Seagate Backup drive works great out of the box. Easy to install and configure. Silently provides a full backup to my data. Very good value!

Reliable Storage Drive
I just purchase this product, relatively recently, and these are my thoughts thus far. It is lightweight, small, compact and the texture of the device is uniquely interesting. I am not certain on why the cloth like design is part of this storage device, but I like it; it is a delightful and warn look to a storage device that I can appreciate. I am extremely satisfied with the storage space and the consideration of Seagate company to provide USB C and USB 3.0 adapters for my computer. It frees up a port for my older devices that support the USB 3.0 connection. Lastly, I appreciate the silence of the storage drive, no loud or annoying fan in the background.

Did not connect to my system.
This product did not work as expected. It did not connect to my laptop, I tried all ways on the product website but in vain. I have to return it back. It was quite disappointing.

Easy use and portable.
I was running out of room on my hard drive on my computer, this little baby made it super easy to transfer a bunch of files that I wanted to access on from another computer and also free up alot of space on my desktop. One happy camper here!

External drive complicated
Dell is wonderful. I had purchased an external drive previously and had no problems. This one made it complicated and all needed was another just for pictures.
