Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Flat, Great Picture! We have a Fire Cube and a PS4 hooked up to the TV and we haven't used the Cube. the TV streams extremely fast and doesn't lag. The picture is amazing (dark blacks, bright colors) and clear as day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 2021 Frame TV We are enjoying our 65 inch Frame Tv very much. We use it to stream television shows, movies and sports. We love how Samsung was able to make the 2021 model thinner so it looks like a normal art frame. We enjoy the art mode when not viewing the tv and admire the way the remote no longer needs to have its batteries changed , as it has rechargeable batteries which are recharged by a solar window in the remote. We had installed above our fireplace and it adds a nice touch to our decor. We would definitely recommend this tv.

We usually have it running in art mode during the day while not it use as a TV. Many guest on seeing it for the first time were surprised to see it was not framed art work. The curated series provided for subscription are updated regularly and have always been enjoyable. It works well as a TV, and we really enjoy the content available on the Samsung TV plus service. Needless to say the smart home and smart phone integration with other Samsung products are easy to setup and near seemless. Several guests have looked into the frame themselves after coming for a visit, and I have always recommended it to them when they have asked. Five star product!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Broke in less than 6 months. Purchased unit new April 2022. Unit developed dark spots in the top that grew towards the center. I’ve spent hours on the phone with Samsung trying to get it fixed only to be told that the part needed to repair it is on backorder with no good timeframe on when it would be available. Now I am getting the run around on a replacement. Currently stuck with a broke TV. I’ve owned 20 Samsung TVs through the years and currently have 6 other Samsung. This is the only one that I have ever had any trouble out of. I would not recommend.

The quality of picture we get from the quantum processor is so vivid and almost real look you just want to step into the frame and oh is quite universal. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product-excellent picture I use this TV as primary TV in my living room for gaming, streaming, watching sports etc. Has a great picture and lots of features. There is an option for split screen using certain apps and inputs which is cool to watch multiple sporting events at the same time. The picture feature for the frame works well especially in well lit rooms. Just make sure if you use your own image make the resolution 4096x2160. This will give you the option to fill the screen or use a mat. I knocked down 1 star because if you don't understand how to manipulate your images, this can be a difficult process. I whish samsung had an option in the smart things app to convert your images to fit the frame. Also I don't like the Samsung app interface. This is across all samsung tvs not specific to this TV. I will add a streaming stick to fix. Overall I would recommend this TV it's excellent!!!!

You can even select a colored matte just like for real painting. It saves energy by automatically turning off when you leave the room the comes back on when you enter. You can also download your own pics to display. Great for special events. It fits very flush with the wall thanks to this One Connect box. Everything plugs into the box rather than the back of the TV. The box can be up to 16 feet away in a cupboard!! No more needing to pull the TV off the wall to connect devices. I thought of adding a sound bar but the sound is fantastic- no need. I’m now planning to get The Frame TV for my bedroom. Love this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Frame TV - A dream come true I have wanted this TV for years and finally pulled the trigger. I am so glad I did as it has become the perfect centerpiece for my new home. So far, anyone that sees it assumes it's a picture frame and are floored when I hi the power button to reveal the television. My only gripe is the new 2-piece mounting bracket which in itself just takes a little extra time and care to mount properly (as opposed to a single mounting bracket) but luckily Samsung started including a paper template which helped tremendously.

The quality is unlike any of the other TVs I’ve purchased ever. I love that it does look like artwork on my wall when not watching. And not having to hide a lot of cords going down the wall is even better. The remote is solar charging and can be pulled in to recharge. Sound quality is wonderful! Have had so many friends and family saying that want one after seeing mine.

I did not want a big black box hanging on the wall so this is working out wonderfully. I am a painter so can put my paintings up for clients to see as well as Van Gogh's, Matisse and a host of others. Really neat !

Not super happy with the surprise to pay an additional $60 per year to view the art ( I guess, whatever). That being said having a dinner party and have the TV displaying art is very fun with friends and family.

EVERY TIME SOMEONE NEW COMES TO OUR HOUSE, THEY DON'T EVEN REALIZE THAT IT'S A TV, AND NOT JUST A PICTURE. Rated 5 out of 5 by from More than expected I wanted a TV in the living room that is being renovated but the wife did not. We comprised and got this and I am very happy with the purchase. The video quality is good and the sound quality is what you’d expect from any flat screen (I.e. plan on adding a sound bar or sound system for theater experience). I already have another set up for that in another room so this really fit what we were looking. The bracket set up was easy but it didn’t leave much room for error relative to other mounting systems. The remote control is a real winner as it is attractive and neatly arranged so that it’s intuitive to use. We also purchased artwork from another online art store and added it to our art collection, which really looked great! Unfortunately the biggest challenge was using the app SmartThings app to set up the TV. Once I got the apps logged in, I was able to easily watch Netflix, Disney + and Hulu without issue. Great TV.

Well unfortunately because of Covid I opened box 15 days after delivery and now told any physical damage is not covered under warranty. Samsung is sticking by that policy and has no interest in making it right.

Quality of TV itself, although not top of line (8K), is much better than the 2020 model. I like all the features in art mode. However, would have loved to keep the time delay option on all the time and not reset itself. Hoping to get new art/photos uploaded by partners so can customize to what I'd like to watch and enjoy. Many of my friends have been impressed by the TV itself, they really thought it was a painting or piece of art. There was an issue with the OneConnect Box that came with the TV, however Samsung sent someone within a few days and had it replaced. Have had no problems ever since.

My wife didn't want me to buy anything that would make it "ugly". So I immediately thought about The Frame. When not in use we have a family portrait up. I've had at least 5 friends & family say, "that's a nice painting or picture. So they were very surprised when I turned the TV. I don't game on this TV because I have a man cave, so I'm not allowed. But we watch tones of movies together with family and friends on this TV. I also love being able to play content off to the side. When sport season is here, it's nice to keep up with more than on game. I mean every TV should have this feature, everything is a computer nowadays, so why not. Overall I love this TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent TV Experience Enough words can’t describe how much my family is enjoying this television. Great for work & leasure. The Art Gallery serves a variety of selections to choose from. The monthly membership isn’t steep considering the quality of the art to choose from. Plenty for all tastes/interests. Streaming and screen mirroring works like a charm. Beaming shows through apps is seem less. No issues so far have arisen from switching through multiple applications at a given moment. We had initial concerns as to how well this unit would do as we get lots of natural lighting because of large windows. That concern is gone now that we see clearly the images projecting back without any glare. Dynamic mode is SUPERB… so much that it takes a few days to adjust to how good an image you’ll be viewing. The TV itself came with a very unique mounting bracket that’s explained tremendously well in the instructions manual. Nothing was missing & you’ll love the end result. While the unit looks nice on the two stands provided, You cannot appreciate the magnificence of the television till it’s mounted on the wall. Really does look like another portrait on the wall. The clear/transparent power cord sliding down is barely noticeable on our wall. The One Connect box is a thing of beauty. Everything hooks into it seamlessly so no fiddling behind the TV required. The sound is great with the factory speakers, but paired up with any surround system will make your ears look and soul sing. Definitely buy it

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I wanted to like it i was asked to rewrite my review. i really wanted to like this tv. first tv had dead pixels after 2 months of limited use. took about 8 weeks to get a replacement, service techs refused job. second tv stopped turning on after a week. took another 8 weeks to get my money refunded. picture quality was ok, interface was the best part. service was the last on the list.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Compromise TV for Quality and Appearance So far, loving the Frame TV. The picture quality is pretty good, but not as good as it can be. However, the TV itself is beautiful in any room and the slim footprint makes up for the lack in picture quality. If I was going to give it some negatives, the art mode is dumb. Samsung gives you 23 free images to use, but wants to you to pay $5/month to have access to thousands. This is a problem for a few reasons, 1) ongoing cost and 2) no one in their right mind would ever think this is art. The screen is too bright in a dark room and too reflective of light in a bright room. So, its better than a black screen, but in no way is it 'art'. Personally, I think Samsung should roll the cost of art mode access into the price of the TV and let everyone with a frame TV have access. The other negative is the home bar in samsung has adds in it. Come on, stop shoving adds into everything. It's minor for now but I am concerned Samsung will continue to push the limits of what consumers will tolerate. So, overall, there are better, less expensive TVs in terms of picture quality. For this TV you are paying more, for less quality image but high quality aesthetic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV, "Invisible" Cable Letdown we really like the frame tv itself, but the "invisible" wire is huge disappointment and extremely obvious on a white fireplace. i cannot find any adapters to plug the cable directly into the outlet behind the tv, instead of it running to the big black box that comes with tv. we purchased with the understanding that the cable could be hidden, but it turns out that is not the case so now we are left with an ugly wire hanging down our fireplace and mantle. i really wish we would have known this prior to spending the money on this tv.

It’s like a two in one. A big landscape picture and a TV. Saves space and looks really nice in art mode. In addition, the performance is good because it’s Qled with 4K and 120hz for gaming. It has latest apps built in and wifi. Screen mirroring is awesome with my iPhone. Overall, really happy with this TV. Just wish it included a free bezel along with purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Is it Art or a tv? great job samsung! you have really outdone yourself. the 65” the frame tv is masterfully art and a tv with great qualities. it hangs flush on the wall with the provided wall mount brackets, displays art when turned off, and is a quality tv with great depth! i did not have to persuade my wife very much for her to agree to this purchase. she loved the idea from the beging especially with family coming in town for xmas. when our family arrived they complimented us on the great looking photo of a zebra above the fireplace only later to show them it is also a great tv. again great job and we are extremely satisfied with this tv. would recommend it to anyone!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nightmare with one connect cable love how the tv looks and the frame. from the first day i plugged it in. i have had issues with the tv restarting. i have troubleshooted everything to no avail. i suspect the sensitive one connect cable is to blame. not a good set up at all. i have submitted a service ticket so we will see what happens.

I’m completely blown away! The quality is crystal clear but especially when in Art Mode. It literally looks like there is a piece of art, or a painting, on my wall! There are so many pieces to choose from! One thing I do wish was for less-specific search terms (I typed in a country and no results came up, hoping to get art of some landscape in that country). My wife has been able to create a peaceful experience in our living area because of the art she can have on the screen.

I took a star off from my review though simply because of having to finagle the initial set up process to work with my Sonos arc sound bar. It ended with me having to reset the firmware on my sound bar, and rolling back an update on my TV to get it to work correctly. Since the initial set up woe, everything else has been great. The image quality is awesome, the thickness of the TV makes my wall look great, and I just purchased a frame kit to make it look more in line with the artwork I use for art mode. I have since recommended my TV to a few friends that have been looking for something similar.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV overall, decent picture but not great My biggest issue with the TV is the mount. The TV mount wouldn't slide all the way into the wall hanger. Samsung sent me another mount but the replacement had the same issue. So it must be a flaw in the design. I ended up using a piece of wood that helped me expand the hanger while pushing the TV mount down and it worked. I'm worried that when I'm moving, it's going to be challenging to remove the TV. What's surprising is that this is a very common problem people complain about in reviews, and Samsung's support was clueless. What was surprising to me is the sound quality. It's relatively great for a thin TV. I love the fact that all the TV outlets are consolidated into a separate box.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You pay this much for a TV and cant use it cant tell you how good the tv is yet because i cant get it on the wall. we purchased the 65” and the mounts are not large enough to catch a stud. its missing it on both sides. now we have to go and spend more money on another mount that will not lay as flat. its a really dumb design flaw. theres no reason these pieces can be longer to accommodate and im not having the tv off center… if i had a slight larger or smaller version of the tv it would have probably worked. also the connector hub is huge. i dont need to connect anything to the tv but i cant just plug it in, it has to go theough a massive hub. no idea where im going to out that…

Downsize JPEG to 1-1.5kb this is a follow up to a prior review where i was limited to 75 images because of small internal storage space ~500mb. exporting photos as jpegs limited to 1k or 1.5k appears to give me equal quality images (comparing on a high res 4k, color calibrated monitor and subsequently on the frame tv). this extends the number of photos i can put on this device to near 500. this is better but ultimately lacking in potential. samsung, having the ability to reference a network storage location for the art mode pictures would be ideal. alternatively running art mode from the attached usb mass storage device would also be reasonable.

Coupled with the HWQ60T Samsung Sound Bar it has changed my newly renovated basement into a powerful, yet elegant, movie theater. I really enjoy the painting that comes alive on the screen whenever I am in the room, not to mentioned the beautiful bezel (the "frame") that frames the panel, which, by the way, is perfectly matching the color of my wood floor. I almost forgot. The quality of the images is breathtaking and Alexa is a very useful addition. Thank you.

I always wanted a cabinet it hide my TV- but that’s no longer in style:/ so I purchased to Frame Tv for our Great Room that I wanted to continue to be cozy without a big black box on the wall! My husband was skeptical:/ but loves it too!! It looks great and feels great in the room! It has amazing picture and sound quality without any sound bar. It's such a great TV that is great for large or small spaces and offers something other than a big, black, blank canvas on a wall. It's great to sit down and watch your favorites on a quality screen with quality sound or display your favorite piece of artwork or family photo. Perks include art mode, a solar power remote and the ability to have the tv turn off with motion detection. I feel like it's able to be "on" when you want it and off when you aren't there. The only downside we've seen is the remote seems to be a little glitchy where only the home button will work. Seems to be a common problem, but if that's it we can deal with that.

I will have to replace the rest of the TV,s in the home with the Samsung Frame. Truly magnificent TV. It really feels like a piece of art. Really takes the TV element out of the room and really gives the feeling of a picture on the wall. Very easy setup just follow the instructions given once the TV is turned on and you will be well on your way to uninterrupted tv viewing. Since receiving the TV I haven’t been able to keep my youngest kid out of my room, he is loving the YouTube app and streaming his favorite YouTuber. I love the way you can set the tv to display to a different artwork, the TV really makes the home feel like an art Gallery. It’s great how the new remote is built, so you don’t need to keep on replacing the battery, also the remote has the capability to power its self via solar power. There are just so many great things about the 65" LS03A Samsung Frame TV, the art mode is one of my favorite things on the TV, I love how you can change a picture at the touch of the button. The different options for the frame are also great. You can definitely notice a difference with the 4K processor really takes the viewing to a different level. The invisible cable leading from the tv to the connect box keeps everthing tidy, definitely a fan of having the connect box. The adaptive sound integrated into the TV is really amazing, I have never experienced that before it really does bring a different viewing experience. I would defiantly recommend this to any of my friends and family, really is a amazing technology.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Work of Art I’ve been following the Frame series for awhile, as I love TV technology, but others in the household prefer the aesthetics. Finally everyone can be happy! The technology has everything that I want. The Samsung Smart TV interface has all of the apps that I could want. I use Disney+, HBO Max, Netflix, Vudu, YouTubeTV, Amazon Prime, and Apple TV+ for TV streaming and Amazon Music, Pandora, and Spotify for music streaming. The TV speakers are fantastic for TV speakers. Historically, I have always wanted a soundbar, but these are great. The picture is fantastic and I love being able to change the settings with quick settings or fine tune in the advanced settings menu. We are temporarily using it in the living room which has wide viewing angles and gets a lot of sunlight and the Adaptive Picture performs very well. I’ve connected the Xbox and watched some 4k Blu-ray movies that really showed off the Quantum HDR. Speaking of connections, Samsung has done it right with the One Invisible Connection. To have just one cord connected to the TV, makes things so much easier. As for the remote, it just works. I love that it is both chargeable via USB-C and via solar power. Gone are the days of picking up the remote to find it dead. As good as the TV looks when it is in use, it looks even better showing art on the wall. We’ve switched between art and kids and vacation pictures. I love the way to customize the image and set the TV to show a picture when it senses movement. It feels like it is always on, but I have confirmed it does turn off after the 2 hours we have it set at. We haven’t yet installed the Slim Fit Wall Mount, but that will complete the Museum look. The Frame TVs are fantastic for living rooms and bed rooms, great technology and aesthetics.

TVs are off most of the day in my family, and as just an empty black screen, it's a boring focal point. Enter the Frame TV. The artwork really is beautiful, and customizable, and looks real, especially if you're able to mount it on your wall (and the power cable is so small, it's easy to hide-I love that you can connect everything into a separate box vs having to plug ot all into the back of the TV). The remote, which solar charges and is simple, is also really cool...and the ease of adding all my streaming accounts (scanned with QR codes and signed in via my phone) was much appreciated. The picture quality is really good, though I'm missing the crispness of my old OLED, I'm not going to lie. The sound is also good, but it feels like the increments of volume must be really small, because I have to turn it up a lot to make a noticeable difference in volume (I'll be investing in a soundbar, I think). So far, I've pretty much just used my TV to stream TV and to game with my Xbox, which it's performed well at. Oh, and I have a lot of Samsung devices-lights and such, that I can turn on and off from the TV. Love that!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful TV with loads of technologies Samsung Frame TV is a beautiful TV; not only because of its stylish design, but also its stunning picture quality. I have enjoyed 2021 65 inch Frame TV for about 3 weeks, and my experience is all positive so far. First of all, this TV has modern and simple design with very thin profile; about 1 inch thick. I also bought customizeable bezel (modern white color), and it completes its look; it is totally worth it even though it is not a cheap accessory. Out of all features, the most notable one is Art mode, where I can display various paintings and art pieces built in or download from art store. I subscribed unlimited access of the various paintings and art works for $5/month (free 1st month), and I am very happy with the selections. I can mark my favorite ones, and then display them as slideshow; this is my favorite feature. I also stored some of my best family photos in the TV using SmartThings app, and show it on the Frame. This feature alone makes me easy recommending to my friends and family. Frame TV is not only great looking TV, but it is very capable smart TV with excellent picture quality. It is a QLED panel, and supporting HDR contents; meaning it can go very bright; sometime I felt too bright to my eyes. Other notable feature is Game mode and PC on TV; With Game mode, I can manually change refresh rate up to 120Hz, and minimize input latency. I would want to see how 4K 120Hz games would show on this beautiful QLED screen once I get a next gen console. PC on TV mode is also a very convenient feature for Windows laptop and Macbook users. On Windows PC, Samsung's PC on TV app supports seamless mirroring to the Frame TV. Frame TV's built-in Airplay feature is making Macbook even easier to mirroing the scrren onto the TV. The wall mount included in the box is not the easiest; I guess the instruction is not sufficient enough for average users. However, I was able to find a great Youtube video on mounting; highly recommended video from deco tv channel. The invisible cable is as advertised; very thin cable is connected between the display and One Connect Box; and it transfers all picture data as well as power. Having a separate set top box for TV makes my cabling so much easier and cleaner. I would never go back to the traditional TV with all ports on the back of the TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great tv for displaying artworks I don’t watch a lot of tv shows but occasionally watch movies, but didn’t want an ugly black rectangle hanging on the wall when not in use. So this tv did the job- the 65” frame was mounted with the help of a handyman and I tucked the one connect box away in a credenza next to the tv. I’ve had a lot of fun downloaded art from various museums around the world that share famous works for free, and enjoy putting a different colored matte around each painting. The one downside is that the shuffle mode freezes from time to time (and I feel like I see some paintings multiple times before seeing others even once) but that glitch may be a quick software fix. Overall, love how easy it is to use and love that I can add artwork using a USB drive to the internal storage which has 6GB capacity. I have it on art mode 95% of the day so can’t really comment on a very detailed analysis of how it performs for movies or tv but it seems to do a great job. My friends all love the tv

In a museum you can't get that close and the light is never perfect as it is when it is projected on The Frame. Landscapes like Bierstadts come alive on the screen and every detail is clear. I can see the brush strokes of Renoir and Van Gogh. STUNNING. Plus the photos of my grandson jump out at me and make me laugh to remember the joy of that particular moment. And yes, watching an actual movie or show is also quite wonderful but it's so much more than just a television. This tv enriches my life in a way I never expected. Thank you for creating this! I want one in every room.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Slim, Beautiful TV we bought the frame tv to incorporate into our gallery wall and it does not dissappoint! the mounting seemed complicated so we hired a task rabbit and had it installed professionally. the tv sits fluah and looks stunning! the picture quality is beautiful and the overall design of the tv is excellent! the art will never fool anyone that its not a tv, but its so much better than the typical black hole on the wall! we’ve also stopped using our fire tv since the tizen software works great! overall, we are very happy! the price is a bit high, especially considering there are oled tvs that cost less, but the form factor is what we wanted.

It is so sleek and beautiful, I love how it’s flat against the wall and the artwork selection is endless. We get so many compliments on it! My husband was against me spending this much money, but now he loves it and is so happy too. I just have to talk him into getting one for every room!! :)

The wall mount was incredibly well designed and easy to install once you plan with the instructions. Having done many installs of other TVs, the way the wall mount was built insures that it is very easy to hit a wall stud, no matter how your house was built. All the components of the TV were built with a premium feel and consideration for reality. The one box nearly clear cable is an example. It is long enough to accommodate many installation approaches. TV has proven very easy to use for people who don’t care to memorize menus. I plan to buy another one for a different room.

The art mode is such a unique feature that allows you to display your favorite art in a manner that makes the tv become an element of decor. This tv comes with the mount, and the directions and process were a bit of a challenge. Previous Frame models had a one piece mount and included a template and that would’ve been a huge improvement to the frustrating install process. Love the one connect box and that there’s not lots of cords. We easily hid the box out of sight. We’ve been using an external soundbar, so I can’t comment on the sound quality. The picture quality, resolution and screen brightness are impressive. Shows in 4K are life like and we’ve been constantly in awe of the picture quality. We have had a lot of issues with the YouTube tv app, which we use for our live tv stream. Hopefully a future software update will fix this as it’s been our only real frustration with the tv. If you’re looking for a tv with not only amazing quality display, but that elevates your decor - look to the Frame for your next tv.

The picture is so clear and perfect and looks great in our new living room. I love how the TV lays flat against the wall which makes it look even more sleek above the fireplace. Having the picture adds to the WOW factor of our living room and we get so many compliments on our TV. The smart apps are wonderful and I love that I can control it from my phone! It was tough at first to install since there are 2 brackets, but with a little help from my dad we were able to complete it. I do wish the sound was louder from the tv. We are extremely happy with this purchase !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Home Decor Dream As someone that carefully plans out my home decor, this TV has solved all my family room design woes! We recently added a shiplap wall to our family room, and I couldn’t imagine hanging a huge, black rectangle up on it, ruining the aesthetic. As soon as I saw the Samsung Frame TV, and how it hangs just like a picture frame with interchangeable frame bezels, and displays beautiful art, I knew we had to have it. Art mode on our new Frame TV is absolutely gorgeous, and I love that I can change out the Art Work with the seasons, holidays, and my decor. The TV mounting kit was easy to do, and we love the fact that it has the One Connect box. There is a thin, almost clear wire that goes from the TV to the box, where the power cord and all of your HDMI connections can be plugged in. The best part is that the box is tucked inside our media cabinet, and the remote works even though the box is stored inside. It is truly like we just have a large piece of art on our wall, with no crazy wiring. We are constantly entertaining, and our friends were shocked to see that our art was actually the TV. I have found that turning the brightness down using the settings within Art Mode makes the art look even more realistic, and minimizes the “glow”. Adding art is very easy through the Smart Things App on my phone. Speaking of the app, we can also control the TV from our phones, which is very handy with two young boys. If they lose the remote, or if I am in another room while the tv volume is blaring, I can control the TV from my phone. I love how everything connects - we even get a message on the TV when the boys leave our Samsung refrigerator door open! The picture quality is incredible. We mainly watch sports, and have loved viewing games in 4K. We stream through Apps (no cable), and the streaming quality plus the availability of apps is perfect. It is also nice to be able to mirror our phones on the screen when we want to watch the videos we took at our boy’s football games. I am so thankful that the Samsung Frame TV has become a beautiful centerpiece in our family room. I would love to get one in all of our rooms! Now if only I could find a recliner that would not destroy my home decor aesthetic...

Once set up on the wall, it literally becomes the centerpiece of the room. The picture quality is great, can handle 4K HD streaming with no problem, and most things on screen looks clear and crisp. At first there were times that it'd have a large glare if you looked at it at an angle, but I easily fixed that through the settings. Sound quality is also impressive, you can clearly hear a lot more detail going on the screen. Once we hooked up the soundbar, sound quality was on a whole different level. The house boomed when we'd even watch Youtube! Great to know that this TV isn't just all for appearances, it also has strong hardware. Interface is also good, it doesn't freeze or hang nowhere near as bad as our older TV, and apps load up within a second. The obvious feature, which is the art mode, is a really nice touch. Lots of times when we'd leave the house or just to go to bed, it's fun to leave it on. My wife went crazy over it. She customized it with lots of family pictures, favorite random pictures of ours, and setting the slideshow up for all that was extremely easy. Several of our friends just loved the TV at first sight and two of them are already planning to get one themselves. I'd definitely recommend this TV for streaming, gaming, you name it. It can handle it. And be prepared to get tons of compliments!

It’s worse over wireless and my Internet service is great. I’m going to try and switch to a high end CAT 6 cable to see if that helps. Also, the night sensor/setting in art mode doesn’t work, so you need to turn that off, otherwise art mode will turn off after a few minutes in most lighting conditions. I really want to like this TV, but as you can see that has been a challenge.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Beautiful TV You could not have a more elegant TV hung to the wall. To have it as snug as wall art is a perfect visual as you walk down a hall leading to our living room. Snug as a bug. I cut the cable cord with this purchase at this house. At our other house I have been cable free for several years. The intent was to get the latest "Smart" TV. The TV's functionality has been good (other than noted below) and the picture perfect. My biggest complaint is the Samsung TV Plus cannot be disabled or diverted. Until I was able to change the channel from the annoying default of Gordon Ramsey (who I appreciate, but do not want to see EVERY time the TV is turned on) it was extremely frustrating as it picked up the same scene over and over. Additionally it is not preloaded with YouTube TV which is not a big deal, but once loaded it has been glitchy to the point that I had to install a Firestick. This works flawlessly, but now a 2nd remote. I am hoping this can be resolved and I can drop the Firestick. Meanwhile it was so easy to install with the One Connect Box. That is a perfect interface. Other than the noted bothers it would have been a 5 star rating. I also have a 43" Frame from 3 years ago and have been very happy with that TVs reliability and functionality.

We just bought our first house and my wife did not want a huge, obnoxious TV that took the focus away from the fireplace in our new living room or bar / hangout area in the attached kitchen. I wanted a big TV that we could occasionally relax and watch family movies on with a fire going. The Frame is perfect for us!! When it is not in use, it looks like a framed piece of art and we have a nice peaceful living room with art + a fireplace. None of our friends even realize it is a TV until we tell them! It only has a single ultra-thin cable that attaches to a discreet black box (the Samsung One Connect) on a bookshelf away from the TV. It connects to all TV/movie Apps and to our cable TV (via our cable provider's App) via Wifi. So, there are no messy cables to hide or fuss with. Whenever we want to watch a movie, we flip one on and it integrates easily & flawlessly with our new soundbar (we went with the Samsung HW-Q950T). My daughters love it too and now are always hanging out in our family room instead of down in the basement, as they did with our old house/TV setup. Great picture, great sound, and a great product! Very happy with our purchase.

The overall physical aesthetic is probably why most people want one but the picture quality and ease of use easily match it. The idle setting with the chosen art is flawless. The TV picture quality is extremely high res and looks incredibly realistic. My only critiques are some apps don't work consistently (YouTube TV especially) and some apps are not available (MLB TV). The installation wasn't difficult but could be improved with a schematic to use on the wall.

This television works just as advertised, with a sleek design that truly blends into the room. We paired ours with the brown bezel and have fooled many guests into thinking it is an art piece. From a design standpoint, this television is beautiful and will enhance the aesthetic of your room. The art store has a great variety of options from both recognized and upcoming artists, in a wide range of mediums. As far as actual television function goes, the picture and sound quality are great for us. Picture quality if clear and comparable to more expensive televisions we have purchased. My only hesitation with this set is that the native Samsung menus and app design are a bit clunky, slow and hard to navigate. It takes some getting used to, but overall is not a complete dealbreaker. We have since purchased a second Frame TV set for our bedroom and will most likely stick to this format moving forward.

I have a favorite picture that I need to return but I love the picture. I was able to put that picture on my TV screen (matted even!) so it is hanging on the wall on the TV--now I am a happy camper. And the TV features also give me a clear and sharp picture for the cable, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc., which I find fairly easy to operate. I returned the "wall hanger" I bought because the one supplied with the unit keeps it flush to the wall, just like a picture. The single (yes, one) cord coming from the back of the unit to the control box, where everything else plugs in, is unobtrusive. I am glad I waited!

I have been extremely impressed with the quality of artwork the Samsung tv displays when in “art mode.” It is relaxing and intriguing (depending on the piece of artwork) when walking by and seeing it on my tv. We recently started adding our own photos and love being able to see a collage of memories on the screen. For tv viewing, it works well. I have been a little disappointed with the interface. I am still trying to learn how to find everything that I am wanting. Several times, my kids just switch over the Roku to watch whichever channel they are looking for. When you press the home button on the remote, a bar appears at the bottom for you to scroll and find the channel you want. This is great. It becomes more cumbersome when you are wanting to search for new content or get out of a certain app. One of my favorite features is that is connects to most of my other smart devices – through both Google Home and Samsung Smart-things. Being able to speak into the remote to search on YouTube or to turn my lights off and on has been very convenient. I also like that the remote has a “solar” charging plate on the back of the remote. I no longer have to find batteries when the remote dies on me, as long as I leave it face down to charge with my room lights, it has always had enough battery. My husband installed the tv into the wall to hide the cord. We used the kit that it came with. It took him a 2-3 hours by himself. Eventually I would like to buy the beveled edge for the tv. I think it would give it a clean, crisp look.t

One of my favorite features is that it comes with Samsung Plus, which has a bunch of channels (that I actually watch) and a built in PBS app. It's smart features are really helpful as well. It was easy to port in all my streaming account information in setup and the apps on the TV make it easy to access what you want. Besides a bit of remote lag on occasion, this TV is superb.

This is a quality device from the wall mount kit that comes with it, to the one connect box, through to the picture clarity. We have the Frame above our fireplace and display images when the tv is powered off and not one visitor to our home so far, has realized it is our tv. Every visitor has commented on our painting we have above the fireplace and they are amazed when we say it is our TV. The installation is smooth and easy and the magnetic locks on the mounts keep the TV secure and tight to the wall. The smart features and the ease of connecting mobile devices give great options and viewing flexibility. The controls are intuitive and directions are easy enough to follow even for non-techie owners. Don’t let the cost scare you away. My wife does not get into high tech like I do, but when she first saw the image, and what TV could do, she said the price was well worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from THE MOUNT IS TERRIBLE i work at an audio video company in dallas and we install televisions everyday. the 2021 model has by far the most poorly designed mount i have come across. it's not practical in anyway. two seperate mounts? really samsung? what were your engineers thinking? trying to hang that on stone is way more complicated than it should be. i will not recommend this model television to anyone until samsung fixes the mount. seriously do not buy this.

In a smaller space that serves multiple functions I always found our TV to be such a big, black eyesore on the wall. This eliminates all of that while also providing top-notch viewing and sound. Art Mode: The No Gap wall mount is great. It sits flush like a picture frame and the art is a nice feature to have. With that said you won't fool anyone thinking it's an art piece on the wall. It still gives off a TV glow unless it's the brightest part of the day. We're currently going to renovate the space it's in with custom built-in's and fireplaces so maybe that will help when it's not hung over a tv stand, but don't expect a matte art piece on the wall. Oddly, an unexpected feature I do love is the solar panel in the remote. Indoor or window lighting and it will charge right up. For such a tiny thing I love that we won't have to search for batteries when it's low. It's one of those features you didn't know you needed or wanted.

Usually all TVs look alike and do not interest me in any way, however Samsung has come up with a way to entice me and I am sure lots of others with their Frame TV. I understand why Samsung calls this category as a LifeStyle TV. I was really impressed that our 65" Frame TV was not heavy at all and from what Iearned online Samsung has reduced the thinness to match the measurements of a real picture frame! How cool is that. When the Frame TV is hung on the wall, it looks amazing hanging there like a picture frame. There is an Art Mode that enables this TV to display beautiful works of art and that is where this TV shines! I love having a choice of mutiple genres of art and once you are done displaying a picturesque nature, you can switch to another art piece. I really like that this TV also allows you to display your own images, so I also uploaded our family pictures from our recent trips. In the future I am hoping to buy addtional bezels and a stand that is specifically made for my TV to customize the looks of the Frame TV. This Frame TV is packed with the latest technology like 4K, HDR 10+, Quantum LED, it has two voice assistants and a very cool remote. The remote control is solar powered and does not require any batteries! I am also planning on using Samsung Health app on this set, as it works as a personal trainer and if I add a webcam to the TV, it will enhance the functionality even more! I am very excited about having this TV in our home and I know it will last us for a long time. This is one of the coolest TVs ever in my book.

This tv has great features and I love the art mode when you push the power button. I love the oneconnect box and the cord is almost invisible. It helps that I didn't have to run the power cord since it is within the one connect cord. This was immparative for my situation since my tv is above my fireplace as it has a stone finish. The remote is really awesome because it is environmentally friendly and doesn't use batteries. It has a usb C port at the bottom to charge it (I read once every 2 years) and it also has a solar panel at the bottom to charge the remote. The New Frame is much lighter and thinner than the previous models and looks great!. My only negative is the mount. There are 2 mounts (one for each side). This is ok but I feel that it allows more room for human error. The older models have a better mount that is more sturdy. All-in-all this is a great tv!

This TV is eons better than our LG in terms of picture and sound. The picture and sound are both rich and vibrant. The only thing that's missing is Dolby Vision support....I can't, for the life of me understand why such a bug company refuses to adopt something that you can get in even the lower models of Vizio's lineup. The only other downside that I can speak to is that the TV seems to have no anti-reflective coating and can sometimes have a pretty bad glare in comparison to some other models.

There is no gap and minimize cable wire. These feature makes great home interior at all. Of course super easy to put this tv on the wall, easy to set up, and easy to use! Great picture quality, also great sound. When I work at home, tv turns to art gallery. While I have a zoom meeting, everyone talks about this tv as well. Such a great tv as interior, gaming(playsatation5), and other entertaining like watch movie, watch drama and watch youtube!

My requirements are that it has a decent picture, reasonable sound and is easy to navigate through the functions. . However, this TV is special...the amount of art work that one can choose from is amazing. I don't know when I will actually have enough time to go through even half of it. The features to control the artwork is user-friendly and is just a delight to use - programming the art to change every few minutes or hours, creating your own mat and choosing the color of the mats. Moreover, I find the quality of the picture when watching TV and movies perfect. It is also my opinion that the sound quality if shockingly good given that the TV is almost flush against the wall. In short, I would recommend this TV to anyone as I already have. I am more than delighted with this purchase!

However, I exclusively use YouTube TV to watch regular TV and the app has consistently not worked on my TV since day 1. I open the app, select something to watch, and the screen goes black. I have fully reset the TV a million times and spent many hours on the phone with Samsung customer service who refuse to offer anything other than telling me how to reset my TV again. This is absolutely unacceptable for a brand new expensive TV. I am ready to throw the thing in the trash and buy a competing product. I wish I could recommend buying this because it looks great on the wall, but it doesn’t actually work, so I can’t.

The frame TV is definitely a great product, I like the stylish look and device functionality. Apps works flawlessly and fast. The only issue is the mount. I definitely believe Samsung should work on it. It’s most just hard it’s Almost impossible to make it right whith a drywall. Because of the distance between the two mounts and the distance between studs won’t let you to mount it the right way. I had to use special anchors and only one of the mounts was attached to the stud.

Mounts fine the reviews seem to be about the mount and not the tv. this tv is awesome, the art mode delivers exactly what i expected, the image and build quality is solid, and i will be disconnecting my apple tv as the smart tv features do every thing i need. the new remote has solar and usb c charging and is a big plus. mount: i will say its a bit of a process and you will need some drywall anchors but i have had to purchase those for pretty much anything i needed to hang in dry wall. it was about as difficult as mounting a heavy picture frame this size and no more. i was able to get a stud in each mount no problem. i think the complaints just come from lack of experience, a little time consuming but this is a very unique product and i expected it.

While unboxing, as you peel the plastics you realize the high quality of the TV frame, screen glass and very thin profile… An incredible design. My excitement increased even more when I realized what the content was in the One Connect package. Finally at least in the living room I will not have a clutter of cables behind the Tv. This Mini cable hub made it for a simple and clean cable connection. A total game changer for me. By far one of the easiest setups I have ever done on a TV. The SmartThings app allowed to use my phone as a remote and it was easier that way to set up all the passwords This 4k QLED picture is Amazing, the Quantum Dot Technology really delivers colors that are extremely vibrant and the blacks look incredible. The Ultra Viewing Angle allows for a perfect picture from any seat in the living room. The intelligent mode adjust the picture brightness based on the lighting of the room. Works wonders. The Art / Ambient Mode was one of the features that attracted me in purchasing the this TV. The Art library is amazing, being able to also match the screen to the background / wall unit is awesome. Highly recommend it. Will have to upgrade the other TVs in the household now!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleek and slim! this tv looks great! the art option will never look like a true piece of art but it is close enough in daylight to improve the overall decor and get rid of the “black box” look. the prior reviews about the mount are ridiculous. it works great and is easy it install. the problem is the instructions are not clear and it took me a minute to understand the included table which tells you the exact distance to space the mounts apart based on your tv size. once you figure out the table, a clown clown could do it, let alone an engineer. the one connect box is big and a bit clunky. i decided to put it in the wall instead of running the cable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great looking TV, feature packed My wife and I love this TV. We have a large family/great room that includes the an open kitchen. We wanted something that went more with the modern décor of this room. We were going for a looked that was more 'designer-esque'. (My wife is a big Magnolia fan). This fit perfectly for that style. The TV is flus mount, minimal wires and artworks looks great. Next step is to find or build the perfect bezel. Not entirely sold on the options available by Samsung for the bezels. Sound quality is good, obviously not surround-sound quality, but good enough for filling a 700sq ft room. I love the picture by picture feature, were you can display two different HDMI inputs simultaneously. Great for Zoom meetings in one picture, and watch the game in the other. Overall great purchase.

Bezels work great to blend TV with wall and picture frames. And with always on photo frame it works as a great disguise, bringing memories to life.

Especially for holidays….. third it syncs with my phone to play music and mirror my screen. And Last…. Free tv channels and movies…. Apparently samsung has their own tv…. Say goodbye to cable! Love it…. Expensive but Im planning on having this for awhile so its ok…. Oh and sound and picture quality is amazing also!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Art Masterpiece ( and a TV ) For those who demand their TV fit their home décor and not their home décor fit their TV, the Frame is the perfect solution. The selections of art work is impressive if you opt for the subscription service, but it’s nice that Samsung included some free art and the ability to add your own pictures. Installation: The included slim mount is nice for the most part. Unfortunately, it comes it 2 pieces which led to me being able to only use 1 wood stud in my wall, but using anchor screws solved my problem. Once the TV is hanging on the wall, you can easily adjust it to level it out. I would recommend watching some online videos if you are not familiar with mounting TVs on walls. The included One Connect Box is awesome, it allows you to just run a single wire in your wall instead of numerous cables like Power, HDMI, optical, ethernet, etc. In addition, it’s easy to add, remove, or change any connection since the box is separated. Usability: The Frame uses a custom interface similar to Google TV in layout, with content taking center stage over just Smart APPs, which I really enjoy. It does take some time to figure out all the bells and whistles and where everything is located. The interface is fast, responsive, and it just works well. I was able to set up Google Assistant and SmartThings without issue. My wife loves turning the lights off & on and looking the doors from the couch. One thing I really like is the remote control, which I don’t think gets enough attention or praise. I was able to control all my entertainment devices, like my Polk Sound Bar, my LG Blu-Ray player, and my ROKU Ultra. It has a built-in solar panel which is able to charge the remote, no more having to re-charge my AA batteries. Picture Performance: Before comparing any TV, you should first update the Picture Mode to “Movie” on this TV, as it gives it the most accurate colors. The Frame with its Quantum Dot, 4K, HDR10+ panel makes a really good picture, colors are vibrant and accurate, the blacks are good (but not OLED black), and I didn’t notice anything that looked bad or out of place like motion blur or dark spots. The one thing I did notice, was that the screen reflected light very well, which is a bad thing. If you have a lot of natural light, this may be an issue with Art mode, during TV watching I forgot about the reflection. It’s very nice they included a Game mode with support for AMD FreeSync & eARC over HDMI which allows you to get the latest Atmos enabled sound.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful, slim, but E-ARC not reliable love the look of this tv, it's super slim and it looks stunning on the wall especially with the white custom bezel frame on it. for the price, i'd expect a better panel, though not a terrible quality screen it's definitely overpriced. the big fault with the tv however is the e-arc functionality. the audio cuts out for a second every 5 to 10 minutes. if you were hoping this new release would fix the sonos compatibility issue, keep looking... it's a shame though, cause the white sonos arc looks amazing paired with this tv.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Magnificent TV Samsung's The Frame QLED is a beautiful TV when it is on or off. The Frame is incredible. Completely changed the family room with a cool vibe, great as a picture during the day and then in the evening, it becomes the TV. You can change the art to your mood or the look you want and we often have fun changing it out. Plenty of Art from Monet, Manet, Rembrandt, Van Gogh, and a lot of fruit bowls and plump, round, semi-nude women and cherubs if you’re into that sort of stuff. Overall, I’d say there are at least a few things to be found that will appeal to everyone. Using the SmartThings app on your phone you can upload your own pictures to display. We all love the photo upload feature. The one connect box is great too. Just one cord comes down to a box you can stash somewhere that you connect all your inputs into. The setup for the remote, Smart TV options, etc, was SUPER easy. It automatically paired to the Samsung sound bar, but I often find that I don’t need it. Sound quality from the built-in speakers is good for what it is. Bass is modest, but voices are clear and easy to hear. The setup for Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video was done in minutes. I found the picture to have excellent contrast, rich and realistic color, and smooth motion with no blur. The shadows and highlights in the picture are okay. I have watched hours of 4K content on YouTube to test the color, dynamic range, etc. It's brilliant! Really blew me away. What I love is the option to use Alexa, Google Assistant, and or Bixby. I have all three in my home and it was super cool to see how all three assistants work with the Frame. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase. The look and features fit my needs! Excellent build, stylish, good picture quality, nice sound, great interface, effective cable management, sturdy and flush wall mount, unique art mode.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect TV for All The Samsung Frame QLED 4K Smart TV is more than Smart. It is TV with loads of features and artwork that all can appreciate. Picture quality is sharp with great depth of color, especially when viewing the artworks. This frame provides beautiful piece of art for any room. This is a hassle-free setup. No distracting wires hanging behind the TV and only took about 25 minutes from start to finish. My wife setup the TV using the SmartThings app and it took all but five minutes for our streaming apps to appear on the TV. This was a WIN for all of us. I’m impressed with the sound quality too. We have an extra soundbar, but there’s no need for the soundbar. One of our many favorites with this TV is the option to use Alexa, Google, or Bixby. The kids take turns using the voice assistant and believe me this is a win for the entire family. Overall, we are extremely happy with the Samsung Frame QLED 4K Smart TV. The build, style, picture, and sound exceeded my expectations.

I have many streaming options, Netflix, Amazon prime, Pluto, Hulu, etc. This TV has never let me down or have I had any issue with connectivity. Picture and sound are incredible. I wasn’t sure about having a tv in a formal space, but as soon as it was hung I knew I made the right decision. The art mode offers a nice selection of complimentary photos and there is an option to mat your photo selection. We enjoy changing the photo every week for a fresh new look. For $5 a month, you can purchase a subscription to a library of thousands of photos from every genre you can imagine. There is also an option to upload your own photos. This tv has definitely made a statement and has become a conversation piece when family and friends visit our home. In addition to being a beautiful piece of art, the tv offers a crisp, clear picture and vibrant colors. It is compatible with the Alexa app, YouTube, Netflix and more. If you’re looking for a versatile, quality tv for your home, I highly recommend The Frame.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A television that amplifies my living room We received our Samsung 65 inch tv the day before we were going on vacation. I had to wait a whole week and a half to get back and finally set up The Frame TV as Samsung refers to it. I read reviews on mounting the television and made the decision to have a professional hang the tv. Turned out to be a smart decision as the newer model contains two different mounts where as the older model was single mount. This proved to be a little more difficult and different bolts were used then the ones Samsung provided. Once the install was completed, I was free to gaze at all the different features that this television offers. The artwork view is stunning and actually looks like a painting in my living room. I have showed numerous people I work with and they can’t believe that it is a television. A single plastic wire hangs down from the television which powers it and connects to a Samsung power box. The wire is not such a bother and is tough to see. I am not a fan of a bunch of wires hanging down the wall and this is not the case with this television. The television comes with some complimentary artwork or you can subscribe to thousands of art for 5 dollars a month. They do offer a free month trial to start. The remote is solar powered and very easy to navigate. Setup was easy on the television and within minutes had some of the apps downloaded to watch other subscription services. The picture is very clear and my kids have enjoyed watching many YouTube videos on The Frame already. The television has a motion detection that you can use when the artwork is on display. After the designated time goes by and no motion is detected, the television turns off. When motion is detected again the artwork is restored. The volume fills the room up ok and maybe a sound bar in the future would enhance the sound. The television has a self diagnosis display that you press and it starts scanning for any potential problems that need to be fixed. I tried this and it fixed my auto volume function. This television is just wonderful to have and feels really completes my living room. This room has become the place to gather as the Samsung Frame television has completely delivered another special product.
