Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great I purchased this for my wife who is a Pharmacist and is constantly on the phone. Once I got it up and running, it works flawlessly. I did not realize another cable was needed to make it work the way I wanted it to. That cost another $40.00 or so. The description could be a bit more detailed. I am giving it 5 stars anyway, it works great and my wife loves it. Worth the money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good but only meant for calls All functionality is great other than audio quality from the computer. Music is extremely muffled and low quality. When I chatted with support they simply said "it's not designed for that", however my last USB headset (single ear Jabra) produced crystal clear music audio quality. A shame, really.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Call Manager! I've been using the SAVI 745M for almost 4 years now, and I can't say enough about it. It makes managing multiple call avenues very easy, as it links to my desk phone, my cell phone and my Skype for Business calls all at once! Plus I can walk all around the office and far out into our trans yard without sacrificing call quality or my call dropping. It truly allows this IT guy to take calls while unchaining me from my desk do desk side support for my users without missing a beat (or a call)! If you work in an environment where you need to be able to answer calls from multiple sources, to move around your workspace unhindered by wires, or go long distances from your desk while on a call (or you could need all of these things like I do, too), then the SAVI 745 is an indispensable addition to your repertoire. Try it, you won't be sorry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great after 3 years Hi, I handle our company's wireless headsets and this works great for us especially the one with extra battery charging. I use it to move around while talking no issue. I haven't heard much complaints from our VIP users. but it's a equipment for work but entertainment. If reliability is what you look for, this is good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable to wear, but has an unsettling echo I bought this less than a month ago for use at my workplace as I spent a lot of time on the phone. I wanted something comfortable and with decent voice/sound quality. The 740 was pretty straight forward to set up, but when I was using it (per the instructions), I found that others on the call noticed a really annoying echo coming from me. I tried unplugging and plugging back in cords, trying it on another IP phone (I was using the Cisco CP-8945, which is listed as being compatible), changing settings on the device base and moving the base away from any interfering device, but the echo persisted. The odd part is that at least ten other coworkers have the same exact phone and the same exact Plantronics headset but aren't experiencing the issue. I've since contacted support to try and get a replacement, so I'm waiting to hear back on that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cut the wires Just got the device and have only been using it for a week now. Really like that there are no wires anymore. Very convenient for connecting the softphone on the PC and my cell. Only thing I would want changed: the cell will take over, even if I am on a call on the softphone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best headset for office environment I've been using this for several months now and I absolutely love it. I love being able to take calls both on my desk phone and my cell phone from the same headset, plus I can listen to training videos and participate in web conferencing. It's a little expensive and if my company hadn't purchased it for me I would probably have bought it with my own money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Has become indispensable part of my office I purchased the Savi W740 about 6 months ago and it has become an indispensable part of my office. The clarity of the headset along with the multiple phones it supports (Your cell phone, your land line, and VOIP calls) is fantastic. Best part of all you don't need an engineer to set it up or to become a power user of it. Very intuitive interface and great quality sound. I highly recommend this headset!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from W730 - Beware With just light every day use, the rubber over the ear on the W730 type models dissintergrates until the headset is in two halves and completely unusable. The battery life turned out to be far less than detailed. After using the headset, it often takes about 2 frustrating mins of messing around to get a dialing tone again. For the price of this unit, I expected far more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 3 in 1 - the Best - Home Phone, Cell Phone, Skype I bought this headset as a Christmas present for myself last year. I work from home and was constantly switching headsets for home phone, cell phone and Skype business calls. No More. I use the over the head set - all day long. All my calls are perfect. I can even head off to the kitchen when I need a snack during those 4 hour phone calls. Best head set ever.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product In our line or work in the housing industry we have to be able to streamline what we are doing from being on the phone with vendors and clients to being able to get up and research while still on the phone. These headsets allows us to multitask, find resolutions, and more. I highly recommend what ever head set you decide to go with. We use the over the head headset with two hearing earphones (which provides the ability to hear clearer in a noisy environment) and the one that goes on the ear. We have not had any issues with either.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Decent, but some issues I have had at least 5 of these headsets over the past 5 years for home and work. It's decent, but it badly needs to be updated. Pros - Good Range ~50-75' depending on walls - Convertible = comfort for me - Mostly reliable Cons - Mute button is awful... Works great at first, but gets worse as time goes on. - User experience is poor and not always intuitive - Mac support sucks - No voice telling you mute is on or talk time, etc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best Headset Available I have used many headsets for a wide variety of purposes, but none have even compared to the Plantronics Savi 745G.  I put it on in the morning in my office, answer my desk phone, mobile phone and control my computer including voice-recognition software.  It was easy to set up and even easier to use.  I don't know how I lived without it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fragile I broke this out of the box within 3 minutes. I was trying the different headset options (ex. over the head, behind the head, in the ear. When I was trying to remove one of them I twisted it just slightly wrong and it completely twisted the whole tube that goes from the headset to the adapter. My management was not pleased. After it was replaced however and my preferred over the head setup carefully installed, it works great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Was an awesome headset! Have used this headset for desk, Lync and mobile. Always worked great............then one day, it starts dropping calls from the headset and later from the phone handset also. Went through a series support calls with Plantronics and nothing has worked. I am now left with a headset that is a desk ornament from a desktop phone perspective. Would like to see a little more troubleshooting from the support team at Plantronics before I replace all of the parts or throw the whole thing away.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overall great product This headset is a very solid product and IMHO, the best available on the market today. The unit does what it is made to do with a minimum of problems. It has good long range voice quality and the hardware is durable and well made. When I had a problem with the unit, customer service was excellent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Constant connection failures. I use this at work and it is nothing but problems. Hope you don't have more than 2 hours of consecutive meetings, it will not last much longer. Additionally on occasion it will simply not connect with my computer or phone. I have not found a solution that works (tried: reset power on headset stand, re-docking headset, re-dial into meeting, kill Lync process and restart it) aside from rebooting the whole machine and crossing my fingers hoping this will resolve. Sometimes it does. Sometimes. for such an expensive product, this should just work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best headset I have owned! This is the best headset that I have ever used for the computer. Calls are clear and it allows me the ability to listen to music through my laptop and into the headset without the caller being able to hear. Only thing I wish it would do is allow me to listen through Bluetooth while taking pc calls and not allow the caller to hear. Another option would be to pause music while listening via Bluetooth to answer pc call and then auto resume. Anyways those are suggestions above. I love this headset and would recommend using it. The only con I would say is to upgrade the dock with the extra battery charger for when the battery starts getting old it doesn't last that long, but that is also to be expected with any battery. But while the batteries are new I can talk over 12 hours before needing to change batteries which can also be done while on a call if need be. I still rate this at the top of my list!! Also we use this same headset at my workplace which is why I decided to purchase one for personal use at home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Keeps changing the way it works Have owned the 740-M for 6 months now and it has been nothing but trouble. Pairing it with mobile phone was a daily exercise that I finally gave up on. Using it with a Polycom CX600 and sometimes it works and others not at all. Recently it has changed so that it either must run through the headset and the CX600 will not ring or bypass it so that the CX600 will ring but I can’t use the 740 on the call. My coworker is experiencing the same problems and support did not help her at all. I tried to contacting chat support and all they told me to do was uninstall and reinstall (with a reboot to insure that I was disconnected from chat). It would be so nice to have a product that just worked considering that it is “optimized of Lync” and is reported to support the type of phones that we have.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The perfect headset for all my needs Loving that i can use this with my PC/MAC, deksphone (Avaya 9620 VoIP) and connect via bluetooth to my iPhone/Android device. Seamless switch between devices on the fly with the simple push of a button. Wow, finally one headset to connect to all my audio sources! Only flaw I can think of is headset delivers audio in mono instead of stereo but it sounds great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product, but... Hello, We've just received Savi W720. We conncected it to our land line phones and it works great. We can call and walk around the office with no problem. However, when connecting to iPhone X via bluetooth, the sound is terrible. Any ida what we can do about that?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Savi 730 only lasts 1 to 2 years This is my second Savi 730 unit and the earpiece battery has died, same thing happened with my first unit. Considering the cost of the unit, I'd expect it to last more than 1 to 2 years tops. Once the earpiece battery dies, it can not be replaced, so the entire unit is garbage. We're switching to the Savi 740, since the earpiece battery can be replaced, and hoping the unit lasts longer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bang for Buck is WAY Low Have had this headset for about 5 months. Find it wonderful for Skype/USB calls. Fine for Bluetooth--when it connects. I have to unplug and "reset" if I leave the house and return. That's on an iPhone 5. Very frustrating. Lacks intuitive connect between Skype and iPhone calls as well. (Physical button on base vs on headset.) For nearly $450 it's hard to suggest this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use I have been using Plantronics for over 20 years as a loan officer, and find that the wireless features give me freedom to move around in the office, good range, and best of all the W745 has the backup battery. I am the only one in the office with this feature, and I love it, because I am always charged up!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wish it Supported Stero Bluetooth For Cellphone For starters, I'm very happy I purchased this headset. Saw some mixed reviews, but glad I went for it. Ended up causing my company to buy several of them. PC/Desktop phone integration was a piece of cake. Works great with MS Lync. Easy to pair to my cellphone. Only down side is I can't listen to music from my cellphone to the headset. It currently does not support this feature, only goes through the USB. Would love to see this as a firmware update, so here's crossing my fingers. But that aside, I’d still recommend the headset. I went with the W740-m. Oh, and don't forget to download the Plantronics headset app for your PC. Gives more control over the headset.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Charging port design issue We've ordered number of Savi 740 for one of our business areas. Overall good experience, except for few niggling issues: - charging port gets damaged to the point it's not able to charge the headset - unfortunately our headsets were started to be used and reported on over a year from the initial purchase so no warranty covered replacement! - design of the mute button is not great - integrated volume up/down and mute button feels fiddly and often gets stuck in the in position when operated. I would not recommend this model for busy call centre - perhaps a better design on the 710 or 720...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ok for phone calls, poor sound quality For the price, I am disappointed in the sound quality. I would have liked to be able to listen to music on the PC as advertised. But the sound quality is equivalent to a free pair of headphones found in a cereal box....otherwise, it works for the phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works just as marketed. This is a replacement for an out-of-warranty Savi W730 that had a battery that no longer held a charge. It actually came with a longer boom, providing even better microphone sound than the previous model. It syncs flawlessly with my mobile phone, office phone, computer (for Skype calls). I use an HL-10 lifter on my old office handset and, as long as the headset has a charge, it works flawlessly. I even added a Plantronics Savi Online Indicator light that plugs into the lifter and let's people know that I'm on a call. I never had that before and it is invaluable. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great headset... Superb features. Have had this headset for nearly a year. Have gone through other wired Plantronics, Other Brands, Gaming Headsets and more in search of what I deem is the "perfect" headset. Had to be light, wireless, I was tired of Bluetooth as with iMacs as my call centre machine not the greatest sound... and did not want a wired headset. The SAVI 745 filled the bill. Feather light... DECT connectivity allows me to wander around the office and with clarity and security. Additionally with the HOT SWAP capability for the batteries... it runs non-stop. OK.. so NOTHING is perfect. I have a big head... and the 3 different configurations for over the ear, behind the head or traditional headband are problematic. I would love to use the over the ear, but do not like the hard plastic loop and none of the 3 included fit me well. So use the Behind the Head band. That issue notwithstanding, this is a great headset and I firmly and unreservedly recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Becoming useless Over the course of the months I've had this headset, it has become increasingly unusable. Callers are now nearly unintelligible through the gaps and static and muffling. The base phone is still fine, both through the handset and the speaker. Others have had the same problem. I regret the purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from terrible! when this product works the sound quality is fine.  Unfortunately, getting the Savi to connect via bluetooth to my iPhone 5s is a 20 minute process every morning.  Every other bluetooth device I own can identify and pair with my phone automatically after being set up.  This thing needs to go through the set up process EVERY time I enter the office.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Headset to use with your Cell Phone I use a Plantronics headset at my place of business. I recently rented an addition new small office where I plan to use only my cell phone and not a land line. The Savi 700 headset has been the perfect solution to use with my cell phone and project a bigger office feel. I can hear perfectly on the headset and it is very easy to set up and use immediately.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 10 years and never regretted it! I jumped on to confirm the P/N to replace my third set of batteries in ten years. Over this decade, this has been an everyday use for me. I work from home and spend 30%+ of my day on the phone. Prior to this, I tried countless combinations of things to find something that worked. This solved a previous decade old problem for me - be mobile around the house, connect to multiple devices, and not have to retire it to the charger when the battery dies. I am free to roam when I talk with great range to be anywhere in my large three story house (base on second level). My only restriction is out back, but it's going through floors and walls and stucco, so that's not a surprise. Years ago, I had a custom molded ear piece made for it so it sits comfortably in my ear and I often forget that it's there. I highly recommend this if you wear it for hours at a time or put it on and take it off often. There is one interesting side effect that I've noticed. The microphone is so sensitive that over the years of talking on it all through the day, I've started to struggle with modulating my voice when I speak face to face with people. I guess that with the microphone, I have been in the habit of speaking so softly that I don't know what loud is anymore.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I wish I'd purchased the W730 sooner. I originally purchased this to only replace my office handset which I was tired of wedging between my shoulder and ear. I thought that the PC connectivity and Bluetooth were features that I'd never use, but now I find myself using them all the time. The W730 has replaced my handset, computer earphone and makes using my cell at my desk simple. I'm very picky about ear buds and hate to constantly adjust them when they have that "loose" feeling. With the provided silicone ear buds, the headset fits like a glove. I have no bouncing or slipping at all. I have some hearing loss, but with the free Plantronics software, I’ve been able to adjust tone settings to make understanding callers easier than ever before. Granted this system may be somewhat expensive, but with all it offers I find it an excellent value.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null I have been using this headset since I started with the company I am currently with. It is an easy to set up and use headset and fits comfortably on my head even with glasses. The sound quality is crisp on both ends and I have had zero issues reported from using this headset. I use the headset pretty much every day when talking to vendors, watching Spiceworks webinars, and more. Great piece of equipment for a IT department.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null Ok, so HOLY CRAP! This is by far the NICEST headset I've ever used. Great range, great combination of features and compatibility. I have the one optimized for Lync and it just works. A USB cable runs to the PC or you can pair it via the base's bluetooth the the PC with the BT300. I have it synced to my cell phone and my deskphone. So three different connections. I've tested them all and it's just flawless. Yet another great product from Plantronics which, as always, continues to not disappoint.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null I love this product with the EHS. It allows me to answer and hang up phone calls when im not at the desk. fits well even when im moving around the office at a high pace. only thing i dont like about this is that there is no mute button. you have to hold down the Volume down button to mute. vice versa. Docking station is great. only needs 20-30 minutes to get that full charge.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from null Nice features - would enjoy having one of these. Have an older Plantronics headset that syncs with both my phone and the base unit at work and love it. Like the voice commands and caller announce.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ear piece awful The earpiece for this model is a hard piece of plastic that after wearing it for a couple of hours it cuts into your ear. The very thin foam cover on the earpiece is cheap and doesn't cover the plastic. Very uncomfortable and I am considering returning it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great flexability to allow multi-inputs! I bought this a month ago to support a move to a soft phone. I now use a soft phone, a cell phone and can connect effortlessly to either. No more scrambling to find the cell!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great technical support My wireless headset is over three years old & when I had a problem and called Plantronics for help, they not only checked their equipment but determined it was my phone's new update and helped me fix my phone so their headset worked again. I did not run into the normal you equipment is out of service warranty, but for I fee, I will help you. They stand behind their product no matter when you bought it. Plus their voice clarity is very good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely Awful We were given the Savi w740 series headsets and Cisco IP Phone 7940 Series when we moved to our new office and it is hard to say which is worse. Everytime I try to answer a call I get a different response from the phone system. Sometimes when I actvate the headset it takes me directly to the caller, sometimes I have to hit the "headset" button on the phone, and sometimes I have to choose "Answer" on the phones menu in addition to the other two things. It is different every time so I about half my phone calls go to voicemail before I can answer them. The earpiece in the headset is terrible. I am not sure what species of animal the earpiece was developed for but it is clearly not the human ear. None of the earpieces fit in my ear properly, and I am an average build person. Finally, the bluetooth pairing does not work. It tells me it is connected but the headset does not pick up any audio from the mobile phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Innovative But Flawed I am now getting my third W745 and I hope it works properly. The first two units I had both had a problem with the audio volume and reception on the earpiece fading to zero after about 10 minutes of normal use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good phone, one big problem... The phone is comfortable, audio quality seems to be good on inbound and outbound side. One problem, not small: when using the headset with Polycom VVX310 phone with EHS adapter, the headset hangs up every time after 60 seconds. (This doesn't happen when using mobile phone.) I've timed it several times. Quite an annoying feature when having a phone conversation. Unless this attribute can be fixed, the headset is absolutely useless for desktop phone calls. Any direction you can give with this issue would be greatly appreciated!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good headset but... Overall, the product works very well. Good range, great sound clarity, and easy to use/setup with my Cisco 9971 phone, Mac, and iPhone. The only shortcoming is comfort. After trying all different combinations of components for over-the-ear wear, I still can't get it to fit comfortably or to stay put in my ear for a full day of calls.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Workhorse Headset I bought this headset so I could connect my landline and cellphone to a single base station and use it wherever I am in my home office. The bluetooth connectivity is a bit suspect - powering off and on resolves the issue, but it is annoying that my phone (HTC One) indicates that the Savi is connected, but I don't get any audio to the headset. I can use it for 3-4 hours without having to charge, albeit I have to keep moving the headset due to discomfort issues - more later.... Other reviews have complained about limited range - I can't understand their issue. My Savi in an upstairs room to the front of my house and I can take calls anywhere in the house or in my yard. I have a tendency to walk when I'm on calls, and the signal doesn't change even when I'm more than 25 yards away and the signal has to carry through 4 or 5 walls to get to me. Other than the BT issue, my only other complaint is the lack of padding available on the non-ear side of the over-the-head option. I can't use either of the others, and with very little hair to speak of there's no natural padding to compensate for the rubber piece that holds the headset in place. I often end up with a "divot" in my head that stays for some time after the headset is removed and it can become very uncomfortable on longer calls. I can't find a foam option for the headset I use so I guess I'll just have to keep moving the clamp side around to avoid the pain!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I don't know how I lived without this! I bought the W710 to when a much older computer headset broke. I had that, a desk phone headset, and a cell phone headset. I was wrapped up in wires! This great device connected all of them wirelessly and surprisingly worked right out of the box. It dies a great job of switching between Skype, my cell phone, and office phone. I can't imagine I feel this way, but, this is the most exciting technology I've bought for myself this year! Good job plantronics!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes working from home so much easier. I work from home 3-4 days a week, and spend a lot of time on the phone. I needed a way to easily switch between my cell, landline, and Lync calls. After a lot of research, I bought this setup with the dual over the ear headphones due to having mild hearing loss, and I am very pleased. It switches between calls seamlessly, and allows me to walk about if needed, and mute when I am not speaking. I highly recommend this to anyone with similar needs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome product! I bought this about 2 weeks ago and I must say it's an awesome product. I am able to use 1 battery for about 3-4 hours of talk, and switch. Seemlessly use Voip direct into computer, bluetooth on your phone, and landline. No issues whatsoever! A+++++

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You Seriously Can't Go Wrong Behold, I give you what I consider to be the pinnacle of headset technology! Today I will be reviewing the Plantronics Savi W730-M. All headsets in the 700 series apply, just each model represents a different style. I had a CS530 before this headset and it's the same headset, just a different base. So let's just right into the meat of the topic! I can't say enough about this unit. The Savi W730-M combines the best of all features, allowing you to use it for a deskphone, a softphone on your computer, and your cellphone/mobile paired, all at the same time. The unit is special in the way it manages its signals. You have the bluetooth that can be used by your cellphone for higher compatibility but the headset to base transmission is DECT, giving you the range you otherwise lack with bluetooth. The reason I like this combination is that you gain all the connectivity and universal compatibility of bluetooth without sacrificing range on the headset. With DECT, you can easily, even with walls and interference, get 150 ft of range without a single call-quality issue. I once walked out to my mailbox at my parents house in NY, using my CS530, from my basement, which is where the headset base was, and was still on a call. It was probably 100 feet away but from the basement back above ground. I had no call quality issues and was truly amazed. The base technology on the CS530 is the same as the Savi W730-M. Also, the headsets that have a -M after their name are optimized for Microsoft Lync, which I can attest to as well. At a previous job, the company is a very high-level Office365 partner, and we used Office365 internally as well. Part of this was Lync, where we would do audio and video calls. My headset, combined with the Spokes software by Plantronics and the Lync Smart Presence app by Plantronics, allowed me to be on a deskphone call but have my Lync show me as Busy or In a Call. The same held true if a call came in on my cellphone. I still have my Savi unit, and it works very well for Skype and Google Hangouts as well. The earpiece is comfortable, fitting on the ear nicely and having enough surface area to not rub the wrong way while still being sleek enough to be compact. As far as call quality goes, I've never had any issues with quality. The DECT technology, especially as now I'm in a smaller apartment vs. a 3000 sq ft house, is even more potent in how much range it gives. It isn't a big deal to go anywhere in my apartment on a call. One limitation of bluetooth for headset-to-base connection is that your range is significantly smaller, and you start experiencing call quality issues much faster as you go further away from the base. The headset itself as the ability to increase and decrease the call volume, in addition to being able to mute your microphone by holding the volume down button for two seconds or so. You hear a little beep as an indication the headset is now muted, and the status light on the base will turn red. As far as headsets go, the Savi W730-M allows you to interchange headsets from other W730 units and CS530 units. In order to pair a new headset, remove the existing headset from the dock and dock the new one. Give it five seconds and it's now connected! I learned this while troubleshooting my CS530 for some muting issues. You can interchange headsets of the same style, and this is handy for troubleshooting purposes, or replacement purposes should you have a headset go bad. Lastly, I'll touch on Plantronics support. First of all, you work with all US-based support, which is huge! The people at Plantronics are always courteous and go above and beyond to fulfill the support requests. I once asked for correspondence on a ticket I opened purely by email, due to the circumstances of my job at the time. They were very accommodating and were kind enough to do it as I asked. We worked through the problem. I've had the privilege to get to know a few people at Plantronics, and have even written emails of recommendation based on support cases and been able to submit them to people in the corporate office I know who were good about passing them along. I am never not impressed with people at Plantronics, both in terms of their products and their people. I give this device a 10/10 and would highly recommend it for business use. You'll likely need the HL-10 for a lot of phones as well but that's a universal item for all deskphone headsets. Thanks, A.J.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from W740 Cheap Plastic Ear Piece I recently replaced a Plantronics CSxxx with the W740 and was very disappointed to see the ear piece (that goes around your ear) is hard plastic. They included an even cheaper foam sleeve with a hard seam that is supposed to assist w/comfort, but does nothing to actually make it more comfortable. I wish I hadn't bought this unit...Plantronics should have kept the pliable, more comfortable silicone like material that was used w/the previous models.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hate the Charging Cradle !! In almost one year of normal use, for the 2nd time the charging cradle pin has gone inside & stuck. (1st instance was within a week of use) As a result I can't hang up call by simply putting the headset down and move to the next call. Have to power cycle each time after a call. Very poor design for charging. The charging design needs to be changed.. protruding & flimsy pins needs to be some kind of solid pin and needs to be of better quality [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Horrible documentation....maybe the product too! I bought a Savi W720. The doc on connecting USB states: "Load Plantronics software by visiting plantronics.com/software and click on download button." Did Plantronics do any checking at all? There is nowhere for me to find a driver for Savi W720. I then searched and searched and didn't find anything! Wondering if I just return the product....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sound and Volume There are over 100 of these headsets in the call center I work in. Probably 1000 within the building. For the most part, I've never heard a complaint about them. I like the sound and clarity of the speakers. The Wireless is flawless, once you get the headset dialed in. However, I noticed a crack across the top of the headband last week. This week, the headband is split into two parts. It doesn't effect the headset too much, but the fit is compromised slightly. When I mentioned it to my team, 4 out of the 11 had similar issues with their headbands. I guess it's not just me. Anyway, hopefully Plantronics is working on that flaw.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Product This is an excellent product that serves as a hub for communications via phone, mobile and PC. It is a joy to use and simplifies responding to calls that can come in from multiple devices. My only criticism is that it would have been great if the headset was Bluetooth as this would then allow you to move from a fixed location while still on a call that came to your mobile rather than having to switch to a Bluetooth headset.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Almost perfect It all works, with one small exception. The binaural headset is just a little bit too small for my large head. (Hat size slightly over 8.) It works, but it feels a little unsteady, and it falls off if I look down.
