Woman installed this product. Only minor issue was pulling out the 4 short yellow strips. Directions could mention that they are harder to remove than the 4 longer strips.

Easy to order, easy to replace
The image developer arrived in a timely fashion and was easy to replace. I was also able to recycle the old part without any hassle.

The unit arrived promptly, was straightforward to install and the printer is working fine. The problem was finding a recycling solution (reason for my rating). The mailing label included a phone number as my contact (same number I was given when I called) that either immediately went to voice mail and then ultimately not in service (R. Marcos??).
