Disappointing
Stopped charging after first use I’m wondering if I missed something. Is it supposed to be a one time charge because this is utterly ridiculous.

Good Wireless Power Bank
I have been using one of these for over a year. It works fine, it offers fast charging good enough for my Samsung S10. The wireless charging is a plus.
Unfortunately it doesn't offer the rugged construction nor the water or dust resistance of the previous Otterbox Power Packs line.I have to say the newer model is lighter but I'd really like to see Otterbox offering some rugged power banks again.

Was excited, until I tried to use it:(
I was so excited to get this. I save up Marlboro points just to get this item. When I opened it I realized there was no cord so how are you supposed to charge it? I tried to use it on my new iPhone pro max , it acted like it was working for like 5-10 seconds, then NOTHING! I am so disappointed because I really like otterbox products, BUT NOT THIS ONE!

It never charged
I was excited when my OtterBox arrived. I plugged it in and turned on the power and it showed one light solid, not blinking. After 24 hours it still showed just one light. After 2 full days of charging and trying multiple outlets and cables it still shows just one light. This unit does not work. It will not charge. How can something so simple not work right out of the box. Ridiculous. Are these not tested before leaving the manufacturing facility???? Please help!

Worst power bank ever, cost the most!
This power bank turn off after every time I lay my iPhone 13 pro max on it, no 20 seconds are past and it stop charge the iPhone, then red light flickers and it turned off.
For such amount of money I'm very disappointed because I trusted OtterBox so much so far until now.
My iPhones is in perfect condition, checked without a case cover and with with same results!
