Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Picture, Bad Software, Bad Remote I love using this TV for gaming on my PS5 and Switch and Streaming Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus. The Picture is truly amazing and the colors pop like no other TV. That being said I wish the remote was analog not Bluetooth (I have to click the same button multiple times), and I wish the software didn't have adds and was smoother. Besides that great tv!

Based my purchase on multiple reviews and feedback from others who had purchased this television. The S95C is also rich with features and a very pleasing interface to access streaming content. Absolutely 5-stars, overall it is flat-out OUTSTANDING.

The Samsung is just hands down the winner. Blacks are exactly that, inky black. The brightness is perfect. Even with our picture window curtains open it doesn't interfere with the picture at all. I did a great deal of research before pulling the trigger on this tv because of the price and haven't any second thoughts about my purchase.

It fit great on my TV stand. It's a little heavy and you need to be careful cleaning it as to not to tip it over.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful OLED, bright and colorful This really is an amazing TV. I have a high end 2021 OLED and was disappointed by the color volume and lack of brightness. This TV... So much brighter and more vivid colors! It's pretty much the best of both worlds. I was concerned unfortunately, because Samsung doesn't support Dolby Vision, but I haven't missed it at all. I'm pretty picky with things to look for in high end TVs and it's been great. The only thing I've noticed is some stuttering around subtitles with fast, panning shots. I have processing turn on, which I prefer, but that might be what caused it. My only other concern is the lack of software/firmware support. Unfortunately it doesn't seem like Samsung issues many and there have been concerning posts on forums with updates disabling features or dropping brightness. I personally have the lately update and haven't really noticed anything, good or bad. Oh, and the streaming/menu software... Man, it's SLOW. It blows my mind that in 2023, tvs still have either poor processors or poor software that make button presses feel like they take years to react. Those are all minor. I use an external device to stream and really just need the TV to be an excellent display, and it is! Oh and the remote is cool, with a solar panel and not too many buttons. However, it should should be more premium materials and backlit...

But the picture quality is above anything you’d ever expect from a tv in your own living room. And just as surprising is the level of sound quality that comes from the unit without any sound bar or home theater system added. Only wish it had more options for the ambient screensaver mode. Or at least the ability to upload personal photos to display.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great 4K TV The imaging if definitely top of the notch. Better than that would be just the 8k ones. It does not have Dolby vision (it does have Dolby atmos for sound though). However, you should not miss the Dolby vision due to its superb hdr and brightness. Bonus point for this TV as you are able to calibrate descently the TV using a Samsung phone or iPhone. The only "cons" would be the Samsung Tizen OS that might feel a little bit laggy sometimes.

We have used different models and makes but none can compare to the Samsung model. There are always crisp pictures. The dynamics of the movie feels as if you were sitting in a theater. Great visual and sound affect that you get is better than most competitors

Any objects brightened by say a sunbeam are so obvious it's almost like looking in a mirror. I guess I mistakenly assumed that the picture quality boasted about in advertising was the truth.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Almost the ideal OLED Having a house of Samsung TV's, including their original OLED entry, the 2022 QN65S95B, when this second gen 2023 QN65S95C OLED was released, I jumped on it. The further enhanced brightness and contrast management via the per pixel multi'zone active [real-time] picture control, is better in my opinion than the other major players (L and Sy) out there. Samsung's version of Dolby Atmos audio and their enhanced HDR picture quality is top notch. Overall, it's a great improvement over the 2022 version, which was pretty impressive itself - with the exception of the remote control that would become non-responsive almost constantly and the Bluetooth functionality that would never find any external headphones, ear-buds, or remote PC. To confirm, this 2023 model has not produced any issues and is a pleasure to watch. It is also a great external display for my S23 Ultra along with my 17" Razer workstation when DeX mode is enabled . ALL IS WELL at this Samsung family house! ...now, time to get ready for the S24 Ultra! :-p

The black levels and clarity on this TV make it look like it's not even real. I added a Q990C soundbar and have been so impressed with picture and sound that its a most show to any visitors. The reaction to all who see this setup are just stunned at the quality of picture and sound. On top of all that it's super thin and looks great even when off. 5 Stars Samsung!!! Well done!

Press any button on the remote and it the picture returns, but very irritating! Great picture and sound. The simple to use solar remote is also cherished! Must be something simple to fix, but we're not tech savy enough to figure out.

Even in the store the picture quality was outstanding. Get it home, unboxed and powered up. This was an easier set up than a smart phone. It is extremely easy to operate, the control seem to be artfully setup so execution is a breeze. Modulates through different applications, cable inputs and accessories very simply. I have been so impressed with the quality of this first purchase that within a few weeks I went ahead and upgraded another older device with an additional Samsung!

I spent hours looking at TV's at different stores and kept coming back to this one. 120 refresh rate, OLED, 4K, plenty of HDMI plug ins, minimal power usage, alexa built in, its literally a fantastic TV. We hope to get a samsung sound bar in the coming month to really complete the package. (:

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung OLED TV outperforms any other I compared this TV side by side with competitor OLED TV's at a huge box retailer before I bought it and the Samsung OLED picture was so much more colorful and details were magnificently clear. We use this in our Master Bedroom and it is so addicting and fun to watch. Its picture is so spectacular I don't think you can even compare it to the competition. Watching a movie like Avatar that is rich with color and motion can really demonstrate its ability to capture your emotions. The sound is crystal clear as compared to the TV it replaced with nice base to it as well. The remote is very intuitive and easy to use which makes it easy to switch between Cable and streaming services. The Apps are prebuilt, but I have already added some of my own to it as well. I would definitely recommend this TV to anyone in the market and can promise you that you will be satisfied with your purchase. Best TV i have ever owned by far. I

Not sure how burn in will be as only time will tell. Plus love the Q Symphony bonus using a Samsung soundbar. Really enveloping sound without the look of a receiver and multiple speakers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stunning quality Last year I bought the s95 b and I really liked it alot so this year when I needed a new tv in the family room I was going to get the same one but after seeing the 2023 model I spent the extra and bought the s95c. It is pretty pricey but it should be coming in to sales anytime now that make it less expensive. Great picture in light and dark rooms and the sound out of the box is impressive for the size of the tv. It's very thin, but feels more sturdy than last years model that had a lot of complaints of bent screens. I didn't suffer that fate but it was one of the reasons I almost went with another model. The picture is quite beautiful especially when it's not in bright light but looks great in that environment as well but loses some of the pop. It handles ps5 and Series X play quite well and thr gaming features are very good too. You won't be disappointed.

UI is pretty bad and takes over the entire screen to do anything like switching inputs and adjusting settings. And the TV tends to have issues with CEC devices like Apple TV and Xbox series X. Great picture quality though. With all the issues I still love the thing but if they fix these aggravating issues I’d love it even more.

Only issues are there isnt a dedicated source button on remote and can be a pain to switch between inputs. Remote is a bit basic, not many options on it outaide the dedicated disney+, Netflix and amazon prime quick buttons. Assuming you use them. Other wise no much to it, though it is rechargeable only. So no battery replacement to deal with. Outside of minor issues this is a great tv.

Then the lower half of the screen started flickering and over the course of the day 3 dots appeared across the middle of the screen. I tired researching fixes and after a factory reset the problem did not resolve. I returned the tv immediately. This should not happen to a tv at this price point. I would not recommend this product. There are other brands that have excellent pictures and sound quality without the problems.

Well BestBuy and Samsung apparently don't talk to each other. BestBuy didn't record that I had picked it up. I contacted Samsung support three days later to say 'hey I have the TV' After a lengthy chat with an agent they said they would open a ticket to resolve. Fast forward to today. I get a notice I got a refund and an email from customer service I have been refunded. Like what? I can't believe I am chasing Samsung to actually let me pay for a TV that's hanging on my wall! Maybe they have just gifted it to me. Avoid the BestBuy pickup, its not worth the hassle.

The problem is you buy this TV to take advantage of the slim one connect cable to only have 1 cable going to the TV on the wall. Well the cable that comes with it is only 8' long. When you start routing the cable around things and through walls it's just 2 short. They make a 15 foot cable for other QLED TV's but not for this TV. If you need to run the TV with 1 cable for any distance, this is not the TV for you. Get a cheaper 4K QLED that they support with longer cable. single cable isn't an issue, save your money and get the S90C of the same size you want instead and save your money as the picture quality is the same.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV but bad experience. I bought this TV about a month ago which came with the free mounting. When it was delivered, RXO guys said the mounting was not included. So I mounted on my own and talked to the customer service multiple times for refund for the mounting $120, instead they re-scheduled the service again which I do not need anymore. I am not planning on talking to customer service again. Also the back of the TV seems like it is a little bent, not sure if it suppose to be like this, I do have pictures of the same. Overall OLD picture quality is awesome, so satisfied with the TV but not the customer support and need to know if the back of the TV is how it is supposed to be.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Horrible Experience TLDR; Was shipped a clearly used TV. Customer service is horrible and will not exchange or help you replace the order for the same price. And if you ask for a manager in chat, they will disconnect and close the chat after making you wait. Full review: Bought the TV and a soundbar through the EPP program at a pretty good price. Sound bar showed up a few days before the TV and was nice. TV showed up and looked in generally good condition until it was opened. Once opened it was obvious the TV was returned. All packing material was ripped apart, the instruction were crumbled and torn. All the bags were ripped open. No question this was used. Immediately reached out and was told that I would need to start a return and then could reorder it. Fine. Started the return and reached out to order support. I was told due to the discounts, the system won't be able to show the same prices, but if I talk with customer service during placing the new order, they can set it up to apply a credit for the difference once the original order is received back. Next day, I reached out to customer service and spent over two hours going back and forth, creating new account as directed, opening new assisted shopping links, but the price was always much higher. Then I was told that since some discounts were already used, there is nothing that they can do and I would need to order at the higher price. I was then told that I would need to speak with order support, even though order support said I needed to speak to customer service. This run around went on for way to long until I finally asked if I could speak to a manager. I was then left waiting for over twenty minutes, in which the associate finally responded and said I need to contact order support and ended the chat. Not only did this company ship a used TV, but they refuse to address the issue or offer any support. While you may be able to get a good deal on your next TV, the hassle and lack of support is simply not worth it. Don't waste your time or money with this company if you can avoid it, unless you have no other option.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great video, horrible UI and software. The TV is awesome as far video and gaming. I love how bright AND dark it is. It has absolutely great resolution when watching TV or apps. Playing games, looks fantastic and I love playing on it. Everything visually is stunning... however. The UI is T E R R I B L E. In order to get anywhere on the TV you have to back out and then go find it in the numerous tabs that are available. The settings are all over the place and just annoying to get to. It is annoying but only slightly and if you don't care about the extra few seconds. Or minutes depending on whether you can find it or not. It's perfect. My problem mainly stems from the fact that I have had a ton of problems connecting and playing games. When playing XBOX the first days I had it. It would black screen and come back every couple minutes. After a repair done by Samsung, the TV still did it. And at this point it hasn't in a while, and I can't. For the life of me. Figure out why all of a sudden it works. My PS5 has not had an issue until recently. It would turn on fine. Now for some reason, It tells me no signal found. Unless I screw around with the game mode UI. Which, incredibly annoys me. Despite all of it. With how the display looks and how relatively small the annoyances are. I really like the TV. Would not recommend if you just need something nice. Tons of other awesome TVs out there. But if you have the money and think none of this will apply to you. Go right ahead and enjoy ??

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV but neutered Ambient Mode is maddening This is my 4th Samsung TV. It is incredible in almost every way. The picture quality is fantastic. However, there is one thing that is very peculiar and frustrating, and it's a typical Samsung nice-idea-but-ain't-working kind problem. It has to do with Ambient Mode, which is a cool feature that let's you display "decors" with motion, kind of like a Screensaver. (The latest Frame TV has this feature, too.) I originally bought the 55" S95C. I didn't even realize it had Ambient Mode, and I enjoyed exploring the "decors." I soon realized I should have gotten a larger TV, so I exchanged it for the 65". I quickly discovered that Ambient Mode doesn't work the same on my 65". Whereas on the 55" I could choose a "decor" and have it display for hours, on the 65", the decor cycles to the next one after 60 seconds. There is no way to keep it on one decor. Nothing about this makes sense. By automatically changing to the next decor after 1 minute, Ambient Mode is effectively useless. The whole point is to pick a decor you like. You can customize most of them, and even match the background color to your wall. There are some elegant, tasteful options -- and some that aren't. What's the point if you can't keep it on your chosen setting? I swear this is not a setting or operator error. This did nor happen on the 55" -- which also makes no sense. I upgraded my Frame TV at the same time, which now also comes with Ambient Mode, and it works the way it should, just like the 55". Pick a decor and it stays. I'm running the latest software, too. I realize this may seem petty because it's not a technical performance issue, but it is incredibly annoying because its obvious that Ambient Mode (a) isn't intended to work this way. And it *doesn't* work this way on other units. But as I said, it's a typical Samsung-ism. My Galaxy S22 Ultra has been generally great -- until the default voicemail app stopped working 18 months ago. Now there is no dynamic vm indicator-- I have to manually check my voicemail to see if I have any messages. Samsung confirmed it's a known issue...as yet with no solution. So, yeah, just like my mostly awesome phone, I have a mostly awesome TV, except for one advertised feature that is broken in the most aggravating way. What's really irritating is I know if a Samsung engineer saw the problem firsthand, they'd realize right away that there's a bug and they'd fix it, because the feature is pointless otherwise -- but the way Samsung tech support/customer service works, I know from experience that no matter how many hours I spend on hold or explaining the problem or sending emails or leaving reviews, this glitch will never get in front of the person with the ability to address it and push a fix to the masses. Not reason enough not to buy this TV, but if you're stuck choosing between the 55" and 65", this just might tip the scale towards the 55". Unless it's just my 65" lemon.

The colors are vibrant and the sound is great. Paired with my Q900C surround sound system from Samsung they pair together perfectly and it's an amazing experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from S95C Critical Problems I wanted to like the s95c but after the 3rd replacement the 40GB limit is real DROP OUTS tested at HDR: 4K144Hz, 4K120Hz, and 2K120Hz SDR: 4K144Hz, 4K120Hz, and 2K120Hz after returning three sets I am done with Samsung! I have witnessed the issues with dropouts on the Samsung S95C OLED TV. The image on the screen freezes or flashes, and it can occur at any time, but it seems to be more common when the TV is set to a high refresh rate, such as 4K144Hz, 4K120Hz, or 2K120Hz. I have also experienced the dropouts more frequently with the new firmware update 1220.9. Samsung has not acknowledged the issue, and they blamed the problems on my PS5, Xbox, and PC. However, I have no issues with my LG C2 regardless of the hardware devices. I would strongly advise against buying a Samsung TV if you are a gamer or someone who watches a lot of high-framerate content. I have experienced the dropouts myself, and it is very frustrating. I would recommend buying a Sony or LG TV instead. Summary: I have witnessed the issues with dropouts on the Samsung S95C OLED TV. The dropouts can occur at any time, especially while gaming or watching YouTube content. Samsung has not acknowledged the issue and generally does not care about customers. I would strongly advise against buying a Samsung TV if you are a gamer or someone who watches a lot of high-framerate content. You may want to consider buying a Sony or LG TV instead. The dropouts also occur at 2K120Hz.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bad Experience Spoke to the tech support and bought S95C with the 15 M one connect extension cable. Received the cable 4 days before the TV. Have the cable installed behind the wall with my contractor (remodeling the house) and sealed the wall up. TV is delivered and the install team informed me the cable will not work the TV. I read the comment section and realized the there's not extension cable available for the S95C. I have two options to get the cable out of the wall to return the cable: one is the open the wall up which is expensive (labor costs, patching, painting). The other is to cut the cable and pull it out from both sides which may not be a valid return. I wish Samsung had all the right accessory ready before it launched a high end product and better trained its tech support who given out the wrong recommendation

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great image but plagued with other challenges We all know how beautiful the TV image is but here are some things no one is talking about: 1) Internet Speed - Limited to 10mb over 100mb. So the max download speed you can get on this 2023 device is 100mbs. 2) NO Google Assistant - Confirmed after speaking with Samsung support. It looks like Samsung has split off from Google Ecosystem and will not support Google Voice Assistant on their newer devices 3) Built In Audio - Almost no bass. Sounds rather bad. Definitely needs a soundbar. 4) Low Brightness Ambient Mode - Ambient mode will cause burn-in on OLED TVS so while it's offered it's at a very dim brightness setting with no static images and overall looks meh compared to Samsung QLEDs 5) Storage - My TV was down to 19% availability right off the bat because of so much pre-installed bloatware 6) Uninstallable Bloatware - Samsung won't allow you to uninstall anything they've preinstalled for you. The Remove button is greyed out 7) Laggy Interface - You'd think they'd install a faster processor on their most premium TV but they cheaped out. The TV menu lags and isn't a fluid experience. 8) Settings Menu - When you go to settings it always will start playing Samsung TV + or whatever other TV app you were using. Like why? Also, why put All settings all the way at the end? 9) Mounting - Back of the TV is not flush. Required different size spacers on the top and bottom to get an even mount. -> I opted for the Samsung TV because I use a Samsung/Phone Laptop but I'm realizing there are very few ecosystem benefits and not having Google Assistant is a huge dealbreaker for me. I'll likely be swapping to the lG OLED.

All the features one could ever want in a smart TV built right in. And the thinnest TV I have ever seen. This is a perfect TV by Samsung. Great design and so impressive.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with them, right down to the denial that the PS5/other random HDMI connections are thier fault despite NUMEROUS complaints about it. This is the first time I have regretted buying thier products, and customer service has been unhelpful and evasive of the issue. May be the last Samsung I buy..if they don't care about my business why should I care about thiers.

Bright screen with good anti-reflective properties. Good connections via the One Connect Box. I use for both TV viewing and as a PC monitor. This excels at both use cases.

Just two draw backs 1) The amplify sound mode is best, but there are issue with the digital output with it. You have to set to standard for it to sound correctly 2) Digital Audio output option does not stop TV audio. Given that, I'd still purchase this TV again

Having only don’t LG OLED TVs for the past 7 years LG C7, C9, C1 i thought that was the best I could get. HDR was amazing, perfect blacks Dolby vision. I one the bleeding edge of TV tech. But man, let me tell you. The image you get from the S95C blows LG out of the water. This things gets bright! But as bright as it gets it doesn’t lose any color pop. Everything just looks so natural and rich. And the HDR wow. I thought I would miss Dolby Vision and Dolby Vision gaming… not at all. This TVs hdr is the best I’ve have ever seen. Highlights have so much impact. On occasion I have to turn the brightness down. And gaming, it is perfect. With my lg gaming was great but imagine quality was dimmed a little. But have them side by side I don’t get why LG does that. The S95C has great input response time. Great HDR and a great game mode. The last thing I’ll say about this tv is the design, the whole tv is as thick as my iPhone. The whole panel. No bumps, nothing just a solid slab of 4K goodness. I definitely do not regret getting this tv

The TV is hardwire to the internet therefore high-speed and no lagging on tv stream servicing including mirroring and streaming from My samsung phone via wifi. I enjoy this product and would recommended it other to purchase it. I recommended that if you little ones, keep the protective film layer on as long as possible.
