Rated 5 out of 5 by from Magnet does not hold phone I love the idea of this and the size is perfect! It was actually recommended to me by an Apple Store employee. Unfortunately, the magnet does not hold my phone with the case on. i have a MagSafe case (with the magnet on it). I thought that was the whole point of getting the cases that have the circle and line (the magnet). It will hold the phone if I take the case off, but that’s too much work and not great for the phones integrity to do every time I need to charge it.

The only issue I have is when you place the phone to charge first then try to put the AirPods on the charger you have to approach the charger from the side because there is very little space under the phone to approach from front. Remembering to place AirPods on charger before the phone is key.

I enjoy the wireless convenience and have just pitched another one of these for a friend. I took advantage of it through my local store though. Since I had a 5.00 certificate. He though has AirPod 2nd gen. So he can take advantage of all 3. He is also getting from his wife an Apple Watch SE.

The footprint of the all-new OtterBox charger is nice, but it could use one small improvement. You must remove your iPhone to reach the AirPods base. In other words, place your AirPods on the charging base FIRST, then attach your iPhone. The phone sits so low, you cannot remove the AirPods without removing the phone FIRST. It's definitely not a game changer, just something I noticed. The magnets align perfectly and your iPhone will begin charging. Once in place, all three items look great resting neatly together. You MUST have a suitable MagSafe case on your iPhone! The Apple watch charging puck fits behind the towering arm and the cord wraps neatly out of the way until it finally plugs into the base unit beside the power cord. There are other options out there, but this one is great for the money.

The case states it is compatible with MagSafe, however the phone will not magnet to the charging station with the case on. Pretty upset, as this defeats the purpose of purchasing all 3 items.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing product! Ive been looking for a great charging stand and I’ve finally found it. Out of the box everything works as well as you would expect with no issues. One of the best features of the charging stand is the ability to rotate your phone into portrait mode. It makes taking your AirPods off the charger really easy without having to remove your phone. Apple Watch 7 users will have to purchase a USB 2.0 cable to use the watch charging function but it’s a manageable trade off for keeping costs low on a great charger. 10/10 recommend this product.

However, the back of the product is a usb not a c port therefore does not work with the new watches. If they had actually shown the back of the product, I wouldn't have bothered to by it. I will be returning it and looking for another one that will fit my needs.

I like the design and that it is able to charge an iPhone with an Otter protection case, the issue I have is that after about two weeks, the Airpods would no longer charge. I did contact Otter Support and they are sending me a new unit. So we will see.

Trying to charge my iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods just got out of control. This stand is sturdy and as a bonus I can watch videos or read and it’s at the perfect height for laying in bed.

Does make a very light electrical "hum" when the phone is on the charger but is only noticeable if the room is totally quiet and you are next to it (like if it is on your nightstand). I get used to it quickly so it isn't bothersome.

It’s okay if you have a flat charger, but you still have to finagle it to connect. It’s not good for this 3 in 1 charger as case will not stick to charger. You need the charger that has the larger round area magnet so it won’t slide off.

I’ve tried numerous outlets and even a different cable for it but the unit itself doesn’t charge my phone or AirPods anymore. It’s a nice charger too, I think it would’ve lasted me much longer. Shouldn’t there be a warranty or something?

I don’t mind that I have to use my watch charger and I had to purchase the adapter on Amazon because I have a 7 Apple Watch. All just minor compared to how great this thing is. No more having to wait for one device to charge and then having to switch out charging cables because I only have one charging cube. Most of the time something didn’t get charged overnight. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Compact & Sleek I have gone through so many of these 2-in1 or 3-in-1 chargers, often opting for cheaper versions I'd find on Amazon, but got tired of them not working properly or charging super slowly. Verizon was offering these and had a promotion, so I bought two. I absolutely love that it does not take up a ton of space like the knockoffs I got from Amazon. Even when using the original cables I feel like they took up more space than this when they were all plugged in and charging. I was disappointed to see the plug for the Apple Watch is the older USB version. I did have some USB-C to USB converters lying around and tried it out on the charging stand and to my surprise it worked! If this is not advised (talking to you, Otterbox, lol), please let me know, otherwise, I feel like that was the easiest and simplest fix. I even looked up online and they're fairly cheap for a pack of 4 (less than $10) so maybe Otterbox could include one with them for the convenience until a model comes out that offers USB-C? Once I was able to confirm that it would work properly, my disappointment with USB quickly became irrelevant (as it still would have been cheaper to purchase the USB-C to USB converter than buying older Apple Watch chargers). At any rate - I LOVE this compact and sleek charging station. Hands down the best purchase for a charging station I have made to date.

The apple watch portion of the charger is a simple plastic attachment that your own cable sits in. Beware though if you have a USB-c charger for your apple watch though because you WILL NOT be able to use this charging station without and adapter. The packaging does NOT state this. We website listing does list this information, however I purchased this charger through a Verizon Store. An adapter should come with the charging station so that the product can be used right away and not require a separate purchase.

First of all, the pictures show using the Otterbox case on the iPhone although the magnet does not work to keep my phone attached to the stand to charge the phone. The phone just slides off the charger. If I hold the phone in place, it charges so I know that part works. Second, the port to plug the watch charger in the back of the stand does not work with the new watches / chargers which defeats the purpose somewhat of having this stand if I need to still use a separate outlet plug. The do like the overall look of the stand, maybe redesign the stand to have the phone at more of a flat / level position verses the near 45 degree angle and update the connection point in the back for the newer watch chargers.

I looked it up and it’s supposedly a common phenomenon with MagSafe chargers. However, the sound makes it impossible to use as a bedside charger. Very disappointed for how expensive it was.

However, now it’s a 1-1, the AirPod charger does not work so this is frustrating all around product. Not sure what I am doing wrong given my airpods has no case on it so I think this product all around could improve. I like the magnetic charger though!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Half works This item was great at first until it quit charging my watch. The otterbox block that came with it also quit working. I had to be a detective and try other blocks of same output to see what was the problem, the cord, the block, the device. I cannot plug my apple watch cord into the usb of this device anymore it will not charge. I can use the same apple watch cord somewhere else and it will work fine. We paid almost 80 for this and it half works.
