Hot mic is annoying.
I leave the headset on when not on a call at times. The mic is always hot, meaning it picks up sounds (such as keyboard clicks) all the time and plays them into the earpieces with a delay. I see no reason the mic should be hot except when in a call.

Average Headset with decent features
I've been using the headset for about 5 months so far. Overall the call quality is good as well as the speaker. The buttons are useful when trying to change the volume or mute yourself when in a current call. The plug and play feature with skype is great so no other configuration is needed to get it working.

The wire is problematic
- The noise cancelling (ANC) is not very effective;
- It's impossible to speak in the microphone without ANC because your voice echos in your own headset;
- The wire (between the headset and the controller) is very sensitive and transmits every friction sound straight to your left ear (ex: the wire rubs your shirt a bit, and it tickles in you ear like you were listening through a stethoscope) - no other headphone set ever felt like a stethoscope to me!
- The microphone arm is very sensitive to touch, which means that if you move it during a call, the receiver hears a powerful (and unpleasant) white noise

Your average Corporate Engineer's experience
This headset has exceeded all expectation! In our office we use a white noise generator to help reduce the noise that can float across our vast open space cubical office design. With about 100 cubicles in all directions around me, The Active Noise Cancelation is absolutely incredible. It feels like I'm finally able to eradicate all the focus breaking noise around me, without using pressure ear buds and turning the music up. I now use this headset as my main source of audio and communication. I will even take it home on the weekends and use it for online communication in competitive video game tournaments. A direct comment from someone I play with was "I wish everyone had a microphone as good as yours". I've worn this headset for 9 hours one day without the slightest complaint of discomfort or fatigue. I've been testing headsets since 1998 and must say this is my favorite so far.

Buy Ear Cushions or Buy new 1
Everything is ok not the best in the market but the price very high comparing with others.
Microphone - good job
ANC- best feature
Sounds- very low bt fine for me as I only use while working.
Earcushons are the worst does not durable and a new pair will cost you almost the same price as the headphone and no alternative options.

It picks up all the background noise
Unfortunately, even when I have low background noise, everyone can hear them loud and clear. While it shows the microphone functionality is good, often I would have liked to be able to adjust the microphone sensitivity and filter out the background noise. I don't see such possibility. I'm happy with it otherwise and I've had it a long time without any quality issues. It seems to cancel noise the other way around. And I find it comfortable and it works well with skype and skype for business, the applications that I use. e.g. when I push the mute button it also mutes/unmutes the application (This does however not work with Microsoft teams) [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Excellent features
I bought this to participate in webinars, and it performs past my expectations. The noise cancelling feature is great,the clarity is amazing. The inline control is very convenient, you don't have to adjust the volume or control the microphone on the computer. The carry case is great for storing and keeping the headset clean.

I've been using this headset for a week now. I actually purchased two of them because the CEO wanted a wired headset for when he's on the road. Wired so he doesn't have to worry about dead batteries. I picked this headset because it looked portable, is wired and works with Cisco Jabber. I like this headset quite a bit. It's mostly comfortable wearing all day (sometimes my ears get sore, but not often), the headband is padded so it doesn't irritate my scalp and absolutely love the active noise cancellation.
The ANC isn't perfect (it's not over-the-ear), but it dramatically reduced all the noise from the co-workers around me. I now go from being driven almost mad from all the noise and barely hearing my podcasts, to being comfortably focused. The one issue I have is the clip on the controller device. It would have been nice to be able to swap that to the other side of the device. The other thing that would be nice if it was possible for the mute button to mute system sound when not on a call.
Pros:
*Comfortable
*ACS is good.
*Quality sound.
Cons:
*Sometimes makes my ears sore.
*A bit more options with the controller.
