Rated 5 out of 5 by from Misshaped after less than a year I used it for less than a year and I had to buy a brand new one. I bought a OtterBox “Defender” this time. I’m a teacher and my cellphone is in my office when I am in class, otherwise, I am using it on a normal basis. Left side where are the volume buttons no longer touch the cellphone (see picture).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disgusted and Beyond Disappointed I have been a loyal Otterbox customer for about 8 years Their products and quality never fail which is why I continue to buy an Otterbox for every new phone I buy. I love the Symmetry cases due to the slim, yet still protective design. Unfortunately, all the Symmetry cases for the iPhone 13 Pro are clear so I had no choice but to buy a clear case. After two months of use, the rubber surrounding the case is totally yellowed. It looks disgusting to the point I'm embarrassed to even use if because it looks so dirty when on my phone. I'm extremely disappointed that I spent $50 on something I feel like I need to throw away. If you're contemplating whether to buy a clear case, I would advise you to choose something else. Don't waste your money only to have another piece of plastic end up in a landfill after several months of use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I like the case but it turn yellow from edges side I bought otter box clear case with sparkles for iPhone 13 pro a month ago from Best Buy in Scarborough Toronto, very light nice fitting case but within a month it turned yellow from the sides giving very gross look to my new iPhone…I am so upset with the quality defect from otter box although they claim no yellow turning of the case

I’ve had several and I always keep my hands and cases very clean, but they still turn a dingy yellow/amber after only a few months. If you don’t mind your case looking gross, this is a very protective one, but it’s not attractive and it is extremely difficult to get the phone out of the case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I feel my iPhone is protected with OtterBox The case is quite a snug fit, which is a good thing. The buttons are easily pushed with the case on. I am fine with not having a cover on the port like my previous Commuter case (which I had for the past 3 years and loved. I was afraid it would be too slippery, but it has the right amount of grip. The only issue I hadn’t considered is the visibility of fingerprints on the back. I opted for the clear case for so I could see the Sierra Blue on the iPhone. Overall, I am quite happy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always will be the most durable yet stylish I’ve never in my life owned a screen protector, and I’d like to say I would if Otterbox didn’t exist. I had the same phone for three years with two different cases, for color preferences I needed the second case in that time period. Let’s just say my phone was like new after dropping it 180 days of the year. Thanks for being a reliable business!!! Super excited about my new phone & antimicrobial case!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the sparkles! Purchase this for my iPhone 13 pro. I couldn't tell from the pictures how the sparkles would be but took a chance. It was more sparkly than it looks in the picture but it was a good thing! Some sparkly things are gaudy and cheesy but not this case. It fit my phone well and seemed to protect the phone well. Happy with my purchase.

I am a teacher, so I drop my phone in the classroom, in the playground, and on the concrete on my way to my car at the end of the day. I have kicked my phone by mistake when I've dropped it, I've had my phone fall down a few stairs, and I've dropped them on tile.My iphones have never, not once shattered a screen or been broken. I don't even use a protective screen. I absolutely love my Otterboxes. With all of this being said, I got my new iphone on Oct. 6, and I dropped it twice that day!. My phone is safe and sound with my Otterbox. Thank you Otterbox, for making such good products. I've been a diehard fan for MANY Years. I wish you guys had a buy ten phone cases, get the 11th free, because that would be awesome ;

I was towards the back peddling away, when my phone shimmied out of my pocket as we were turning a corner. In slow motion I realize what happened, turned around to search for it, and see a big ol SUV turn that same corner and run over my phone. I ran as fast as I could over to it, and when I reached it, I found a phone without. a. single. Scratch. On. It. Buy this case now.

I was looking for a grippy case but it's not very grippy. The color options are kind of weird, I chose the ombre one and wasn't a huge fan. I returned the case.

I can’t buy anything but otterbox cases because i am that person that drops her phone repeatedly, and otterbox has never let me down! The case is definitely beautiful, but it started turning yellow after a few months and no matter what I tried to clean it, the yellow remained. Totally ruined the look and is not pretty anymore. Just be forewarned before you buy, that it won’t stay sparkly clear for long.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nasty Yellowing I gave this case 3 stars because it protects my phone really well. However, if I’m going to spend $50, I’d expect the product to stay clear as advertised. I know this is an issue with clear cases, but for this price I was hoping Otterbox would have remedied it. It looks gross, and even more annoying, it only has yellowed on one side, probably due to more light exposure on the side that faces up most often. I haven’t even had this case for 2 months. It should have lasted me years. They’d be better off just discontinuing this one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Doesn’t protect from drops I used this case and dropped my phone on the back side. It totally shattered the back glass. The case is still on because I know if I take the case off it will cut my hands, so I added a pop socket to add protection to the back side.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Scratched and Cracking in half a year I bought this as a new case for my iPhone 13 Pro. I was super excited to get this case and use it. In less than 2 months, the grip part had turned a deep yellow. The sides began peeling off. The grip near the charger port wouldn’t stay in. Because of prices and the fact I needed a phone case, I did not return it. However, it got increasingly worse. The first time I dropped my phone with this case on, the case did nothing for it and instead the screen protector shattered. The second time I dropped it, the top of the case scratched and cracked open. I am scared to drop it again and am purchasing a new case. I DO NOT recommend this for anyone wanting a long lasting case as what this case is advertised like.
