The grip design prevents slipping and I don't understand why you don't put it on more products. Black or dark covers are harder to spot on furniture or in purses. Women want brighter colors or prints, but the teal is about as light as you get. Please expand the Presidio color choices and I'll buy another one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great so far, with one small caveat It's slim, it feels like it's going to protect the glass due to the way it creates a protective lip around the glass, and it looks great. I haven't tried mag charging yet because I don't have any of the chargers, but I will say the only thing I don't like about it is it's use in conjunction with the Schoshe car mount I have. Without the case, the iPhone magnetized to the mount fine, but with the increase in weight and decrease in magnetic power that the case adds, the phone falls off of the mount quite often.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so good I'd give this case a 4.5 so far. I had a clear back Speck case for my last iPhone for years. No problems at all. I didn't like the color options in clear for my upgraded iPhone so I went with this case. It seems like my screen is much dirtier/dusty then my old case. I'm guessing the material it is made of is the difference and it's just attracting it. I've already removed the case once to clean around the edge of it and I never took the old clear case off my phone. The wireless charging has worked great with the case. I like that's it's still pretty slim.

Only two minor negatives: first the case does show some fingerprints. Second the left speaker is partially covered by the case. Strange given the overall excellent design.

It now charges on my flat charger, my standup charger, and I can pick it up without opening the camera by mistake! The grip is perfect, the color is easy to spot without being flashy. Great case.

I've always really loved the Presido grip cases (im a sucker for a textured case) and am super excited about this one. My biggest problem before with these cases was the rubber grip discoloring or peeling off. This case is entirely hard plastic, which is fantastic. Still has the same grip ability and texture, but so much more durable. And the drop protection is immaculate. Definitely will be buying again for future phones.

Only downside is that the grips on the sides are a bit hard and irritating to the hand after holding for more than a few minutes. Flat surface on back is also starting to show minor scratches after just a few weeks of using it. Overall a good case but there's still room for improvement on future generations.

Still love the cases! Yes, the grips are not as grippy as they used to be, but I personally like the grips like this, they feel better to me. I've had two of these exact same cases now as my first one had an issue but was replaced free of charge, so thank you to Speck Customer Support for helping me out with that! Overall, great case that I am definitely planning to buy again and again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality and selection to be desired for iPhone 13 iPhone 13 just came out, so selection of Speck cases was very poor in terms of models and colors. I had to settle with this one. It is okay, but it could be better. Grips on this model are, for me, too small, they should be a bit more pronounced. It feels as if the phone will slip up. There could be a better protection around iPhone 13 pro lenses - it is just a cut out for now, but it would be way better if there would be an additional protection around the lenses. Speck is a premium case in terms of quality (and price), so the quality and selection are to be desired in this case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Speck case, won't be my last I've tried Otterbox, Pelican, and others in the past, but this speck beats them all. It just seems better finished, with a nice texture to the plastic and good, clicky buttons. The inverted grips work well, but the case does slide around a little more than my old Pelican. It also doesn't lay completely flat, but close to it. Protection seems solid without adding much bulk. I do wish they had more colors (blaze orange for the win! Do it Speck!) but that's more on Apple changing the iPhone dimensions from last year and the pro vs standard iPhone 13 also being different now. All in all, it's not perfect, and it's definitely not orange, but it's MUCH nicer than anything I've tried in the past and I'll be back when it's time for an upgrade. Or they release an orange one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from MagSafe making the GRIP Greater I decided to use the MagSafe charging system. I learned I needed a MagSafe case for my phone. I love the grip. Speck makes a MagSafe grip case. I got it. It works great. I still feel the grip texture from the Speck case. The MagSafe charger I purchased suspends the phone in the air. If the case did not work the phone would not connect to the charging station and just fall to the ground. When I connect the phone, can feel the magnetic pull from the station and then the charging icon pops up. It is great and does its job.

It's not bulky, but it provides solid protection. And it has a grippy feel that's not sticky, but is still soft. I don't care for the camera protruding a bit, but that's Apple's fault haha. Overall, great case!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality Product This is my second Speck case (first one is still in great shape on my old phone) and both have been just as advertised: sturdy, grippy, and protective. I bought a MagSafe version this time and it has a decent strength when I attach it to my truck's magnet mount for the phone. I would prefer it to be a touch stronger, but it was not an issue in my case (pun intended) since there is enough room inside to slip the magnet mount magnet in between my phone and the case itself. It actually fit snug enough that I didn't need to pull off the sticky paper from the additional magnet, so my phone won't have any of that sticky residue if/when I need to take out the additional magnet. I am pretty careful for the most part with my phone, but drops do happen especially when I use it constantly for my job. This case has been absolutely fantastic and I plan to continue to purchase these for my future phones.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beware confusing packaging I finally got the case I wanted and it is great. The confusing marketing and customer service…not so great. The first case I bought said compatible with MagSafe. I got a MagSafe charger for my car about a month later for my birthday. The case didn't stick at all to the charger. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a picture of two cases side by side. One says "compatible with MagSafe" and does not have the magnets in the case. The other says "MagSafe compatible" and does have the magnets. The boxes and wording almost completely identical. Two very different experiences. Too late to return my first case to where I bought it from I had hoped for some help from the manufacturer to get what I thought I was getting in my first case. Nope, too bad, no empathy. I like my case now and I have always liked Speck cases. Glad I won't have to deal with the company again till my next phone.

Buttons work well, and rear bezel keeps camera lenses up off the surface when lying flat. Would have been 5-star review if the plastic was grippier -- it's fairly slippery. Otherwise, I have no complaints. Except maybe the color, which could have been a better match to the iPhone color blue. But who complains about color, right?

It's just hard plastic that slides right off of any surface with no traction or actual grips like the other Speck Grips, but still being advertised as such.

I love the grip and the side lip is just high enough to prevent the screen from being damaged if dropped. I do miss the previous grip model which had a rubber grip around the case, this one is the opposite. Where the rubber grip was there is an indentation instead. Works well either way.

I really wish they would stop messing with the materials. The new "MagSafe" version is basically only "grip" on the sides as there is no raise on the back at all seems pointless to make a case and only add raised grips to the side edges. It's just as slick as the non grip. Also can you please bring back a white case for the iPhones I miss the white with black accents from the old regular cases. Will continue to purchase speck in the future as it's alwasy protected my phone but I wish I got what I paid for… and that is a grip case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Grip, Needs More Side Rubber Excellent overall quality though they changed it to be a little less rubberized on the sides. Still, I search out this case when changing phones and Speck delivers on overall quality at a fair price.

I've been using Speck Presidio cases on my iPhones for so long I can't imagine using something else. Perfect protection and now with built in MagSafe makes for another great investment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wraps and protects well, miss the raised rubber grips Always liked the Grips on my Speck cases on my Galaxy. Yes the rubber wore of over time but still the best actual grip. Now new iPhone 13 and the Presidio2 Grip has raised ridges on the sides but back is too smooth and slippery. The ridges are recessed, not raised. I don't have any mag safe stuff, this one and my old Grip on on Samsung both work with regular charging pad. It does wrap and protects well but I predict more drops as I can feel it slipping often now. Missing the raised rubber grips!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not the same as it used to be LONG time Speck user, been using the Presidio Grip since iPhone 6, sure the quality is still there, however this grip is completely lacking. This does not give me the secure feeling I've had with prior cases. The sides are raised but the back is inverted and smooth and I don't feel comfortable that it would provide me with enough to hold onto personally, in my opinion this completely negates the purpose of the grip. Please bring back the original grip! Can't imagine that it would not connect to a MagSafe/Qi charger if you did. Very disappointed in the new version of this case. And the lack of color choices doesn't help, if Speck is going to limit them at least bring back a basic color: white! 3 stars for quality. would have been 5 with grip - sorry Speck

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Go-To phone case The Speck Presidio phone case has always been the right case for me. The grip it offers is comfortable and has often saved me from dropping the phone. It is also a durable case for impact, and on the occasion where the phone is dropped or falls it has been able to keep the phone and screen from having any damage. This is my third or forth Speck Presidio case, getting a new one for each phone upgrade, and I am quite happy with this phone case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Presidio Grip Changed + Boring Color Options Now I've been a Speck Presidio Grip case user for over 5 years. I loved everything about the case I bought first, for my iPhone 5C. There were lots of fun, bright colors to choose from and the grips were actually a bit grippy. It was awesome. Upgrading to an iPhone 13, I was excited to get another great case from Speck. Sadly, the color options are completely blah, but I still had hopes to love the grip strips. Sadly, that changed too! :( The strips aren't raised enough, and there is no "grip" feeling to the plastic like in the prior versions. It's an OK case, and I'm sure it will serve me well, but I don't LOVE it like my prior one, definitely.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Speck Grip Cases are the Best! I wouldn't use any other brand just Speck for my iPhone case. No sliding with the grip case. The case protects my iPhone from damage. Presidio model is very attractive. Every iPhone I've had has been protected by a Speck's grip case.

Buttons and clearance holes are placed correctly. 70 year old hands not drop this case even in today's 6 degree F. blast of winter. Oh….and always put a $20 or $50 under the phone…one never knows when an emergency arises. Won't affect battery charging.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Deceptive name grip - there is NO grip I've used this model since my IPhone 4 & unfortunately the design has changed. It has NO grip and slips right out of your hand. Cust svc says it's redesigned without grip, but they market it as having grip.

The grip in my hand is awesome not to mention the safety my phone gains from just laying around. Thank you, Speck Company. I will continue to buy your products!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Regret buying this 100%. I bought this today, and I hate it with full honesty. It's the exact opposite of what I was looking for. I have watched videos before on youtube and read reviews. Don't believe the videos! This case is very rigid, feels cheap to the touch. Shows the fingerprints a lot. It looks so messy like I just ate a greasy fried chicken. (I am vegetarian.) It's slippery. It's extremely hard to take it off. I have not been able to take it off yet. The plastic molding shows some minor imperfections. I bought it brand new so it should not have that.
