Rated 5 out of 5 by from 86" TU9010 Samsung Crystal UHD Smart TV (2021) First I keep the data transmitted through certain apps to help stay, maintain and be within normal data usage limits. For example, when you connect your router to the television through wifi--there are a lot of things being transmitted through that. Xfinity Comcast for example has a data limit and that's when apps are always running and you force stop them to shut down everything running through, for instance your phone. Treating the t.v. the same way increases longevity. The longer you wait with your t.v. or computer or phone running consistently produces the data companies use to create the updates we see on our new yearly technology

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pretty sweet for the price got this giant tv - 86" of big screen fun. the colors and picture are great, and we like most everything about it. the streaming interface isn't the best, but then those things are changing rapidly. i didn't give 5 stars because - the remote is a $10 knockoff from who knows where, and the stand gives you few options unless you put it is on the wall - tv table we have is 48" long, and there's no way to make this tv fit - too long by about 6". but mostly we like it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product has all the features that I seek The television seem to have everything I want everything I need I've been looking for something with this kind of capacity and sides for the last three years I am very excited about trying to be a part of this family and to grow with the Galaxy and Samsung family I'm currently using a Philips television but I think now with this location of time researching this television I'll be more acceptable to be able to get the the television of this Choice as soon as I am able to afford it the prices for this television that has not been listed I wished it would be listed so that I can be able to purchase it from somewhere like a Best Buy or a Circuit City maybe a what is Bryce still around I'm not sure the television seem to be clear and crisp at this moment I'm missing more channels and more shows because of not having a UHD which seems to be something that's pulling us towards the future I am very excited about purchasing this vehicle correction and this television and I will be using to move further into the future

One last great feature I love is the ability to mirror your screen and cast content from your smartphone right to the big screen, this TV literally does everything and with stunning quality you just have to get one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very poor quality and no product support we owned the tv for 13 months, one month past the 1 year warranty. the screen went dark. the estimated cost of repair was almost the original price of the tv. it basically became worthless just after one year of normal use. in this case, you don't even get what you pay for. i don't recommend buying but if you do, purchase the extended warranty.

With the features built into this unit I should be devoid of tv purchases for many years to come! The voice command features allow me to enjoy television viewing in a way I never would have imagined! In the years since my last television purchase it amazes me how much the television viewing experience has transformed! I'm now able to taper and fine tune my viewing experience! There is a cornucopia of viewing content available That can be downloaded directly to my unit thanks to the apps feature that comes standard on this unit! Truly remarkable! For the longest time I’ve been tempted to buy an 86 inch screen and as I did this year it is one of my most prized possessions. As guests enter my new home I am at Mi Atlee complimented on My TVs clarity vivid colors and lifelike movement with no distortion. And that’s just using it for normal viewing that has been upscale now when I’m watching a movie at 4K it just blows the mind on how much technology has advanced to show such a picture so rich and sharp, And of course it goes without saying as an avid video gamer with a current generation Xbox X that produces 4K resolution to the screen is flawless. Having bought my previous 55 inch Samsung over 12 years ago and it still shows a bright vivid picture gives me the warm feeling that my investment will provide many years of enjoyment.

I have owned so many TVs that have okay quality but the sound on the Samsung Crystal TV tops all of the TVs I have ever owned. This size of the TV is perfect for me. I have very serious vision loss and looking at the TV and reading subtitles is so clear and so less straining. I have owned other Ssunf TVs and they are really good quality and last a long time and I am thinking this TV will too. The TV came delivered In a very protected box and had a the thickest layer of foam. I was also very surprised how fast the television came in. I ordered it and then a couple hours later I got an email saying it shipped already and came in a few days later. I was expecting it to take approximately one week and five days. Not really sure why? But I really recommend this TV it is worth every penny!

I had an old flatscreen that was heavy, used a ton of electricity, and the picture quality was poor. My new shows in excellent clarity and detail. Some of the features are very different from any TV I ever owned and setting up my PC was challenging, but I finally got it. It is an advanced technology that I will learn to use with time, but for now, I'm enjoying my new TV tremendously!

In time I'm interested in seeing if the processor and picture will improve becoming clearer and maintaining a constant view. I also look forward to continued Samsung support and more warranty information available on the TV itself as apposed to having to go to an email or .y desktop to upload or download updates. It can be time consuming, complex or obscure as I am not very technological inclined. The Samsung product itself should be able to do an occasional self assessment and deliver to me onscreen the necessary or required update or download options. These options should be clear specific and come with simplistic step by step instructions on how to successfully complete required operations to achieve the ultimate viewing experience. Once Samsung has added this clearer self accessible options on updates and insight to effectively access any and all options to improve my viewing pleasure I'm sure the entire updating/upgrading or downloading process will be a simple clear sweatless and stress free process. I do enjoy the view and the size so far however I'm just looking forward to more insight into how to operate it improving it all the more.

I like that you don't have to be hooked up to the cable to h add ve tv.. All the T.Vs I own r Samsung!!TY. MRS.CULL

It even keeps then entertained by playing there video games and can have live television at anytime I want it. I had overall just really satisfied.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bigger is Better we have another large samsung model. its a 75" qled that has been absolutely amazing. i had an opportunity to purchase this beast and went for it. we moved the 75 downstairs and created a "cave". wow. the 86" class tu9010 crystal tv is huge but the picture is just simply superb. i had viewed the 85" qled models but side by side i could not see any difference that would make me spend 800-1500 more for the tv. i have a nakamichi 9 channel sound system and hooked it up to this monster and i truly feel i am in a theater when viewing a movie. its at the right price. its one beautiful tv.

I've had samsung tvs my whole life but so far this one takes the cake I am waiting for the price if the samsung wall to drop because I measure my living room wall and it would fit perfect in between to windows in my 2 story house. But until that one comes into play I'd say this one takes the cake right now by far. Mayne if there was more memory on these tvs since I like a lot of the apps I find myself deleting apps to make room for new ones.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture, easy earbud use with blue tooth We had an old 80” 1080P 3D TV that was getting tired, sadly (it was awesome for 3D movies, for sure) and wanted to replace it with something affordable, at least 80” and which has blue tooth that allows one to easily listen to movies with earbuds. So far, so good - we LOVE it… especially at the price we paid.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely gorgeous Absolutely beautiful TV! I upgraded from a 1080p TV to this beautiful monster and don’t regret a minute of it! My only complaint is the App Store. It didn’t have one of my favorite streaming services. It was a simple fix though. I simply plugged in my 4K Fire Cube and all my favorite apps were there.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 6 months after purchase, repair is scheduled. I bought this TV about 6 months ago. One of the biggest purchases I've made in my life. I was very excited to get a massive TV I've been wanting one for a long time. I've been in love with this TV up until very recently. Amazing picture. It's massive, like having your own movie theater in your living room. The sound quality is not good, so I got a top of the line sound bar to go along with it. It's an amazing setup. For some reason, the top half of the TV became significantly darker than the bottom half. I've had the TV for 6 months. It's still under warranty and I have a repair scheduled but the fact that I need the TV repaired after 6 months has severely shaken my trust and confidence in the Samsung brand. Now I'm worried that this relatively expensive purchase might not last very long at all when I was hoping to enjoy this TV for years to come like every other TV I've ever owned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Many TINY things In general, I Love this tv! There are just tiny things about it that are just that, TIny. The problem is that they all seem to pile up until there are a bunch of tiny things. Right out of the box the two screws that hold the legs of the TV on, we’re missing. So I called support and while he was happy to send me two screws, he argued with me about which screws I needed. He even sent me a schematic of a different model to support his position. So it never got resolved and my TV’s legs are being held in with gravity. Sound: The sound seems to max out at 50 (goes up to 100) after 50 the sound seams to go up slightly but 95 and 55 are relatively the same volume. The Bluetooth doesn’t seam to work. I have multiple BT headphones and speakers the all pair flawlessly with all my other BT devices, but in every case the TV found the headphones or speaker but timed out while trying to pair. I tried everything over weeks but always the same result. I even got support involved. It was escalated, and a Support representative even logged into my TV, but could only produce the exact same results. They never resolved the issue. There are issues with the remote which basically stopped working. I didn’t bother to spend the two hours on the phone with support. I just took got it fixed myself. It goes on and on. Many TINY things.

It’s a definite struggle to mount on the wall or even to set on a console large enough to hold it. I hate the remote, it’s not user friendly and doesn’t stay lit long enough to make a decision. I guess I’ll get used to it sooner or later but for now it’s frustrating. The speech feature goes too fast so it’s not understandable.

Easy to set up, remote is user friendly and you’re able to navigate around with ease. AirPlay and screen mirroring is a snap. Recommend this to anyone wanting a large TV with a great price.
