I am pleased with the quality of the picture and sound, in addition, to the different functions the TV is capable to do. As a Smart TV, I can use it like a cell phone or tablet and download an app instantly and stream with no interruptions in viewing. In addition, it comes preloaded with popular apps including apps that provide free streaming of shows and movies. The remote control is user friendly and has buttons for apps (such as Netflix, Prime Video, etc) you can click on without having to bring up your list of apps on the TV. The remote has voice command and I have not used that feature yet. Overall, I have been pleased with Samsung products and this TV has met those expectations.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung never fails Crisp clear & clean, very detailed specs in it's vibrant resolution .great for gaming & the quality has you in what almost feels like FPV . I can appreciate the visual technology that has been well thought out in it's design. Other brands are fuzzy and the picture quality seems to deminish over time. I love to stream my shows on this as it gives you the smooth real life or cinematic feel but never leaving a detail out . Thanks Samsung for never failing us,!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Horrible Product!!! I bought this television on 10/31 and it arrived promptly on 11/3. I was so happy with the purchase until the very next day when it wouldn’t turn on. Researched it further to find out black screen is an issue with this television. It’s now November 19 and the return it still being processed with no new TV. Don’t waste your time!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV for movies, video games, and PC After looking at several TVs/Monitors and checking tests for each. I decided on this TV because I wanted something I could use as a computer monitor without having to deal with burn-in. This is the first HDR TV I've had and watching certain movies that really take advantage of it is very nice. Very enjoyable first time in experience. The local dimming is very good. Still can't believe it has OLED black levels. The refresh rate is nice, but the response time is probably too high for a true 144hz experience. I don't care about that since I can't play many games at 144FPS anyway. I'm tempted to get a G8 as well, just wish they weren't so curved.

The picture quality is outstanding whether watching a movie, tv show, sports, etc. Compared to other TVs I looked at, this picture quality is the best and was the deciding factor in my purchase. More quality for a lower price makes this model the smart and easy choice. Pairing it with the Samsung Sound Bar makes for an enahanced viewing experience. I recommend this TV without any hesitation.

For a 43" television, it definitely delivers on picture quality. It comes packed with multiple apps, and have had no issues with no problem with performance. I would highly recommend this TV to anyone looking for great quality in a smaller package.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great viewing experience We're very much enjoying our new 43" Neo LQLED It has Great color and display qualities ! This tv has all of the bells and whistles we need to enhance our viewing pleasure. It was a good decision to buy this model and we can recommend it to others. Our tv is being used for viewing programs from our satellite connection as well as streaming movies from various other sources. We also bought a Samsung 600 series sound bar which makes for a very compatible and complimentary setup. Great picture ....great sound.... After about 5 months usage, the only issues we have encountered are...... 1: After the tv is turned off and restarted, the audio doesn't automatically revert back to using the hdmi arc connected sound bar but instead goes to using the tv speakers only. We have to manually reselect the sound bar and then all's good until we shut off the tv again. We have tried the setup procedure several times but it will only work until the tv is turned off. 2: The preloaded app from Vudo doesn't allow us to view Free Movies...just the Pay per view selections. Contacting they're customer service resulted in no response. Other than these small issues, we're totally happy with our purchase.

Everything with options has been way too big and our home is a smaller condo. We don't need a drive-in screen. I suppose by the use of "drive-in" you can surmise we are of retirement age. This tv is a perfect size for downsizing folks and still give them the options of the larger smart tv. Ease of use, sharp picture and easy setup. I highly recommend it.

It has a great contrast ratio, and thanks to its impressive local dimming feature and Mini LED backlight, blacks look dark and uniform in a dark room. It gets exceptionally bright in HDR, so small highlights stand out incredibly well.

Pros: Just amazing and brilliant colors, 120Hz refresh rate, slim and very cool design, HDR is gorgeous, tons of setting including smart calibration, built-in Alexa and Smart Thing connected this TV to my smart home system. Bought it for using as a monitor for my gaming PC and not disappointed at all - 144 Hz in Gaming mode, 4k and HDR10+, it's pleasure for work and gaming. Cons: a lot of pre-installed apps, so you can't really organize the interface on your own. Four pre-installed buttons for online services on the remote which you can't change.

Getting rid of the cable equipment and relying on the monitor as the streaming sources client and manager. Samsung designed the user interface well. Easy to use. Quick set-up. Smart assist in steam service download that needed to be loaded for live TV programs. All other popular streaming services were already available in the Hub. Accounts just needed to be accessed with credentials. Have gigabit bandwidth and works flawlessly for past 30-days of ownership and use. All wi-if access. No hardwire connections. Samsung wireless works flawlessly - so far. Hope it continues over time with no memory or buffer issues. It’s still new. Beautiful screen image. Very pleased!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Stunning Picture, An Ugly Stand! i always buy samsung tv as they have the best pictures. this one is no exception, the picture is stunning; but i didn't like the size of the stand. when i opened the box, the width of the stand quite shocked me, checked the spec of all sizes of qn90b model. 43 and 50 inches stand width were 18.3" and then for 55, 65, 75 and 85 inches, the stand width starts from 11.8" up to 16.9" for 85" screen. it looks like that in 43 and 50" screen sizes, there was a mess in the engineering drawings and these two tv sizes, neglectly were built with much larger stands (even larger than 85" stand). i wonder how samsung delivered a great tv with such obvious flaw?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tech support won't fix my bad user experience. I have been a long-time user of Samsung TV's, but I think that brand loyalty has now come to an end. I paid a full $1200.00+ US for the 43" QN90B + warranty, expecting amazing picture, awesome UX, and an elevated gaming experience (via Game Hub). Unfortunately I am not entirely pleased. Here's why: - The Tizen OS installed is slow, laggy, sometimes unresponsive, and just complicated. I have a hard time finding anything that used to be easily found in 2021 and prior TV's. And, it's quite awful to have to click-click-click to navigate, with two of those three clicks being "ignored" or "catching up" a few seconds later. Current Tizen is a zero/10 for me. - The 1420 firmware was reportedly problematic, per the user community, and they were right. The hardware on this TV is excellent, but the firmware itself is very bad. The picture is either too bright, too dim, or just not worth the $$$ spent. I also have a very hard time attempting to reconfigure due to complicated Tizen OS. Cannot find settings. Cannot easily see "status" (such as resolution, UHD/HDR status, etc.). Cheaper TV's are doing this stuff better so I feel a little robbed. Note that I've installed 1430.1 downloaded from the support site, but have not tested it yet. I expect it should be better, but will it? TBD. - Lastly, for what should be a gaming-empowered TV (It has a "Gaming Hub") there is no excuse that the Steam Link app is not available!! The Steam Link app was a primary selling point for the past Samsung TV's, and for that to NOT be available in this pricey QN90B is inexcusable. @Samsung, you need to take my advice and get the Steam Link out there and available for your current TV's. Dropping the Steam Link app is a massive failure and ENTIRELY hobbles the benefit of your Gaming Hub. Many PC game players out there want to stream games over their home network from a powerful PC to our Samsung TV's. You've largely removed that capability by removal of the Steam Link app, and that one change severely sours my opinion on this very expensive TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I can see clearly now! True 4K! Finally I got a awesome view. This baby comes with its own stand and is ridiculously easy to set up and use. The only thing I had trouble with at first and my wife still does is that everything we watch looks like it's on a theater stage. That's because the clarity removes the haze you're used to seeing. The only regret I have is that I didn't get a bigger screen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bright picture, slow interface. Got the 43" QN90B because this is a maximum size that can fit my entertainment center. The picture is very good in the Movie mode and the brightness can overcome the sunlight in the living room. Paired it with the Sonos soundbar and the Atmos sound is good with a little delay depending on the media. But the Samsung new menu interface is so slow, especially after TV powers on. Sometimes it take few minutes until I can navigate the menu without any delay. It also takes multiple clicks to change the inputs. The solar-powered remote feels cheap for the high-end model and often doesn't connect to the TV. Requires TV restart to make the Bluetooth part of the remote to work again. So, the TV is OK but I expected a better user experience.

It has performed well under all conditions, The remote is easy to understand and simple to use under each of the different programming sources. We will certainly entertain purchasing another when this one is no longer working. The only problems we ever had with it was due to operator (me) error. The service techs on call have always been helpful is solving the issues. Thank folks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Up Up and Away I upgraded my very serviceable 32" Sharp 'gaming TV'. There was not room in my configuration for anything bigger than 43". I like this TV a lot except for one feature: the remote control. Great picture and sound, but managing the TV with the remote supplied is a constant challenge. There are too few buttons (meaning multi-use) that are too sensitive to touch. I can hardly pick up the remote without accidentally changing some setting. Then I have to figure out what I did in order to reverse it. Nonetheless, I'm happy I did the upgrade. I still have the original setup: ATT U-verse that handles both internet and cable package. Old TV could not handle internet without some additional hardware. Still figuring out a final configuration.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceptional picture This is my 3rd QN90B - 65" for me, 55" for my son, and 43" for my computers monitor. It's an incredible display for Microsoft Flight Sim 2020, F1 2022 and PGA Tour 2k23. I really like the fact that my nVidia 4070 FE can run at 120hz. Even tho I sit close (27"), it's crystal clear with no eye fatigue. Purchased as a renewed item and everything works as it should.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent TV despite an obstreperous remote. Upgraded a very serviceable TV (32 inch Sharp 'gaming' TV) to a 43 inch Samsung. I wanted a larger screen, but room config would not allow for a big increase. Picture is EXCELLENT as well as sound. Biggest improvement is direct connect to internet, which the old TV did not have. Only usability problem is that the remote is hard to learn/use. It has too few buttons, meaning that that even simple functions require study and practice. Furthermore, the remote is extremely sensitive to touch. I can hardly pick it up without accidentally changing some setting or other. Then I have to spend time and effort to get back to where I was. Still, I'm glad I upgraded to this model. .

I'm old and can't lift this to take and return it. Nor can I lift to take to someone to fix, I'm stuck with this brand new TV that doesn't work the way it is suppose to. Very, very, very disappointed. I but all Samsung products and paid $1000 for a broken tv

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sounds doesn't work correctly I bought a month ago and the sound crashes on and off. I am too old to take and get sound fixed and can't return it because it is too heavy. Very disappointing, I'm wondering if this TV is a brand new one or it has been refurbished and sold as brand new.
