Rated 5 out of 5 by from Okay, but not great. After 2 years, cast battery lasts around 3 days with about an hour of usage a day. When brand new it was well over a week at least. I take care of my things as to make them last, and these have not lived up to expectations. The ANC does not work anymore and there is static in the left earbud. I clean the earbuds off including the small vents after EVERY use, since I don't want them getting clogged up and humans are dirty by default. When ANC used to work it worked well. Sound quality is good which is why it gets 2 stars, but for the price I'd expect a much longer lasting product. I had my Galaxy buds Plus for well over 4 years before getting the buds2 pro, and the old Buds Plus still work great. I wanted Noise cancelling so I upgraded, and what a waste of money. Get the FE or something if you don't want the wireless charging, this is not worth the 190 they ask for now. Repair runs $144, so basically the cost of a new pair. Also fit is poor compared to versions with the wings on the outside, they eventually fall out of the ear after having them in for 20+ minutes.

At first I was a bit reluctant to the change but they fit amazingly well and the sound is out of this world. When I am walking in the noisy streets of the city or sitting in a noisy restaurant the person on the other side does not here the noise and chatter going on around me. The noise cancellation for me is also incredible. The FE version is good but this pro version is worth the money.

I previously had the Sony WF-1000XM4 which those were great headphones but honestly the battery did not last and they never really stayed in my ear comfortably. To me they were not worth the price. These may not be the loudest ear buds or the most expensive but they work like they should and the sound quality is good for most. I would buy them again and honestly these buds are just as good for ones that are 300.00+.

The left earbud constantly loses volume control and I it goes to less then half volume. And the right earbud is not as clear. I have thoroughly cleaned them and reset them multiple times. For the price I paid I expected more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I been using this for 2 weeks so far so great I was a user of Bud2 with iOS, but I have had little complaint b/c easy come out from the ears, sound was little rough, not fully compatible with iOS. Most of the problem they have updated to Buds2 Pro, I am still using iOS but you have an access with PC when you need an update or fine tuning. Most impressive was they improved sound quality better even noise cancelling and fitting to my ears (You have to turn little when you wear the Buds 2 pro. This is how SAMSUNG design)

I have small ears and these earbuds are the only ones that stays in my ears. I'm forever a loyal satisfied consumer. Thank you Samsung.

And now with these 2 pros i have had an experience that would make it nearly impossible to go back to any other kind of headphones. The fully immersive directionally accurate sound quality is not only awe inspiring and truly brings out goosebumps on my skin as i hear notes ive never heard from songs ive known for years. Truly amazing.

I love the way they fit in my ears and how they don't fall out. The controls are easy to use. However..... I cannot accept the horrible battery life. I go for long walks and long bike rides and I need them to last long enough for me to complete my exercise routine for the day. Unfortunately these ear buds won't last longer than about 3.5 hours. The first time they ran out I thought maybe I had done something wrong. It happened again yesterday after just 3.5 hours. I hate to return them, but they are going back today.

Customer service was of zero help (when I actually was able to speak with a live human). All in all, just a poor decision on my part to buy these earbuds and I beg you not to make the same mistake I did.

Thanks Samsung for their trade in they gave me discount on new one (you can trade in Airpods to them too). Very happy with purchase! Worth every penny! Never heard that great sound even in Airpods Pro which costed me twice more. Love my Samsung Buds 2 Pro! Love Samsung! Will stay with them forever!

Never happened on my buds 2. -360 sound/head tracking sounds terrible and adds a lot of delay. -no option for noise canceling for just one earbud. +Mat finish is nice. TLDR slightly better/worse than the buds 2 but at twice the cost.

Wearing them too long caused my ears irritation however. Well here we are with the Galaxy buds 2pro and these ones are lighter and fit better. Not fond of losing some battery for the ANC but it's a trade if because the ANC is amazing.

And everyone knows you get what you pay for with electronics. I dont regret a single minute of my purchase. The sound is amazing, the tap controls on the buds are perfect, the fit is like none other, lite as a feather, and i work in a kitchen where its always hot and im always sweating and they live up to there waterproof rating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great earbuds! As long as they stay in your ears. I pre-ordered the Galaxy Buds2 Pro about a couple days before they officially hit shelves. The jump from my previous Galaxy Buds+ was overall pretty good, although I did miss some features from my past generation buds. The fit was the biggest thing for me – the older Galaxy Buds and their plus counterpart (both of which I owned prior to the Buds2 Pro) had wing tips to keep a very secure and comfortable fit for up to 11-12 hours for my Buds+. With my upgrade, I soon found that the earbud tips didn't make up for the lack of a wing tip. The smallest tip left a poor seal and rendered bass flat and ANC ineffective, while the two bigger tips offered a better seal but would allow the buds to ever so gradually fall out of my ears. Besides the loss of the frankly unkillable battery life and fit of the Buds+, though, I did enjoy the newer features like improved ambient mode, ANC (which was entirely new to me), richer sound, and even the neck stretch reminders which worked surprisingly well for reducing my neck aches. All in all, I do think these will work for most people and most who purchase them will find themselves with a pair of satisfyingly performant earbuds. (I might try swapping my Buds+ eartips with my Buds2 Pro, though.)

Samsung wearable app>Touch controls >Touch and hold > select volume up. Turn it all the way up. Then change the Touch controls to what you or off and your buds are all the way up. I love the noise canceling while I'm using my tractor and listening to music.

I've had every buds version minus the original "Pro's", and I've dealt with discomfort during the first few days almost every time, but these actually cut the inside of my ears. The "wind screen" on the inside is constantly scratching against my inner ear causing scraping and scabbing. Sound quality is there, but the comfort is not!

I had the buds-plus before and their battery life is way better than these. Secondly the fit is not optimal and I've tried different ear pieces, but they still keep falling out of my ears. Over all just the audio experience is better on the Buds2 Pro.

A little backstory I've been in audiofile for over 50 years and have many thousands of dollars tied up in my home stereo. I was always disappointed at the sound quality of earbuds until I picked up the Pro 2 they knocked my socks off. The clarity and Dynamics just blew me away. I listen to all types of music from the heaviest of metal to the most subtle violin concerto's. These little guys just never fail to impress.

However, I really like the ear buds. They connect seamlessly to my ZFlip3. What I like most is the Ambient noise settings. I like that I can have a conversation and not have to remove the ear buds. Then go back to noise cancellation if I like.

So far these have not. Cutting the grass they stayed in place. Sound is very good and can even hear them in noisy environments. Haven't checked battery life yet.

These are miles better, but still not perfect. The design on the the non-pro Buds, first generation, are by far the best fit. Sound quality is absolutely amazing on these though, good improvement.

The buds pro was a big upgrade over the original, but the shape made it hard to comfortably stay in the ear, particularly during exercise. The new Buds Pro 2 has a much better shape that comfortably stays in the ear even during strenuous activities. Plus the matte finish and smaller size looks very cool.

Ive had 4 pairs and these are the best yet. The Buds pro never fit my ear properly, they used to hurt, and also fall out a LOT. The Buds2 Pro are amazing, they're comfortable and fit well, don't fall out my ear, and the sound quality is great. The one thing I wish that was better was the seamless connection amongst other devices that aren't from samsung. It works perfectly with my other samsung devices but I struggle a lot (even just trying to connect them normally) when it comes to my Dell laptop.

Doesn't last the whole day at work with ANC on. Off its fine. The features I've tried all work pretty well though I haven't done them all. Really wish they would program in a way to change sound level on each bud separately.

The sound quality. New features. The only slight downside is the matte finish on the color. They're prone to oily marks and what not. But nothing a quick wipe won't fix. Just tedious to do so often.

I've owned every single iteration of galaxy buds and with the Pro 2s they really nailed it! All the features are super useful! My favorite thing is that you can use the noise canceling and talk detection (it quiets the music if it detects you are talking to someone) even when connected to my work laptop. They have been great for meetings too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Close to perfect These true wireless buds are some of the best sounding buds on the market and getting somewhat close to wired offerings. The tuning on these is nearly perfect, just has some minor diminishing treble quality. Hopefully the successor to these buds keeps the similar tuning with improved treble and overall better response quality. Really like that these come with improved audio codecs and hopefully we can get to one rivaling LDAC across the board. One feature I would hope pro models eventually get is the ability to custom EQ rather than just the presets. As for other parts of the buds, these improvements I assume will come naturally. Battery life is somewhat below standard other ANC capable buds. The ANC is fine overall, similar to industry standards and will continue to improve. The call quality seems to have improved a lot and hopefully they keep improving. The microphone call quality could use some improvements in noisier environments for sure. The fit and comfort is very good overall and just requires some small adjustments to tip replacements. Replacing the tips feel cumbersome but just minor nitpicks. Touch controls work fine but they can be improved in sensitivity and overall functionality. Overall, these are probably the best TWS buds to get for sound currently. Price wise it isn't as competitive as AKG N400s or especially the Free2 classics. However, while those products are competitive in sound and price especially, they fall short to the Buds2 Pro in the other areas like the ANC and microphone. I would even recommend these over the Air pods lineup for iPhone users if they were willing to give up on the ecosystem features for sound. Of course, these are a no brainer for Samsung users.

They last a long time before they have to be recharged. With the charging case I only have to charge the case every 6 - 7 days. They fit securely in my ears. Even when exercising. They are great for making phone calls with. I would highly recommend these to anyone with an Android phone.

On occasion the earbuds will slip from your ear, and whenever you try to adjust the earbuds the sensitive touch function will register your attempts to adjust the earbud as a touch input and either end your phone call or pause your music. It's so annoying.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent! I've been an Apple user for over a decade. I recently got a Fold 4 and got these Buds2 Pro to complement my new foldable phone. Within the Apple ecosystem, I have Airpods Pro and that's what I will be comparing them against. Now I know everyone's ear is different. But Galaxy Buds fit much better than the airpods. See with the Apple set, they would eventually become loose after an hour or so with my head moving around. I purcahsed those foam tips, but they didnt solve the problem. Now that's not the case with the galaxy buds. They fit much more secure. I can't emphasize how important this is. Samsung's offering also comes in different colors (the one I have is grafite), and honestly, they look better. I got tired of the one and only white color option, and skinning them just makes it worse. Sound quality and noise cancellation performance is very comparable. They both sound good, however on noise cancellation samsung has a slight edge. You know that feeling of pressure when music is off and the noise cancellation is on? That's much less with the samsung set. I know people don't usually compare these two since they're made for different ecosystems. But Apple has been my base line and figuring out the differences are what is making me switch.

HOWEVER, after the last update they BARELY have any volume to them even when being paired with a DAP that has an onboard headphone amp. They're the lowest volume headphones I have. Maxed out I can barely hear music let alone podcasts. Also not to mention there's a massive big with the wearable app. Nothing will connect or find devices anymore. It's a big problem for the price of these headphones. I use headphones at a fraction of the cost that are ten times more reliable than the these Samsung Galaxy 2 pro earbuds

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not worth the money i've had every pair of samsung earbuds. these are the same as the last pair, nothing different. noise canceling does not really work the way it should, i work in aviation and use noise canceling. these are not worth the price. i've tried to return and get my trade in back. there are a lot of bad reviews of this product from falling out of your ear, charge does not last, ear infection from the silicone, noise canceling not working. if you're looking for the best headphones that samsung make, get the samsung buds+ and stay away from everything else. i will be returning these for a full refund and leaving samsung forever. the products have been going downhill for awhile now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New buds pro 2 is just another earbud was really exited about the new galaxy buds2 pro . pre-ordered it. i was thinking finally i could get rid of my ipod pro. after 2 weeks of testing, what a letdown. first, the anc is just not good at all. you can still can clearly hear conversations few feet away from you even when you have your music is playing. not ipod pro. second, seamless pairing is a joke. samsung could even get their own devices to pair smoothly. have s22+ and s7 tab. sometimes, i have yo try about 10 times before i can pair the bud pro 2 to those devices. it's just getting ridiculous. there are few things i like. 1. the shape and size, i like it better than ipod pro. i like the discreet design and weight. 2. colors. i like to have options to your own color. 3. the case is small.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Way better then the buds pro i got the galaxy buds pro initially and loved them. i got these and compared the two and the galaxy buds2 pro is way better. the fit is much better, it is smaller and fits better in the ear. the bass compared to the first one, is significantly better. it is more dominant but not overbearing. the mids and highs are clear and have room to hear everything. also, love the texture of these buds. it's smooth and the case has a satisfying snap when closing because of the stronger magnet. overall great upgrade. you will not be disappointed

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best earbuds - Wired or wireless. bluetooth headphones have not been my favorite because of the muddled sound that can't be fixed in even the highest end headphones. bluetooth isn't capable of carrying full hifi sound. well, now, with these buds though, they finally can! they sounds incredible. to be able to listen to my favorite music and hear and feel the music so deeply that it gets emotional at times is brilliant. this is how music of all types is meant to be heard. i really like their fit too. very comfortable. great job samsung!! i've already recommended them!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overall Experience i have used multiple ear buds in the past, to include a couple different galaxy buds. these are by far my favorite head phones that i have ever used. they have amazing sound quality, and the features babe cease to amaze me. they noise canceling starts working immediately, even so that it feels like it blocks outside sounds before you start any media. i also really love the ambient sound. the best is that you can set it to switch between the two as you start talking so you don't have to try and talk over your media. there are so many great features that i can't list them all here. well worth the money.

They provide 3 different sizes of ear plugs and NONE of them provide a fit that the earbuds themselves consider a 'good fit.' I'm using the one that got the best feedback from their app (good fit/connection) but theyt still keep falling out of my ears. My older ones without the stem fit much better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not worth the price tbh. After having these ear buds for a month and a half, I can say, these ear buds are not worth the price tag on them. Even having bought these ear buds on sale, I feel like these aren't worth the price. Sound quality is great. But the noise canceling and ambient sound just, aren't good enough to justify the price I'm my opinion. Sound cacelling just, isn't good enough. It doesn't perform like "active" noise canceling, it doesn't perform like that. It feels like it cancels out a low level of sound but anything above that threshold, gets in. If anything is active, it's ambient sound. You have hear it react to loud noises dampening them. The only problem I have with ambient sound is it also drowns out voices. Even on extra loud ambient sound. It sucks tho because, for the price, I really expected more out of these ear buds. Especially when there are cheaper ear buds out on the market, with performance on par or exceeding the galaxy buds 2 pro. Shame.

They sound amazing but unfortunately they do not fit in my ears. No matter what size of ear tip I try or what angle I insert them, I can't get a seal that blocks out noise. Even with the ANC on sound still comes through due to the fit. They do not appear to extend into the ear canal as much as my Buds+ and I think that's the issue. It's really disappointing because I had high hopes for them and they sound great.

Knocking a star off for 2 reasons: 1. If you drop the case from waist-height onto the floor, the case bursts open with zero resistance, and sends the buds flying as far as it can possibly manage to fling them. 2. For some reason, these buds take a little longer to wake up from sleep and connect to my phone than the original Galaxy Buds did.

When I got this pair, I put them in; they didn't fit right, so I read and watched the video of how to put them in and even changed the earpiece from smallest to largest, and they continued to fall out, no matter how I twist-turn them. The sound is off, and it seems that people can't hear me when I talk, and I'm constantly repeating myself. I wish I could return these and get the pair I exchanged back

After following instructions on how to remedy this and clean the earbud, it only became quieter and completely unusable. When the left one did work, it was great.

I previously read reviews about these falling off your ear. I disagree, they sit properly in my ears, never had any discomfort. The sound quality is amazing, way better than I expected. The NC is way better than the previous AKG NC headphone I had. In addition, these are so comfortable, I forgot and did not notice they were still in my ear when I went to bed and had them on while sleeping. Was I worried due to some of the negative reviews before placing the order for this? - Yes, I was. But I figured some reviews are either fake or just bashing. I am happy with my purchase and do not regret getting these buds. ??

The bad, they won't stay in no matter what. I changed all sizes of ear buds that came with it and after 15 to 20 minutes they slide right out. I upgraded to the recommended ear buds that have the two layers and now they will stay in for 30 minutes. Horrible fitment design. Samsung should have put a piece or sell a piece to sit in your outside ear to hold them in place like older models.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worst earphone ever It is not easy to connect to my Galaxy Book 2 Pro. Took a while to connect to Book Pro, and playing audio was also an issue. Finally connected and was able to hear it, but my left earbud was not working. Connected back to my zflip5, and both earbuds were working. When my jaw moves, it randomly stops playing music. Even when my jaw was not moving, I randomly paused whatever it was playing. I have no idea why these earbuds are giving me so much trouble. Traded in my buds live, and I regret doing it. Couldn't even register this product online even though I purchased it via Samsung in November 2023. Maybe Samsung sent me a bogus item? The model number I found on the case was not what Samsung was looking for. "SM-R510" Samsung wants more letters behind my model number which I couldn't find. Going blind trying to read it off the case. Definitely needs a flashlight. Registration couldn't find my product. It is asking me to show proof of purchase to register. Nice, Samsung....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Why would you make it worse? I only got the Buds2 because I lost the case to my original, Gen1 buds while snowboarding, and figured I might as well upgrade. I didn't deeply examine the product before purchase because I assumed after 5 years, the new ones would be in some way even better than the old ones, and I loved the old ones. It never occurred to me they'd make the product worse. So much of the customization is gone from the app and the buds themselves. I used my old buds very heavily and used to taut them and their superior quality to my Apple-avid friends. But now my use of them is limited. I need to be able to turn the volume up and down AND change the noise control from ambient to cancelling and back. Because the new buds were built with less physical areas assigned to a control (there's no more tapping "the front", which I thought was genius), you can no longer do both. You have to choose only one, which is a huge hassle. I do alot of cleaning and yardwork and workouts with my buds, and so would obviously need to easily adjust the volume, as anyone would while doing any activity. But I also end up interacting with people who I need to hear and hear clearly - behind the counter at the gym, at the grocery store checkout, walking around my workplace, on the lift while snowboarding. In those interactions, I don't have time to take out my phone, unlock it, get to the widget, and change the noise control to ambient so I can hear what people are saying. Not to mention how frustrating that is to the other person trying to speak to you while you immediately disregard them to reach for your phone. As a result, the only recourse is to rip them wholly out of your ears (which, my hands are often not free to hold the tiny things and not drop or lose them during the conversation, and is especially dangerous on something like a ski lift). Plus, even if you want to, say, at least prioritize turning the volume down on one bud and also have ambient control on the other, you can't. You can only choose "do you want your buds to control volume, or noise style? You get one." This all may seem dramatic and petty, I understand. But I really did rely on using both features constantly at the touch of a finger. I loved my old buds, and they worked perfectly still after 5 years. But after paying hundreds of a dollars for what should be a newer and superior product, I'm furious to have spent that much money on a brand I inherently trusted only to get a notably worse and frustrating user experience. Slightly better sound quality - if that's even true of these buds - isn't worth constantly ripping the things from your head. The next time I need new buds, it is unlikely I'll choose Samsung, because now I know I can't trust the product, the intelligence of the design, or the idea that after years between purchases that the product has gotten any better. I'll see what Google is making by then, or some specialized third party brand.

It comes pre-installed with the large installed. the other two size are in a small tube box in the package. Medium was my size and ordered replacement 6 pair package of medium only online. For walking they are great not so much while do any movement exercise. Sound quality is great on calls. You do have to unpair it from each device before using on another. But I only use it for my Samsung Phone, TV, and Computer.

I bought these Samsung Buds hoping they would be the ticket because I have had such good luck with Samsung on many other products. This product is TERRIBLE and giving it 1 star is generous and was the lowest available option. The sound quality is HORRIBLE! I think you would get better sound from two paper cups connected to a piece of string. Tinny, no depth, and no better than the $10 cabled ear buds you would buy at the cash register of a gas station. To make matters worse, the App is a joke and does not work. I never was able to get the Buds to connect to their App. Looking at the low rated reviews in the App it is all just a big FAIL.

I have tried all the additional silicone tips and the ap that tests fit. According to the ap I get a good fit with both the mediun and large tips, but both fall out. I tried to return them but all the representative wanted to do was sell another type to me. Also, the touch controls are difficult to use. Sometimes they just do not work. As a long time customer of Samsung I am very disappointed -- especially with customer support. DO NOT BUY!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from it was fine until later.. good audio quality but i cant enjoy most of it because the speakers eventually dir out and become really quiet. had to send in for the right bud to get a speaker replacement and now the left bud speaker is quiet and not working. i was so impressed at the first usage but not its really disappointing at how often i run into an issue. paired with my s22, i run into very choppy audio quality, but any other device like my chromecast or laptop it works perfectly. i hope to see much better with the 3rd gen ??

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Noise cancel and ambient is amazing! I have had my buds since December of 2022. I absolutely love them. I am mainly posting this review in hopes Samsung will see this. Something I have noticed that I really enjoy is the noise canceling and the ambient sound. Especially when using both buds. Example, when I'm in the gym using both buds and someone says something to me, when I speak it automatically transfers from noise cancelling to ambient. I am then able to hear myself and whoever is speaking to me through the buds. ABSOLUTELY amazing one of the most FANTASTIC features about them. That being said. I am a salesman and am on the phone more often than not. So, most of the time I only have one of the buds in at a time through my day to day. If we could somehow (maybe this is an option and I'm just unaware) make the one bud work the same way with the ambient and noise cancelling so that I can keep it in without taking them out in front of customers. If this were the case I'd be willing to change my rating from 4 to 5 stars lol.

Dont get these if you have smaller ears. So sad these dont have wingtips. Sound is great but it means nothing if you have to push then in every couple of minutes.

I bought a pair 11 months ago loved them, lost them wentvto buy another pair but the lavender was not available ad I loved them so much I bought the black. 2 months later I found the 1st set but could not swap them. So I have two blck and still want a lavender ?? set. They are so easy to set up between the 6 other Samsung tv's, tablets, hones and cd layer.a must have.

But there is no point if when you smile too hard they fall out. Forget about working out Regardless of ear tip size. Bluetooth Connects kind of... when they want. The tapping only was a bad Idea. These things need at least one button because the tapping is supremely unreliable. I constantly have to adjust if I just walk around with these on. Which of course inadvertently changes a setting. But when you WANT to change a setting, double tap etc....nothing happens. Finally The matte finish is not a good idea for earbuds. Imo

Needed a new pair of earphones to replace my broken, overpriced pair of Bose ones that lasted me several months before just quitting on me, got a good discount on these and they work for the most part, but I'm a very active person so whenever I run, jog, or dance to my favorite song, these earbuds tend to easily slip out of my ear and whenever I feel it getting ready to slip out entirely, I have to stop and push it back in. Touch controls disabled because touching will pause the song, etc, etc. Good noise cancelling, the 3D audio is cool, but aside from that, if only they could just stay in my ear like my go-to Galaxy Buds+ that have treated me wonderfully for almost two years that I will def return to.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Broke in less than 5 months i got these ear buds as soon as they were released! they had issues from the start but i put up with them as they were small! dying out quickly...weird beeps...cutting in and out...butni chalked it up to me getting used to them yesterday they were cutting in and out then the left ear bud totally died...after less than 5 months!! i put in an repair request and that was easy...but i will be without them for 2 weeks minimum!! samsung says they won't let you down as their auto reply before the chat...but i have been nothing but let down....this is the 3rd time a samsung product has done so...seriously looking to go away from this company!! it has been so frustrating! i liked...not loved...these ear buds...and now this! now i feel like samsung is doing me dirty!!

I got the graphite ones two days ago and love them, they sound great, and I've had to turn on voice detect because of the noise canceling being so good, that I can't hear people talk, if I have the ac on, I put these in, turn on ANC, and it's gone. I love the matt black finish, perfect to go with my Burgundy S22 Ultra 512GB, also great device. All in all, Samsung is best

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sounds Better but poor initial quality Got these to replace the original Galaxy Buds I purchased several years ago that have served me well. Fit is fine, software is fine pairing was easy. The battery on one of the Buds was defective out of the box. Since I purchased around Thanksgiving it was past the normal return period so the only option was to send them in for service. In about 2 charging cycles of use the sound was a vast improvement over the original buds and noise cancellation is good. The fact that one of the buds had a battery issue that didn't present itself until after the case had stopped charging them was concerning along with having to send a product in for service with only a few hours of use as opposed to getting a replacement sent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Falls Out Constantly and Poor Ergonomic Design Unfortunately, I can't recommend these earbuds to anyone who moves more than someone that sits down all day doing work. The microphone quality sounds great to others on the receiving end of phone calls made through these Buds, and they have good sound quality. However, the sound quality is truly no better than the Galaxy Buds+ which were released over 3 years ago. The active noise cancellation is some of the best on the market, I'll give them that. Though, the Buds 2 Pro's other fancy features like head tracking for 360-degree simulated audio, and 24-bit hi-fi audio are not worth this price point. The biggest issue I and many others have is the design of the bud itself, causing the bud to fall out of your ear if you tip your head even slightly to one side or jump up and down just a little bit. Forget trying to run with these, as you'll probably get only a few steps before they fall out. The biggest mistake Samsung made was removing the wing feature they've had on older buds, which allowed users to customize the size of the wing to fit their ear. The rubber tips also aren't the best, compared to previous years, these tips cave in on themselves more, mostly due to the thinner design of them. Another issue I and others have with the Buds 2 Pro is the touch controls being too sensitive to anything, if you have long hair or oddly shaped ears, or even shift your head too quickly, the Buds will think you tapped them and mess up whatever you're listening to, thus I have the tap feature disabled from the Wear app. I'm a diehard Samsung product buyer, but unfortunately these Buds are the worst product I've ever purchased from them and wait for when they release an improved, or even vastly different model in the future, maybe even headphones would be better than these. Lastly, I may as well at least share one piece of advice for current owners or those who are still going to buy after reading this review. Online it may say that you can't find these earbuds if they're still in the case, that's only partially true. If you lose them and leave the vicinity where they're no longer connectable via Bluetooth, then yes, they're pretty much as good as gone, as the case needs to be opened or the buds need to have fallen out for another Samsung device with Smartthings to ping their location. But if you're close enough to them where Bluetooth will work, you're able to forcefully make them beep a loud sound constantly until you find them EVEN while they're still in the case, otherwise you could also use your newer Samsung phones (22 and up) to activate AR mode and find them with your camera instead. Overall my rating stands at 2/5 because they're more of a hassle than a utility. Sorry for the long review and for any possible typos or grammatical errors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Almost the perfect pair of earbuds The sound and ambient awareness is amazing. I use these at work in a factory. I'm usually in an office but I won't walk onto the floor anymore without these in. I can hear the ambient awareness fluctuate with incredible accuracy as I'm moving around the floor, moving closer and away from machinery. The only problem I have is with the fit. Now, as long as I'm SITTING, I'll literally forget I've got them in. There's virtually no difference in sound quality between your ears and what's coming through the buds and they're extremely comfortable. That being said if I'm moving I'm pushing them back in my ears and twisting them around. The "wings" on my old buds+ helped alleviate that problem more than anything, but these have nothing like that. The tip fit's fine in my ear, although the screen inside of them started coming apart after a week. The sound quality and features of these are incredible, I just don't feel like I should have to adjust a $200+ dollar pair of earbuds constantly. Eating, jogging, or working out with these is out of the question, and that ended up being a major disappointment for me. I would be returning them if I wasn't mainly at a desk for 10 hours 5 days a week and the sound quality wasn't so incredible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Perfomance But Control is a bit funky It took me a while before I figured out that I needed to use the bigger tips that came in the box so that the concealment is good. After that, it was a at least a 10-20% better noise cancelling performance than my gen 1 airpods pro; but sound quality is at least 30% better - bass is better, sound feels more substantial. The charge lasts longer too. Only issue is the funky touch control. There is quite often accidental touch when taking off my shirt for example. I have had this for 3 months, and I still find it not that convenient. But overall great product.

No Bluetooth multi-point for a high end & expensive earbud is kinda ridiculous. Also for some reason the music doesn't pause after removing one earbud, only two. Touch controls are sometimes oversensitive to adjustments in ear. Overall satisfactory, but at this price point, it is somewhat lackluster in features and audio quality.

First and foremost they fall out of my ear so often, whether it's exercising or relaxing in bed, I'm lucky enough to notice them popping out and not lose them. I've tried cleaning them and my ear, obviously, and even changing the ear tips to the biggest available and still pops out. Second the magnets aren't strong enough to make sure the buds make good contact with the case to get charged. Third I still wish the case itself was trackable if the buds are in, so if you lose it you aren't SOL. Finally noise canceling sucks doesn't work too well. All that being said I do like the voice detect feature and the size of the case. If you have the galaxy buds plus hold on to them! Those are literally the best buds that samsung has made in my opinion and I miss them. Love the small pill shape case, glossy finish, the winged ear piece especially! Never had a problem with falling out and noise canceling actually worked! Please samsung at least use winged ear pieces

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great buds but cases issues early on Initially, I had some issues with the noise cancellation doing some weird stuff but that has been remedied with updates. The sound itself is great, the 360 degree sound is an awesome feature. The sound quality on calls is a bit tinny from what I can tell but it does a great job at cancelling ambient noises around me so the caller can hear me clearly. These could use some better tips to fit in the ear but they stay put okay. My biggest issue right now is the case. It worked great for the first couple of months but the battery life, after only a little over 4 months, has dropped off significantly. Additionally, the wireless charging has stopped working altogether. I've tried submitting a claim but keep getting an error when I get to the final page to submit and it says to call customer support. I may update this with a higher rating if I can get this resolved but it shouldn't have these issues in such a short period of time. None of the previous models had this issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great audio in a terrible case Bought this at the end of September. Upgraded from an older Bud. As of this review, I've had these Buds2 Pro for about 3.5 months. I love the convenience of charging in the case and the Ambient Sound monitor. I have other ear buds that don't offer Ambient Sound. I prefer the ability to monitor ambient sound for safety. The audio quality on the Buds2 Pro are great with nice highs and deep bass. I've gone running with them. Occasionally, I will need to twist them on a little bit to keep a nice snug fit. The case is a different story. Samsung uses some matte plastic that has a rubbery feel to it. The plastic coating on the top half of the case is different from the bottom half and has start to degrade. It has started to become tacky and sticky like some old rubbery plastic that been around for years. The bottom half still feels matte and smooth like it was when new. Wished they didn't use this awful material. 3.5 months of use and the case feel horrible and looks horrible.

From what I could tell the sound quality is good but if you have to worry about them staying in your ear or having them fall out while doing the simplest of things such as just eating is not worth it. I do not recommend them at all because of this main reason.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nightmare pairing Noise cancelling and ambient sound work well. There is one infuriating part. The Seamless paring makes them almost unusable. I use them on my Galaxy 23 Ultra and Tab s9. If you so much as touch one device while using the other , itll switch over the sound even if you didnt want it to . Sometimes it gets confused and just starts switching back and forth . I also use them on my Surface laptop and they are a nightmare to pair. Also seem to have very weak connection. My old Buds pro never disconected while the device is in my pocket or my hand . Ive had issues where im walking , my arm swings in front of my phone and ill lose connection on one side. Even with my watch , if im listening to music from my watch and i swing the arm back itll disconnect. Please fix the software and pairing functionality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ignorance is Bliss, Enlightenment is Beautiful The first thing that I will ask is "where have you been all my life?" I purchased a pair of Buds pro 2 and picked them up yesterday, but first, let me give you a little background. I have been listening to music my entire life being weened on Motown, graduating to Funk, and in the late 70s I have been an avid heavy metal fan. I am not talking a casual listener. Last year alone I logged 19, 063 scrobbles on Last.fm. So you can imagine that I have used dozens of headphones over the years and enjoyed the music that I am so passionate about which would eventually led me to this purchase. I was hoping for better sound quality but was not holding my breath, getting my hopes too high. As it turns out, I never expected the quality of sound that the Buds Pro 2 put out and was blown away by the initial experience. With these earbuds you have the option to listen to whatever medium that you might want to listen to in 360 mode. As soon as I turned this on I was instantly immersed in the music with a sound quality that I personally never experienced, but then came 360 mode with head tracking and that was truly a dimension of music listening that I did not think possible. It is difficult to describe, but when you turn your head the vocals or other instruments would move with your head giving the sensation of not just listening to the music but becoming part of it as well. Whether this type of technology has been around for a while or not it was extremely new to me and a wonderful experience at that. I have seen unsatisfactory reviews and I understand that we each experience things differently and are entitled to our own opinions, but these were worth every penny and them some once added to my various listening devices that instantly catapulted themselves to the top of the best list.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Decent, but do not outperform AirPods Pro Note: I'm coming from Airpods Pro, so that's my baseline for comparison. Airpods were solid, so maybe my warm, fuzzy feelings for them have colored my experience with these new earbuds. PROS: - Sound quality is really good. I recommend changing EQ to Dynamic versus standard setting. - I really like the 360 mode and use it frequently for videos. - Fit is good and they are comfortable. They don't work out of my ears when I'm talking like the Airpods did. - Noise cancellation is good and I'd say on par with Airpods. I bought some foam tips to use which improve the passive noise cancellation even more. - The pause when you talk feature is pretty cool. Not good for all situations, but it's nice to have the option. - Double tap on earlobe to turn up and down is a nice feature. - The case is high quality and I like it more than the Airpods case. The wireless charging capability with a standard (non MagSafe) charger is great, no issues with having to precisely position it in order to charge. Though, see petty complaint about case below. CONS: -Tap controls are so much worse than force controls. Any time you need to reposition one of these in your ear, you'll end up pausing or turning on transparency mode. Super annoying. Sure, you can turn off tap feature, but that's also a pain if you want onboard control for changing tracks. - I wish you could specify what different tap controls do (like change play/pause to double or triple tap to avoid the issue of activating this anytime you touch an earbud). You can only turn them on or off, but you're forced to use the built-in commands. - Transparency mode is way inferior to Airpods. If you need something with good transparency (like for mild amplification), these aren't it. The sound quality is weird, artificial, and echoey. Another thing that's annoying is that when you're walking with transparency on you can hear movement of air across the mics because of where they're positioned. - One of the buds developed crackling distortion after 1 day. This resolved after putting it in the case, but it's still concerning. - I don't think voice commands work directly with the buds, the mic on your phone is required. Maybe there's a setting I can change, but why wouldn't that be standard? - Skin oils from your ear are very visible on the black buds, unlike the glossy white of Airpods which hides this. - Petty complaint re: case. All four sides are the same, so it's hard to know just by feeling which side you open. So every time it takes me longer than it should to open the darn case. All in all they are nice to use with Samsung devices. They also switch easily to Windows computers. I like them, despite the cons. Coming from AirpodsPro to these is tough because it feels like a step down in some ways. Even still, they fit in the ears well and have a nice sound quality. I probably would have fewer complaints if they were cheaper. If you're not coming from AirpodsPro I bet you'll like these. If you don't have a Samsung, you'll probably find something for cheaper.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung Nail It! Outstanding ear BUDS! Beat out my Beats Studio Ear Buds. I have had the Buds2 Pro's for just over a month now. I traded in my Buds Pro's for these which I had bought specifically for wearing while riding my motorcycle because they were the only ones that fit with the helmet on. It was time to upgrade... Samsung did not disappoint. The Buds2 Pro are exceptional in fit and feel but most importantly sound and noise canceling. They work so well I cant hear my bike rev or the wind noise. The 360 feature is amazing when watching movies or tv. They slimmed the design for the Buds2 and now they do not come out of my ears when I take my helmet off. And the price, 125$ was great. Thank you Samsung.

The battery can last maybe 7.5 hours top when you just bought it, without enabling any features such as noise controls/touch controls and 360 audio. If they're all enabled it can last maybe 5 hours. I've owned it for about 7 months now. The max battery life is about 5 hours with all the features disabled, LOL. This product is definitely not designed for someone working in the office. I was expecting a much longer battery life just because how expensive it is.

Unfortunately one ear bud or both have gone out both times within a few months due to not being able to charge or keep a charge. I've tried all the tips and tricks. It's probably best to not waste your money unless you get a warranty

Rated 5 out of 5 by from HATE THE SILICONE MATTE FINISH!! IT DEGRADES!! I love these... but after having them for a couple of years the thin silicone finish on the actual buds is degrading. My right bud I had to scrape it off because it was unsightly. Now months later my left one has started to become degraded as well. That's my only issue. Don't coat the new ones in this matte silicone base, leave them glossy.

To replace my bud 2's So far I don't think they are better than my bud 2' as the Bluetooth distance is not as good and the noise canceling on the pro 2's seem to have an issue with wind as I am biking. Sound is about the same as well with the battery life but I still like them just not equal to the bud 2's

They continuously fall out. I could be standing up straight and they will still fall out. It's just a matter of time before they break or get lost from falling out of my ears. What a disappointment. And the battery is not very good, either. For $200+ one would expect the battery to last more than a couple of hours. I traded in a $50 set of buds for these, that I now regret giving up. Those cheap buds never fell out and the battery would last for hours. Thought I was upgrading, but I was wrong. AND, as a loyal Samsung customer who owns multiple Samsung products, the company has truly let me down with this product.

I have had buds1, buds plus, buds 2. He reviewed these and lost it. He was right I brought them and wow. Thank you for making them have volume clarity is great mids are on point lows are spot on and bass is better than my overear bose. The call quality is amazing and as a New Yorkers I can say the noise canceling is great. Good job samsung.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sound - but only last a month or so I bought these mid March. Today the left bud developed a high pitch squeal that's present in either noise isolation or ambient mode. With both modes disabled the squeal was removed but it also disabled any equalizer settings. They now sound like $9.99 checkout line earbuds. Also, now before they'll honor your warranty and replace defective gear you have to set up an appointment at an authorized dealer and travel to them to get it looked at. I'm sure at that point the dealer tech will just have me sent it back for replacement. Not appreciating the extra work I have to do and the extra delay - especially since I only got a couple months of use out of them

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Uncomfortable! I'm really regretting trading in my my old Galaxy Buds for these. While the sound and noise cancelling are great, these things are SO uncomfortable. Maybe they work fine for people with larger ears, but for me, I think it's actually the very tiny seam between the inner and outer part that starts to cut into the ear. Why they had to change from the previous design, where you could customize the fit with different sized rubber pieces inside the concha part of the ear, baffles me. Seriously thinking of getting rid of them and going back to the older style. A waste of money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loose fit I have a set of older Buds and Buds+. I got these new Buds2 pro with my s23 ultra purchase and regret choosing these with my credit. They do have a good sound and battery life but the form factor with the bump in the body results in very loose feeling fit. The bump causes the earbud body to pull away from the ear and the noise isolation is reduced. They are not that loose but will fall out with vigorous activity at the gym so I have to use my older buds for gym now and reserve these for the office.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A step backwards Bad fit, if you're working out or in some kind of construction job these constany need to be adjusted, always falling out, guides don't help, Bluetooth is choppy, music cuts in and out periodically, never had that issue with previous version, if I answer a phone call through my watch sound won't go through my buds it'll go through my watch which I never had an issue with with the original buds pro, sound always went to my headphones even if I answered through my phone or my watch, you can't have just one headphone in for the ambient sound to work you have to have both, which is dumb since the original could do it, music does sound better, but every other feature took a step backwards, definitely not worth the orice

No one can ever hear me well when using them for a phone call. I get asked to repeat myself numerous times, which is annoying. My biggest complaint is they will not stay in my ears!!! I have tried EVERYTHING! I looked up all the suggestions and nothing is working! He purchased them through Verizon and they won't allow me to return them. I also have the Galaxy Buds Live and even though they took awhile to get used to, they at past never fell out! The purple Pro 2's are super pretty, the case is nice and the sound is okay with both buds in....not very impressed when just wearing one. Definitely feel like we he wasted $220, but it's the thought that counts I guess!

The only issue is have with them is the same reason I bought them from my previous headphones. The mic of the ear buds get covered in dust and they're so tiny I can't find a way to clean them. My feedback would be to find a way to prevent this or create something to clean them.

However today while wasing my truck listening to a podcast I adjusted one with wet hands and it started squeeling and quit working. They are supposed to be submersible for 30 minutes at 3 feet but wet hands adjusting it seems to have broken it. Hopefully samsung will warranty it because I have really loved them but if they are that sensitive to moisture they won't work. We will see when I call tomorrow.

The right earpiece would not working and they could not fix it. This is especially true when i am wearing just the right piece while the left is in the charging case. I definitely would not recommend it to anyone due to this horrible experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Would not recommend I never buy high end ear buds for the simple reason that I have a tendency to lose one of them. That being said I have, over the years, tried multiple "lower end earbuds". To be honest, I have noticed better performance from these $25-50 ear buds than these Samsung earbuds. I would not purchase these again (this was my second attempt at Samsung earbuds). The wireless range for Bluetooth detection is terrible. The earbuds will disconnect even as I walk around my house. I have never had this issue with a pair of $25 generic earbuds. Sounds quality is nothing to be impressed by. Battery life is atrocious considering it charges through a case. I have used cheap $25 earbuds that would not require me to charge the case for over a week, maybe even 2. These need to be charged every few days. Obviously this is dependent on your level of use, but I did not change my use between different brands. Pairing at times can by spotty as well. Once I pair a device I expect it to work and should not have to repair or search for it again. Positives, it does have good functionality and easy transition between multiple Samsung devices. As most of my devices (phone, TV, Laptop) are all Samsung this does allow some level of integration. This being said, overall disappointed in product and would not purchase again unless some guarantees in improvement in performance.

Despite Samsung advertising these as suitable for exercising, they fall out even with minimal movement and sweat. That is with the largest ear buds in too. You're better off going for another brand if you need earphones for exercise.

I had the case on my desk and my 2 year old had gotten ahold of them. Now I have no way to track the case... very disappointing that Samsung will let you track the buds but not the case. Just IMO I think that was an extreamly poor decision on Samsungs part. But at the same time they know they are small and can be lost and they wanna make money on ppl losing them.. so disappointing I'm a father of 3 with a dead end job like I don't have the money to drop 170 to 240 every time I lose them!!!!!! I literally have to use these every single day now a week before Xmas I gotta try to scrounge up money to replace something that's expensive like times are hard enough. #SamsungWhatAreYouThinking?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Allergic to these Buds I really liked the quality of these ear buds, however and a big however you have to be aware that if you have an allergy to Nickel that is used with stainless steel these will cause big issues. I had used these for about a day and started to get an itching feeling in my ears and started to get a liquid and crust on my ear canal (gross). Now they have been inflamed and really painful for a week; hopefully I don't get an ear infection like others have experienced. I have read this has been an issue since the first Galaxy buds Pro and Samsung didn't fix the issue. Many people have had this issue from my research. It's truly sad they would use cheap stainless steel and not medical grade since people are putting these in their ears. These should be made hypoallergenic, specially a Pro version. Very sad, I really liked them but had to return :(

I am so frastuated as the reason i bough them was to use while exercising and month after purchase they just fall off from my ear all the time. Being with castumer service for 3 hours now and all i get as an unswer is that they can not help me since return window is closed. Disappointing!!

I was amazed at the sound quality all around. Personally, they sound immensely better than my "big-brand" headphones. Never had any problems, enjoyed all varieties of features. A few months ago, I had to let one go due to an accident & less than ideal location. Have yet to find anything that compares for me personally, nearly going as far to say that the 1 Galaxy Bud 2 pro is better for me, than both of anything else haha. Wrapping up, didn't know what to expect before trying them, & they ended up being better than I ever imagined.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from For the most part I love them. as for feature packed they are the best i have ever used. i haveoddd ear size or shape i guess and find it a little hassle getting them in enough that i feel comfortable they won't come out. the different size tips doesn't really help the issue. my previous favorite earbuds were the beats pro and i absolutely loved the way the could be inserted in your ears as well as having the loop that go's around your ear almost making it impossible for one to fall out. would be a great feature to think about in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointing battery life. the product's battery life is extremely disappointing. discharges 3x faster than my old buds+. a new product with worse features than an older product is frustrating for the customer. regarding the audio quality, it is high quality with clean and clear sound.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung Support is Beyond Frustrating Worked great, until an update. Now awful and completely useless. I have everything on 100% volume and can hardly hear anything at all out of either ear. I reached out to Samsung support repeatedly, and they have either been too ignorant or incompetent to help out in any meaningful way. They talk in broken English to me for a little bit, and then they disconnect me from the chat and then I am back to square one with the next person. My guess is that Samsung is trying to frustrate me until I just quit and shell out another $200 to them to buy another pair. Terrible way to spend over $200 on earphones that don't work with no product support. My last 4 cell phones are Galaxy S3, Galaxy S7 Edge, Galaxy S9+ Galaxy S22 Ultra..... really disappointing experience here with Samsung that is making me rethink my loyalty to the company. Truly awful experience I have had with these since they've stopped working.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good And Bad the good - the surround sound (gave 3 star just because of this feature otherwise maybe 2) - is comfortable even when used continuously for 4 1/2 hours (i was sitting in one place all through, so no clue if used when one is doing some physical activity such as run/jog or is on the move) the bad - at times makes noise when hair moves ever so slightly. -when anc is inactive this pair can be used for a little over 4 1/2 hours with volume set around 30%. -from 10% to 1% the battery drains in about a couple of minutes. - from 1% to completely discharge it takes about 8 minutes. -priced way too high for its performance.

The set of $50 JBL buds I bought because I was having issues with these never have connection problems. This will be my last pair of Samsung earbuds after years of using them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great buds with a fatal flaw Phenomenal pair of earbuds with one major flaw; they lose sound constantly. I've had two pairs of these buds, and without fail, one of the two will eventually and suddenly get quiet to the point of being inaudible. The left bud in my second pair was unusable within a week of purchase. I switch to my other pair, and the right bud goes quiet wth an annoying buzzy quality to the audio within days. The fact that I would still give these buds three stars speaks to their other qualities: they are comfortable, sound great, and are some of the best noise cancelling buds I've experienced. I really want to love them but the constant sound issues are infuriating and unavoidable, which, for the price, is a deal breaker.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unimpressed Complys saved these from going on ebay, fit is ho hum for me (best were buds+ go the wings) they are very clear on the phone but as i tested all samsung buds no one could spot the difference so thats a bit of a gimmic. Poor passive noise canceling again complys saved that and they fall out of ears easy once again comply and spinfits fixed, ambient is clear and is good but i cannot spot any change between ANC and no ANC, no one that has tryed them can either so i think that is a big gimmic. In fact buds+ just sealing in your ear well do a better job for me. So these are over priced and more for people who want the latest no matter what i have meet a lot of people now seam to think the same. So if they fit you they will be good but if they dont man they are let down.

I bought these two months ago and was looking forward to them since I loved my Galaxy Buds+(vest BT headphones i ever had) but hate them since the ambient sound only works when you have both ear buds in. 1/10. Would not buy again and will advise people to steer clear of these.

For some reason, Samsung found it necessary to downsize the original Buds Pro (well, I mean you have to change something don't you), so as a result, the foam tips no longer stay attached to the bud and they fall out of your ear. So for example just talking to someone in the gym the bud falls out of my ear and they met their final demise when the bud fell into the commode never to be seen again, tip still in my ear thank goodness.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best Buds yet. I bought these 3 months ago to replace my Galaxy Buds. The sound is much, much better. The adaptive noise cancelling is phenomenal. I don't hear ANYTHING when it is activated. And I also love how my voice will deactivate the noise cancelling so I don't end up yelling, then the noise cancelling re-activate when my voice stops. These buds are worth every penny, and I got a trade in for my old ones too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Buyers Remorse Fits weird, they keep falling out. And unlike previous models they don't come with different sized ear thingies. I traded in my galaxy buds+ for them and to be honest, I wish I hadn't. There's no jump in sound quality or anything like I was expecting and they fit way more awkwardly than the buds+. 2 stars that they exist and perform the bare minimum. Noise cancelation only works if you have both in; which is a let down if you're like me and your primary use for them is to listen to things while doing things and need to have one ear open. Also, unlike the galaxy buds+, it's been pointed out to me by several people near me that they can hear what I'm playing. Which is another huge strike. Before, no one could hear anything. But that's what happens when there's no perfect seal like previous models. They're fine, I'm just pretty let down.

I have tried all of the plugs that come with them and the same thing happens. I could be sat down in a chair talking, or walking & talking on the phone, and they NEVER stay in my ears for longer than a few minutes. If they didn't fall out all the time I'd give them a 5, but if they're always falling out, obviously they lose the other Stars

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible Update: I'm reading and I see that Samsung claims to have interchangeable buds, at the same time customers say they don't have it, mine don't have it either so it makes me think that there is a very bad quality control of Samsung or they are selling used headphones.. what a shame, I also forgot to mention that the box is difficult to open especially at night (all its sides are the same) you have to keep turning it and trying until you open it, the same thing happens to charge wireless in the dark you can't tell if it's up or down Bottom line, this really is one of Samsung's worst products. keep your old headphones, don't waste your money and be happy

Today the left one fell out and I couldn't find it the grass covered with leaves. At least I still have a pair of Buds Live, which don't run on battery as long.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Good Earbuds very good earbuds, the fit and anc is much better than the pros. below are my pros and cons: pros very good anc pretty comfortable, not as comfortable as my old galaxy buds plus but far better than the galaxy buds pro (for me). the pro's continually fell out, especially on the left side and i ended up having to return them due to causing a sore on my earlobe. good sound quality, i'm no expert but they sound pretty good for me, better than the galaxy buds plus and galaxy buds pro. i personally like the flat coloring, i got the graphite ones. cons the price, they're expensive. no longer allows amplified ambient sound. i really loved that feature on my pros and on the buds plus and it needs to be brought back for the buds2 pro.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Galaxy Buds ever, blown away! these are the best galaxy buds by far based on my experience having owned many galaxy models throughout the years. totally blown away by with the sound quality. bass are incredible,volume goes very on high etc . every little quirks from other models have been fixed (such as touch controls sensitivity etc ..). paired with a galaxy phone (i have the s22 ultra) and you will get the full features such as 24bit loseless audio. a no brainer upgrade if you are in the samsung galaxy ecosystem!.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Galaxy Buds to date! this is my first time purchasing directly from the samsung website, i had some doubts at the beginning about the sound considering the smaller size of the earbuds, but i was wrong. the sound quality of the galaxy buds2 pro is amazing and way better than the previous 5 galaxy buds released before. be prepared to have access to hi-fi music to fully enjoy the improved bitrate. i very much recommend this product. only downside i could find was battery life outside of the case, which gives room for improvement. well done this year samsung!

The noise cancelling isn't quite as good as the airpods pro 2, but they are still solid. Everything else about them is on par or above their competitor. The sound quality is absolutely amazing. It's a little on the more bass end of the spectrum. That being said, they are still the closest earbuds to the Harman target I have ever heard. They are simply amazing. The battery is acceptable, and the ambient sound is decent, but I think the fact that they sound so amazing and is all together in a small package makes them among the best earbuds I have ever listened to. Well done AKG and Samung!!

However I would not recommend this product. The reason being, the microphone is terrible at picking up your voice on a phone call so you have to shout. And most importantly, in order to figure out how to use these you have to read a 54-page getting started manual. Took me about 45 minutes to get through the whole thing. Unfortunately because the way the manuals laid out, you have to read the whole thing in order to know how to use your buds. I wish Samsung had an appreciation for conciseness and ease of use. These are headphones, it shouldn't take an hour to learn how to use them. If so they've been over engineered. And this is coming from an engineer. The only reason I bought these is cuz my phone no longer has a headphone jack. So like I imagine most people, I just needed a way to listen to my phone through headphones. Didn't want to make this science project. I'm very tech savvy but there's nothing intuitive about the operation of these headphones. You actually do have to read 54 pages in order to understand how to to do the basic stuff, like connect them, listen to music, and make phone calls.

Once I got the right size and fit they were pretty good. The ANC is okay, sound still comes through so they aren't the best for cancelling noise. Music and videos sound pretty alright and they connect pretty quick to my fold 4. I bought these as part of a trade in deal and while I don't agree with the full price they're a good pair of headphones for the discounted price instead.

The bad, I don't know what materials Samsung is now using, but my ears get infected every time I use these (dryness and itching) Never an issue with the Galaxy buds 2 or Buds 1 or Icons, which I had previously owned. I thought I was crazy about this issue; however, there is Reddit sources with people with the same issue, and no resolution from Samsung when they report it.

I am a headphone addict and while I also have other brands that I use for certain listening I would compare these to the AirPods for android/Samsung phone users. The sounds is well balanced or you can use the dynamic eq for a little more punch. the great thing about them vs orders buds is that you barely feel them in your ears and at least with my ears you can lay on a pillow with them with out having it hurt your ears. Everyone know the ambient mode for AirPods are the best but I have to say these come close, I don't think they are as good but solid and come close. All in all with trade in offer and the price I think they are a great deal for what you get. I mainly rock these all the time or my Sony WFs

Buds Pro2 are lightweight, finally waterproof, fit perfect in ear and sound great! Seamless connectivity to my Samsung Neo TV & my S22 Ultra 5G.alactus. My only dislike is I wish they offered more colors. it would be cool to have a red pair. I also like that the graphite color is a matte finish instead of glossy. They are more comfortable & discreet, and the audio quality and noise cancelation is SIGNIFICANTLY better. I'd like to see some custom EQ settings in addition to the presets, but I'm enjoying them immensely either way.

Some say it's loyalty or not willing to switch to something new. I say it's because for the price it's worth it. I work 10 hour days in an office environment, I put these in and it make my day so much better. I move with a purpose and its noise canceling feature is perfect to listen to podcast or music . The battery life depends on how much you use it , I say comfortably around hours and hours ( with noise canceling active) . Without 10 to 11 hours. It says in my ear as well snug but not uncomfortable . I run , workout , dance and lay on my ear and still there it is , still in my ear. They say art decorates space while music decorates time... in that case these Earbuds are the paint brushes in which music creates its masterpiece in the mind.

I have been using samsung buds ever since Gear IconX. I think they can do a better job on detecting the buds a bit faster as well. But im here for the sound quality. They are good for working out. They don't fall easily but the do fall eventually. I would put them the best if they were louder and had more deep bass. Either way they are good on detrcting voice close to you and battery life is great. Noise canceling can be better. Its getting to a good spot... but in MY OPINION not there yet.i still use them to work everyday. I like them.

Traditionally I'm not a huge fan of Buds with ear tips due to fitment issues that result in soreness, but so far I haven't had any issues and was able to sleep with these in!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT for music while being able to communicate But, if you decide to start singin to the music, that active noise cancelling kicks in and lowers the sound on you. Also, the microphone did not shut out the background noise of my scooter and the other callers said that they couldnt hear my voice that well while riding and making a call. Also, the buds seemed to draw in a lot of wind noise to my ear. They funneld that air right to my ear drum. I LOVED THAT THEY COULD BE TRACKED ON MY PHONE IF LOST.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super versatile and a better fit & sound I have had these Buds Pro2 earbuds for just over a month now, having upgrading from the Buds Pro. The sound difference is noticeable, having bumped up a notch from the originals. I bought the graphite color, and it is a matte finish. I prefer that to the gloss black that I had on the originals. These new Buds Pro2 are more comfortable, though I still cannot wear them all day. But the battery does last long enough if I wanted to, I’m sure. I need to go back and check if the weight was actually reduced. The sound suppression is slightly better as well, although that could actually come from the better fit. I am very glad that I upgraded to these Buds2 Pro!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceptional Sound I upgraded from original Galaxy Buds to this pair and WOW, what an upgrade. These buds are much smaller and fit comfortably in my ears. The 360 audio is cool. When you turn your head the audio really sounds like from another direction, especially listening to podcasts. The case is much smaller than the original buds. It fits comfortably in my ears. Samsung offering money for my old buds was icing on the cake. I never heard of any other brand taking trade in on old buds. ANC is good and pairing to my Galaxy phone is solid and easy.

Had problems with fit but it is better with the smaller ear tips. Fit and security is good, but an ear clip option would make it great Lossless CODEC is Samsung only,,, would like to have other protocols added to allow these to be used with other devices (laptops...) The sound quality with the lossless CODECs is superb, but only on compatible Samsung devices Price is high, but you get what you pay for if you are in the Samsung ecosystem

Second buds pro I picked up, the case charges briefly but haven't confirmed if it'll do a full charge from 0. Many complaints on forums about the charging case not wireless charging. Other than that the buds itself is fine.

But since I was getting a deal on them I decided to give them a shot. I have to say what an awesome purchase. I typically only where one ear piece at a time with any heaphone buds. But the one sounds as good if not better than using two of another. However, the minute I used both buds at the same time. Wow! It was like that true movie theater experience. Not to mention the noise canceling while on calls. Its inanse. I certainly recommend these to anyone.

The sound is great when listening to music. The people that I talk to me say that they can't hear any nose in the background. Overall these are great headphones. Audio quality is decent and good for the price, the only downside for me is i wish i could turn on Ambient Sound with only one bud in.

The big gain in my mind is the increased range on the Bluetooth from the first set of buds I had. These are easily a 25% boost. Auto is still the great quality that they have been known for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Galaxy Buds2 Pro Upgrade! Decided to take the opportunity to trade in the first generation Galaxy Bud Pros to the next Galaxy Buds2 Pro. No issues with the first pair. The first pair had great sound quality and battery life. My only comaint, which was very minimal, was the size. The size of the earbuds would hurt my ears during extended periods, specifically when sitting. During workouts, i never noticed the discomfort. However, during workouts due to sweat, the earbuds would fall out every so often. After using the Galaxy Buds2 pro, I can genuinely say this is an upgrade in all aspects! The only thing I have yet to identify if there is an improvement is the battery life (Never had issues with battery life with the first pair, though). Going forward, sound quality is better not that I was asking for it! And the fitment so far is way more comfortable! No issues at the gym and prolonged usage has shown no signs of discomfort! Also, the new design is nice! The case and headphones have a better feel to them!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The earbuds there are Samsung's earbuds no matter what model have always been the best I have owned the bud s Plus the pros and now the pro tools these are the graphite color The fit is amazing and now in this model in the app there is a feature where it will tell you if you have a proper fit or not The sound is amazing for a higher and earbud The price isn't crazy like others are The price is definitely worth it I will never own another brand of earbuds again at least for now technology is always changing I mean before The pro 2's were released there was rumors that they were going to take your pulse and temperature or one of the two and that didn't come up I would have liked to seen that happen but maybe the next model will there are plenty of other brands out there that do have those features but Samsung always tends to keep up with the newest technology just know if you're looking at buying a new pair earbuds and you haven't owned a pair of Samsung once you own a pair you won't be disappointed and you will continue to buy them

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best wireless headset It's feature rich with gesture configurations, ANC (active noise cancellation), voice passthrough, easy switch in between devices,..... Audio quality is incredible to its size. As mentioned above, it's full of cool features. Noise cancellation REALLY works. Fits snuggly in your ear. At the same time you can easily forget you have it on, I STRONGLY advise against using it for long periods of time. I've found it overstimulates the creation of wax in your ear canal, which if not checked and lead to ear inflammation and/or infection.

I love the options for active noise cancelling and the converse for ambient sound. I am trading in my original Glaxy Buds to get the $75 off. I have even used the ambient sound setting for one earbud at a time and it helps to pick out voices in noisy situations.

I tried all the different bud tips and no help. Another issue I had is the noise canceling doesn't even work unless u have both in . I think the shape of these are preventing the background noises.

With the Buds2Pro. They stay in my ear. The bluetooth connection in how far I can be away from them is amazing. Thanks for getting the right samsung.

I'm especially a big fan of the reminders to stretch my neck intermittently to keep from getting still during long bouts of media consumption on my phone or tablet.

Went to the doctor and these, like the Galaxy Buds2 gave me an ear infection. It took over a YEAR to get an answer from Samsung. They denied my claim for a full refund and offered me $96.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from "The mighty little one" This product in 2024 is still one of the best sounding and perfectly fitted and convenient earphone on the market today. I spend most of my time listening to $2000 IEMs and so when I truly need to be wireless, I need something that I'm not going to find more regret than alternative direction in when I need it. 2 years later and the Samsung Pros2 are what I call a pleasurable alternative. The 24 bit sound along with its easy to fit in my pocket design makes it so easy to care these on trips or to work outs. The phone call quality is good and the battery life if still nice. And every few days or so I might need ANC and it delivers. Overall just wearing these things brings so much pleasure. They fit and stay in my ears and the seal with the venting is perfect. No migraines causing pressure and that goes a long way for me. Most important I don't have issues with the software crashing, problem connecting to the phone, drops, and drainage of battery life or other stuff that plagues most every other bluetooth earphone out there. So for me I have zero complaints and only joys. It's nothing that this doesn't do that I need from earphones.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent sound the live one's are better I think. I bought 3 pairs one of the in purple that got ran over (just one works) and 2 pair of the live ,which i like better. The white pair went threw the wash and only one works and the bronze pair got lost on a walk to Walmart. Tried using the smart things app but it dosnt work rite. Called the Samsung and asked if they could make them cherp( which is deff. Not loud enough) or find them with GPS. Said they couldn't do either. I tried using that app before that and it couldnt tell me where they were and i was rite next to them but they had a shirt on top of them.So after a ton of money spent( cuz I also bought the s21 and the flip phone with 4 cases) I have no earbuds left. Now I see they sell them at Walmart even cheaper then half the price but now I'm broke! Very very sad. I did send the purple ones in but they wanted over a hundred dollars after they said they were covered under the warranty. Also if someone finds them and tries to activate them to there phone shouldn't they come up as lost or stolen and the owner be notified of where they are? That would be nice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Survived a house fire These earbuds are great they even survived my house burning down i found them 2 days after my house fire sitting in my desk drawer covered in melted plastic pulled it outseperated the earbuds from the plastic and they worked toatly fine with no visible damage and evrything still works evwn noise cancelling
