Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome TV! I got this to replace my 65-in Samsung and it is fabulous, really makes watching movies like you're in the theater and it's picture is perfect. I've had Samsung TVs for a long time this is my 4th and I won't buy any others. Running a color correction it really makes a big difference. With the 120 hz, gaming is phenomenal. I definitely recommend this TV to anyone. Thanks Samsung!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Do Not Buy! Terrible warranty and Care+ coverage! Got black lines / dropped pixels after 4 months. Tech came and reported no damage visible or felt, sent cell phone pics. Service center declared physical damage based on cell phone pics and denied coverage. The next day, Care+ denies claims instantly when submitted. Warranty and Care+ are completely WORTHLESS and SHADY. Do not buy!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly Satisfied I highly recommend this televisions, I bought two. I use them to watch movies, nature shows and combat sports. The anti glare works wonders, there's a lot of windows in my house and I don't see any glare. Everyone that comes over is impressed with the picture quality and asks about them. Samsung is number one for TVs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture! I’ve had mine for over a year and to this day it still has the brightest most detailed picture I’ve ever seen! 5 stars everyday, all day! Thank you Samsung!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible image quality Crisp, bright, accurate screen quality. Matched mine up with a Samsung HW-S801B soundbar+subwoofer and the sound integration and quality is impressive as well. UI takes some getting used to but it works fine. Might be a good idea for Samsung to study Roku UI ergonomics. It's not perfect either, but I found it an easier learning curve.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best of the best!!! Love this TV!! Found a great deal and upgraded from my old Q70T and wow! The image is so much brighter and vivid! The family room, where this TV is used, is full of natural light from floor to ceiling windows which would drown out my old TV. This one cuts through any glare with a bright and vivid image. Love the compatibility with the Phillips Hue app (purchase required) as well. Couldn't be happier with my purchase, knowing I got the top of the line model which will stay relevant for years to come!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Panel, okayish Smart TV led panel is great. Smart TV has many annoying features and Ads that you can't turn off. Using with Apple TV is always requires additional "click" to switch inputs and switching between different streaming apps and "Home" in Apple TV for some reason will end up with bad color/white balance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect size for the easy theatre experience I wanted a large panel for my entertainment room so that I could have an affordable theatre experience. This TV doesn't disappoint. It was the perfect size for my wall. It's provides the large, vibrant, accurate picture for movies but is also a manageable size for daily consumption as well. The colors are vibrant and I couldn't detect any blur. It also gets very bright so I have no issues with glare on the screen. I would highly recommend this television.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Anti-Glare with Ultra Viewing Angle feature My Mom is 86 years old and suffers from macular degeneration. I selected and bought this specific model for her because of the ultra viewing angle. As an engineer, I had a hunch that this feature would significantly improve her ability to see the screen and watch football games (something she loves to do). She confirmed that my hunch was correct. I bet Samsung never gave any thought to how this feature would improve the quality of life of people suffering from this disease, but I am here to tell you it does and she is ecstatic. My 87 years old Dad also benefits from the anti-glare feature because now he doesn't have to get out of his chair to close the blinds from the Sun. Thank you Samsung! This is a GREAT product feature you should promote in retirement communities everywhere.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from very very bad - dont buy SAMSUNG TV Don't Buy SAMSUNG TV's . they will take forever to deliver your item. I am having very bad experience. i order my TV on NOV 20th , when i called RXO delivery support they are saying 23rd DEC and it is not guarantee. i am trying to reach samsung daily but they don't have any good expert, every one answer the calls and just ask for details and disconnect our call or transfer to some one who does not even know how to help customers. 1 rating also very high for their support and their delivery if i have option i would like to give 0.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No antiglare I only bought this tv because of the anti glare feature, but that is not a feature on this tv, even though it clearly states it comes with antiglare if the room is not dark all i see is the reflection on the tv there is only no reflection when the picture in the tv is bright with colors…. i would recomend get one of the cheaper models, there is not much difference

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don’t walk, RUN away from this TV. TLDR: Terrible display, terrible sizing recommendations, terrible OS, terrible customer service, and a 15% restocking fee and massive shipping bill if you want to get back to your 8 year old TV that wasn’t great, but at least didn’t hurt your eyes to watch. Display: This. Thing. Sucks. When you take it out of the box, does it look good? No. Ok, well is it easy to get it to look good, with good customization? No. It’s setup like a neon sign with eye-searing brightness, and multiple kinds of obnoxious smoothing settings that make it look like a soap opera, and every thing you change improves one problem, but worsens another. You turn off the awkward motion smoothing, and it’s a jittery, ugly mess. You turn down the brightness, and all the darker tones blend together into a washed out black mess. To get it to look decent, I have to keep it so bright that I can’t watch it with the lights turned low in the room. It’s like playing whack-a-mole with TV features, it has taken DAYS to try and balance out the features to get this thing to not look super unrealistic, and after doing so, I have turned off a good deal of the settings that were advertised in the first place, soit just looks like an average at best led TV that is too bright to watch when it’s dark. I’m not an expert TV calibrator, but I know quite a bit, and I’m also not picky aside from liking my eyes to not physically hurt from eye strain, and like everyone else, hating the soap opera motion blur settings. It’s impossible to dial this thing in. Out of the box it is physically painful to watch. Ok. Lets turn the backlight down a bit. Oh. Unlike every other tv I have used in recent years, apparently they have decided to combine backlight and brightness into one setting. If it worked well, that would be fine, but it doesn’t, and it’s not fine. Your options are literal, physical eye pain, or a frustratingly washed out display that squishes the dark colors together into a muddy mess. Clearly this thing was optimized to look good next to competing brands in a retail environment, not to work well for consumers. That aside, the TV’s backlights don’t go far enough to the sides, so while it’s too bright, you get to see that the corners have dark patches. As a bonus, the dimming sections look awful on any content with letterboxing. Samsung Size recommendations: I was looking for a larger TV, I had a 65”, and wanted bigger, so I trusted Samsung’s web info on sizing. I very, very deeply regret it. They say “bigger is better” and suggest 85” as the best size at an optimal viewing distance of 8.5 feet. Since I’m a little bit over that, I thought this would be a super safe size. Seeing this in my space, I realize that this language is blatantly just a cash grab to talk people into too big of TVs. Bigger isn’t better, unless you’re the one charging way more for the 85” model. This thing is WAY too big at this distance. I have no problem with the room it takes up, but I can’t even pay attention to what’s happening, because the small details are so big that your mind struggles to combine the whole screen into one image. You aren’t watching a full scene, you’re watching small parts of the scene. It’s like sitting in the front row at a theater. If the TV felt more natural, and you weren’t stuck with a bunch of tradeoffs in the OS, you could probably get to something more comfortable, but that’s not the situation, and it’s not the experience you’re going to have sitting on your couch. This is a good spot to talk about the claim on their website that the processor “drives expertly upscaled 4K resolution”. Nope. The upscaling is well below what it should be for the cost, and poor 4K upscaling makes the sizing issues worse. Not worse by a little. Worse by a lot. The noise is terrible, and the noise reduction performs quite poorly, so you spend your time looking at the little fizzy noise swirling around your fav character’s face as they take, instead of watching them. The Operating System Please, not one more minute of this OS. There are three problems. First, from a functionality standpoint, you don’t have enough control to fix the TVs problems (backlight VS brightness for example). This part isn’t a UI design problem, it’s a functionality problem. Second, the UI design problem. Everything is buried, and poorly optimized. I could redesign the remote in 5 minutes, and would win a user study blind test. Here’s one simple example. On my old TV, if I were in a streaming app, and I wanted to go to HDMI 1, I click the input button once, it switches to HDMI 1, and in one click I’m there. This TV? I have to click the home button, wait for the delightful palette of ads to load, click left over to the menu, click down multiple times to “sources.” Now I wait for that page to load. It is a mess. I click right a bunch of times to get to HDMI 1. I click, and I’m there. One single click on my old TV is now 10. Is it the end of the world? No. But it is literally one of the main functions of a television. And it is buried 10 clicks in the OS. This level of tone deafness towards user needs is continued through the entire operating system. Want to click the settings button? It first pulls up some number input. What does that do? No clue. Click down, you get 4 colors you can click on. What does that do? No idea. Click up, you get to the button you clicked on in the first place. Settings. Samsung designed this OS around its wants and needs, not yours. It is designed to trap you into its ecosystem, and keep you there so it can profit off your clicks and purchases. One problem. Their ecosystem is bottom tier content streaming channels (8 kinds of black and white tv shows, anyone?), and links to rent movies on streaming services…that are free on other streaming services you already pay for. Third. One word. Advertisements. The entire tv is designed to get you to the main screen where you are bombarded with Samsung’s crappy Home Screen full of advertisements. Want to get to your apps from there? Oh, cool. Here’s a tiny menu to navigate to, and select from them. The other 90% of the screen is Samsung getting ad money off you. It’s how things work now, but here’s the problem. It’s not tastefully done, it’s just blunt and bad. Worst OS I have used. Customer Service: Here are all of the hiccups that preceded me getting this TV. I ordered the TV through customer service chat. The guy I worked with arbitrarily picked a delivery day for me, and when I asked him about it during checkout, he told me not to worry, because I could change it later. Spoiler alert, that was BS. He just wanted me to buy so he could get his commission. Now I’m stuck with a delivery coming when I’m supposed to be at work. I clicked many times on the “reschedule delivery” button, which did nothing but give me an error. This is in the app, on my phone’s browser, and on my laptop’s browser. Not an app error, just a faulty system. Then, when I finally got a tracking number, I contacted the delivery company. They told me “we don’t have the TV yet, and we can’t reschedule until it’s actually scheduled, so just wait for the confirmation, and then you can reschedule.” So I do that. Boom, I get the confirmation that they got the TV. It’s Saturday morning, and my delivery is scheduled for Monday morning. I go to their website. Click on customer service chat. Message pops up. Customer service chat isn’t available on weekends. Great, so now I’ve been fed a line from the second company in this mess. So I had to call out of work last minute on the weekend before I was supposed to be in the office in order to make sure my TV doesn’t get stolen. It’s Monday morning, I get a call. My TV is 20 minutes away, great. 40 minutes later, the truck arrives (no big deal, the guy was nice) dude gets out, puts my 85” massive TV on a hand truck. They sent one single guy to get an 85” TV up a flight of stairs by himself to my apartment. I see him, and go down. I have to personally lug the tv upstairs despite my back issues to avoid missing another day of work when they figure out that one man and a hand truck is not getting a 130 pound box up a flight of stairs with a tight turn by himself. I don’t even care, my majestic television is here, and you can’t hurt me. I open it. It’s awful to watch. I consider returning it. I look at the return policy. They talked me into ordering an oversized massive TV that is too big and bright, and now their solution is to charge 15% for a restocking fee, plus you have to pay to ship it back to them. All told, you’re looking at two options. One, keep the fancy giant TV that you have to turn off all the fancy features on, to make it perform like the base model at the fancy tv price. Or pay the cost of a base model to return the thing and go back to your old tv. And either way, you’re out one day at work. All because you made five errors. 1. You trusted Samsung’s tv size recommendation, 2, you trusted Samsung’s tv description page, 3, you trusted the sales guy that you could change delivery date, 4, you trusted the delivery company’s customer service person, and last but not least, you trusted that if all of those things went wrong, Samsung’s solution wouldn’t be for you to be out a big bucket of money because of their mistakes. Don’t walk. RUN away from this product page. Stow your mouse safely away from the “add to cart” button, and whatever you do, don’t look the sales people directly in the eyes, or you’ll be watching a TV with sunglasses on at 10:30PM like me, wondering where life went wrong. I leave you with this special message. Believe me when I say. U don’t need an 85” in a small room. Your eyes will hurt. Stop paying attention to marketing lingo. Only read the customer reviews. Never buy without researching returns. You do not want this TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV. Great price Absolutely love this TV, picture is beautiful and sounds great paired with My Samsung soundbar. The picture is crisp and clear. Colors pop and whites are beautiful and blacks are deep. Even older shows and movies look great. I’m super happy with this purchase and price was great almost $2000 off from MSRP. I’m sure a new model will come out next year however this TV is fantastic. Best one I’ve owned so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very dissatisfied I had Samsung 85 inch QN90B TV which had a lot of issues. Samsung send this TV QN90C as a replacement for QN90B. At the time of delivery, I noticed that TV frame separated from the screen in some areas. When I called Samsung they said it was out of warranty and they won't be able to fix it. And then TV died yesterday and won't power on. When I called their Technician he said power supply or mother board died and needs to be replaced. I am very much disappointed with Samsung for sending a defective TV as replacement and did not tell me there is no warranty for their replacement products. It did not even last for 3 months and wasted thousands of dollars. I will buy TVs from Sam's club or Costco in future. I will not recommend buying TVs from manufacturers websites.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well worth the money I am retired, and I watch TV. This is what I do. I do not fish, play golf, or do any sports. I watch TV. I bought the 75" QN90C from Costco with a five-year warranty. I had it delivered. This replaces a Q70 from 2019. That had replaced an LG OLED that had burned in after 13 months. This TV is incredible. My suggestion is to go to YouTube and look up 8K or higher., before you play with the settings. If you are amazed like I was with the picture quality, do not change any settings. I wake up excited to go downstairs to watch this TV. My wife does not understand why men are attached to their TVs. Her feelings are if it still works, why buy another TV? My wife said while watching this TV, it is incredible.. She is amazed by the picture quality. I also bought the Samsung Q990C Soundbar. The TV and Soundbar working together is incredible. We were watching Stranger Things, and during a thunderstorm, it sounded like it was right above us.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extremely bad customer service and quality issues 5 days after getting this TV. I find dead pixels. How can this be for one of Samsung's best TV??? OMG, a nightmare to contact service routed to tech support routed to order support routed to a "manager". Got disconnected from manager. Repeat over and over having to explain about the dead pixels. Email, address, order number over and over each time. Crazy customer service. Finally, a return authorization. Have to wait for return to be completed to repurchase (Not sure if i should repurchase after this experience)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My personal theater Besides general telvision viewing, the main use is to enjoy movies that are presented in a large screen cmtheater like experience. I was very pleased that the color accuracy and clarity of resolution was just about spot on right out of the box. I have made minimal adjustments guided by magazine reviewers. The room that my Samsung is located is one with many window and natural lighting. Despite that, I am able to watch movies during the day without picture washout. In fact, I've had to turn down the brightness. Colors snd contrast are superb. All in all, I am very pleased with the viewing experience my Samsung tv provides.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Input Switching Frustration Visually this tv is amazing. If rating only on that, 5 stars. But as a home theater lover using a processor, BluRay player, etc, it’s at least at royal pain and at most frustrating enough to make me question the purchase. Navigating this menu and input selection is maddening! There is no “input” switching option therefore you are left to figure out where to switch from satellite to player, if you CAN figure it out. (Please tell me if you do). This reflects what we watch because we know it will take 30 minutes or more to navigate back to satellite. This “SMART TV” is ridiculously stupid to try to operate and it makes us angry! It limits our ability to maximize the use of our equipment. Had we known how hard it would be to use this tv, we would not have bought it because we frequently switch between satellite, BluRay and a gaming console. The remote has gotten so limited in buttons that you can’t even do anything with it. There’s no “input” button, or easy /intuitive way to use it. An elderly or not technically savvy person may not know how to change the channel or turn up the volume. I do appreciate the solar recharging, so there’s one positive. If we could return it for another brand of tv, we would seriously consider it because of its lack of user friendliness.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The picture quality is best I have seen We use our Samsung TV for streaming music, watching sports and playing games on the Playstation. All of this is done without any issues. I would recommend this TV to anyone. We had a OLED prior to this tv and will never go back. The Samsung NEO QLED is far superior to any OLED tv.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best ?? TV for price available in the market. The picture quality on my 85 is amazing.i love what samsung is doing with there new Qled .We switched to streaming this year and are watching significantly more content that is in letterbox format. Our seating is 12ft away and the extra screen space makes a big difference. It is just enough to really fill the vision, and I think if the distance is 10ft or less then it would be too big. To me, this TV is definitely the best QLED available. OLED just isn't bright enough for many rooms during the day unless you are prepared to create a home theater space that can be blacked out. The mini-LED backlighting on the tv really makes a difference, especially in movies. Dark scenes are far more distinct and the bloom around white titles on black backgrounds or near sharp transitions from dark to light are much improved. You can make the picture as vivid as you like, although after some fiddling I decided that movie mode defaults, with just a little motion handling enabled was perfect for me. The only area I knocked down a bit was the smart features. I have been using Roku for quite a while now but always like to try the native features on a new TV. There are some interesting multiscreen capabilities that I might check out, but for streaming I found the interface annoying. I'm sure I could get used to it but it seems over-engineered at the start. It seems like Samsung was deliberately trying to be different, and that isn't always a good thing. If you already use an external streamin

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic tv, so many features. Amazing picture. I use for movies and for gaming which looks incredible. This tv is so bright and clear. I replaced a 2 year old samsung 85" within the same model of features, and this is a huge upgrade. The amount of gaming focus is by far the most I've seen. They did a great job of including things that make it more viable. I have totally went to samsung for all my main tvs. And are all 2022 and up models. I can't say enough about the quality. I would highly recommend if OLED is not something you want because of weird sizes or price. These mini qdoled tvs are almost on par with Oled finally, at a price savings typically.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best tv i've ever purchased I'm thoroughly impressed with my neo Qled tv. The picture quality is stunning, delivering vibrant colors, sharp details, and deep blacks. The 4K resolution truly brings content to life, making movies and shows a captivating experience. The sleek design adds a modern touch to my living room, and the user-friendly interface makes navigation effortless. With multiple HDMI ports and smart features, it seamlessly connects to all my devices. I connected earc to my bose 900 sound bar which delivers amazing surround sound. Even the built-in audio system produces clear sound. Overall, the 4K Samsung TV offers an outstanding home entertainment package that exceeds expectations.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing picture quality with excellent features!! I have an extremely well lit living room so when I was looking for a TV brightness was a huge priority, which is why I opted for the Neo QLED QN90, and boy did it live up to my expectations! The TV is thoroughly vibrant and gorgeous when looking at HDR content with deep blacks like an OLED while also maintaining brightness where needed. In fact, it’s even bright enough to overcome direct sunlight through an untinted window! I’ve gamed on it as well and the picture quality remains solid at high refresh rates and the latency is very low. That’s just the least of it too, the smart features are amazing too and really simple to use, with the auto brightness being really nice as well, keeping it bright in the day and not eye searing at night. Another thing that is honestly massively undervalued with TVs is the stand quality, a lot of TVs have really cheap stands that you can’t really trust so you end up buying something else, but Samsung has managed to deliver here with a solid metal stand that remains aesthetically pleasing while being super simple to install and use. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a solid TV with beautiful contrast and vibrancy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes an amazing monitor! Our tv is a monitor. It does an amazing job for all content we throw at it. Movies, games, web browsing, photo editing, it does all of it great. I particularly enjoy how much customization you really have if you're willing to dive deep into it

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely amazing image. Makes a great monitor. I use this unit mostly as a pc monitor for my family living room. It does an absolutely amazing job and has an image that is unbelievable. Came from a heavenly 7 year old unit and the difference was like magic. Going to buy another smaller one for the office.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV for bright room The TV is really good. Bridgt and easy UI. I have a bright room facing south. But the anti glare and brightness are great on this TV. Also, the UI is improved from the previous model. The remote control is great too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great overall tv! Good: Great colors, great image quality, above average operating system, good remote. Pretty accurate out of the box, with limited tweaking images and colors are phenomenal. Image quality is great and in well lit rooms surpasses OLED. Operating system is pretty good and most major apps are available and work well. Remote is uncluttered and the recharging via light is a unique feature Bad: operating system, remote, upscaling, antireflective coating Operating system could be more customizable as the Home Screen is very cluttered. Remote would benefit from a few customizable buttons and though the recharging is great, what happens when the battery no longer takes a charge? Upscaling is terrible, though I can’t fault Samsung as I have yet to see a quality upscaled image that doesn’t appear a bit off. Finally the anti reflective coating works slightly better than an all glass plasma. Sounds great in theory, but doesn’t perform. Over all great tv that rivals OLED in image quality and beats it in size. Would definitely recommend to my peers and am thoroughly enjoying in my modest light controlled theater room.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing screen I love the TV. It's fast, the picture quality is exceptional. It has a lot of apps and gaming mode is great with tons of features. My only complaint is the buttons are way to sensative that the slightest pressure will change the screen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great display quality and easy to use. I recently purchased the Samsung 85-inch Neo QLED 4K TV, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. This TV has truly transformed my home entertainment experience. The picture quality is simply outstanding. The Neo QLED delivers vibrant and lifelike colors with deep blacks, making movies and TV shows come to life in a way I've never seen before. The 4K resolution helps the image to be crystal clear, and the HDR support adds an extra layer of brilliance to the visuals. The size of this TV is impressive and perfect for creating a cinematic atmosphere in my living room. The slim design and almost bezel-less screen give it a modern and sleek look that enhances the aesthetics of my home. The sound quality is also top-notch, thanks to the built-in speakers that provide immersive audio. Additionally, the TV's compatibility with various audio devices and soundbars allows for further customization.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Problem with Sound both HDMI eARC and Optical Not Happy. Nobody told me. Problem with Samsung software. My optical was installed to my Denon receiver. I can not get my Sony Blue Ray DVD to work on the HDMI eARC - no sound. Technical support can NOT fix it because only optical shows up with Samsung because of software auto sensing. Only the TV has sound. I had both working with my Visio and Yamaha receiver before. ??? Why have this optical port if the software will not work with the HDMI e ARC? There is no solution....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just ok. From looking at tv in store we were amazed at how it looked picture wise. However picture in store is what they want you to see. It is a good tv but for price not worth it. Price point should be around $1500.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overall a great TV The QN90C is above and beyond most TVs in the similar category. More responsive than the QN90A & QN90B. Picture quality is similar if not slightly bettee to previous models although on the QN90C for some reason I had to do a lot of fine tuning of picture settings. The user interface on the QN90A model is preferred as it does completely take you away from the action/movie/game on screen like it does on the QN90B & QN90C. Again its a overall win win in comparison to similar models in this category and to the competition. Always pushing innovation to the next level, keep up the great work SAMSUNG.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Big and Bright Replacing my 65 in Samsung 3D television from 2014 was a big decision. It still has a great picture and fit well in the living room of my new condo. However it has lots of wires and my soundbar has lots of wires so I decided to upgrade my installation and if doing that, why not get a new TV. I chose the big Samsung since I had such good performance from the old TV, and have become a Samsung fan. The picture is of course big and bright. Colors are true, and light from the large windows in the room aren't a big problem. It was easy to set up and it interacts well with my WiFi. I was going to get the 77 inch S90 OLED but I had some concerns regarding burn-in. A friend told me to go big or go home, so I ordered the 85 qn90c. I made the right choice, and I did buy big, and I did go home because I have a great TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very nice 85in TV at an affordable price point I was looking for TVs in 85in category after some research i came across a very few options. One of the Option is Samsung 85in class TV and specifically QN90C model which has good reviews online and went for it. After receiving the TV for a few days i noticed colors are very saturated and yet times they are dark n pale no having much life. But after keep watching for a week things started magically changed and now colors very nice close to the nature. It seems like the TV learned the environment including external light conditions and adjusted on its own. Now it has suprb image in 4k QLED. Sound was little weak and I paired this TV with Q990C sound bar. Wow what a setup. to watch movies. QN90C TV + Q990C Sound bar one of the best combinations. So far so good lets see how long it will last.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Anti-Glare Screen Reviewed most 75-85 inch TVs. Oled and Qled. The QN90C had the best anti glare screen and in my opinion the best option for any living room with widows. Everyone says it looks better than their Oled TVs. No other TV gave me the anti-glare screen! Also the Samsung interface is the easiest to use!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The BEST TV with the WORST installation. The picture quality, screen brightness, and soundbar integration are excellent. However, the installation service I received was extremely disappointing. It was so poorly done that I feel like I could have done a better job myself. The wall mount was not properly aligned, and they had to use drywall anchors to secure it because they didn't have a stud finder. Even after anchoring it with 12 bolts, I still worry about the TV falling off. Moving the TV with the Samsung wall mount, which cost me nearly $200, is nerve-wracking. The lack of symmetry in the wall alignment has caused friction with my wife, and I'm frustrated. I regret choosing this installation service, especially considering the high price they charge. They didn't even ensure the wall was level or use the right tools, and now it seems impossible to remove the bolts without damaging the wall. I've never experienced such poor installation in my nearly 50 years of life. I'm extremely disappointed, and I will never use Samsung's installation service again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BUYER BEWARE of Samsung Deceptive Trade Practices BUYER(s) BEWARE of Samsung Deceptive Trade Practices: I purchased an 85" Samsung Neo QLED 4K QN90B for our home theater directly from Samsung - Took delivery in May 2023, due to delays on the buildout of the home theater, TV remained unused in factory box until Nov 2023, which is when I unpackaged, wall mounted & setup. February 2024, TV no longer works, bottom right corner of screen has pixel issues. I submitted my claim online, a few days later Samsung sent a technician (NISI of Carrollton, TX) who literally was here for 10 mins, hands me a Repair Invoice stating "Physical Damage" (there is no damage, not even a blemish or scratch) Smarthings App reflects TV usage of 100 hours. Samsung won't repair or replace this unit even though it's still within the 1 year Warranty (also reflected on repair invoice) Samsung customer support is useless, so I sent an email to Samsung Electronics of America CEO office (New Jersey) I received an email & call from assigned "Extra Care" associate who could care less about me. I get the same generic "Physical Damage" response. I have since sent numerous emails for clarification what's considered "Physical Damage" and other concerns, such as consideration of workmanship and material defects, with no response whatsoever. I have been extremely loyal as a Samsung consumer for many years (Phones, Watches, TV's, Soundbars, Fridges, Chromebooks/Laptops, + more) Obviously no manufacturer loyalty in return. I'm done battling Samsung, you win! However, I won’t purchase or recommend Samsung products going forth. Due to the fact you wasted countless hours of my time, this will be reported to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) & Texas Attorney General's Office - Consumer Protection Division.
