A Life Saver!
I really love this power bank. I have one from Apple and it just doesn’t pack the same punch. My phone wasn’t hold a charge even with it attached. I’m happy Otter has this one.

Great little power bank
Great extender for iPhone 12 or newer gives my iPhone 12 Pro about 1 full charge if not using my phone and about 70% if using the phone while charging runs a little hot but won’t burn your hand or anything can also charge other things through usb-c port wish it had more capacity 10000 would have been nice it does what it is advertised to do.

Pretty Cool Features...may not be Magsafe Cert'd
Just got this battery pack. Everything is as advertised, except it doesn't initiate the charging green ring animation that comes with Magsafe certified devices. That is not a huge deal breaker for me, but is disappointing. The charger comes in a sturdy package with a textured case similar to my Symmetry case. Has a 4 dot LED charge status indicator, a USB-C port, and a recessed on/off button that has to be pushed to start the charging. Unlike the Apple charger, it doesn't sense the presence of the iphone and automatically start charging, and it doesn't show up as a device in the widgets. Seems like Otterbox just added magnets to a charger case with Qi capability.
But, overall a good charger that has a unique feature of being able to connect to a Magsafe compatible charger on the backside, while charging an iphone 12 or above on the front side.

I’ve purchased three Otterbox 5k MagSafe Chargers
I love the fact that it MagSafe Charges and it also can be charged on the reverse side. No need for a usb type c qi receiver. With 3 I have 15k.

Might not work.... At all
I bought two of these. Both wouldn't power on or charge. Had to get new ones sent to me. The two new ones worked.

Batter capacity is great. Dual magnets is great. But the deal breaker is that there is no stabilizing line below the magnetic circle. So if you put the phone with battery attached in your pocket, the battery will slide around on the back of your phone and most likely lose contact. Also with some cases, the lip that protects the camera housing may prevent the battery from making a solid connection. Both of these issues are not present in Apple's MagSafe battery, which I would give the same rating to.

It’s not the best but it does work. You can’t put it on your phone, use it, and it charge its not strong enough. But other than the fact it’s only 5k milla amps or whatever it’s decent

Bad Decision
I picked this instead of the Apple MagSafe power bank and I already regret it, i received this product yesterday and was pretty excited to test it. Put it on the Apple MagSafe charger and came back after 45 minutes and noticed it was hot but no lights, so I decided to try a different charger. Still not charging, so I used a new charger and left it there for a couple of hours and it still wasn’t charging
Trying to return this now and I’ll just pick up the Apple product instead

Didn’t Work for Me
Doesn’t Work,
I have charged it twice. For some reason it doesn’t charge my phone. I turned on the battery percentage and monitored it to see if it charged overnight. My battery % actually went down. I can think of many reasons for what caused this phenomenon.
I don’t believe it was the device that caused my phone to discharge

Well, this is one of a kind power bank. Adding review so you don't dare to kill this branch.
First and foremost to all the buyers, yes, this is 1.0 with a lot of limitations, e.g.
- some may find magnets weak (to me it's good enough)
- passthrough not always works seamlessly
- charges really long (not an issue for me at all)
BUT I LOVE IT. This is the only one with 2 magsafe and just thank you for bringin it in. Please-please, don't shut down this idea. It's really innovative!
