Samsung 970 Pro 1TB NVMe M.2 PCIe Solid State Drive is rated 4.78 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from So fast it's hard to test After I got the right pcie adapter, install was a breeze. Tried testing transfer rate on 4gb file, but it went by too fast to measure. So far, exceeds my expectations.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SSD 970 PRO NVMe M.2 1TB I see that the EVO version has the 2gb capacity. When will the 2gb for the PRO come out? I apologize this is not a review but more of a question nevertheless I have no doubt this is a great product as I have owned 3 Samsung SSDs (2 of them NVMEs). Samsung is indeed a leader in this space.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Performer I bought this product a week ago. So far everything is zoom zoom. No lag in read and write speeds and all my programs are running super fast. I didn't think it would make that much of a difference considering that I already had a pretty fast computer. Now I can work across multiple task and still remain fast. It is pretty pricey, but you get what you pay for and its definitely worth it if you have the extra cash. I would recommend to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Expensive but with speed to back it up This SSD is blazing fast, sure its two times the price of a sata 1 TB SSD but its 5 times the speed on both reads and writes. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast, fast, and fast Out of the box it was so much smaller than I expected. Like the size of a flash drive. Setup was a little difficult. I had to find the screw that came with my MOBO. Luckily I was able to. Then getting it screwed in took some patience. Once it was installed, cloning with the migration software was super simple. Restarted and changed my boot order, and I was up and running. First thing I did to test was load up PUBG. My load times went from 30s-1m down to less than 5s.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The hardware works well, Image transfer eh I installed this Samsung 970 Pro m.2 SSD drive into an HP ZBook G3 17. Seems to work very well after several days. My system used to take over 9 minutes to boot from a cold start. It now is totally ready in about a minute and 45 seconds. I'm not sure if this HP takes full advantage of the drive, but it is a great improvement. I used Active@ Disk Image software rather than the Samsung supplied software to transfer my files. I saw others used similar products for the transfer. The problem I saw was that the Samsung transfer software ran on top of my regular Windows installation and it fairly cautioned me that any running programs (locked files) would not be copied. Since there are a lot of background operations running, I didn't know how I could be sure to get everything. I did not proceed. The Active@ image software (and others) I used boots from a USB stick outside of Windows and does not have that restriction. After the transfer, I did have to boot from a recovery instance to make the UEFI GPT, (the new style partition table, system bootable, but that is not an issue with the Samsung drive at all, it's a Windows thing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Blazing Fast Honestly, I went overkill on my storage option but quality is quality. Speeds are as advertised and the software is very clean and simple. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
