Good laptop at a good price
I decided it was time for a new laptop. I like this one because it stays connected to wifi and my old laptop didn't so that's a huge plus for me. It's small yet has a great screen size, it's fast, and overall is a good laptop, however I thought the keypad lit up and it was touchscreen. So those are the two things this laptop is missing. If it had those it would be rated a 10! This are only reasons I didn't give a 5 star rating.

Underwhelming
i ordered my book go 5g from verizon and after shipping delays it finally arrived today...without a sim card. but that's on verizon and not the device. guess i'll have to wait to experience the 5g. first thing i noticed is it's much heavier than my book s (approximately 3 lbs compared to 1), second thing i noticed is the picture quality is much worse and last but not least, the backlight for the keyboard sucks...because it doesn't exist! wake me up when you release a book s 5g, most likely i'll return this thing but we'll see once i get the sim card.

Picture quality horrible,
it is soundless even with volume at 100. no defined color everyone is blue. heavy. not worth 700. however because only tablet laptop that functions on 5g. could you make pro360 5g compatible with one of the carriers

basic mobile laptop
I have been using this for the past few months or so with Windows11, and it has occasionally bluescreened on me. I want to erase and start fresh, but there is 0 support from Samsung, no downloads, no drivers, no support. The BIOS is basic and the system doesn't support S3 sleep at all.
Aside from these severe issues, $750 may seem a bit much, especially compared to what performance and ports and features can be got from other manufacturers, but what this lacks in ports and features, it makes up in 5G connectivity and battery life. This laptop is ideal for those who want the best typing experience on the go, wherever that might be. The keyboard and trackpad rival Apple's, but the 5G connectivity means leaving your phone in your pocket and sparing its battery life when replying to emails out and about. For light office work, this mobile laptop can only be beaten by more expensive laptops with similar connectivity or battery life.
