Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not worth the money Great TV. I have 3 issues. It’s difficult to mount, especially with the one connect box. The screen is supposed to be anti reflective but the thing is like a mirror. During the day I can barely see the screen when my blinds are open and at night you have to shut off all the lights in the room. Any light creates a rainbow effect across the screen. Unless you live in a dungeon, I don’t recommend this TV. Also, the TV is laggy and slow to respond to the remote. I’ll be returning this TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TV Audio Will Not Sync to TV I bought this less than a week ago and I’m taking it back! I’ve read about all the audio issues and the solutions that Samsung offered. I wasn’t able to select the “pass through” option when I had the Samsung sound bar connected. I disconnected the sound bar and tried using just the TV speakers and still…. The audio and video are not in sync!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 5 star picture, 2 star OS, 1 star remote Our living room is very bright, even with the blinds closed so we bought this television because of the anti glare and bright, crisp picture reviews we’d read about, it certainly lives up to this. However, we’ve had nothing but problems with the operating system and remote since day one. For a 2022 television I’m surprised the hardware can’t seem to handle the operating system - apps are slow to respond which is extremely frustrating considering I’ve had lower end Samsung televisions in the past without problem. We’ve also had nothing but bother with the remote. Even with it fully charged it sometimes doesn’t respond and other times various buttons get stuck including having the volume go very high, very quickly which is also very annoying. When spending $1500+ on a television you expect the basics to work seamlessly but this certainly hasn’t been the case.

Not only is this the greatest TV that I’ve ever looked at (OLED comparable blacks, vivid colors, amazing real scene brightness and HDR) it’s also the best screen I’ve ever used for gaming. You get the best of both worlds if you’re an avid console and PC gamer like myself.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent picture quality This is an amazing TV. Light weight yet sturdy. The picture quality is amazing. Colors are vibrant. This makes all other TVs at home inferior. WiFi set up was easy. It has not disconnected from WiFi. No lags, no slow speed. All the essential apps are available and serve the purpose. Sounds is not that great. I had to buy a sound bar. Remote is awesome. It has rechargable batteries, which can be recharge with type c cable or even has a solar panel to charge with sunlight. I am happy with the purchase.

But it did not have many of the new options available. So I updated to the new NEO 65" OLED. The pricing was very affordable and the TV has everything I wanted and more. Let's see how it work in 6 months.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 65" of Awesomeness Guys, this t.v. is amongst the best in the business. I upgraded my theater with this beast and I have to say, I absolutely love it!! I use it for game play as well with Series X as well. The visually stunning picture is just going to leave you speechless. I have been running with Samsung for years. They just continue to dominate. The new interface took a minute, but it works. There are some minor nuances with this as when you hit the home button it completely kicks you out of your existing app and you have to reboot all over again. This is only an issue when you're hopping around sports apps. The only other minor issue is the remote. They have three pre- programed app buttons just below the home button. It seems like everytime you pick up the remote, you accidentally hit one of those and bam out of your program and into the app. In the dimmed room when you think you're hitting the volume or home, bam, out of your app. I would highly recommend a pop up window confirming you want to leave your app. I would also recommend a back lit remote. However, I would not want to sacrifice affordability to have the back lit feature. Enjoy!

The TV works great, but we had trouble with the captioning not consistently displayed. I worked with the Spectrum Tech Support, but problem could not be resolved.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome TV I watch a lot of TV in the morning I tune in the local weather so I know what to expect as a pro driver making deliveries. I watch a lot of streaming video in the evenings. I Watch college football on Saturday and Pro football on Sunday, Monday night and Thursday. When I watch movies that I watched on my pre-4K TV I am awe struck by the quality and clearness of the picture. The NEO QLED is so much better than my OLED was. I have to laugh about how much more you can see when they do closeups on some actors that have scars from younger days. I can relate to some since am in the same boat so to speak. The gray shading is much easier to see than on the OLED. The white is so bright and the colors really POP.

There's is a 3.1 hdmi hookup that allows us to get the most out of it. The colors on this tv are richer than in real life! It's insane! We also stream tv a lot...including football games, and there is no lag or blurriness. It feels like we are at the stadium watching tv. Beautiful picture! It's also convenient having a remote that does not have replaceable bbatteries. You have the choice to a solar-powered charge or with a type c cable. This is the best tv we have ever owned. We love all of our samsung products. It goes wonderful with the smart things app and alexa.

I have manipulated the settings a number of times, but I can't get a streak free picture. My 8yr old Sony has Football Mode - every TV should have that for sports.

I purchased this TV to take advantage of the NextGen tv broadcast signals, that are starting to broadcast in some area's of the country in full 4K. The ATSC 3.0 tuner brings in these signals very clear, as well as signal broadcast in lower VHF/UHF. Picture quality is truly remarkable. There are so many features on this TV that I may never use, (Games Consoles and Health features) but if I do I know the TV will support them

My living room is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows, but the TV maintains a bright, crisp image even during the daylight sun. Easy set-up- intelligently integrates with Samsung SoundBar, Apple TV, Direct TV, and other entertainment components. Was a good buy.

After turning it on, it's feels like you get sucked into other world of digital. This could rival the metaverse and really recommending this TV to anyone that loves to binge shows.

Main reasons for selecting was the screen brightness, good view angle, outputs and black contrast for dark scenes (old plasma degraded to point of giving up dark scene details). Setup was easy, but absolutely need a 2nd person to mount above mantel. Connected to Roku, XBox, external ATMOS speakers (via e-ARC). Overall happy with picture clarity and TV performance. Still have to bump up settings for some dark scenes. One big concern. TV has lost HDMI and eARC connection with error messages a few times. An TV off/on... or power cycle has worked so far. Concerned there's an IC/board issue. Not consistent enough to feel confident that using warranty support will be fruitful. Hearing enough about other's support problems that not looking forward to trying (guess if this is a cost avoidness goal.. it's working for Samsung). Have had TV about 9 months now. Note: Same devices on old plasma does not do this at all. Roku & speakers are new w/ TV upgrade.

We use our TV in the living room for TV, movies and streaming. We previously owned a QLED 70 Series and upgraded to take advantage of the colors and black screen and have never been dissatisfied.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful! I use my TV for movies, video games and general streaming and I've been very impressed with my new Samsung. The picture quality is gorgeous out of the box and required very little customization to get it looking the way that I want. I decided to go with this TV after a LOT of research - what got me to pick this over an OLED was concerns (small as they were) about the potential for burn-in with OLEDs and because this TV does a pretty epic job with contrast, brightness, local dimming and reflection control. There are only two minor quibbles I have - the remote does not have an input switching button (you have to switch inputs in the TV's Home menu), and I had to turn down the brightness a bit because it gets impressively bright. Otherwise though, everything looks great and it does a great job upscaling my older media. Looking forward to (hopefully) many enjoyable years with this set.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for awhile. Purchased from Samsung directly. It was an amazing tv for a little over a month. Over many hours, remote and onsite troubleshooting, and acknowledgement that there is an issue, the issues still unresolved. Doing my own digging and talking to professional TV reviewers I found that the smart calibration function I used has a chance of permanently causing varying issues with the display. I brought this up to Samsung and now they're telling me it's within parameters. I've escalated the issue and my black uniformity levels are still terrible after going as far as downloading firmware on to a USB an online engineer sent me so they could take control of my tv and troubleshoot. It's still not fixed after almost 3 months. I'll update if anything changes.

I love the fact that it has a app center where I can download things such as Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, Bet+ and it comes with its own free channels! The best part is that it has a built in voice assistant which makes operating this tv easier.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Weird issues when TV starts up Great picture. Attractive frame and stand, but TV has some weird issue when it starts up. Sound is often out of sync when using with Samsung sound bar. Startup issues. Sometimes the screen turns into a bright violet color and just sits there like that for about 30-60 seconds and turns on to a regular picture or goes black for another 30 seconds. I had this issue with a previous one, same model, where the screen appeared to be black, but in fact it was just very faint, unusable in any case. I'm concerned I'm going to have the same issue with this TV, which is new by the way. I also, don't like the user interface, it's usually in the way when the tv starts up. The tv for what ever reason does not default to the cable box, maybe there is a way to set it, not one that I could tell. But, in any case the user interface is up and it does not go away on it's own. I usually have to find the remote to exit out of it. Very annoying. Sound issues. For some reason the sound is often out of sync with the picture when using a the Samsung sound bar. I have played around with the settings seemed to have resolved it for now, but acts up every now and them.

We wanted a slightly larger tv for our living room and the 65 is perfect. The picture quality is unmatched. I did my research before purchasing. The colors are extremely crisp and acupuncture. Couldn't be happier overall!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from QN90B QLED 65 inch review Picture quality is awesome for a movies and Netflix/HBO Max person. 4K especially, so sharp that I can tell the diff between cheap CGI of house of dragon vs better quality CGI of rings of power. Sound is fairly good too, just had to figure out the adjustment for turnoff of auto volume control as certain movies I could not hear voices or sounds well until I made the adjustment. All in all I am happy with my purchase and recommend this TV doing some research on CNET and other tech websites and reading lots and lots of customer reviews. No freezing or any issues so far. Can be viewed from multiple angles as advertised.

We spent a little extra to get automatic dimming and picture but am not sure those features work that great or at least I cannot see the difference. Overall so far, a really great TV ... esp the color and picture quality.

I did extensive research on which brands were the best and Samsung consistently came up as being the best. And let me tell you won't regret it. I've never paid more than $500 for a tv so this was a really big deal for me. I'm so happy with it. I use it as a bigger laptop screen when I work from home. I have my alexa hooked up to it. It's just a wonder product. Super happy.

I was placing the TV in a bright room, so I was worried OLEDs would not cut it. I read the reviews on this TV and its peak brightness and I can say they were not wrong. The brightness, color saturation and deep blacks all outperformed my expectations. Many days I find myself watching this TV over my other OLEDs because of its brightness and color pops. Very happy with my purchase.

The voice command and easy to use interface makes this tv one of the best contenders in the market. I opted for 4k instead of 8k as most of my contents don’t go up to 8k level. Being unable to delete the apps we don’t use, the energy mode also sometimes creates issues for the app and lastly the remote solar panel doesn’t always charge and the remote won’t work until charged for a while.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So disappointing! i bought this tv for my elderly father so that he could more easily see the picture. i never expected that the remote control would be such an issue. it is a small, totally black devise measuring approximately 1.5” x 6.5”. there is no lighting so it is impossible to see the buttons at night. plus, it requires solar charging. overall, the tv is a huge disappointment. for my uses, it also requires a sound bar. i miss my old sony! i’ll never buy another samsung!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very poor quality for the price. The operating system is very limited: Buttons "stick" and take 3 or 4 repeated clicks to operate correctly (and a considerably long delay). A Samsung associate informed me in live chat that this model has very limited buffer space (causing some apps to not allow 4k resolution, but top-off at a lower resolution such as 1080p or even 720p), which is absolutely unacceptable in a so-called 4K device and a so-called flagship model! The screen is unacceptably dim (even in a pitch-dark room) even at max brightness when viewing in HDR. The volume is also extremely lacking. The on-board speakers do not get loud enough to even make out the words in conversations in some content. I also wish that Samsung offered a replacement remote which has light-up buttons.

My husband and I love watching house M.D. and binge watch this on the regular! As for the kiddos, they enjoy watching the duck channel. We have really enjoyed the great picture quality and sound.

The crispness and brightness of this TV is outstanding, especially in bright rooms. The contrast and blacks are the best I've seen. I mainly use my device for streaming (Netflix, Prime Video, Plex, etc), as well as PS5 gaming. The Samsung UI is very easy to navigate compared to other brands. I find what I need to know in a single press of the home button. You can also really dial in the settings for your screen specific to your room with ease. Really, setting up everything is easy with the interface. The best features by far for this TV is the Gaming Mode. Samsung has really gone out of their way to please gamers. There are so many features that let you adjust and monitor your specific set up. These features have also allowed me to use it as a secondary PC monitor. Normally you would not consider using a TV as a PC monitor, but Samsung have changed my mind. This will soon become my primary PC monitor. All in all, this TV is the best one I have ever seen and used, period.

The infinity screen is off the chain and the resolution on my gaming makes me feel as if I'm living the game myself. The experience is so immersive and intuitive. I'm also in love with the fact that I can connect the Google assistant to work seamlessly with my other Google products and even use my Samsung Dex to its fullest potential with my galaxy phone paired to my tv! The brightness of our new TV surprised us, giving us an impressive picture that we can enjoy day or night. The unique approach to minimizing reflections from direct sunlight also works very well. This was also our first 4K TV and the resolution and color accuracy is unbeatable. Since I like to watch TV in different forms (antenna, streaming and external sources) I love the convenience of the operating system and how easy it is to switch between sources without having to drill down through several menus. And I was also surprised to discover the Samsung Plus free streaming channels, which dramatically expands on the free entertainment available to our family. My research said this was the TV to get and it has definitely lived up to the hype!

It has plenty of accessory ports to cover my needs plus some left over. Being a smart TV, it was easy to integrate and put into service. I followed the written and onscreen instructions for installation and setup without any issues. I even adapted a universal remote app from my Samsung Galaxy as a backup remote. I really like the QLED technology and limited 4K resolution. I reviewed pretty extensively before purchasing and am not disappointed. There is a "brown spot" in the lower left of the screen. It becomes most apparent with lighter and white colors. When I reviewed QLED, this was listed as one of the potential drawbacks. So, I knew it could happen going in am ok with it.

All the games really stood out in 4K, and the game bar is a really great feature to configure all the settings to bring gaming to the next level. Gaming at 120Hz on the 65 inch with minimal lag at 4K resolution made me put away my Samsung gaming monitor. I'm super happy with all the features and built apps that you are able to download as well. Having apps like Youtube, Sling, Netflix, Hulu, and many more gives me more than enough to watch. The operating system is pretty responsive, and with the rechargeable slim remote is very easy to use. Native Google Duo with using a compatible webcam, and multiview is an added plus. I also love the Samsung Health app that syncs with my Galaxy Watch 4. My wife and I use this feature daily to track our progress. Overall the Samsung Q90B checks all the boxes and is the must buy of 2022.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for awhile. my family was watching a movie and everything went dimmer. still watchable but unable to hit those high, almost blinding, peak nits. it also ended up with terrible blooming. this was all after the 1303 firmware. i reached out to samsung and they sent out a technician. they stated nothing was wrong. this tv was at max brightness and looking like a $500 65" bargin brightness. anyone who has this tv should know how absurdly bright it can get. i was told that it could be a firmware that only they can get but it only deals with blooming. hopefully that fixes it because every border from any source on any movie is so blown out it looks like i have screen sync lighting. overall very unhappy. it looks worst than the 2019 q70r i upgraded from.

Wifi allows other devices to connect without wires. Rated 5 out of 5 by from A great TV with some minor annouyances. I bought this last fall when my old set decided that it no longer wanted to keep the LED backlights on all the time. So far, it has been a great choice with only a few annoyances. Sometimes the sound for a given channel is loud and sometimes soft. For example, a program that we regularly listen to is sometimes perfect with the volume at 14 or 15, but at other times we have to crank it up to 19 or 20 to hear it comfortably. Another thing is that there is a delay when unmuting it, such that you will miss dialog if you don't unmute it before your program resumes. Someday I hope that there will be a TV that will keep the volume level constant so that the commercials don't blast out at you when the program requires a higher volume. I tried to connect and set up a Nintendo Wii today (had to buy a special Wii-to-HDMI adapter to do so with this TV), but when I tried to go through the set-up process the TV requested, there wasn't a menu option for Nintendo or Wii. (Yes, I know that it is an old gaming console, but that doesn't mean that it shouldn't automatically recognize it as a Wii, after all, it recognizes a PS3 without any issues.) I also really hate that manufacturers have basically mandated that if you want to read an owners manual for a better understanding of how certain features work, you have to do so online. Why can't they just include a hardcopy of the online manual with the TV so that you ca peruse it as you need to? Reading something online and/or having a device with you when you need to find out certain things is just a royal pain in the rear. Sometimes making something smart does not necessarily mean that it is better.

Checked all settings and Best Buy Geek Squad could not figure it out and they are replacing the TV tomorrow, 8-8-2023, with another Samsung (same model and size) so will see how that works out. The TV is amazing when it’s on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm glad I spent the money!! My last Samsung lasted 12 years, hoping for the same with this one! Since it worked as soon as it was taken out if the box, we're off to a good start! This is a great TV with an awesome picture, and a lot of extras. The Geek Squad was able to program the remote to control the TV, Firestick, and DVD. No "universal remote" purchase needed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comes with the apps I need, easy to get others too Had a 10yr old Samsung that worked perfectly. Relocated to a different state and begrudginly gave it to a friend. Hoped I'd find another TV as good or better and I did. Went for a bigger screen and absolutely love it! It's like being in a theater. Sound is great, picture fantastic!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WOW picture! Spectrum fiber cable just became available to our household. Goodbye 2mbps DSL. Hello 370mbps fiber! Our old TV was a simple LED 1080p dumb TV. We needed to upgrade to a Smart TV, so, after a bit of internet research we settled on the 65” Class QN90B Samsung Neo QLED 4K Smart TV (2022). WOW! What a great picture compared to our old TV. HDMI integration to our Sony home theater amp was ... magical and seamless. Just had to plug it in and the TV recognized and controlled it instantly. I’m still getting used to the remote which seems to have too few buttons. What I don’t like is there is no way to enter channel numbers directly. Instead, you have to scroll through all channels to get to your selection. Something I’m told is the major complaint for this series and rumor has it the engineers are working on it. When I attached my attic TV antenna, I got nothing. Maybe it was me but I couldn’t seem to get it to work so, no over the air reception at this point. Great TV, good value.

The first time it took 3 months to get my original one, and it was broken then Customer Support and the way they contract out the deliveries is what made it a bad experience. They sent me a replacement for the original but it was clearly labeled "non-functional". Eventually I was offered a refund, and I am still a customer but this is why I will wait on giving it a 5 star. I want to make sure this TV functions for awhile. Other than that debacle, I enjoy Samsung and their products.

I previously left a 3 star due to manufacturing flaws and a few hiccups in fixing them, but since I have repurchased this TV with the newer model, it seems to be mostly fixed. The TV needs to be hard reset occasionally due to freezing or long loading screens, but other than that it is great. I am sure Samsung will apply an update eventually to fix the slow loading and whatnot. Amazing picture quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replacement TV I bought a 75 inch Neo QLED after having it for 1 month my apartment got struck by lightning. The insurance company paid for the TV less $600 deductible and so I purchased the 65 inch to replace it. The 65 inch really was a better fit for me in the room. Picture quality is awesome just like the 75 was.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed Having an issues with shadowing effect running through the center screen and some on the sides especially when scene is panning. I thought it would be a better picture. My previous LCD didn’t do this. Service has been difficult to navigate with Samsung.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Need instruction book! Not online help!!@ Excellent picture. Only complaint is the online instruction manual sucks. I need a real instruction book with an index. I had great difficulty figuring out the best picture settings for dark scenes. I did figure it out after struggling. I also had problems setting up the universal remote to work with DVR and Blueray player. This would have been easy with a clear instruction manual.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV, love the anti glare screen As usual, Samsung does not disappoint. I was hesitant on buying this model as I kept seeing poor reviews about a rainbow refraction glare across the screen due to the anti reflective/glare screen. I have had this TV for two months now so I feel I can give a fair review at this point. My living room gets rather bright and when the sun hits the front of the house it pours in the windows at a direct angle to the tv. This screen reduces the glare amazingly! I can at times see the rainbow glare, but it so very minor that you really have to look for it to notice it. Doesn’t bother me one bit and I hardly notice it. The anti glare far outweighs this very minor side effect. The color is crisp and clear, the blacks are dark, the picture is sharp, and even the sound is pretty good! Highly recommend!

The bursting colors with such detail is truly amazing! My friends have expressed the same feelings when they have seen my new Samsung. I am so happy to have this TV. Its the best one I have ever owned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Horrible warranty service I bought this TV in February and the sensor on the TV went out in April. I had to use the button on the tv to turn it on and change channels. That button then fell off. I called to get it fixed and the technician said the tv was damaged and refused to fix it. If the sensor would’ve never went out I would have used the remote instead of the button. Normal wear and tear. Now I’m stuck unplugging my tv and can’t turn up the volume or channels.
