.

This was an incredible product to get and I’m so happy that I was included in this program. For years, I’ve needed a printer and tested out one after another but this one is one that I’m going to use and keep for a while. Quality of print is amazing. Noise isn’t too loud and speed and connectivity between both printer and phone are easy to do over Wi-Fi. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using the Xerox C320 as my business printer for the past few weeks and I absolutely love it. Setup was simple, and it’s been running smoothly ever since. The best printer ever
I really love this printer, it connects to my phone so easily and prints out things so quickly. Prior to this, my printer was really slow which really wasted a lot of time. This printer is the best I’ve used yet and the quality of it printing images is amazing. It’s also not very loud but for a printer it obviously still makes some noise, but nothing that bothers me.

I am beyond impressed with this xerox c320
I am beyond impressed with my Xerox C320 Color Printer! First off, the design is gorgeous — the navy blue and white finish makes it stand out from the typical plain printers. It’s sleek, modern, and looks amazing in my office space.
But it’s not just about looks — this machine is heavy-duty and built to perform. Printing is unbelievably smooth, fast, and the colors come out vibrant and professional every time. What I love most is how seamlessly it works with my cell phone app over WiFi. I can print directly from my phone in seconds without any hassle, which makes life so much easier.
Xerox really thought of everything with the C320. It’s reliable, efficient, and stylish and even quiet which makes the perfect combination. If you’re looking for a printer that delivers on both performance and design, this is absolutely the one to get!

I was incentivized to try this product in exchange for a review through Influenster. This is a great all purpose printer. It is large, but I think the functionality of it makes up for that fact. You definitely wouldn't need multiple electronics, this can be an all in one solution.

Amazing printer! This is the best printer I’ve ever owned. It was super easy to set up and use. The colors were printed very crisp and neat, just like how they show up on my computer. It also printed what I needed very quickly and was relatively quiet compared to other printers I’ve used in the past.

Printing perfection!
We've been in need of a new printer for our small business for awhile, but had put it off thinking it would be a nightmare to install a new one. Reading up on the Xerox C320 it was the only one to stand out as being easy to install and fitting exactly what we were needing. Immediately when we unboxed the printer we were able to see the care that went in to ensuring it was protected in the box, which was a good first sign. The quick setup instructions were so easy to follow and the install app was even easier with a step by step guide. We were up and printing our test page within 15 minutes from the app on our phone. To date we have printed over 100 pages without any issues. You can't go wrong with this printer. This will last us for many years to come.

Great printer!
I bought this for my new law office and wanted a machine that only did printing -not all the extras for which I already have machines for scanning, faxing, etc. This is a very fast printer and the print quality is really good. I would buy this model again if I need a second printer. Set up was very fast, too.
