Knowing that it could be art and have the functionality of a tv and screen that she could project, she uses it in multiple ways. When designing rugs with clients she can use the screen to display her designs, but most of the time it is a beautiful piece of art on the wall. When the kids come to the studio, the tv can turn on to entertain them while she works. We are A Frame Family, for sure! Love our Frames!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 2nd Frame Purchase for our Primary Bedroom After falling in love with our large 65 inch Frame TV, it wasn't hard convincing my husband to purchase another one for our new home's primary bedroom. I wanted a calming, serene space and knew that artwork on the wall, instead of a black screen, would fit the bill. We both absolutely love it and I have had lots of fun changing the pictures out with the seasons and our decor. It provided that calming refuge of a place that I had envisioned. Love being able to watch my shows at night and really appreciate the quality of the tv itself. With Alexa commands I can turn it on and off and have it take me to my Netflix, Prime and Hulu shows by voice. We can also control the volume, so if the remote gets lost in the covers, we can still control the TV through the built in Alexa. Both of our kids followed us and have also purchased them for their home and my daughter even added one to her design studio for beauty and function. I took out the membership for the Art Store the first year, but quickly learned how to add my own art to the frame, and love the option that the subscription to the Store is optional. We will never get another television for our main living area or bedroom again. A great compromise of a quality TV that looks beautiful.

It has a QLED HDR TV with 100% Color Volume and Quantum Dot that can saturate the screen with a billion colors. It also has an Art Mode that can transform the TV into an art exhibit. Speaker quality is not as expected.

One of the main reason is it picture like qualities and motion sensing. Needless to say the 32" Samsung Frame TV doesn't have motion detection it hangs like a blackbox after 4hours.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible OS makes the whole thing useless Great display that is crippled by a horrid OS. Everything about operating this TV is painfully slow. The OS pushes terrible apps on you and even will auto-play these apps even when you are watching another program. The TV freezes and requires hard reset, which takes 10 minutes to get back to your show because the OS is so slow. The idea of switching to art mode (which is why you pay a premium for this device) is so slow that it makes it nearly unusable. I recommend passing on this TV, you can get the picture quality for much less elsewhere. I wish I could return this knowing how it has become pretty useless.

No frame included and they are cheaply made and an expensive add-on. 3. Only 20 free pieces of art all else is $$ 4. NO Ethernet port! Really? this is a 35 cent item and Samsung can't included it in this expensive TV? 5. The WiFi antenna is so weak (see #4 above). 6. Samsung should PAY US for all the data they gleam off and to control this data sucking, you have to dig through buried menus and you can't opt out of many of these intrusive data hoovering options. 7. Surely Samsung PR will replay to this review (if it even ever gets posted) to call them. Their so-called customer services is a disservice! Our last Samsung TV purchase.

The auto wake feature is pretty sweet. All the apps available at a touch and no more hunting batteries for the remote with the built in rechargeable battery. Did I mention the remote is also solar rechargeable!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Must use one Connect box!! This TV only has power using the one connect box. I only need for streaming and don't want this clunky box and cables hanging down. The customer rep keeps telling me I don't need to use the box. Would love to know how it gets the power? I would NEVER had selected this TV if I knew you have to use the one Connect Box, why I don't have cable. It has been sitting in a closet.

Thought it would be the same as my 55” Frame, but clearly Samsung thought that somebody that purchased a an overpriced 32” tv didn’t need the invisible cord that connected to the tv box. The “invisible” cord that was provided is a gray, round cord that could never be hidden. Might as well pay less for a 32” tv and have a black power cord hanging from it. If you read the description of the tv, it says “ Even more, limit the cable clutter to just One Invisible Connection cable that goes to the Slim One Connect box”. Shame on you Samsung for the misleading description.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Glitchy! No customizable bezels offered! So frustrated! This is our second frame (we have the 2021 model in another room and it is fantastic). The 2023 is extremely glitchy! We sign into wifi…a minute or two later, it says we’re not connected to a network (this happened several times). The apps loaded unbelievably slowly, and wouldn’t get past their main screens. The spinning circle indicating “loading” came next—content never loaded, then, the “no network connection” pops back up. Our wifi network is not the problem, by the way—very reliable and none of our other devices were having connectivity issues at the time we were messing around with the new Frame. Also, be warned that the customizable bezels from 2020-2022 do NOT fit the new model, and there are currently none offered for this TV. I tried chatting to ask this very question before purchase, but the Samsung Sales agent wouldn’t answer without the new TVs serial number…which I didn’t have because I hadn’t yet bought the TV! I’ve never returned a TV…but I’m returning the 2023 Frame.

It sits in our dining/sitting area and is usually displaying art work chosen by my wife. In the evenings, I watch Bloomberg TV+ via a crystal clear display on the Samsung TV + app (included with Samsung TV). We ordered a customized frame from Amazon which was designed for the 2023 model; the lower right section of the inside of the frame is cut out. You cannot see this from the front of the TV.

I really love all the features and ease of use. Standing apart from all the features I love the standby mode displaying pictures which looks like a frame but the way it is mistaken by people that it is an art work rather than a TV shows how good and unique is Samsung's way to provide new things to customers.

Tried submitting to warranty given that I’ve only gotten this TV in march but they denied my claim saying it was due to physical damage. My TV was already hung up and it stopped working ! Terrible explanation and customer service. If you want to be ripped off buy this tv.

Def has not been worth it for us. Also Samsung, stop tryna get fancy with "motion detection" or "light detection". Just give a simple way of setting a time of day for when the art is displayed and when it should be off

The TV is constantly stopping, giving me various error codes in the screen. Customer service calls me and offers the most basic suggestions like unplugging the Tv then plugging it back in, or resetting the software which wipes out all the art I’ve saved - not to mention saving art TAKES AGES!! Really bad. I want to return this product. So frustrated!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Feeling duped 32” Frame tv does not come with an i This is my third frame tv. My other two came with the invisible/clear cable that connects tv to the power. This one comes with a thick white cable. I feel this should be disclosed. That invisible cable is crucial in trying to sell the illusion the tv is actually a painting. I can buy the cable for either $230 or $299 depending on which size I choose, but no guarantee it works with the 2023 32” frame tv. If I had known I would not have bought it. Overall I feel kind of duped.

I love that I can see photos of the family and also that is showes the ring camera feed when someone knock on the door. It connect to all other Samsung devices and I can easily control from my phone.

It's not something I'd typically consider using for a media console because it doesn't have any drawers or cabinets to hide things, but with The Frame TV, you don't need them. I was able to conceal the One Connect Box with all of our external devices inside of a woven storage bin that I placed on the lower shelf of our console. To hide everything without having to cut holes in my bin, I grabbed one that needed to be assembled and slipped the game console and Apple TV cords underneath before securing the bottom piece of the bin.

We use the TV as a streaming platform for the family who have programmed the machine to do whatever they want when they want it. We use the machine for my videos on YouTube. And the TV works with my hearing aids instantly (as well as my kids' fancy ear sets and head sets). It works- It works well- and I don't have to think about it.

The installation and setup were simple. I had it working in a few minutes and was amazed at the picture quality and sound, not to mention the vast library of classical and modern artwork. I would recommend this product for anyone.

The on connect box makes it impossible to plug the tv directly into the wall and hid the outlet behind the tv. I don’t really see the point of having a low profile tv if you need to have visible cords. I wished I had purchased a different product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not baked yet - avoid There are so many issues to discuss, where do I start? First the installation kit does not include fasteners for standard American drywall. That was surprising since most American homes use drywall/sheetrock. Once installed (after a trip to the hardware store) I tried to setup using SmartThings (iPad with updates) and every time I clicked on the TV icon the software failed and had to be restarted. After 1/2 hour jacking with this I removed the app, reinstalled and that fixed this problem - reminds me of 1995 Windows 95 :/ Instructions of any kind are minimal but conveniently every document is in many languages so 6 or 7 pages to sort through to find one paragraph in English that barely gave any information. Today both Frames switch to Samsung TV after a few minutes and most of the two dozen online conversations about the problem indicate it happened after a July software upgrade. Also - I bought these just to display photos - as advertised - but its primary function seems to be as a TV and there does not seem to be away to default it to photo mode on startup. Anyway - NOT READY FOR PRIMETIME!

It blends in nicely to the wall especially when showing art and is very slim. It takes a little time to get used to the menu structure but this is easily conquered. I highly recommend The Frame!

Its really the highlight of my room now. I can set pictures to match the decor and it really complaments everything just gotta use the right picture. I love love this tv, it was a great idea whoever came up with it is genius. Its the tv i didnt realise i wanted till i had it, now i love it. Thank you samsung!!
