Can we get an update on talk thru: when you talk, the earbuds stop, and when the conversation ends, it start playing again. And translate in earbuds. Slow or stop lactic while playing a game or video, and anything else we need. Or create Galaxy Bud Live 2 with a wireless case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleek, comfortable, convenient the sound is lovely. you cannot beat the comfort of these headphones, or the convenience of them being wireless and snug in your ear. some reviews claimed that these headphones hurt - they only hurt while you're learning how to use them properly. you need to take a few days before writing them off - once i figured out how to fit them perfectly into my ear, they no longer hurt at all. i can wear them for long periods of time and they do not fall out. they're so lovely and i'm so glad i bought them!

I turned it on and i could immediately tellt he difference. All outside noise was gone, only the music was heard. I love my buds and would definetely recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Infamous Bean Don't get me wrong, it does its job and I'm sure there are people out there that will prefer this model/design to the regular intra-auricular devices. This particular design was not a great fit for me, it doesn't cancel outside noise, it falls easily out of my ear and with that, the audio quality wasn't good enough, in my opinion. Even though the drivers my be the same as other Buds, since it doesn't really fit IN your ear, you have this feeling that it is in a lower quality range. Skip this one (unless you get it for free somehow) and get a Pro.

It's amazing how they all hook up together and smoothly. Ear buds sounds crisp and clear, but they do hurt my ears after awhile bc I have small ears. I haven't had any issues or problems with the watch. I would and still tell ppl to switch to the Galaxy Family. LoL

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth every penny for earbuds that WORK!!! I live with my earbuds in my ears almost 24/7. I use hands free calling daily and phone conversations are audible and static free. I like the wearability and comfort, but love the charge they hold for long days after work, talking to mom while grocery shopping and squeezing out some quick cardio and fast tempoed beats before returning them to the charging port. Some nights I wear them to block out ruminating thoughts so I can relax myself into a guided meditation for sleep. Most earbuds can't endure the sweat and activity from daily use, but these make me happy going on 7 months now. And they're a pretty accessory to my other bluetooth and smart watch accessories.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice fit, beautify color, my mom was jealous! As the title states, it's a nice fit and looks great I got a pair for my mom! At first, I was feeling regret about not opting for the Mystic Blue but quickly got over it after realizing the Mystic Bronze blends in really well with my skin tone where people don't even notice I'm wearing headphones. I can be in a meeting, grabbing a bite with some friends, or even working out and nobody would even know they're in my ear. That said, in regard to working out, it does tend to slip out but that may just be the awkward shape of my ears, lol. I guess i could've gone with the Buds2 Pro, but I really liked the design and look of the Buds Live. The sound quality is great although the mic can use a bit of an upgrade, whomever I'm speaking to can at times have difficulty hearing me with the background noise (can't blame Samsung though for my choosing to live in Los Angeles); I still recommend this piece of audio. Going back to the color option I went with, this is an area that I found having a little less flair goes a long way, especially if you ride mass transit and don't want to get mugged for having such a nice piece of hardware. Can't wait for the next generation, hoping for an upgraded mic for better use with calls (video or voice).

I've always had issues with other wireless buds falling out or losing them. One other key feature that puts them over the too is how I can ping their location with audible feedback. Great job SAMSUNG!

They just don't compare to the buds that go into the ear, the sound quality is lacking and the base is lacking. Now if you are one of those people I don't think you could find a better set of headphones.

They were not in their charging case.When I finally found them 4 days later and after it had rained they still worked beautifully. I am usually very safe with my things and I was heart broken I had lost them. And when I found them I did not expect them to work. I put them on the charger anyway and was happily surprised they still work. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best headphones for gym workout! i use these buds every time i go to the gym but as far as daily use for phone calls, etc. i keep getting complaints from callers that can't hear me when i try to use them with both my iphone and my galaxy s9+. is there a setting that i should try in the galaxy software for improved microphone clarity? i've already swapped these out once under warranty and i'm on the latest firmware.i just wanted to see if anyone else had the same complaint.

I have found myself using them more than I could have imagined. No 5th star, due to the amount of time and frustration of finding the correct placement in one's ear canal, not just for sound quality, but as well as the tap features. They have to be nearly exact, or nothing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible.... not happy samsung i've always enjoyed the products and quality of samsung. until i bought these. these things are awful. cant stay connected to a device. 90% of the time i have disconnection/ music interruption due to them not having a clear connection. i should be able to have my phone in my pocket and have a connection. the fit, who did you design these for? its terrible. they dont stay in and if they do they're extremely uncomfortable and the sound is being muffled due to a wrong fit of the devices. terrbile design. terrible sound quality when angled to actually stay in the ear. dont waste your money. unfortunately i beleived id like them initially i bought two pairs. i'm out $330 and have to buy something else. i wont be purchasing any more of samsungs earbuds. super displeased and extremely aggravated

They are extremely comfortable in my ears and they have great sound quality as well as excellent noise cancellation. I also like that they hold a charge very well, that the case can be used to charge the buds while on the go and that it doesn't take too long to fully charge them. All in all, these are the best in-ear buds I've ever owned (and I've owned numerous pairs).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! i was tired of buds that partially sticks inside the ears because those never fit and are painful, these jellybean shaped live buds have none of that issue. i have them on for a whole day and i wouldn't feel any discomfort. it was also very easy to set up and use with the app in appstore (fyi i'm an iphone user and i don't like airpods cuz of that hanging portion). a little sad that i can't modify the eq setting compared to it paring on android, but i expected it before buying so that was fine with me. one down side is that its active noise canceling isn't so good. i barely notices any difference when it's on or off. (maybe i should test it in different environments) i wasn't looking for a noise canceling ear buds per se, so this works out perfect for me.

Great for travel and the battery lasts forever! Connect quickly and the sound quality is awesome! Mic works great too, even when your talking low... That being said, the only downfall is that it doesn't cancel out surrounding noise 100% like the other styles... which is why I give it ????/????? rating

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable, and surprisingly loud I was pleasantly surprised by the galaxy buds live. It is small and fits almost completely in the ear like a hearing aid. At the same time, the sound quality is great. Noise-cancelling isn't the best because these are relatively open and not sealed. It is also a little awkward with the touch tap, and some controls must be adjusted with your phone. But the battery life is excellent and they are very comfortable to wear.

But they fit in my ear perfectly and do not fall out at all. The sound is amazing, and you literally cannot hear any background noise when using these. The case is ok, I did not like the fact that it's super easy to open. I bought a case for them and I can't put them on the little keychain it came with for the fact that they pop open and fall out.

I bought these earphones approximately 6 months ago, I love them. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Earbuds keep falling out i purchased the live earbuds recently. for what i paid i'm not very happy, my earbuds keep falling out. in your tutorials all the wearers earbuds fit perfectly. i've tried both sizes of pads that they come with but neither of them will keep the earbuds in my ears. do samsung make larger size pads? i would not recommend these unless you have smaller sized ears. i'm quite disappointed in this product. the picture below shows how i have to wear them to keep them in my ears.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from loss of sound quality was good enough at first and there are a lot of great features. but, the speakers just stopped producing sound in the left bud after about 6 months, then eventually came back, and then switched off and on for a while. then, the sound also stopped coming out of the speaker on the right side, so essentially you can't hear anything. i've tried cleaning and all the methods of troubleshooting on the websites provided but none of it has helped. basically it's just impossible to hear sound on either side now, and since galaxy phones also no longer have a headphone jack, i don't have any earbuds that are compatible with my phone, which sucks.

After much online research, I finally decided on Galaxy Buds Live. They come in a convenient charging case, which is easy to carry anywhere. Setup and pairing the Galaxy Buds Live was quick and easy. I am satisfied with overall sound quality, easy fit in the ears, and overall a great product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Sound i purchased these back in june. they work great at first. great sound especially the sound cancelation is really neat. it started going downhill a couple of months in. the right ear volume is very low and can barely hear out of it. only on the left side can i talk and listen to music. i need a replacement or a resolution. i paid too much money for a product to stop working so fast.

I've lost a bud or the case on a bus or airplane like 3 times already and it's always worth my time to go back, look for it and find it. I've been lucky to get them back! I just need to be more careful when I'm on a bouncy ride and I take a bud out or whatever. Still giving 5* because it's a great product that's done me well so far!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Would love them if they fit in my ears! I bought these earbuds about 2 weeks ago and as soon as a took them out of the box and tried to fit them in my ears, they did not fit! I watched multiple videos to make sure I was putting then in correctly, and turns out I was. I was very upset because I even bruised my ears so I had to wait for them to heal to be able to try them again. After being healed, I tried fitting the earbuds in and they still did not fit. I concluded that the ear tip was too large for my ear so I took the tip off completely. After trying them in my ears with no tips on them they fit much better. Although this is not the most comfortable way to wear them, it does not hurt my ears so much and I wish samsung made an even smaller ear tip for people with really small ears. Overall I gave them 3 stars because I love the sound on the buds and all the features they offer, including on the app but obviously for me the fit does not work at all. I would definitely recommend these earbuds for people with average size or larger ears and I think they will work great for you!

They pair perfectly, automatically after original pair; small light case; USB C or wireless charging; good Bluetooth clarity & range; easy & very clear on phone calls; full soft touch features; power levels on buds & base appear on phone; the range on music is right on...deep rich bass, clear mellow mids, and sharp not screachy highs, beautiful sound. The only negative I have is buds not staying in ears if active...not good for working out. They are good for sitting, laying down, standing, maybe walking, but nothing more active than that. They don't go in your ears but more sit against them. I love everything else about these buds, but couldn't go 5 stars because of falling off ears. I recommend them to use as I suggested.

They sound great and look cute in my ear, but wouldn't stay in even after changing all the rings. But I had a friend who couldn't get any of the other buds to start in his ear, so I told him to try them. They fit him perfectly! They never slide out of his ear like they do mine. They are comfy and sounds great. The tap controls are very convenient.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hurt my small ears these had wonderful audio quality and connected seamlessly with my samsung phone and tablet. i had no issue with their touch "buttons" and they connected easily to the app. the noise canceling was nice, especially because they didn't create that "plugged" feeling some other earbuds do. i just couldn't wear them because they hurt too much. i watched the videos, read the manual, etc. but without fail i'd feel pain after about 15-60 mins.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect, then not let me first declare my love for all things samsung. never a disappointment till i bought the buds live. they have worked flawlessly with my garmin venu square music edition tracker. the bluetooth and sound quality awesome. i have owned them for 13 months. for a couple of months, i have to constantly reposition the right bud to keep it playing. i have tried changing arms for my garmin venu sq music edition, with no result. i have replaced the wing tips several times. this past week, the buds just stop playing. even swallowing casuses the music to stop. software updates are current. my mistake for not checking warranty sooner. i expected better performance from samsung. really sorry samsung for the poor review. :(

I really put these to the test to see how well they would stay in while sweating and working out, it took about 35 minutes of jumping and flipping on a trampoline for 1 to shoot out. Lol. With that being said, they are excellent for medium to heavy workouts. The range is about 30 feet I'd say. I guess that's pretty good for wireless buds. Love the color and they are easy to spot if you drop one. Overall super satisfied with my purchase! Love Samsung.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love them, except on my computer they work great on my phone. i love the audio, easy connecting and i finally figured out how to get them to fit in my ears. although i'm now very aware of the fact that my two ears are shaped slightly differently. the one and only downside is that they have issues on my computer (win10). the audio skips. it'll play one second, lag for a second, play one second, lag for a second. i've searched far and wide for a fix or a codec update or something. but no one on any forums has found a definite fix. don't buy these for the anc if that's all you're interested in. buy them if you don't like the pressure of a plug inside your ear canal. or you have very waxy inner ears or something.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Noise Cancelling Earbud i truly love this earbud. i have small ears which makes it hard for me to leave any kind of headset on without having to worry about it falling off every minute. the galaxy buds live design is very convenient plus i do my jogging with it on and i don't have to worry about it falling off. cons: active noise cancellation can be power off or on (i personally like the fact that it can be turn off for safety purpose), the galaxy buds live app has features that enhanced the use of the earbuds, comfortable and stay in ear, easy configuration. cons: the only cons is that it isn't loud enough.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Underwhelmed? underwhelmed: i used these briefly when i first bought them. the bass definitely stood out just like most of the reviewers mentioned. once they updated though, the sound profile completely changed. the earbuds sound quieter and the bass is a lot less, even with bass boosted selected on equalizer. these might get returned because not only are they barely decently loud, but the bass is hardly there now. i am using a pixel 3 xl. comfort is great. my ears are very very picky when it comes to earbuds, and if i set these in correctly, i hardly notice they are there. that is the thing though, i never feel like i get these in the same way twice. i also never feel like i have them incorrectly. lastly, anc does nothing on these. it shouldn't even be a feature.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sound, One Flaw. these sound great for the size of these things, the anc works pretty well, not perfect, but well. there is one design flaw that i have had, i had to send the first set back for repairs and they replaced the buds. the flaw lies somewhere within the case, connection to the case, or both. it seems that the slightest jar will cause the buds to become loose enough to stop charging when they are inside the case. this is an issue for when i leave them overnight and then want to listen to music in the morning at the charge on the buds is where or around where i left them when i started charging, which is anywhere from 0-20%. so they do not stay cradled well i don't think.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautifully Comfortable i love these earbuds. they are beautifully crafted. when i put them in, i almost forget i have them in. they just feel so comfortable and ergonomic. and the sound quality is amazing. i rate them 4/5 stars only because whenever i do adjust them in my ear, i will accidentally pause/play the content i'm listening to. it is slightly annoying, but only slightly. also, the noise cancellation could be better. however, i didn't purchase these buds for that reason alone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from How did I over look that... well, i am going to start off by saying i am happy i didn't listen to the reviews. i am happy with the color, sound, and fit of these earbuds. now, when they have positioned correctly the sound of the music is clear, if i am running the sound becomes dull (similar to having water in your ears or needing to pop your ears). i the 2 things that i don't like and i missed this when i was reading the specs and reviews are, you can't adjust the volume from the buds and the control is too sensitive creating music to pause.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable for me! i hesitated to buy these after seeing so many reviews saying that they were uncomfortable, but i have persistent otitis media that traditional in-ear buds exacerbate so figured i may as well give it a shot. i am so glad i did! my ears must be shaped perfectly for these, because they sit securely and comfortably right where they're supposed to. they're definitely not amazing noise-cancelling earbuds. even with the noise-cancelling on loud trucks totally drown out whatever i'm trying to listen to. but they do what i need them to do, which is stay in my ears so i can listen to podcasts while i walk my dogs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lived up to the hype i've had to forgo wireless earbuds because they don't stay in my ears, i've tried 5 different types with all included earpieces. invariably they start to slip out within minutes of just walking. these galaxy live buds fit perfectly and don't budge. i can wear them about 3 hours before i notice them in my ears, then just a quick adjustment and it's like they're not there again. they sound fantastic and i love the fact i can still hear the outside world. this is somewhat adjustable too, you can kind of press them in to your ear a bit more for better isolation, but they're not going to be like in your ear buds, and i'm ok with that. they look great too! all in all, i think samsung knocked it out of the park. i can recommend anyone give these a try.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nearly perfect i have sought the perfect wireless buds for years and have consistently been disappointed. even the previous generation galaxy buds were not great. these are nearly perfect. once, that is, i learned how to position them in my ears. that learning curve is steep. i also have a challenge with the tap functions. either i am tapping in the wrong spot or my finger conductivity is not sufficient to trigger the bud. i still have challenges with one ear (i don't think my ears are 'normal' ) holding the bud both firmly and correctly. often in order to get the best sound it has to be in a less stable position. this makes it feel like it is about to fall out and i end up fiddling and repositioning it. moving to the larger pads (included in the box) helped but did not resolve the fit issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Headphone I’ve ever Had i’ve tried every headphone on the market and the galaxy buds live are the best in my opinion. the ergonomic design fits in my ear like a glove fits on a hand. the battery life is amazing and the sound quality is some of the best i’ve ever heard. if you have 170 bucks, spend it on these headphones.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Low Bluetooth range this is my second set of earbuds and first from samsung. i was satisfied with the audio quality, design, battery and its size but it's irritating that i need to carry my phone with me all the time. bluetooth range for the samsung buds live is just around 12 feet with no obstacles which is far less compared to other ear buds i have tried.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love, Love, Love!! i bought these to replace my original samsung earbuds. i was very hesitant at first as i like silicon tips that fit securely in my ears. i wanted to try these since they were a new style and they matched my new ultra note 20. i can not believe how comfortable they are! i forget they are in my ears! the sound is great. i wish they were more of a matt finish instead of glossy as i prefer my earbuds to be more on the stealth side.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Left Ear Bud Disconnects and Lags already replaced the first pair for this issue. second ear bud keeps disconnecting and when it connects it lags so there is an echo when listening. support wants you to mail them in or exchange them but if the second pair is doing what the first does then why exchange.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Convenience, Sound Quality and value design&quality : great sound quality : good anc : 2 out of five stars i've had bose soundsport wireless earbuds for 3 year. compared to the bose, this exceeds every aspects except for the sound quality. buds live has 6 sound modes (normal, bass boost, soft, dynamic, clear, treble boost) and bose soundsport has one but it is dominating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bad fit i was excited about the style of these buds but the fit is all wrong. the buds are too bulky overall to comfortably fit. putting them in, and taking out is painful. i could only stand to have them in for a half hour. i also bought these as an upgrade from my ear buds plus, but there are some features that are missing. the lives don't pause the music when you take them out of your ears. to pause the music using the touch feature is difficult because you have to tap it in just the right place. however, the sound is great ,and i would wear them if the earbuds were slimmer, and less bulky. i think i'll be returning, and trying out the earbud pro's.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sound, poor connection ive had these earbuds for a long while. ive gone through 2 pairs. these are definitely the best earbuds i ever had, great fit, great audio quality. but the reason why i have gone through 2 pairs is because of very poor connection issues. the buds disconnect and reconnect contsantly. it is very annoying, i’ve done all troubleshooting and have cleaned them but nothing works. i recently just upgraded my phone to the iphone and it literally disconnects all the time and only works within a few inches of the phone. i’ve had this problem ever since i got them. the feel and audio quality is so perfect its ashamed that these small issues ruin everything for it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TOO EXPENSIVE FOR POOR MANUFACTURING The sound quality and features are incredible for these headphones. I love them. Only reason I gave 1 star is because I have bought 4 pairs of them and every single pair after about a month or 2 of use one headphone will just stop working or the sound will be so low you can't even hear it. At first I thought I was just careless with them and broke it but after the third pair I knew it was just these headphones themselves. Plus it always seems to be the right headphone that does it. They're way too expensive to keep having this issue.

They connected flawlessly w/Galaxy Wearable App and ANC/ Ambient Settings work just as they're designed to. Their sound is The Best on the market, and as far as fit?? With a little patience and research, they've broken in just like a new pair of shoes, a little bit of time here, a little bit of time there, until, I'm now wearing them all day with comfort and a charge lasting 6-10 hours, or more depending on usage. Please Samsung, Please don't ever stop making these. They're far superior than wearing Bluetooth ear buds with those awful silicone tips making one feel Under the Sea. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Left earbud low volume issue when synced. Samsung knows this product isnt worth the money which is why they have it for half the price. Had one pair and the left earbud will drop volume when connected to the right earbud. But when you put the right earbud in the case and close it the left earbud sounds fine but they wont work together properly. No customer service rep seems to have ever heard of this issue even though its all over the internet if you just good left samsung ear bud low volume issue. Probably need a recall on these.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great hardware, not so good firmware/software i really loved these earbuds due to their small and compact design of both the actual earbuds and their wireless charging case. alas, the software has a serious issue, one that exists with previous galaxy buds models. you must make sure both buds are of the case and in your ears before you begin the firmware update, you will no longer be able to connect both earbuds to your device as one or as a set of synced earbuds. this means both earbuds will no longer connect at the same time. again, this is an old issue that surfaced with previous models of these buds, so why samsung won't fix it ( i believe at this point they can't), i don't know. unfortunately, i'm done with these and of course have moved on to a competing product. purchase these at your own risk.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from hoping for a custom fit i am seeing youtube videos shows sleeves added to the buds and i really want them to resolve issues with them falling out. there have also been incorrect/missed/accidental taps but i think that is actually related to the fit not being ideal for me personally.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Second Day Left Ear Bud Does not work got these with my note 20 yesterday and my left ear bud is not working. i tried resetting the ear buds, charging the earbuds, restarting my phone, restarting my bluetooth connection, holding down the buds for 10 seconds until they flash green and nothing. any suggestions would be helpful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Latency spoils an otherwise great product... looks and feel of the buds are great, but the latency between the buds and my phone (note 20 ultra) is really making the experience unbearable. the slow response when tapping on the buds often caused me to instinctively believe i didn't tap on the right spot and therefore tapping it again and again; resulting in unintended results. the reverse is also true, when tapping on my phone, i.e. dialing a call, the sound feedback is so far behind, it's very infuriating. very disappointed!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I regret purchasing this the product does not work properly. when you connect to the device and use it and move your head, the voice will fade away from the ear piece. also, if there is an external noise the audio will fade away. once you reach customer care, they will ask you to send the product back for service. when you get it back from repair the problem will continue to exist and you will be asked to send it back for repair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not ready for primetime i was so excited to get these! after charging them up and getting everything set up i started listening with them and at first they were terrific! great sound, so comfortable and looked great. within minutes their fatal flaw began to show itself. after i put my phone in my pocket and went for a walk. within a short time the left bud started cutting out. when i took my phone out it improved but still couldn't hold a connection. as time went on i noticed it would disconnect even when the phone was 2 feet from it on the table. forget about walking even a short distance away from the phone! i've gone through all the troubleshooting steps and nothing works. samsung suggests is sending them in for repair but it doesn't act like a hardware issue. just a bad design.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SO COMFORTABLE & SECURE!! i can't believe some people find these uncomfortable because they fit my very average size ears perfectly (i'm a 5'3 female). i was amazed how this design nestles in your ear in a way that i can barely feel them but i can jump around and they simply don't budge! much better than any ear phones or ear buds that i have tried, and i also own a pair of apple airpods. but these are much more comfortable, and the app on my phone used to control and find them if they get lost is great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great spacious sound poor fit overall i just can not recommend to people with small ears. the fit really ruined the experience for me even with alternating the wings tips. my airpods are super comfortable compared to these. the sounds is spacious and punchy with nice bass. hopefully the second iteration does a better job with catering to smaller eared consumers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Woah, they fit i honestly bought these headphones fully expecting to return them. they're weird looking and completely different from the previous generations of samsung wireless headphones and i've had several. first of all, the mystic bronze is more a rose gold, male buyers beware. aside from the color naming, love love love. the buds fit right into my ear with a nice seal that didn't move during my hiit workout today. the customization is similar to that of other generations of wireless samsung headphones. might be user error but the orientation of the buds into the charging case is not intuitive (but now that i'm thinking of it, it was easy to mis-orient other models as well. i will never be an apple user of any kind and i'm so thrilled with this product!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Stylish Tool. when these buds arrived i was quite surprised. i was quite puzzled about how these beans were going to stay in my ear. yet, when i wore them i totally forgot that i had them in. they are the most comfortable buds i have ever own. the buds fit in my ear effortlessly and provide quality sound continuously. now i will say i am coming from the original samsung buds where you could turn off the amplified sound around you and have more of an airtight experience without the outside noise. it was one quality that i loved but i had to give up. these buds do not provide that feature any longer but it makes up for comfort.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Innovative, but not quite there yet. super excited to get these earbuds; they're unique and ergonomic. sounded great, when it worked. i already returned one pair and got a new set because from day one, the left earbud started dropping connectivity. day two the left earbud wouldn't sync properly and you'd hear two different sounds. the new pair delivered and unfortunately the same problem. not willing to try again. active noise cancelling can be better, but didn't expect much considering the design and it doesn't have a silicone seal like others do. overall, i want to love these and continue to use them but for the cost, i shouldn't be having simple problems such as connectivity. i know the product is in it's infancy and has a long way to go.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best comfort, second to none i first bought the buds plus and i did not like the rubber part shoved in my ear canal. they block out all outside sound for sure, but i had to take them out after an hour or so. then i exchanged them for the buds live, what a world of difference. i literally can leave them in all day. the sound and especially the bass is sooooo much better with the live. it's night and day difference. i could never go back. the sound and comfort level are incredible. the noise cancellation isn't the best, but these are open platform. that's expected. phone calls are exceptional. i'm so glad i exchanged the plus for the live. these really are exceptional. you won't be disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Do not know, have to meake them work first unit are far too slippery to handle properly. no real instructions on how to make them properly fit. trying to get them into your ears eds up with a lot of unintentional beeps, may or may not do something to settings? hard to find the proper spot to tap, as their orientation in the ear is uncertain. no way to st the volume on the phone instead of wildly tapping on the earpieces. phone answering is the critical function for the earpieces, how to set one tap for answering, less important function can have more taps. only use one earpiece for phone calls, how to adjust volume if not on the phone?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Right bud wouldn't charge i gave these a 4 because while the fit was comfortable and the sound was great!!! the right bud started to cut in and out and after only 2 days of intermittent use and while the left bud would charge to 100% the right would no longer charge so i had to return them i am considering buying them again as i am sure i just got defective pair. i just a hesitate some given how expensive they are.

I really like them. let's just say i started with the bud live from my promo for my new phone, returned them cause i couldn't understand how to put them in my ear. when and bought the galaxy buds plus the nice looking red ones. used it for a week returned them cause distance learning with the kids, i can't really cancel everyone out of my life. went back to galaxy buds live after a couple of very helpful youtube video explaining the galaxy buds concept. in my case these are perfect when i'm working from home and having to help my daughter with distance learning cause i still have to pay attention to assignments and instructions and things of that nature.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Favorite i love these! the first 2 weeks i wore them my ears would hurt after short usage but now i can go long hours and forget i even have them in. with them in i dance all around, almost shower, and go for long walks with my dog. they stay in fine for running too. an awesome feature is the touch functions. super easy to pause and skip songs. after using a product like this i'll never go back to wired. only downside (to anything bluetooth) is a delay on sound for videos. it's improving my lip reading skills though!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A different design that works i've primarily used earbuds as my main way to listen to music, videos, streams on both my pc and my phone. for years i've been using a pair of older style earbuds as i can't stand the "in ear" earbuds. these samsung buds new design works really well, better than i had expected. the comfort is a bit different at first but you can get used to it, it's not bad at all. the fit is very good, i'd almost say better than any other pair of earbuds i've used, despite the new design that makes it look otherwise. sound quality is on par with my older sennheiser earbuds that i've always used, and those are wired, so these are my new daily drivers at least for my phone. definitely worth the money if you're looking for a new pair of earbuds.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I got taken by these magic beans i loved my buds+, so when i was able to get a set of buds live with my note 20 ultra for just an extra $20, i jumped at the chance. i'm so glad they only cost me $20 because they are the worst headphones i've ever had. the sound was pretty good, but the noise cancellation was practically non-existent. i had to check my phone to see if it was turned on or off, i could barely tell the difference. and without the nice seal like the buds+, there's a lot of outside noise leaking in. but that was until they pushed out an update. now the buds are literally unusable because the sound breaks up constantly and the right ear bud disconnects for 15-20 seconds at a time even with the phone right in front of my face. meanwhile my buds+ are working flawlessly.

Not very good ANC for calls buds sound good for music. while they do not fill the ear they do noise cancel the surrounding environment ok. however they do not provide good noise canceling for calls. through and hoped they would beat the airpods for call quality but they are way short. every conference call people complain about the background noise

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sound, but ouch! these new buds are awesome. i was so excited when i saw that they didn't go into the ear canal. i wanted to try them as soon as i could. i bought a pair and when i first put them in they were great. after about 20 minutes my ears started to hurt. i thought maybe there some something wrong with my actual ear, but nope. the second i took these out my ear stopped hurting. i have a pretty standard size ear, so i am really bummed these don't fit. they have great sound, are easy to use, and look great. i just wish they came in different sizes. if these were like 2 millimetres smaller they would fit perfectly without hurting. back they go.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Product i notice these aren't made for everyone because each and every person has their own shape of ears. i have tried both attachments, small attachments fits good, big attachments doesn't securely fit. so i tried the buds without the attachments and the buds fit in my ear perfectly secured. noise cancellation are amazing on these, i love you can change the eq. the sound is crisp and clear, bass is awesome. if you have the perfect ears, these are a must have.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great upgrade but loose in the ear i love these headphones the look and sound is great. in my opinion better than the regular buds but like they buds there is a problem with fit. i am having the same problem where i workout and the buds don't stay in, especially when my jaw moves from breathing heavy or quick movements like burpees and anything that includes bending over, expect them to slowly creep out as you move. if they had something you can attach that helps it cling to your ear just for working out and even for everyday wear to make them way more secure. also the touch pad is less sensitive but it over compensates and always registers at a triple touch rather than a double. that part very frustrating but i want to keep them so bad i love the look sound and feel.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for Hyperacusis for my hyperacusis, i need to be able to hear some external noise (to prevent increased sound sensitivity), not have silence (tinnitus becomes too loud with silence), and have some relaxing ambient sound (favorite music / playlist, of course). these work great without noise canceling activated (when walking dogs at 4am i like to hear exterior sound clearly), but with the noise canceling on, there is a huge difference (imo), and it really dampens very distracting open office conversations. i really like these beans :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Surprisingly comfortable i was nervous i might not like how these fit, but they're surprisingly comfortable, and putting them in felt very natural. i got them paired up with my s20+ easily (love having a widget from galaxy wear for battery levels, but wish there was an option for a persistent notification as well), and there's lots of customization options. it's hard to put anc through its paces when i'm quarantined at home, but my few tests of it seemed just ok (aka these definitely would not replace my over ear headphones on a long flight - whenever that is). i already used them on a meeting and everyone said the call quality was very clear. it would be nice if there was a 10 second delay for touch controls after the device senses it's in your ear, because i keep tapping it and playing my music by accident.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Active Noise Cancellation that Works i put in 'beans,' i like to call them galaxy beans, for the first time at my apartment, and upon first opening it automatically turned on the anc. my air conditioning has a low-tune buzz in the background, so i thought that it had turned off. i was a bit surprised to find out that my air conditioner was still running, but my galaxy beans completely tuned out the noise! music sounds much better while you have anc active. fits just fine, snug fit, without any room to fall out. anc worked well also on several plane rides. the galaxy buds' anc feature is extremely useful if you're a bit more introverted and don't like constant noise in the background.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not what i expected from Samsung i love samsung products. i've bought exclusively galaxy phones for years, i have a gears3 that i love, and i owned the galaxy buds and galaxy buds+. but with the galaxy buds live, i am severly dissappointed. if i keep them in my ear for longer tham 30 minutes, it becomes extremely uncomfortable and sometimes painful. the buds also randomly disconnect from my phone for almost no reason. the touch senitivity for controlling music/calls is terrible and i have to touch 3 or 4 times before my music pauses. and the noise cancellation barely cancels anything. only thing positive i can say is that i like the open ear design so i can still hear my surroundings with them in.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very uncomfortable sound quality is great for the time you can stand having them in your ears. i have the samsung buds that came with note10 and they are more comfortable than these. i have small ears and there is no way to make these any smaller. i feel like if the whole "bean" was to be made from some type of flexible material, it might be better, but sadly these are very uncomfortable for me! my husband isn't a fan of his either and his ears are much larger.

Inferior workmanship the earbuds were too large. they kept falling out my ear. when they weren't falling out they caused pain after about an hour of wearing them. the right bud failed to work after a week of receiving them. they don't keep a charge long enough. time to try apple pods.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Concept, Poor Execution i bought these pairs and i was super excited to try out the new design and noise cancellation feature. the case and buds themselves are high quality and the samsung app is really great also. however, the buds are not a universal fit and even with trying numerous positions, i couldn't get them to sit comfortably as they are supposed to. the closest i got was when they were nudged into my outer ear, but the sound quality suffered and they began to hurt after a little while. also, the noise cancellation was not noticeable at all. i wish the design included more than just the two basic options for placing them in your ear, as that probably would have solved my main issue. with all this said, i do know many people who have liked the earbuds and think it's money well spent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from On the Google Pixel 3a phone i was freaking out because i thought the buds were broken. i wasn't able to hear the music or the audiobooks on my google pixel 3a phone. i calied one of my friend with the buds which was working just fine. so i use my samsung galaxy tab s6 to test out my buds. it turns out that the buds was working great when listening to my musics and my audiobooks on my tab. i found out what was wrong with buds and my phone. it was the hd audio for some reason it was blocking out the audio in the buds. when i turn the hd audio feature off i could hear my music/audiobooks but when i turn it back on i couldn't hear anything anymore. i haven't really get to know my buds yet. • settings ? connected devices ? galaxy buds live (b5bb) setting ? hd audio off

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sound, awful comfortability these headphones have amzing sound, but the sound does not mean anything if you cannot wear the headphones comfortably and cannot wear them for long periods of time. initially they felt comfortable, until i took them off and the i felt the pain left on my cartilage. i tried the different wing tips but not luck there. tried adjusting them in my ear but no luck there either because the headphone speaker is in a specific corner, so they are meant to go in your ear in that specific way. i had high hopes for this product because i am constantly using my apple air pods at work. the problem with my air pods is sound quality is ok, but not great. they sure as heck are comfortable.

Need better case! i deliberately purchased a cheap version of wireless earbuds a year ago to make sure that i could keep up with expensive ones and i kept up with them for an entire year. i was excited to try these because they wouldn't actually go into the ear canal. i purchased the buds live and found that they were more painful than the cheap ones, but i was willing to endure the pain for a while. i enjoyed them for nearly 2 weeks before the case flew open while walking one day and they fell out. i haven't seen them since and i'm on the fence about purchasing more. it seems like a waste of money until a protective case with some sort of latch is available to house the charger becomes available. also, offering two sizes might also be beneficial as they did still hurt after an hour or so.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good design but needs work on features i liked the design and shape of this product but was struggling to put them in my ear. after few days, i realized that best way to wear is use opposite hands to that of your ears i.e. use right hand to wear left ear bud. otherwise, it difficult and not that friendly to wear it. next big issue was noise cancellation feature does not do noise cancellation. e.g. lawn mowing sound from outside, vacuum, some other talking near by. if this feature does not work then this buds are same like any other cheaper version of headset from other competitor. i hope samsung works on issue and comes up with the solution. so, if anyone is looking for good battery life, sound and mic then go for it. don't buy if you want easy to wear and noise cancellation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing but Painful! got them the day of release, loved them alot. the size of the case was perfect. love the shape of the buds. sound was great and if you have them in correctly calls sound great but i'd never use that feature anyway. my only complaint is they do no go in the way the examples show and needs more "ear tip" sizes, preferably smaller ones. i had to return because they didnt fit with any of the provided silicon tips, it caused a lot of pain, took off the silicon tips, no more pain but now they were too loose in the ear....which is sad because i cant use in-ear buds. i'd buy again if they had more silicon shapes, sizes!

If you have a samsung phone you will notice a lot of options to control the audio on the galaxy buds. did you have a samsung smart watch you will notice now you can control the ear buds from that as well. These are great to sleep with and use while you're studying or just anything I personally like to use these when I'm practicing my music as its great to use for white sound when I cant focus. I really love the way they fit in your ear as well I thought it was very innovative.you wouldn't think it's working at it that it would provide as much sound blocking as it does. I also loved the animation and how it tells you the charge of the case and each bud individually.

Or the Ever so repeated "MOMMMMMM" I can't really hear anything other than Journey or REO Speedwagon singing me love songs...Which quite honestly is better than the 1000 things a day im supposed to add to my list of stuff that wont get done. .Do your old earbuds give you a headache? Mine did! These beans are the best thing since...well beans. Only you can't eat these ..though if you could they would probably taste better too! Oh! Red beans! Why didnt yall add that color? Ha! I gave them to my husband and they've since stopped working properly due to a common problem where the volume will decrease to a point that they are unusable.

The mids and lows sound like they are going to eat you alive, and I found that so impressive for such tiny and comfortable earbuds. Rated 5 out of 5 by from I can't believe they still work! several weeks ago i lost my case with both earbuds in a dirt arena while at a barrel race. for those who don't know, races consist of several horses running in the arena and a tractor with a grooming implement running over the ground lots of times. that evening the case was found but only had one ear bud. i was pretty excited that that one still worked. well amazingly the other earbud was found, weeks later, and i just knew it wouldn't work. after all it was in the arena for at least 2 months! there have been several races, lots of water, and that tractor! well i cleaned off the dirt and mud and it still works!!! the sound quality is still really good.

So I don't have to worry about running out of battery mid-chore. I gave them 4 instead of 5 because the noise canceling isn't the greatest.

It's a pair of headphones I can just forget is in my ear. They're not invasive, and probably some of the most discrete earbuds I've ever owned. And once seated properly the sound is fantastic, in particular the bass is a stand out. Battery life is high, I can go days at a time without needing to charge the case. The accessory ecosystem is good too, seeing as the live, pro and buds2 share a case design so covers are abundant

The Galaxy Buds Live fit perfectly and do not fall out. They are comfortable to wear and the built-in mic works great as well. I love the bronze color because it unique and not just plain black. These hit the mark and then sound good doing it! The AKG sound is good as usual and the features are pretty standard. I had some pixel buds before and really enjoyed them until they stopped working properly, plus they weren't good for pass through sound like the Samsungs. Great battery life and really an all around good experience.

However, one sound is the ability to noise cancel is not too great, it tends to fade throughout time where it doesn't perform as well. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great i originally found out i was wearing them wrong and needed to switch out the rubber to larger set to prevent from falling out. once i did these two things i experienced high quality sound and comfort on a whole new level battery life last as long as i need it to and i am happy with my purchase. i don't have connection errors like one review suggested, i can literally leave my s20 ultra 5g downstairs and walk up stairs with connection.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice option if you don't like in-ear buds I purchased these because I have always found in-ear buds uncomfortable. They never fit me quite right and create a pressure in a short amount of time. These resolve most of those issues (they do feel a bit uncomfortable after several hours, but I find that to be the case with any ear buds/headphones. I can lay on my side in bed and they don't hurt. They fit well and don't fall out, but there is a bit of a learning curve when inserting them correctly. If you don't align them properly in the ear, the sound may get blocked against the wrong part of your ears. The sound is decent quality, I wouldn't say it is overly impressive, it sounds slightly tinny and I agree with many reviews that the bass isn't great. Additionally, the noise cancelling option doesn't noise cancel, but you'd expect that from ear buds that aren't in-ear. That being said, it still does a good job of blocking out outside nose: you can still hear it if needed, but if someone is trying to have a conversation with you while you are listening to music, you may not be able to do so. Personally, I prefer not to have outside noises cancelled 100%, specifically for safety reasons like if I'm walking or exercising outside. Lastly, I find the touch controls really challenging to use. If you don't tap at just the right location and don't use the right amount of force, they won't pick up the gesture. Despite these small challenges, I'd say overall, I think this is one of the best options if you don't want in-ear buds and they look very pretty too. Shiny and metallic.

I take the train to work 5 days a week and it's noisy, but because I use my buds I don't hear anything but the music and I love that. It took very little for me to get used to wearing them. Battery life is great. Use on days off to play games on phone too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not bad ok so i thought i would love these but i dont. these most definitely don't fit all ear types. i tried bot the bands it comes with and still have no luck keeping them in place. they do have great sound. it suvks when you adjust them it causes the earbuds to process the other functions, like pausing or skipping songs. i have been told by a few people they can't hear me or i sound like i'm in a tunnel.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Fit! I bought my pair a few months ago, and am super glad that I did! The mystic bronze is absolutely beautiful, and everytime I put them in, they have a perfect fit. You probably wouldn't expect a piece of hard plastic to be comfortable, but you barely notice they are in, and when they are, they are super snug and will not fall out, regardless of how vigorously you run or shake your head. If you're considering buying a pair, I recommend it 100%!

Great sound quality(hard to tell this is bluetooth) and comfortable to use for hours; for the work that I do it requires long hours to be on the phone. Some of the ones that I had if I use it more than an couple hours it starts to hurts and I had to pull it out. Bit with this I had no issue and also very comfortable during workout as well. Recommend to anyone for sure!

These are the first for me that are wireless and I have to say the sound quality offered by these truly is very impressive. They offer deep bass and there is no tinny sound. That did not come as a surprise considering that this Samsung buds have been tuned by AKG. Aside from looking great, the housings act as touch controls, which can be used to play/pause your music, skip tracks, answer and end calls. This does take some getting used to, so be mindful when you tap. You can customize the long press action for the Galaxy Buds via the Samsung Galaxy Wearable app as well. The battery life of six hours for the buds and seven hours for the case was about what I experienced which is a tremendous amount of time to be able to use the buds between recharging. The Galaxy Buds are an affordable and excellent choice for true wireless earbuds with some terrific features and superb sound that are also very highly rated among the experts.

I can control them with simple taps and I can customize the sittings via the Wear app. They can be adjusted in the ear, because of this, I do not necessarily have to have them sitting in the hole of my hear to get a good sound.

It was easy to charge them and the battery life is great. The only downside is the ANC is not optimal since the earbuds don't create a seal in the ear. The lost earbud feature is amazing because I have lost them before.

The other headphones that go directly into the ear canal are generally uncomfortable and pop out of my ear after a while. I literally work and exercise in these all day long and have never once fallen out. They are so comfortable that sometimes I even forget they're in my ears. I can't even express enough how much these have made my life happier and easier. I have already bought a second pair and will keep on investing in them. I hope they never stop making them, and continue to make them better!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great buds for the most part! i've had these for at least two years, and i love them. i wear them everywhere, even work, due to their small size and camouflaged capabilities. they give great sound and fit okay for the most part. one thing i noticed is they would start to make my ears hurt if i wore them for more than an hour or two. other than that no complains. battery life was pretty good, sound was good, and fit was okay.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Magic Beans Originally when I got this product I was just an early adopter. I did enjoy the design but I also was grateful for being able to get a decent price on them. Regardless I didn't expect for the sound quality to be so fantastic and amazing I also didn't expect for the call quality to be as good as it is. Magically these beans are addictive even till this day I can't go anywhere without using the beans or having a bean in my ear while I'm listening to music or getting through my day. So granted I'm not a big Galaxy buds pro fan just because of the in-ear design but the Galaxy live fit is fantastic and even though we kind of know that the the noise canceling is not that great there's definitely ways around this you can use I'm just really looking for the next galaxy buds live so with that being said May the beans grow and I can't wait for the next generation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Great Overall Device! I received this product roughly a year ago as a gift, and I can say that it has held up very well! The product itself is still in great condition, but the case has gotten just a few scratches. The quality of the earbuds are amazing, and I love listening to my music with them! The Active Noise Canceling could be a bit better, but I didn't really care about that. The battery is also excellent, as it has lasted basically an entire day with me having it in my ears. Speaking of, these earbuds are so comfortable that I was able to keep it in my ears all day! I've experienced no ear fatigue while it was in my ear, and sometimes I forget that I have them on! One thing that kind of bothers me (and I don't know if anyone else has this issue) is that, when the music gets to a very quiet volume, there's these little scratchy, glitchy noises that come out of the buds, and I find them very unsettling when I hear them. That is really the only gripe that I have with these earbuds, though. Overall, I've truly enjoyed my experience with the Galaxy Buds Live over the past year, and I would definitely recommend you to try it out if you want that all-day comfort and great sound!

I have very tiny ears and these are small. Sometimes they fall, but its because I have really small ears. Sound is great, noise cancelling works good and ease of talking while doing anything is a huge plus.. and I love the color!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally happy with amazing sound. i use my buds on daily walks, for phone calls and to listen to music. i got them for xmas and was not impressed and sent back for repair in march. still they were not so good so sent back again in may. l/s, i was finally given a new set and i am now positive that the initial ones were lemons. these buds are amazing!!!!!!! the repair department could use some improvement with attitudes and fixing things. now i am a very happy customer.

Galaxy Buds+ Pros: EVERYTHING ... these were my first In-ears buds and I have never looked back ... well let me rephrase ... From the sound quality to the comfort and fit these are the best of the best. I say that as I have purchase all of the buds Samsung has produced and the new generations do not even compare. Also as a UNC fan, I love the Carolina Blue Color! Cons: I don't even know if this is a con more than it is just an inconvenience sometimes, even if it's that ... but when you have these things in and even if nothing is playing ... you can't hear a thing LOL!!!! For me it's too the point it freaks me out that it's so quiet ... and it's not even noise reduction hahaha! Galaxy Buds Live Of course I had to buy the second gen as I try to keep up with the latest tech ... and again I loved the sleek futuristic design as well as the shiny bronzish like color ... I worried that the fit and the sound quality may be leaked/lost because of the fit, but once I had received them and started using them ... I was sold. However, I do find that when I am looking to accessorize my attire, these are my go to. Also, I for some reason prefer then when making calls. I never use these to work out as although the fit is nice and snug, I prefer the Buds+. I had to use Buds Pro when I lost one of my Bud+, which you'll see in the next section I am not a big fan of. At the end of the day I don't have anything Cons for these similar to the the Bud+ (remember, the CON i listed above I am not really sure, should be considered a CON, it's so good it's bad, because it makes me think I'm deaf LOL, but then all i have to do it take it out) Galaxy Buds Pro HATED IT! I was excited about these when they were coming out ... Samsung Marketing was phenomenal ... I was like wow ... I've been so happy with the previous Gens and these are supposed be even better ... couldn't wait ... until I realized I could have. Simply put ... sound etc. all of that is great ... but I just don't I am a fan of the style ... unlike the first two gens, these just seem bulkier than I would like or had gotten used too ... The only reasons I wear these now is to workout in as I mentioned before I lost a Galaxy Bud+ which i prefer when I'm working out because of comfort and fit. Galaxy Buds 2 Well I have had these for about a month ... and the jury is still out ... I had hoped these would be a good replacement for my Bud+, but I am finding they are falling a bit short. For one, I do like the sleek feel, I do like the fit ... but again, the fit I need for working out is lacking ... these have actually fallen out several times while working out doing cardio ... also I am not sure these are producing the same quality of audio as the previous Gens ... I find myself always trying to turn the volume up and it's maxed out. So that's an issue. In conclusion, for me, the Buds have declined in terms of how positive my experiences are with them ... As you can see by the reviews the Buds+ are #1 in terms of wearing while working out, Sound Quality, and "noise-cancelling" LOL ... While I enjoy the Buds Live most for style, accessorizing, and using for phone calls ... Buds Pro - Too Bad I can't return these now Buds 2 - At least I have spares ...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hurts to wear i bought these to replace my galaxy buds + before i went to the beach and they have great sound quality - a big improvement with bass - but they are so uncomfortable to wear. they do stay in your ears pretty securely unless you are talking but after wearing them for about 5 minutes my ears just start to hurt and i have to take them out. if you have big ears they might work for you but if not there's no point in buying something you can't even use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these. they last about 6-8 hours of constant use, then i can pop them in the case for about 20 minutes to boost them back up to 60% charge. they are super comfortable. tv shows, listening to music, on the phone, or discord these things are great. if i have the noise canceling off i can hear everything as if they were not in my ear. that's great when i have to pause to speak to someone. the lost earbud feature only works if there is a charge left. there isn't some secret charge reserved just for the lost function. i've already lost one earbud, but am making due with just one at the moment. still like it better than other earbuds i've had even having just one in.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really Want to Like These..... i really want to keep these, however, still not sure. i tried the buds plus, but they were uncomfortable and no matter how many combinations of wingtips/eartips i tried, they would not stay in my ears. i like the buds live better as there is nothing jamming into ear canal. they are comfortable, sound great, the app is great, but there are still two items i am hoping sort out in the next few days. 1) the right bud is not secure in my ear. i have contacted samsung and am awaiting the bud sleeves--hoping this resolves the issue as i really want to keep these. 2) the buds plus allowed me to set touch controls to control volume and use voice assistant. it seems i cannot have both of these functions at the same time with the buds live. if there is a way to do this, please advise.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Uncomfortable these aren't made for every ear. truly, only a very specific shape of ear will work. for some reason fit my left ear by not my right?? felt like it was stretching my tragus and hurt when i would take it out. the sound quality genuinely depends on how well it fits your ear. i know its cute but save your money and just get the galaxy buds, it works exactly the same and is comfortable!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not worth it - and they were basically free i got these and the watch active 2 at the same time (had 150 dls credit when i got the note 20ultra) i wanted so much to like these and dealt with them for two weeks - but still don't like them. i find myself choosing my 30dls earbuds from amazon which do a much better job with noise canceling over the buds live. buds live are very disappointing at the price point. maybe if they were 30 dls they would be worth buying.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Durability i just want to say how amazed i am with this product. i was super excited because they're akg, and handsdown it is one of the best brands i've ever used. sound isn't as loud as i would like but still sound pretty great. the reason i'm writing a review is because i've had these for a while now, i've honestly had over 100 pairs of different earphones and all kinds(i literally wear earphones all the time) but these, i have dropped a couple of times and they still look and work great. these were also submerged in water for about and hour (not intentionally) and they survived! i honestly thought i at least would have to buy a replacement for the case but no! i never write reviews but i promised myself if they still worked i would. these are one of the best pairs of buds i have owned!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from uncomfortable and too sensitive these have incredible sound if you find the exact pinpoint accurate insertion spot - there is literally no wiggle room; the very slightest r or l of "perfect" insertion in your ear will give you a tin can sound or no sound at all. and even that wouldn't be a problem if you could move them around to find that sweet spot, but since these are touch sensitive you can't, because the music/sound will pause or stop as soon as you touch the buds to adjust. they also hurt my ears after about 30 minutes of wear each time i tried them. ears grow for our whole lives, so this ridged design only works if your ear is as big as the 60+yo engineer's who designed them. it made the ridge inside my ear feel raw from pushing against it.

Really! i grew up in the 1970's and 1980's. i have had and worn more earphone types through the nearly 50 years than i can even count! these are by far the best i have ever owned and worn! the sound is dynamic! i love the ability to noise cancel! most inner ear earphones hurt my ears after 15 or 20 min of wearing them i can leave these in for hours without pain or discomfort!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great quality for fair price from other reviews i've seen, the main con that i've seen is the discomfort they bring after wearing for a long period of time. i can agree that within the first week of using them, it was a bit painful after about 2-3 hours of having them in my ears. i personally have very small ears so that is also a factor, but after using them for almost 3 months now, i no longer notice anything anymore. that is really the only con for me, everything else is great. the sound quality is really great, battery life lasts long, microphone works well and all the features work good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awful button options and software you cant actually use the side button to turn up/down the audio if you choose to use it to turn on/off the anc. anc is weak weak weak. you can chance the button to have volume up/down, but not able to hold the side button to turn on anc if you ever actually need it. that's just incredibly poor design. my hubby is a software qa guy and found so many bugs that i'm just going to return them. i was really looking forward to these and getting them on my birthday, it just ruined it.

EQ from the app makes the sound dramatically distinct. ANC could be better but it’s more natural rather than completely canceling every sound.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sound i had my bubs clipped on to my purse not my first time. i can't believe the bubs fell out of the case. i get in my car and someone called me and i go to get my bubs and bomb my bubs is gone! i'm so upset and disappointed for these bubs to be so expensive and then to fall out the case . that's money down the drain this is my 3rd pair this has never happened and it had to be the most expensive pair. i'm so heart broken!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Audio w/Clear Bass - Excellent Fit i'm very pleased with these kidney bean shaped earbuds. the design allows for a more comfortable fit vs. buds and i'm very happy with that as i hate the feeling of typical buds in my ear canal. just note that if you have large space within the contours of your ear then fit might be an issue. for me i can work out, jog, walk, jump and never have the earbuds fall out. sound quality equals my wired buds and delivers deeper and clearer bass. i now find myself bobbing my head to my jams because the sound is so immersive. i don't care about anc so even if it works well i wouldn't know it. same thing for calls.

I bought some expensive ear buds from JBL and despite them costing over $100 they never were able to pair with my Zoom and on top of that they didn't let me return it. When I recieved my galaxy ear buds I was so worried I would have the same problem BUT never did! The ear buds working phenomenal. I am a therapist so I am constantly on different virtual platforms for sessions and the earbuds have never failed me and they are so easy to connect. Thank you samsung!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warranty sent broken, wrong color replacement buds I recevied an replacment for my old ear buds due to sound quality wasnt great. The new one i received was the wrong color and now the caller on the other end cannot hear me speak. Samsung warranty sent me a broken wrong color replacement. Very disappointed from a company I praise about the quality to my peers.
