Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality picture but frustrating to operate My intent is (or was) to use tv as a large format digital picture frame with additional use as a smart display and maybe as a traditional tv. But while I can stream digital content (i.e., You Tube TV, Amazon Video), I find the user interfaces on the TV remote and on the Smart Things app frustrating. This is from a combination of bad design and also a prioritization of using the tv and ios app to up-sale you - get you to spend more money. Note that Samsung has two different Smart Things apps, both on the app store. The one with no space between the words "smart" and "things" appears to be the better one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not Good Customer Service I bought this tv a few months ago in the 43”. We’ve had issues with the mount. I’m trying to resolve those issues, we have retold our issue to now 9 different customer support agents and each one gave a different reason they wouldn’t help. This is a bad customer experience in 2022. I’ve also found Samsung does not take feedback well. I was given no opportunity to provide feedback when I asked customer support. I’ve had vanilla reviews moderated and removed because of the rating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Frustrating and flawed product first things first, the art mode doesn't work properly, right out of the box. the tv shuts down frequently, and the only way to fix this is by turning off "night mode" in the settings. but beyond this frustrating oversight, the tv did not come with the full wall mounting kit. both of these issues are well documented online. my call to customer service was an hour of wasted time, as i got transferred around, and each employee kept thinking that i didn't know what a wall mount was. no help was offered and nothing was done to rectify these shortcomings. the reviews of this product are really mixed, and i would think long and hard before spending $1k or more on a product that is notoriously difficult.

One rep said it needed to be purchased separately ( it doesn't) and the next one said the hardware is no longer available. 46 minutes wasted. Samsung either needs to do a better job. Returning the TV

I truly couldn’t be happier with how my TV has turned out. I was so happy with it that I bought another one!!! One for my bedroom and one for my living room!

The included flushmount brackets were easy to install and the simple one-connect cable and separate box made it extremely easy to mount and not worry about power and device connections! I was impressed by the picture and sound quality as well for such a thin TV!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks Spectacular I purchased the Frame TV to go above my fireplace mantle. I knew it wouldn't get used much since my larger TV is in the next room. However I also didn't want a black rectangular screen hanging above the mantle 24/7. So i got the Frame and it's perfect. The art looks spectacular and most people can't even tell it's a TV. In addition to the Samsung art you can add your own OR use "ambient" mode to enhance the atmosphere of the room. Great product.

Samsung is the best brand for TVs. However, the frame does not come with much in the way of setup information. When you turn on the tv, the tv menus stays up way too long. But these are minor compared with the picture quality. Did buy a Samsung sound bar to improve sound.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing TV despite it's price Bought this tv for my office to use as entertainment and as a second screen for my work device. This includes using Samsung Dex from time to time, despite the lack of Dolby vision the HDR on this model is superb dex works flawlessly wirelessly and wired. I don't usually use Samsung's tizen ui but this one's actually pretty good just wish the remote was not ir based and instead was Bluetooth but hey they give you the option to buy one! Overall asthetics are great picture is great out of the box. Extremely happy with my purchase. Will be buying a bigger version in the future for my living room.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it but takes time to hang the instructions for this tv are certainly not clear. you are lucky if you hit two studs perfectly where you want the tv. i suggest going to the hardware store and getting dry wall achors. it took me about one hour to figure out how to mount the tv. there is a template included but trying to use that and make it level is difficult but not impossible. i wouldn’t go too crazy trying to get the template level becuase you do have a good amount of correction once its hung. just need to make sure you get the height correct. once hung it looks beautiful. so thin, and near flush to the wall.

I love Gmail and I'm not real sure what the difference is between the two but I've done my research and I know Samsung is one of the best phones. I'd enjoy anf feel blessed for anything you can do. We are ppl that lend a hand, not anything. I'm selfless and u know Samsung is the only thing out there

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cool design, major defect this 2021 model of the frame tv looks great and the stand works well, but it came with a major defect. the port for the one connect cable is covered by the back of the tv making it impossible to plug in. this defect essentially renders the tv useless and samsung customer care + support has been no help in getting the problem solved. very frustrating considering that the support is something i’ve paid extra for. like others have said, prospective buyers should wait to purchase this tv until samsung figures out some of the bigger issues.

To our surprise, it’s amazing colors and deep blacks are stunning. The Frame TV is a great centerpiece for our living area. We have art displayed when the TV is not being used to watch our shows. It fits perfectly to our minimalist/modern lifestyle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Connection was a breeze Streaming from your phone through the smart things app could not be easier,just a pull down and a click and you can mirror or cast to your TV ,was a little bummed out that sansung won't let you sideload or even down load your own apps but with cast so easy from your samsung device it really didn't matter much ,I even. Threw the firestick in the drawer didn't need to mess with another remote, always have my phone in my hand anyway,and I tried this with several different samsunh phones worked flawlessly with SmartThings, S-10 5g ,Note 9 ,Note 8,S9+ even tried a J 7 just to see if older model's worked and the a10 was no different ,they did their thing with the connection simplicity.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brand new...doesn't work this is my 2nd frame (also have 55" 2020 model - love it) so excited to see how it compares. i had no problem with the mounts, and love the thinner profile. the big issue is the tv wouldn't turn on! when i try to, it just makes a clicking sound in the one connect box, and that's it...now i have to wait over a week for a tech to come out and repair a brand new tv. will send it back if they don't just provide a replacement. don't recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Breathtakingly Beautiful i, like probably all of these reviews, had preordered my 2021 frame tv. i was elated to see this updated mounting design. it will undoubtedly prove to be much more robust. the instructions could have been a bit clearer, however, they did eventually make perfect sense. the template depicts the height of the tv at two different elevations; the lower position is where the tv will be when complete, while the top elevation depicts where the tv will need to be held during installation to align the tv into the keyholes of the mounting brackets. the tv is so thin and is held flush to the wall. the cable to the box is very flexible, thin, and clear. measuring just less than 15 feet.

With my Samsung TV I enjoy it so much better I watch all my favorite TV shows and family movie nights are the greatest. Sunday sports with friends are totally awesome. with every feature I experienced something new every time I use absolutely every feature on my Samsung TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stunning TV pros: - the tv itself is stunning - the user interface is great - the art mode is amazing - storage space no longer an issue cons - the new mount is tough. it allows you to slightly change the level after it is already hung, so maybe that is why they switched. it does not need to be perfect because it does allow changes after hanging. it is hard to get it to click into place after it is hung. - the one box is big and heavy. samsung previewed a new thinner version for some tvs - youtubetv app goes black when you switch channels and not work again. you go to settings and reinstall the app and then the app works again. samsung needs to talk to youtube and fix the problem. my wife thought this was a splurge when i purchased it, but she loves it and won't let me ever buy a "normal" tv again

This worked out perfectly for us. We are able to input different images to display on the screen for the different programs being recorded in our studio. We mounted it on a stand with castors that allows it to be moved around the set easily.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from FURIOUS - Missing parts; no help i received my new 43" frame tv, really excited to install it immediately. after i had everything out of the box and ready to go, i saw that it was missing the wall mount! i started a chat with samsung, which took awhile, only to finally be told they could only help me with sales. they gave me another chat link for support and they kept asking "have we resolved your issue?" but i never got through to anyone. so now i'm sitting here, furious, and just spent another $140 to have a mount shipped to me, since you can't exactly find a no-gap wall mount for the frame at your local target.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good TV, Horrible QA and Shipping the flush mount and the art mode of this tv was spectatcular. the picture is also very decent for its price point. we would have been very happy with the tv had it arrived in a working condition.. unfortunately, the speakers on the tv do not work when it arrived. i immediately contacted technical support, however the best they can do was send a repair technician in 2 weeks. wish there was a better policy for a tv that was broken on arrival. the port for the one connect cable was also pressed into the tv, making half of it not visible and the cable hard to connect. i assume this is not normal, and another defect with this particular unit. the box for tv also arrived very damaged. fairly dissappointed with samsung for this order, may stick to small items only in future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The most touted feature doesn’t work i want to love this tv, i really do, it has a lot to recommend it — except one thing: it doesn’t do what i bought it for. instead of displaying art when we walk into the room, the screen remains frustratingly black; the very thing the advertising says the frame is designed to avoid. support, sadly, in entirely useless at both the basic and second levels. not their fault! — the staff does not seem to have been trained to troubleshoot or handle the issue - they simply send links to articles and ask me to do resets, neither of which solved the problem. they should be given troublshooting instructions for this issue, especially since it’s the main selling point of the tv.

We watch tv in "boring mode" and the TVs are perfect. We watch movies and the TVs are perfect They sync with our earbud and headphone and our smartphones perfectly; and, When the TVs are off they are beautiful.

The OneConnect box is a stroke of genius and the functionality of the TV is everything I could ask for. My one improvement would be to the overall brightness of the TV, as it does remain quite dim at times. Also, the Art Mode Slideshow is not intuitive. I would expect that to be fixed in subsequent updates. The TV itself is stunning, functionally sound and I would recommend this at any size point to anyone interested!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible mount to echo other reviews, there's almost no way to install the tv according to their instructions. their instructions call for four screws per bracket, but the brackets aren't long enough to guarantee hitting two studs (they would need to be at least 24" wide). basically if you're lucky, you can hit one stud, and then have to try something with drywall (or take the drywall out and add wood blocking behind the wall).

The overall quality is very fine, from the styling, to the clarity of picture, including ability to see well from an angle (at least 30 degrees), and the ease of access.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Buy Something Else the tv is barely good enough not to spend the countless hours it would take to get samsung to fix it. there is a large bright spot on the bottom of the tv, it ruins art mode. samsung is unreachable and does not follow up other than with robo-calls. samsung - maybe now you will follow up and make this right, but i doubt it. comsumers - just buy something else.

One of the features it has is to share screen with a samsung phone and when i was listening to music on there it split the screen on the tv so i was able to have half of the screen showing my music and the other half i was playing on my PS4.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can’t Upload Your Own Photos in order to view your own photos in art mode you need to upload them via the samsung smart things app which is notoriously unreliable and basically unsupported by samsung. after working for a week it sarted saying the frame tv was offline (it wasn’t) and it hasn’t connected fir months now. looking online it seems every other sansung user has the same issue but samsung still hasnt fixed. so dont plan on viewing your own photos on it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just what we wanted We ordered a 43 inch Frame TV to put above the fireplace in the kitchen. We did not want it to stick out from the wall. This TV it sits flat and when not in use you can have artwork instead of a blank screen. The picture quality is nice and the features are excellent. It does everything that we wanted. Samsung makes great quality products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks great, needs to be reset often. there is a bug in the operating system that forces a hard reset of the tv to use youtube.tv. fix that and this easily a 5-star review.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very easy connections TV was purchased to be able to watch outside. We have used it extensively without a cable hook up, using only the IPad to run the channels or apps we want to watch. very easy connection and great picture and sound.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great tv...but... i love this tv, its the third samsung i own and they keep getting better! minus i star because of the fact that they must have listened to the complaints about the wall mount difficulty, because the model i received was totally different than all the how to videos on the internet (there are many) and the typical wordless/ picture only instructions are accompanied by a paper template. before i tackle the job i wish samsung had posted an online updated instruction video, or at least an updated written verson to accompany this change as it does not look too sturdy

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The T.V Colors Are Extremely Beautiful I use my samsung,to screen multiple movies and music. Also I use it for work I have to do on the web, which is more clearer on my Samsung than the the desktop monitor. Last the sound is crisp and even crisper when you adjust the equalizer.

We have the TV in our bedroom and we use it to display newborn pictures of our son. The size is perfect for our bedroom. Couldn’t be happier with the TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 43' Framed Samsung Qled Honestly and myself strange but this television got us through some hard times during the pandemic! Being able to cast my son's projects in school work from the screen help tremendously and just being able to help him along the way! It is also made for a wonderful football Sunday, of course once sports started again! It has contributed to movie night being a true adventure! In a way, we're grateful that a wonderful piece of technology to help us get through such a devastating event!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delicate, bad warranty coverage This is one of 3 Frame TVs we’ve purchased (and one of several other Samsung TVs), but will be the last. The tv was fine during installation, but one small movement to shift the tv’s angle and colorful line sprouted vertically up the screen. Apparently, this is beyond the warranty. Disappointed in the quality of this tv. Too delicate and do not recommend.
