The Vertiv Geist Metered Upgradeable Rack PDU UI10016L is a 16A or 20A, 120V, 208V, or 230V 1U horizontal rack power distribution unit (PDU). The UI10016L has 10 locking IEC C13 receptacles and a C20 inlet (cord purchased seperately) providing 1.9kW, 3.3kW, or 3.6kW in power capacity. This rack PDU is equipped with Vertiv-patented U-Lock receptacles to avoid accidental dislodging of power cords. It delivers reliable power distribution to critical IT equipment and provides instant access to power consumption metrics on the local LED display. Gather comprehensive power data at the palm of your hand with Visible Light Communication (VLC) technology providing complete power usage data from a mobile device with the Vertiv rPDU Scanner application. The Geist Upgradeable hot-swap technology enables users to easily transform metered rPDUs into monitored PDUs with the addition of the appropriate Interchangeable Monitoring Device (IMD). Every unit is individually tested for reliability and functionality. It is also TAA compliant.
