It would be nice if the order process went further than just the order conformation by email. Would be nice if you offered a wallet case. Had to find a cheap wallet/folio case for my wife which I’m sure won’t last very long.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Too hot to handle I purchased this exact product yesterday for a brand new iPhone, 15 pro max. After initially plugging in my phone last night to do a recharge, the back of my phone heated up so quickly it was too hot to touch, and I had to unplug the product and pull the OtterBox off of the phone. I’ve previously had an Otterbox for my iPhone 12 Pro Max since 2021 and only experienced overheating problems when I plugged it into the car. This Otterbox is a disaster, there’s no room for airflow behind the iPhone. And yes, I updated all the iOS and all the apps on my iPhone before plugging it in. I will be returning this Otterbox as soon as possible

My main needs are durability, protection, and a slim profile that easily fits in my pocket. This Commuter Series case checks off all of those boxes! It is not bulky like some of my previous cases, and the material allows it to easily be taken in and out of my pockets. I also really like the 2-peice design of having a rubber internal shell to absorb drops, and a separate outer shell that is rigid for protection from scratches. Lastly, is supports wireless charging which is necessary considering my car supports this capability. I am very satisfied with this phone case from a very reputable brand.

Thank you for bringing back some nice colors to the pro series cases. Very pretty. Calming. Stays on my phone, never slips off but easy to put on and off. Also, Otterbox…FANTASTIC company! There are very few out there that rise up to this level of customer service. Anytime my case breaks or wears out which doesn’t really happen except on the rare occasion, they are quick to replace it for me. Couldn’t ask for better service from a company.

It’s made of really sturdy materials and in my opinion offers the best protection over any other cases I’ve seen in the market. It’s got a double layer case and although it’s sturdy, I think it’s still fairly sleek. Overall I love my new phone and wanted to give it the best protection. That’s why I went with the Otterbox brand.

The side buttons are easy to utilize with case on it. The phone can still fit easily in my pocket and the case doesn’t feel bulky in my hands.

I think what I like most about this one is that it’s a bit smaller than other cases and sleeker, but still provides toughness, and prevents my phone from getting almost any damage. Highly recommend!

It is lightweight silicone and fits well on her new phone. She hates the bulky ones. The cutouts fit perfectly for the camera and charging port. The edge goes up the side to protect the front if you drop it on its face. Should be good protection that she will keep on her phone. Recommend it.

Been using the Commuter Series since my iPhone 7 Plus when I wanted a case that's both slim and protective. But without the bulk of a Defender. These have protected my phone from all kinds of drops and damage. And the charge port flap keeps the port dust-free for as long as I use the case. The best addition (if you choose it), is the Magsafe. This case has some of the strongest Magsafe magnets I've tried yet. Takes a lot to pry off my Magsafe popsocket. This case is ready to protect my phone from any kind of damage the years will bring.

The green is really nice looking in person, it looks a little boring online. I had an Apple fine woven case that was paper thin garbage that I returned. OtterBox is the only way to go.

Calling them is guaranteed to be a long, protracted process, and submitting queries to them online results in no response. Why bother?

I do wish that it came with a camera covering for the camera.Qi charging and MagSafe are excellent features making the charging on phone lot easier than most. It’s easy to put on and is secure once it’s placed on. I can slip my phone into my pocket without feeling like I'm carrying a brick, yet I'm confident that it's well-protected. I love the extra grip that keeps my phone safe and secure. Overall this durable, long lasting case is well crafted keeps everything safe with functions that make feel secure when using my phone.

These cases are absolutely the best protection for your phone. My phone fits nice and snug in this case and super easy to put on, I feel like with this newest version the case is not as hard, it feels a little softer but still protects from drops. We are lifetime owners of this brand and will continue to buy them as we go through phone updates, some people may say they are too expensive, but it is worth the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from MagSafe too weak The case itself is exactly what I’m used to seeing from OtterBox, good construction and protection. However, the MagSafe feature is a letdown. I have a Scosche magnetic charger and the MagSafe feature of this case is not strong enough to stay on the charger when encountering minor vibration or slight pressure to the phone. I could attach the metal piece that comes from Scosche for phones without MagSafe using glue or rivets to the case, but that defeats the purpose of buying the MagSafe case.

Don’t waste your money. What the point having a case when you drop the phone and the phone comes out of the phone case. I would love to warranty but I would get the same issue with a new case. Lifeproof case was the best case by far

The description for this case states that it supports Qi wireless charging. However, when I place my phone with the case on it onto the wireless Qi charging pad in my 2016 Toyota Tacoma it will not wirelessly charge through the case. If I remove the case the phone will wirelessly charge. The back of the case is too thick for the Qi charging station in my truck to penetrate through.
