Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stopped working after three weeks I loved this tv for the first three weeks and then it failed. The screen will not turn on. I contacted Samsung customer service and was advised that I would need a service technician to fix the tv and that they would be contact with me to schedule service. After three weeks of no contact, I reached back out to Samsung. They assured me that I would hear from a technician by the end of this week. This week has passed and I still have not had my tv serviced or heard from a technician. When I’ve called Samsung to inquire about the status of my repair, I am told they are still waiting on parts. I’ve know been a month without a tv (a longer timeframe than my new tv actually worked). I wish I could return this product as I paid a lot for it. It should have lasted longer than three weeks and Samsung should be able to resolve this issue in a timelier manner.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My favorite TV on the market This TV is great. It may not have the same picture quality as the LG OLED series, but for me it goes much deeper than that. Of course this TV looks great still. It's absolutely one of the best in the market. I love the anti glare screen that is on it. It makes it great when the sun is being a bugger. Just be sure to read how to properly clean and you won't have issues. The frame mode is beautiful and people ask all the time, "where did you get that painting, I love it!?" I will definitely be buying another whenever this one bites the dust.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Our Very 1st Frame TV - Born out of Compromise After fully renovating, I no longer wanted a black screen over our mantle. I wanted something pretty! My husband insisted on a tv, so we compromised and both have been extremely pleased with the purchase. I love that I can change the pictures out with the seasons, or just when I want something new, and he is very pleased with the quality and functions of the TV itself. We have Alexas, so he loves being able to turn it on my voice, and I have it programmed with Alexa to come on when I ask her to turn on the lights in that room. Everyone that comes in comments on how beautiful it is, and the joke is, that we now have a VanGogh in our home. We were so happy that when we moved to our new home recently, we bought a 2nd one for our master bedroom. Love both and everyone else does, too, bc it is a beautiful piece of art, as well. We did order custom frames for ours to give it the finished touch. Couldn't be happier, and our kids ending up also buying them, as well.

We found the perfect compromise with the Frame TV. The picture is very clear at all angles and the sound quality is superb with the addition of a Samsung soundbar. The remote is very simple to use. Visitors are always impressed and assume we have a painting on the wall. We now have another Frame TV in the guest room. The account was easy to link.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Horribly Disappointing Experience i purchased the 65-inch 2022 samsung frame. the motion sensor and settings for art mode do not work. i have had samsung technicians to my house twice now. both of their attempts to fix the tv were ineffective. samsung claims they are sending me a one connect box, and i will now have to pay my electrician to come back and install the new one connect box, which is behind the tv mounted on the wall. i’ve spent at least 8 hours trying to get this resolved, and still nothing has fixed the problems. horrible experience, especially as i have purchased 4 samsung tvs over the last 12 years.

But mostly importantly being able to display all the beautiful Art pieces or adding your personal pictures. It’s a work of art! I questioned getting this TV but so thankful I did. Very impressed with it. Looking forward to purchasing the next one for my bedroom.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DO NOT buy we spent several hundred dollars more on this tv because we liked the feature that it would turn on when someone enters the room and turn itself off after a preset time. unfortunately, these features do not work at all, and sometimes the tv even turns itself off when you are watching it. when trying to remedy the time situation, i read other reviewers say their sensor didn't work either. do not buy this tv - it does not work as promised.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A TV worth splurging on if you're someone who values great aesthetics, this is the tv to get. i must admit, i read a lot of mixed reviews on the tv itself, that it was overpriced for the quality... but this hasn't been my experience. there are no other tv's that do what this tv does. the frame itself is so beautiful, will elevate your space and the art mode is unmatched. the screen of the tv is matte, say goodbye to all the reflections. i'm not really into the technical aspect of tv's and don't claim to know much but the picture is beautiful. it's sharp, colours are good. it's pricey, but a tv that's worth it if you're aesthetic forward.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for a living room! The Art mode on the 2022 Frame model is incredible! Several of our friends truly believed we had a piece of art hanging on the wall. It was well worth installing the One Connect cable in the wall and having the One Connect box and associated equipment (AV Receiver, BluRay DVD) located away from The Frame. The eco friendly remote is another great feature - haven't had to plug it in to charge it! Just leave it upside down near the window once a week and it's always ready to go.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful tv that is like art work Love that is blocks glare. I have this hung over my fireplace and have 3 large windows on the opposite wall. My old tv you could not open the windows and see it. The new 2022 frame blocks all glare. Also the artwork is awesome and love it when the tv is not being watched. Highly recommend this tv and it is the best tv I have owned to date. I plan on replacing all of my tv’s with the frame.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Factory defect i have ordered this tv 3 times and they have all been damaged. upon arrival it looks great and i have the 50" which is fine. however, when i go to plug in the tv the input is warped and for the price i would expect a perfect tv. not sure if this is just with the 65" but it's really unfortunate because i was so excited! now i have to re-package it again, schedule a pick-up and the price has gone up. i'm sure samsung would honor my old price but it's been a nightmare to get through to anyone.

Horrible experience that I can’t elaborate on or they will take down my review. I wouldn’t recommend this TV to anyone. It looks better on paper than it does on the wall.

The remote completely stopped working, making it impossible to navigate to settings, the menu, or really watch tv using the smart features. I called customer service and waited 30 minutes only to be told it would take over a month just to “process the request for a new remote.” Then maybe they would ship it out. Fairly ridiculous.

They came and replaced the panel and still dealing with the issue. I asked for a refund which they would not do. Officially never buying a Samsung TV ever again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Installation requires vital part not in box Upon opening the box and preparing to install, I discovered that the template for the included mount was missing. As this is necessary for install (the mount is not standard VESA) but it's just a piece of paper, I figured it was an error in packaging and Samsung would be happy to send me one. Boy, was I wrong. First thing I discovered upon contacting support was, and I quote: "the wall mount template is not included within the box, however let me share you the Samsung parts store details from were you can purchase it." But that wasn't all! In order to get that magic link, I had to provide all of my purchase information, including date of delivery, unit AND total price, store I purchased from, and more! FOR A PIECE OF PAPER. It was ridiculous, and I can imagine under many circumstances I might even give them my shoe size and SSN just to get it over with, but I was already questioning the value of this expensive set, and with support this bad for something this simple, I'm pondering returning this for a refund, then buying a competitor with similar picture quality for a third of the price.

Had to uninstall and reinstall Samsung account. Had to reinstall all app. passwords. No issues since. Absolutely enjoy. Great purchase.

The wife really wanted it and ever since we got the 65in in our living room, our guests always took notice of the unique frame design. Overall we enjoyed it still lasts and working as designed. Smart features and the super fast processer makes browsing through apps with ease. I won't mind getting another one if this one ever dies, hopefully not.

We needed a new TV for our common room and the frame fit the bill. I love the matte finish, and then I’m not looking into a black mirror when it’s off. The art quality is incredible and it’s fun to watch people realize that it’s a television. Movies are crisp and fun to watch. The interface for streaming through the television is seamless and easy to learn and connect it easily to our subscriptions. I would highly recommend the frame to anybody who wants more than just a television in their living room.

The Picture is excellent and the sound quality is good enough that I don’t think we will require a soundbar for our viewing needs.

All the customer support lines have no clue about that and I just spent two hours getting passed around. Given the art frame is a big part of this TV you may be better off with a different brand that at least supports their art store process. What a nightmare.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent matte display; poor UX This TV's matte display does an excellent job of hiding the glare from the ceiling recessed lights I have. There is literally no glare on the screen! The picture quality is great. The TV does a great job of displaying artwork as well. It has sensors to dim or brighten the screen depending on the ambient light. The only big downfall of this TV is the UX. The user interface is so laggy to the point it becomes unusable. For some reason Samsung thinks we would want to keep all the TV apps open running in the background. After opening multiple streaming apps the TV becomes slow to unresponsive. The only way to fix this is to either unplug then plug back in the TV or go into device maintenance to clear the background processes (which takes awhile.) The TV remote is also an issue. The paid advertisement buttons are very, very sensitive. You will literally open Netflix, Samsung Plus, Disney plus, or Amazon prime countless times on accident. For me getting a Google TV dongle solved both the laggy Samsung interface and the remote issues. However, it is disappointing to have to use another interface. The add on frames you can buy are very expensive. I built one out of trim from Home Depot and it cost $50 and about an hour of time. It came out great (see photo) In all I would buy another one in the future. The UX isn't a deal breaker as I can use another dongle that has all the streaming services needed.

The picture quality is excellent. The price is too expensive. The mount for the TV was not easy to install. The mount also didn't come with the correct screws.

We were drawn to the TV because of the purported high quality and their warranty. Our TV arrived on May 30th. By July 4th, it had stopped working completely. Rather than simply replace the tv, which we reasonably assumed would happen given their reputation, the warranty, and the age of the device, we’ve been swept into a seemingly endless loop of calls, canceled tickets, cancelled repair appointments, and as of the date of this review, have yet to be offered a solution that results in us having the fully functioning, almost brand new tv we are still paying for and can’t get an answer from anyone as to how they will make it right. While the tv is beautiful WHEN it works, we can’t in good faith recommend purchasing it, and especially don’t recommend purchasing it from Samsung directly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great when it works, but software and cloud buggy! Have the 65" Frame. Looks great. Great picture. Anti-glare screen is wonderful and should be on all TV's. Then there's Art mode, which has been one bug after another. In the two or so months we have owned this set, have literally spent hours on the phone with Samsung trying to work out bugs. Every time one gets taken care of, usually after multiple phone calls (plus 2 factory resets and counting), new bugs pop up within a matter of days. Am currently living with two majorly annoying bugs, but haven't had the time to make multiple phone calls and waste several more hours of my time. Their cloud, which serves the Art mode, is extremely unstable, causing multiple problems of its own. And, it's not my individual set or the hardware. A search on the 'Net shows that I'm not alone. While Art mode is wonderful when it works, the constant bugs make it not worth your time. In retrospect, we should have just gone with their less expensive 4K QLED. Have 2 others of those and they are great and problem free. My advice to others is don't waste your time or money on The Frame TV. Excellent concept, terrible execution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The last straw for us to never buy Samsung again. I regret not listening to my parents and my wife's family who told us to never buy Samsung after we bought our house 2 years ago. We'll focus our review on the TV since that was our only purchase, but for context, my parents bought a Samsung washer & dryer that died 2 years after purchase. My wife's family had a Samsung refrigerator that also died around 2 years. Then there's us who bought our Frame TV a little under 2 years ago. Even though my parents and wife's family had warranty, it's not reassuring to see such major home appliances break in such a short timeframe. In our case, we got even more unlucky since Samsung TVs only come with a 1-year warranty, so we were tough out of luck when it came to our issue. Basically the left and right side of the TV started losing its brightness (although the color accuracy and picture was still showing). Based on forums and threads that we read up on, most people suspect it could be some dead backlights that just need to be replaced or something of that sort and that the repair cost might be roughly around $300-$500, so we had submitted a repair request on the official Samsung website and went through the usual process. First off, it was frustrating to file the repair request in the first place. For a few days, the website kept saying the serial number was invalid even though we double-checked everything multiple times and made sure we didn't mix up zeros with the letter o. Then it suddenly started working and when we tried to add pictures to our request, it would always say there was an error. The request would only work if we submitted plain text and no pictures. After 2 days, we gave up and just submitted the request without pictures. Then came the repair estimate - $1217 in parts and $350 in labor, which is more-or-less only $200 less than when we bought the TV brand new! Clearly we cancelled the repair request since it'd be much more worth it buying a brand new TV for the same price rather than repairing a Samsung one that would probably break again. I would say the only positive in this experience was how quickly the repair ticket was processed - but that's it. Within two hours of filing, they were able to give me a phone number to send my pictures in so that they could review what was the issue and handled scheduling our appointment pretty easily. We totally understand that any sort of electronics or appliances don't last forever, but these kinds of major appliances in the $1000-$2000+ range should not be breaking within 2 years. We really loved the aesthetics of the Frame TV and it was great in those 2 years, but warranty or not, it's not worth the headache of dealing with a major appliance breaking so soon. In the case TVs, it's even more of a risk since Samsung only offers a 1-year warranty. The 2 LG TVs we've had for 5 years (1 also being an OLED) and have gone through 3 moves are still running without issues. Yet the Frame TV that we wanted to be a more longer-term fixture in our new construction home is already dying in 2 years. My parents' LG washer and dryer are still going strong after 7 years and my wife's family LG refrigerator has also been going strong the last 3 years. Even the washer and dryer we bought with our house 3 months before the Frame TV is still working fine. Lastly, we definitely understand that not everyone has the same issues (otherwise, I'm sure there'd be much bigger problems for Samsung and the media to talk about), but we definitely want to warn you what risk you would be taking if you were to purchase any major Samsung appliance. At least for us, it definitely was the last straw for us to never buy Samsung again and to tell our family and friends the same.

Ultra 4k Netflix doesn't really come through nicely either. This seems upmarked in price due to having the "art" gimmick

It has all the smart features of a high-tech television, but it looks beautiful on the wall when it is not in use. I loved our one Frame TV so much that I bought two more - two smaller ones, for our den and for our bedroom. An excellent investment.

It was a conversation piece and the main part of our living room. Since then, it has slowly started dying. By this I mean, by now, it doesn't display art. At all. You could be sitting on the couch, walking around, dancing in front of the TV in broad daylight with all the lights on and it does. not. display. art. This was after 6 months of using this product like normal humans. We paid over $2000 for this giant TV so that we could display artwork on a large and empty wall. Now it's just an ugly black screen that we could have gotten anywhere for about $500. Not to mention, Samsung support the literal worst, so I have no faith that we'll get this resolved. I hope your experience is better than ours, this TV is nothing but an expensive disappointment. I'll consider revising my review if they actually come through and help us with this, but there's no way that a $2500 device should die after 6 months. That's just shoddy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The invisible TV Samsung frame 65 has been an amazing addition to our living room. It's virtually invisible. We placed a lovely custom picture frame around it. Most people can't believe it's a television. Great picture. Sound quality is adequate without additional speakers. Functionality has been great. We keep the control box in a small cabinet next to the fireplace where it's easy to access and connect multiple peripheral devices. Virtually invisible to the naked eye. I would totally buy it again. I've talked my brother and two neighbors and to purchasing the same TV. Everyone is satisfied. No hiccups. I do wish that the screen could be brighter but only during broad daylight. This is not a deal breaker for me however. Awesome TV. Just buy it. You won't regret it. There are multiple frames available for it as well.

The flush-mount, awesome. “One Connect” box, awesome. Razor-sharp resolution AND a glare-less screen, double awesome. Now, on top of all these features you add the artwork and that really makes it an amazing TV. The settings and features navigation is rather cumbersome and not fluid. Also, most of the bezel colors are not available from Samsung. A large array of options are advertised but not provided once you get the TV and inquire about them. Even if I was aware of the two major flaws, I would not hesitate in purchasing this product. Very, very nice!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Regrettable Purchase TV looks nice but functions poorly. SmartThings app is not great, and extremely glitchy with this TV. Several issues loading pictures from album for art mode and is a frustratingly slow process every time you make an adjustment watching the dial spin. More frustrating is the constant sound sync issues where the audio is getting out of sync with the image. Constantly going into the sound settings and trying adjust so the lips move with the words. Have already had to reach out to support and still not working. Suspect it’s either a bad design or a problem with this TV. Will likely RMA until it either works or I get my money back. Premium price for discount service is not a winning combination.

It looks great and allows us to have TV when we want it and art the rest of the time. No issues with the light/motion detector as others have complained about. It turns off at night and back on in the morning when I turn lights on or sun comes up.

It does not go into standby mode at all, and Samsung is insistent nothing is wrong when there clearly is an issue. It has even identified by the tech that’s been out 3 times and performed numerous tests and replaced the sensor that something is malfunctioning. For a niche product to not operate as advertised, I won’t give anything beyond a one star rating. Think twice before you spend $2,000+ on this TV.

I wanted to mount over the fireplace but didn't want that horrible black tv square look to be the center of the room. This brought elegance to our new living area, I am able to display art that compliments our furnishings and looks good in family fireplace photos. When hosting gatherings over the holidays I had several compliments on my "artwork" and when I told people it was a tv they didn't believe me - I had to turn on a show to prove it was a tv! That was the highest compliment in my book, it truly does look like a piece of art. The sound quality is fantastic, there is no need to add a sound bar! Also, the matte finish on the screen leaves absolutely ZERO glare, we have tons of windows and I like having lamps on and there is no reflection from lights on the tv. They are expensive but worth every single penny, I absolutely love my tv and am looking forward to purchasing another one for our bedroom.

I ordered teak. my only complaint is that when i use my own pictures they do not look as good as the subscription art. Only the artwork provided by subscribing (50$ fee) make visualizing the art work on the tv gratifying. I would say the art mode makes the tv worth the purchase. Another weird quirk is that the TV is off in the art mode. At night the sensing of the tv does not dim the tv enough so at night its still bright unlike an actual portrait at night. In order to fully turn the tv off you need to turn it off via the smart things app on your phone. Other wise I am still happy with this purchase and would recommend to buy it.

This time I was told by them there is nothing they can do. I have all the photos and videos on the issue. They even asked me to send it to them only to tell me no. I will not consider buying Samsung TV. Buy it at your own risk.

It stands out how beautiful The Frame is, & while people notice the picture frame(bezel) they think it's a real painting. Probably 50% whether a guest sees a tv, or a painting. We always wait until they make a comment to see a genuine reaction. "Samsung One Connect Box" is awesome. There's no ugly wires!! The single wire was easily hidden behind wall & the Box is out of sight. This was important to us as my wife loves to decorate. The Art marketplace is endless, from the classics to current unknowns & the colors the Frame displays are stunning. The shades of Bl&Wh for the shadows/highlights didn't disappoint. We even set an album of family photos that we set as the background sometimes. Our only bad experience, the tv froze on 2 occasions. After quick restart it was fine. Maybe the app caused this(same app each time). If you care about the environment like we do, this TV has futuristic ways to cut down consumptioms. From its boxing, to The futuristic settings on the screen. I almost forgot the amazing remote! This new beauty has tiny solar panels and self charges! It's a step up from the past. Comfortable in hand with a new sleek look. Interface: A Art: A+ Cost: A Appearance: A+ I left sound/gaming out of my review. We don't game & use Samsung Q-Series Sound Bar.

In addition I love the fact that it has Samsung TV included which allows me to not subscribe to local TV provider hence saving me money on the long run. I had a Samsung service technician come out and he quoted me $900 to fix it. This is the first time I've had a TV break on me ever. The product is a lemon...stay away!

Perfect for a living room, where you don't want to see a huge black shinny screen. I also love that it comes with Samsung Free TV, an alternative to cable. It has a great line up and the commercials that it has seem limited and not that bad. I recommend getting a Samsung Frame to my friends. Especially if you don't want your TV just to look like a tv on the wall.

I really like how easy it is to navigate between the different apps and media types. Additionally, we really like the motion/light sensors when the TV is in Art mode, as it turns the display off if you forgot it was on and turns it back on when a person enters the room. Additionally, the display adjusts to the light level in the room, eliminating the need to constantly be adjusting between brightness levels during different times of the day.

My wife and I wanted a piece that would compliment the room and not become an eye sore as its mounted above the fireplace. The Frame was a good compromise between style and performance. Sure there are higher end OLEDs. But the room gets ALOT of day light let in. The QLED picture combined with its matte finishing will run circles around any OLED for that matter in terms of picture appearance with out glare or reflection. In dark hours the picture is fine. OLED would be far superior in comparison but as mentioned the QLED imaging is better suited during daytime viewing. The art mode was obviously the selling point. Was pretty bummed to see that there is not a whole lot of complementary works to display. Be prepared to subscribe to a service to unlock a tremendous amount of art if you choose to do so. You almost have to get it given your complementary pieces are unimpressive. Sneaky Samsung. They do include a lifetime subscription to Samsung TV for free. It's okay. I've watched it here or there. Finishing it off it's quite particular with mounting. Mounting kit is included. I had to forgo flush mounting as my fire place is stone. Just know that you'll need to account this if hanging on a rough, textured or uneven surface. Remote Is solar powered. Cool gimmick I must admit. Overall I am satisfied with the purchase.

It makes the TV look more like a real art piece. The TV itself is excellent. I enjoy watching Netflix and movies through my 65" Frame. The only downside is Netflix isn't syncing well with TV from time to time. I would buy one more to put in my bedroom.

The built-in menus and apps work well and (so far) the speed of the TV is fast. You will want to make some picture calibration adjustments to get the most out of this TV. Most important: turning the brightness down and turning off the motion blurring "cinematic mode". With some tweaks, the picture looks good. The best part? The anti-glare finish. It really works well! My only complaint is some light bleeding / blotches that come through in very dark scenes when watching in the dark. For example, a space scene in a movie exposes some light blooming in the panel I got. Hopefully it doesn't worsen over time. In general: would recommend.

TV came damaged, which I only noticed after turning mounting it and turning it on and instead of offering me a replacement, they want to dismount the TV, repack it, return it, wait for a new one and pay for another installation. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great idea and good design, poor software The Tizen OS is way too slow for 2023, system still has Samsung Ads that can't be turned off and supported Apps on the platform is still poor. For the Frame feature, wish the custom image options are better at displaying full screen, keep having problems with huge white areas added by the TV around the image files loaded. And again, extremely slow operating system across all areas. Also the panel uniformity is pretty poor too with blocks of visible leakage and un-uniform area in dark scenes.

I love that there is an external port connector and it can sense the product once plugged in, whether that is a gaming console or audio device. The directions make it easy to install and I love the matte finish because it gets rid of glare. Would highly suggest to anyone looking for a new television.

The Bluetooth and Wi-Fi receiver didn't work. I did not get to enjoy this expensive TV the 1.5 years I had it. Was not able to get it fixed or returned. Overall a waste of money and disappointed. Do not buy this product.

The TV is good but there is some minor inconveniences like; having to hold down power button on remote to turn it off, sometimes it takes a couple tries and our frame being on backorder/delay for like 3 months. Other than those problems we enjoy the tv and love to change the picture around, especially during the holidays.

Installation of this TV to the Wall using zero gap wall mount which is included with the TV is very nice picture quality is very good but the sound clarity is not up to the mark when it comes to the additional frames that can be added to the TV. There is very limited option that I can get from the Samsung website.

The Frame not only perfected the ability to have your television set the ambiance in your home, it also is the best Smart TV we have ever owned. I'll lay out the bullet points. We have called our 2 yr old'sgrandmas and grandpas with this television through the camera you can purchase as well. You can talk to the television and tell it what to do. You can split screen your computer or phone and any app you want. The power cord is non-existent and is easy to set up. You can pick the color frame that works best for you. The consistently updated art store has every painting ever made it seems like. We have purchased the Samsung sound bar & bass, which has completed our very pleased experience with this television.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does NOT work as advertised - motion sensor faulty COMPLETE waste of time and money. I bought a 65" frame TV in July, 2022 and the motion sensor never worked right. It would not turn on when you entered the room, then you would come in later and the TV would randomly be on. After FIVE service attempts and hours wasted, Samsung finally agreed to replace the TV in Sept, 2022. We received a brand new replacement in Nov 2022 and it worked for about six months and suddenly the sensor started doing the same thing. We woke up in the middle of the night and heard men talking in our living room!! We thought we were being robbed and find out the TV had randomly turned on a news station and the volume was super loud. We went to bed with the artwork on and it switches to random TV stations whenever it wants to. Two Frame tv with the same issues in less than a year. This week, on our THIRD service call for the 2nd tv, the tech calls into tech support while at my house and I hear him say "that's a known issue, they are trying to issue a software update." Meanwhile Samsung refuses to refund my money for this horrible $2200 investment! STAY AWAY from this TV. As beautiful as it is, it is nothing but wasted time and problems.

No idea what people are talking about complaining about software, etc. We find it very simple and responsive. We used to use an Apple TV for interface and picture settings...but after comparing vs Samsung software...no more Apple TV! Ambient mode takes the pain out of adjusting for lighting conditions, etc. In addition to providing a lovely picture, we love love love the small optical interface wire needed to power the TV...goodbye cord management ugliness. Samsung hit a home run here.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nothing but Trouble! Nothing but trouble. Within the first year, the circuit board in the display panel failed. After repair, none of the HDMI ports would connect. Then, the One Connect Box wouldn’t connect hard line to the router. Then, the optical sound port quit. Then, on Wi-Fi, the Art Mode would cause the TV to restart and caused a start-stop-restart loop. Today, approx a year and a half after purchase, the Samsung Repair Tech says the display panel is shot and unrepairable. The whole TV’s an expensive brick. I’ve previously owned 5 Samsung TV’s without a single issue. My Frame TV is a lemon and now I have a mount in the rock face of my great room chimney that fits no other TV. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.

We decided to go with another Frame. Why Frame TV? Because our living room is the first room when people come in and it is a large room. We thought about a regular, nice OLED TV, but those just turn into black holes on the wall when they are not being used. Sure, I could turn on a screensaver, but then it just looks like a large digital display and does not blend. Enter The Frame TV. When hung properly and calibrated to the room, this thing looks amazing and looks very close to genuine art. No more black hole on the wall. The UI is incredibly snappy. I typically add a streaming device to any TV right away because TV's usually are very slow and annoying. Not this one. Every app opens quickly and I have not experienced any crashes. If you want something more than a TV, get this. It is designed to hang beautifully in any room.

Despite purchasing the professional mounting service, with room of choice delivery, UPS just dropped at my door and refused to enter apartment. Additionally the claim: “Our professional installation partners will install your wall mount and TV during delivery” is not accurate. UPS delivers the product, and a second company schedules a different appointment to come and install.

After only a couple of months from purchase, the remote's range has dwindled significantly. I have to point the remote directly onto the tv 12 feet away or less for it to work. It's useless beyond 12 feet. I also have to press the buttons for a long time for the tv to react. The remote is almost a junk!

And yes I have tried multiple settings and resets to improve the picture. Even after making adjustments to increase brightness, you can literally see the screen get darker after a few scenes. I am shocked that Samsung does not care about these issues and does nothing to resolve them in an acceptable way. Keep contributing to waste Samsung. Way to go.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Never Buy Samsung Products Bought this Tv on Black Friday and paid for professional install. TV delivered to installers on 12/7. Called to schedule. They have no availability to install until late February. I’ve been in contact with them for 7 days, each time there is a different story. They will not work with us to send us the order that we’ve already paid for. Been in contact with Samsung for 3 days to resolve issue. Samsung has continuously dropped my call and I’ve never been called back, despite promises. I’ve chatted, texted, FB messenger, X messenger, and have called so many times. I cannot get a resolution. Call centers are farmed out to overseas and they have little to no power to resolve issues. At this time, the 3rd party has stolen this item as they are not willing to resolve this issue and it is absolutely unacceptable for them to keep the product 90+ days before installation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible Customer Support! We bought 65" Frame during Cyber Monday to get a discount. We were about to move into our new house and thus just kept the TV in the box until we could install it in new place. A few weeks later we had it professionally installed and the TV was dead, would not turn on. Called Samsung and they would not replace it since it was past the "15 days". Took 11 days for a service tech to get to us and in less than 5 mins confirmed what we already knew - it dead. Now, instead of replacing it we have to order parts and hope it fixes it. Probably will take at least another two weeks plus to resolve which will result in 1+ months without TV. I have no idea if will even like the TV as never even had a chance to see it function. We spent over $6k in Samsung TVs and this is the support we get, should have just sent us a replacement since it never worked out of the box! I feel so tainted on Samsung at this point, will never get Samsung again. Have always bought Samsung and they just lost a lifetime customer. Called Customer Service multiple times and simple get "I'm sorry". The whole process has been a true PIA.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Known motion sensor issue - art mode does not work ***Rewriting my review as my previous review was taken down*** Buyer beware - we paid double what we expected to pay for a tv because we loved the concept of having an art mode and the artwork turning on when someone entered the room. We paid a fortune for this feature. Our first Frame tv worked great for four months, then the tv would turn itself on in the middle of the night, and the art mode would randomly switch to a tv station when no one was in the room. After SIX service visits, they finally agreed to replace the tv. The replacement tv had the SAME ISSUE right out of the box. During one of our service visits on the 2nd tv, the tech had someone from Samsung service support on the line and I heard him say, "That's a KNOWN ISSUE, they are pushing out a fix in Oct or Nov." Of course, we waited until end of Dec and the issue is still persistent. Now we continue to bounce from customer service team to another and NO ONE will help us.

Be very wary of buying this product from samsung. you learn a lot about a company when things dont go right. i bought this product and had it on the wall working for less than 6 weeks. one morning stopped powering on and have had a techician to the house 3 times who has been unsuccessful in fixing it and made several comments about how he hates the tvs with a one connect box. Samsung will not exchange the product and has told me that they have a year to fix it. I have been without a working tv now for over 3 weeks. If the tv works properly, you will probably be happy, but if it doesnt, good luck dealing with samsung. i personally will never purchase another samsung appliance/electronics after this experience.

It also keeps disconnecting and connecting my sound bar. I have also tried to pair other remotes and controllers on this tv. Some work and some do not. Additionally, I am now having issues with the remote. I have spoken to Samsung support and their only remedy to is to order a new remote for an additional fee via Samsung Parts. I am highly disappointed with this tv and very much regret buying it.

One of the most frustrating issues I encountered is the erratic behavior of the firmware, particularly the TV's tendency to transition from Art Mode to fully powered up without any user intervention. This unexpected switch not only disrupts the intended experience but also raises concerns about the overall reliability of the device. What was once a seamless transition between art and entertainment is now marred by a glitch-ridden firmware. Additionally, the user interface of the TV is painfully slow, making navigation a tedious and time-consuming task. Basic interactions that should be swift and responsive are hindered by the sluggish performance of the interface, detracting from the overall user experience. To exacerbate matters, the problems I faced were exacerbated by a firmware update, illustrating the impact of software issues on the TV's functionality. Despite reaching out to customer service for assistance, I found their support lacking. It took escalating the matter to Executive Customer Support to even get a replacement TV. Regrettably, the replacement TV failed to address the firmware issues, leaving me in the same frustrating situation. I even had direct contact with a firmware engineer who acknowledged the existence of the problems but has not been responsive to my subsequent inquiries. In light of these persistent firmware issues and the unsatisfactory customer support experience, I strongly advise potential buyers to steer clear of Samsung's 65" Class The Frame QLED 4K LS03B. Considering the plethora of options available from other manufacturers, it would be prudent to explore alternatives that offer a more reliable and enjoyable viewing experience without the headache of buggy firmware.

We really loved this TV and art displays but I’ve never had a TV that quit working properly so quickly, especially at this price point. The right side of the screen has developed a dark shade. I don’t think I would buy or recommend it again as this seems to be a very common problem with these TVs.

I’ve tried all the troubleshooting to fix it, but it seems to be a hardware issue. My problem is I bought this TV while we were building a house so it sat in a box for 8 months before I installed it. A year into actually using it and it’s not working properly. This seems to be a big issue for these TVs. We don’t watch that much TV. It spends most of its life on art display. I’m 47 and every TV I’ve ever owned has lasted at least 10 years or more. I have one one the back porch in the elements that’s 8 years old and still kicking no problem. Even if this was still under warranty, what a hassle for a barely used TV. We really loved the TV and get comments on it all the time. Not sure I’d buy/recommend it again especially since this seems to be a common issue with Samsung TVs.

When watching television, the images on the screen are crisp and clear, and the refresh rate seems to be adequate. The speakers in the television are adequate, but I am using wireless Sonos speakers for much better sound quality with my viewing. I want to use a bezel for this television to make it look more like artwork in my living room, but I am currently undecided between the wooden or beveled white look.

I got it when I moved into a new condo and all the influencer girlies recommended this Frame TV when decorating your living room. The Frame TV acts as decor because it looks like a work of art hanging flush on the wall and it is stunning! I subscribed annually for access to famous paintings, contemporary digital art, photography, and cinemagraphs that play in the background. I actually really enjoy this feature because I can switch up the art depending on the season or my mood. There's a ton to choose from and Samsung curates new collections frequently so the options never get boring. Of course, it's wonderful as a TV too. There are apps for streaming ready like Netflix, Amazon, and Samsung TV much like any other smart TV out there. I like that there is also the Samsung Health app that has free workouts you can do in the comfort of your own home. I like that the remote is solar powered so I never have to change the batteries, but I think the Samsung remotes in general could use some improvements. I didn't purchase the additional frame bezels to customize the look of the frame, but I have plans to purchase the popular vintage-look gold RH mirror's frame after-market. I would absolutely love if Samsung came out with something like that and the accompanying art light sconce to really make the Frame TV look like a work of art in your home. Overall, I would purchase again for the bedroom or get a bigger one in the future!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A nice upgrade to my older frame tv My older 2018 frame TV developed a dark spot/band in the middle of the screen and I started to look into options as we wanted to maintain the same art/tv look in our living room. This new 2022 TV is a significant upgrade to the previous one in terms of screen which is slimmer, lighter, and not as reflective which reduces the glare we used to get at times on the 2018 frame tv. The one box with the new 2022 frame tv appears to be slower than the 2018 frame tv but doesn't bother me as much yet. The menu of the tv can be improved as we liked the previous menu. The new menu can be slow & options are hard to find. Still love the look of this tv and improved screen quality. It sits flush to the wall and with the white bezel it makes a great art piece for conversation starters. We are able to import our own pictures for display which I like. Mounting the tv was pretty straight forward for a DIYer. I highly recommend this TV / Art piece. When watching movies/games or entertainment it does a very good job and in art mode most of the day. With the ambient light and motion detection it will turn itself off, when night time or no motion. I had to turn off the power saving feature because the tv kept turning off and wouldn't turn on until I power cycled the one box. Over all still love this 2022 frame tv 65".

No one who have visited us have known that it was a TV and would ask where did you get that painting. We have also subscribed to the art gallery which is well worth the money. It sits so flush to the wall. Mounting is as easy as mounting a painting on the wall. The power and data cable combined adds to the beauty and convenience of the product. No need to drill through walls to conceal it. It's literally invisible. The streaming performance UI and the picture quality is great. As good as any other Samsung qled. I want to buy another bigger frame on my way to saving for the bigger frame TV. Extremely satisfied with the product. Adds a classy touch to any room.

Main screen displays VERY ANNOYING ads that you can NOT turn off (vs comp tv where you can easily turn them off). TV is loaded with Samsung bloatware that you can not delete. Picture quality is not as good as the competition. Extra hardware outside of TV is an eye sore. Competition does not have that either. Wish I had NOT purchased this.

The software is painfully slow and slows down further as you use this TV. In addition to the excruciatingly slow speed of the software, the Alexa smart home integration is faulty making it useless when it comes to voice commands. I really wanted to love this TV. It’s physical aesthetic is beautiful but that’s it. It’s onboard software and buggy home integration make this a buyers remorse case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy with the look So far, I’ve been pretty happy with this tv, mostly because of its look, obviously why someone spends the money to get a Frame. Because of where I put it, I kind of wish I got a smaller size, but it’s okay. It still fits… just in retrospect, I think it would have looked better, smaller; but I wanted to fill the space. I don’t know if it is because of its location or where the sensor is, but mine does not turn the art mode on when we go in the room or turn certain lights on, even on the most sensitive setting. So, that’s disappointing since it kind of defeats the purpose of the tv. I don’t know if the bezel could have something to do with it too. I got the teak bezel, it came after the tv, it was easy to put on and looks great on the tv, it doesn’t fit “perfectly” in the corners. Maybe a 1mm gap, but unless you’re examining it, you can’t see it from any distance away. The apps on the tv work great, no lag and I was able to easily install all the apps I usually would use on my fire stick. Really convenient not to have to use another item to stream. Sound is pretty good, but I probably will still get a sound bar anyway; they are always better than the limited built in speakers. Installation was not bad, I was able to do everything except hang it, myself. The receiver box also works well through a concealed entertainment console. So I don’t have to fully open anything to get it to work, it can just stay neatly closed. So I like it, just wish the art mode worked better for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WHOAH!! Coolest TV EVER! This is the first TV in my life (age 55) that I HAD to own. We have been using a wonderful 65" Samsung HD TV that was 11 years old. Thankfully no problems. We are moving to another room and installing it. The wall that it hung on is a very large and open white wall with only speakers surrounding the tv. With The Frame (as its reviewed and described) we now have the most magnificent pieces of art hanging when the tv is off! Not only what seems like unlimited picture options (I suggest the Samsung App for many more picture choices) you can also choose the inside mat color and size for each particular picture. This is the same with any photographs you would like to display. They now become professional looking the way this tv is made and the unique technology. The OLED screen keeps all of the light and glare off from our large glass windows in the same room! We know there are better technologies than QLED, but to have the Art option and ALSO have a gorgeous tv for movies, cable, sports, its well worth it. I think everyone needs The Frame!

The room we have it in has lots of windows and the anti-glare screen makes it the perfect choice to watch any time of day. My favorite feature is the ability to upload some of our pictures from vacations to use as art work in our room. So glad we chose The Frame.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Samsung frame TV is impressive. The Samsung frame TV is a great addition to our home. It is slim and looks perfect mounted in the living room. We decided to add picture frame on each side to complement the frame aspect of the tv. For not having surround sound the tv speaker is sufficient enough for the space. We usually do not have to go over volume 17, which is pretty impressive. The only negative if there are any, is just to be cautious when you buy an open box. When we got our tv it ended up having a yellow tint right in the middle of the screen. We contacted customer service and they were out quickly to resolve the issue. Over all a great purchase.

I like how you can reorganize the widgets and remove them quickly. I also use the fitness apps for videos At home. Artwork is cool and fits the whole look of the house. I’m ok w using the free art provided w the tv, but there are way more options if you upgrade to the paid art. I’d get this tv again for every room if I had the budget!

Not only does it have a great picture, excellent streaming capabilities, and easy to use .... it's also a beautiful piece of art! When it's off, it actually looks like a painting. Its is easy to load your own pictures or art to enjoy and share with everyone. I definitely recommend this TV, and I do ... over and over again.

We have to hang our TV over our fireplace due to our living room set up and it's a spot where I would normally hang art or a family photo and now I have that option thanks to The Frame! We pick new art from the store weekly, which has become a little tradition with our children and around the holidays we add our family photos as well. In addition to The Frame being a beautiful centerpiece, it also works so well for streaming. We got rid of cable recently and so now we have been exploring all there is to offer within the apps available on our Frame. There is also a free app that comes with the TV called TV Plus which has great content options and lots of shows for the kiddos. I can't say enough good things about this TV. I want one in every room of my house!

I love it it came with gaming apps which I did not expect because I was just gonna connect my Xbox but I was cool. It also has multi windows and Samsung tv which is a plus it is awesome quality and tv graphics the channels are crisp and very beautiful colors.the tv also comes with a cool solar charging remote which is also awesome the pictures are so cool u can add ur own or buy one from the gallery theirs also a huge variety of paintings grom famous artist that u can display which is great overall its 5 stars and would recommend to a friend love it and will invest in another frame tv

The picture quality is fantastic, the interface with the control box is superior, and the viewing experience is unlike any other TV we’ve ever owned! Setup and installation was relatively straightforward; took a lot of measurements, but after mounting of the interface plates, the hanging of the TV was easy. I think we’re going to be satisfied with this TV for a long time!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TV Looks Great, Bad QA/QC and Support I purchased this for the art mode and design. For those reasons, this TV delivers as expected and I would recommend. The picture quality does not compare to other TVs but this wasn’t purchased for picture quality. That being said, picture quality is pretty good. I have no complaints with the picture, brightness or contrast. The matte screen helps it from getting glare. My issue has been with quality control/quality assurance. The one connect port on the back of the TV does not fully stick out enough to plug in the one connect plug. I had to pull/tug the port slightly in order for the one connect plug to go in. Seems like the plastic housing wasn’t deep enough or the port wasn’t put on properly. Samsung needs better inspection processes. Additionally, trying to get a replace is a pain. Samsung wants me to return the TV, get a refund then repurchase at the now higher price. I had the TV professionally installed so I’ll need to pay to have it removed and reinstalled. It’s just bad service for a problem that Samsung could have caught during inspection.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Expensive Junk. 3 Months after purchase the TV it developed a line of dead pixels going all the way across it. The return process was the worst service I've ever experienced. I can't describe to you the mind numbing process to get this refunded. They required you to jump through multiple hoops requesting difficult to obtain information, and then told me the information I provided was not sufficient (despite me providing it at their request). The TV is great in theory, poor in practice. It's a mediocre TV, with a great gimmick built in. I bought an LG C2 as a replacement and it is far superior. I'll make the leap back to an Art Projection TV (not a frame) when the technology improves.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Horrible TV - Buy Something Else Horrible TV, don’t buy. We’ve owned this for less than 1 year and had nothing but issues. We’ve had service out twice to fix the flimsy cord, which makes the TV turn off at random. New cord was installed a week ago, TV continues to turn off randomly. Our TV tech mentioned they always have cord issues and Samsung won’t upgrade the cord, you can buy one for $100, but they aren’t in stock and don’t come with the TV. Long process to check on the issues and get Samsung to come look at the TV, just to come back later with a cord. You also have to pay for most images on the TV. The main selling point is a frame to look like art, but you have to pay for most all of this art?!

It looks great, mounts easy, sits flush and is a statement piece when the artwork is on. Looks great above the fireplace with Teak frame. The matte finish is fantastic to reduce reflection and make the set pop even more. The sound is okay and some colors seem a little dull, but the picture is surprisingly good. Can’t wait to explore more art.

Sound system on the TV is great and can get LOUD! TV does not need additional speakers in my opinion. 5/5 Not a fan of Tizen OSs because some apps/features can not be run simultaneously. Like having Spotify running in the background while in art mode. A bummer, but not a deal breaker. 3/5 The 4K OLED screen is spectacular. You have to be inches away from the TV to really notice any pixels. 5/5 I enjoy the TV so much I plan to purchase a 75” for my living room. Definitely a conversation starter when hosting. Excellent TV. Beware though, it’s a very heavy TV! Get a pro install or at least follow the warnings and install with a friend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely love this tv I love the fact that it looks like a art on the wall. It turns itself off at night and in the morning a painting has magically appeared. The interface is great and works seamlessly with Apple TV, direct tv and all the streaming services. Now instead of having three remotes, we just use one. Everyone who comes over to our house is blown away by how great it looks in art mode. It also has a great picture for watching movies and such. We are very, very happy with it. We did have to move some cable and power outlets so we could mount it flat on the wall. I love the fact that there are no wires on my mantle anymore. Now all I have to do is sand and repaint the wall!

I LOVE WALKING INTO THE HOUSE AND SEEING WHAT ART MY FAMILY HAS PICKED EACH DAY. The mood of the home is decided each time a new piece of art is selected… if you want to fight- you get medieval. Trying to set the mood- something tantric. Your 6 yr old figures it out- doggies and kitties. The Frame is a part of the family now. Almost as important to me as the dog… who can also be a picture in the frame when he goes…

I love the matte finish, and in addition to loving the TV for the sake of TV, the added benefit of the art mode is so great. I have had many friends come over who think it's a painting on my wall, and their mouths drop open when I tell them it's my TV. I'm really happy with my choice.

I've used the TV for both high def streaming and gaming on Xbox. My one complaint would be the remote control. You must have it pointed directly at my receiver for it to work which is somewhat inconvenient with younger kids.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceptional picture with a unique functionality The Samsung The Frame QLED TV (2022 edition) has a unique matte finish on the screen that greatly reduces glare when using the TV as a picture frame and doesn't take anything away from the usual function of watching TV on it. Being able to "hide" all the cables running to the TV by only connecting them to the One Connect Box really adds a nice, clean look to your home entertainment setup whether you use the TV as a picture frame or not.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Matte Display After the first month of use it's safe to say Samsung's Frame TV is a winner! The matte display keeps the glare to a minimum, if not non-existent. The complimentary artwork looks gorgeous, I think I will eventually subscribe to have more options - it looks like gallery artwork quality. I use The Frame mainly for displaying artwork and pictures. I also use streaming services, and to watch live spots on local access television. The picture quality and color are sharp and realistic. Overall very happy with this TV; I know Samsung makes better quality televisions but I was more concerned about the design/aesthetic and not having a huge black box leering at me in my sitting room. I was also impressed that the flush mount was in fact flush. I installed myself and it took under and hour, easy peasy.

For once, he was correct ;) When off, we have a vast selection of artwork to choose from, that adds an awesome visual element to the room and fully hides the fact that we were just watching sports! We have had more compliments about the clarity and beauty of this piece as both a TV and a work of art. Already saving up to buy another for our bedroom.

The matte screen really makes pictures look like pictures in the Frame mode versus just a tv with an image. The matte screen also eliminates any reflections which helps when watching tv and it make it less conspicuous when the tv is off. This tv eliminates having a big shiny black piece of plastic on your wall!

On top of it passing for artwork, the picture quality is amazing. Possibly my favorite feature of the frame is the single cord that runs to the box for peripherals. No more running 20 cables to the back of the TV! Do yourself a favor and pick one up.

Read all the instructions and tips where its suppose to "click" in place as you press down from the top for the mounts to sink or flush in place. It's not happening. If I push down any harder or back it would rip this off the wall or break the TV. Like 3/4" gap between the wall and TV because the mount won't go flush.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The right one, is a good one. I’ll preface by saying I had always heard samsung TV’s were good. My experience with mine has been great. The tv quality and colors are crisp and vibrant. The added benefits of samsung tv are good, given they came free. My only setback, and a bit concerning when it happened, was that this was the second same model tv I purchased. The first one was picked up and set up and within 15 minutes of the turning it on, the sound died. Multiple attempts to restart, reset both by myself and the manufacturer were to no avail. Fortunately, the Exchange was no issue and after that brief experience, the tv has been perfect and pleasant after over a year of good use. The tv works well and connects easily to audio receivers, gaming systems and sticks (google, prime, etc.) not much more to say than, i’m very happy with my purchase.

It also has a great picture when we watch TV, too. I had to add some in ceiling speakers because the Frame's speakers weren't the best.

The tv does all the work and remembers passwords. So simple. The streaming capabilities. I don’t need to use the cable box. Our stream is smooth and flawless. Ease of adding a sound-bar. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV, huge asterisk. I love the look of this television. I have it on a wall surrounded by gallery frames, so it fits right in. There are a couple of issues that keep it from a perfect rating though. The external box, while obviously necessary, has to be managed. Because the sound bar must be connected to this box, the box must be close to the television. I had an issue where I would receive audio dropouts when using my Sonos Arc. After managing this defect for months, one day it started working perfectly. Go figure.

It is our modified changing pictures frame on the wall when we do not watch TV, and it is a very smart TV. We are very happy with google assistant feature on the remote control. We can easily send our pictures and videos through smartview from our Samsung smart phones to our TV. We have our favorite music apps on our TV and enjoy it anytime.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful TV with issues this tv is beautiful and i really wish it worked correctly because outside of the issue i'm having, i could be very happy with it. the problem is inconsistent backlighting. the original screen had very large spots of too much light on the top left corner and some other random areas of the screen. i requested a repair and some very professional techs came out and replaced the entire panel. in the daylight, it seems fine so i signed off on the repair, but evening viewing is showing that i now just have similar spots in different locations. this tv is just too expensive to live with this type of issue. i've requested a second repair appointment and hope that it can be fixed this time,

I really love something on my house that is when not even turned on. My little one loves seeing cat pictures on it. The ability to connect with smart things is great as well. Over $200. After spending that much money on a television that has to be professionally installed and then having it nonfunctional was extremely frustrating. The tv itself is quite nice, just a band overall install experience. Handyman that was assigned to me wasn't available at the site of tv install, so that money was wasted as well. All in, over $500 with install and new cable.

The matte screen and thin chassis are very nice, but the software is so absolutely garbage that I'd strongly discourage you from buying this device. It's slow. Paired with the minimalist remote, it's difficult to use. The auto-brightness doesn't adjust very well. I can't imagine I'm the only user that want's to display his own photography on the screen in the same way one might use a digital photo frame. Although possible, it's way too difficult, and the minimum time for cycling through photos is 3min/photo. It's not good at connecting as a remote display for your computer. I had to deal with customer service due to the remote going bad within the first few months of use. The TV is nearly unusable without the remote. I was tricked into interacting with an AI chatbot (infuriating), and the best Samsung could do was send a new remote which took over a month to deliver. The chatbot basically told me I just wouldn't be able to use the TV until the replacement remote showed up in a month. I was confident in purchasing this TV due to the glowing reviews, but it seems most reviewers are basing their reviews on the matte screen quality only. TBH, I liked the TV at first and was impressed by the screen, but the more i use it, the more I hate it.

Provided excellent picture quality and the art collection is vast although art is mostly subscription based. Wish the bezels were a little less expensive as I like the idea of the customization to your room

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible wifi I have had this tv for 8 months now and had nothing but problems with the wifi connection. It will constantly disconnect amd reconnect and a quick Google will reveal this is a problem and can only be fixed by running a ethernet cable. This is not a wifi tv only buy if you can run a cable.

Samsung support online is the most useless thing I've ever had to deal with, so i have to write it here: After a sudden automatic update, without my consent, I lost all of my favorited art, that I used to 'display all' so they rotate once an hour. I added all the art back, but now it prevents me from displaying it all and asks to get a paid subscription to do it, even tho all the art I selected is from the complimentary collection that comes with the tv! This is a scam. I never agreed to that change, and my TV worked perfectly find until last week. FIX THIS

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This TV lags The Frame is our primary TV in the house (we have another Samsung TV in our bedroom). While the quality and optics are great, the TV does lag, especially when switching apps (Cable to Netflix; Netflix to Prime, etc.) The TV also doesn't always turn off completely. We have to press and hold the "off" button a specific way to ensure it turns off completely. Otherwise, it seems as if it's off but then turns right back on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Picture quality Watching videos is great on this. Samsung has done a good job with brightness. It's an expensive TV so I would only suggest on buying this if you specifically want to showcase photos. This is a multifacet so it is justified in Samsung's eyes. First-time guests don't realize it is a TV until we put some video on to watch. I have other Frame TVs and for some reason, this one is the slowest in the UI.
