One fit fine and the other slipped off the phone easily and the buttons were lose so I returned and bought a new one. Despite the phone case not fitting the phone model it is listed for, I had to pay return shipping. I shipped my item back 2.5 weeks ago, just chatted in to ask about my refund and was told they take 15 days from receiving the item to issue a refund. AVOID buying from Otterbox.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Slow Shipping I have been using Otterbox products for years. The products themselves are great; however, the shipping, this time, was horribly slow. They used Mailbox Innovations, which hands off from UPS to USPS and USPS is terrible. Never use a government run anything if you want fast and efficient. Next time I will find the product on Amazon, or someplace else, and order from them.

When I called customer service they were so nice and helpful (I wish I could remember the woman’s name as she deserves a special shout-out for being so sweet!). My replacement will be coming shortly thanks for all the help!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fits Great This symmetry series case is great for my iPhone13! Note it will not fit the pro due to the extra camera lens. Fits nice and snug so I feel it's getting solid protection from the occasional drop. Color is nice and easy to spot when I misplace my phone (I went with green, I was always losing my previous black case). And the magsafe works great with my magnetic charger as my plug in spot in my phone is finicky so I've switched to the back charging all the time. Also works well with my car holder designed for the same thing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not recommended for iPhone 15 Got this for my new iPhone 15. I was disappointed with the fit. The case is loose on the top and bottom, exposing some of the metal border. I’m sure it would still protect the phone, but it just didn’t feel good in hand. Since it’s also designed to fit the older iPhone models, the fit just isn’t as exact on the 15. There’s also a larger cutout at the top to accommodate the older models, but it just doesn’t look very clean on the 15 where the cutout isn’t necessary.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not up to Otter’s usual standard. I am a long-time believer of Otterbox cases, having bought at least a half dozen over the years. This is the first one I’ve been disappointed in. I bought the Symmetry Clear case for my iPhone 15. While it seems to be a nice case, it simply didn’t fit. It was very loose; every time I pulled it from my pocket, I had to push the corners back in. Customer Service (via chat) was very helpful and sent me a replacement. I’ve had it only a few days, and it seems some better, but it’s still loose. My wife has a Defender Series on her iPhone 14 Pro Max, and it fits so snugly I’m sure I’d have a time removing it. I think Otter simply got the specs wrong on the 15, and have not yet corrected it.

My first instinct was hesitancy to buy the case because it looks cheap. But hey, it’s an Otterbox?! Waste of money and now a deductible of $99 which costs more than the case. I won’t ever buy another case they make. Don’t trust them now. They stand by their case only. If your phone breaks, what’s the point and why would you replace a case that didn’t protect it?

My only issue is that the cover is too slippery on its surface and I have nearly dropped it several times. I previously had a cover from the Defender series and I am going to order another case in this series to give me more assurance in not dropping my phone when handling it.

So I googled their competitors and found much more attractive designs that actually work better for a better price. Not built like the prior phone cases I’ve purchased that were actually sturdy. I had this EXACT phone case for my iPhone 11 and had it on there for 5 years. It held up AMAZINGLY, which is why I re-ordered the same case for my new iPhone. What a waste of money.

It says it’s supposed to fit iPhone 14 and 15, but it seems a little small for my 15, where the top and bottom edges of the case are bowing a bit from trying to stretch.

Otterboxes I’ve had in the past have fit super snugly to the phone. Unfortunately with this one, the corners keep popping out of the case easily. Unsure if this is the right case to keep my phone safe.

It fit my IPhone 15 perfectly and feels sturdy/protective but the color began chipping within 2 weeks of having the case with normal use. What’s worse is that I reached out to customer service who told me to issue a warranty claim. I’ve now tried to call 2x but sat waiting for an agent 45+ minutes so gave up both times. Overall unsatisfied with the purchase and even less satisfied with customer service. Only giving 2 stars because the case itself is nice, just don’t pick one of the rainbow colored ones.

I have (accidentally) dropped my phone from at least 6 ft high, without any damage to the phone. The case was easy to put on. I’ve actually been using it in place of my previous case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don’t recommend. Poorly made. It took long to arrive, the case was very sticky and ill fitting on the iPhone 15 (case bowed out near the charger port) definitely not worth $50. Also have to pay the shipping for the return which is ridiculous when I got a bad product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Phone Case Not Right, Does Not Fit the iPhone 15 Bought this case for the iPhone 15. It is listed for the iPhone 13, 14, and 15. When I emailed customer service before the purchase and the dimensions of these phones are not the same they informed that it would not be an issue. When the phone case came, as expected does not properly fit the iPhone 15, it falls off the corners, as the iPhone 15 is slightly smaller than the iPhone14. The case magnetic for MagSafe is also loose. The return options were minimal so I know have to pay to return the broken case and get a case somewhere else where it will provide full protection for my phone by fitting properly

I love how easily it is to take on and off and it wipes clean without damaging the case. I know 100% my phone will be protected while using this case.

Strangely, the case doesn’t looked battered and has kept its shape and color despite the fall. Fits my iPhone like a glove and I’ve received so many compliments!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reservations I love Otterbox. The cases are so durable and they really stand behind their products. I’ve had otterbox cases for almost all of my phones. Unfortunately I had to return the ballet colored symmetry series case for my IPhone 13 because the rim around the phone is made of a material that shows dirt like it is its job. Dirty phone cases are not classy in my opinion. The back part is plastic which was easy to wipe but the shock proof rubbery material around the edge of the phone started to look drabby in less than a week. I also had some trouble with it charging on my MagSafe charger (which is Apple brand). I had to gently adjust it around on the back many times before it started charging. When I decided to return it, the MagSafe magnet on the back of the phone completely fell out of the inlay which was really disappointing. After this experience I’m wondering what’s going on with the quality of otterbox? It’s so hard to find a good phone case now a days. I was pretty disappointed with the product. Aside from these issues I had, otterbox’s customer service has always been top notch and they refunded my purchase in a timely manner.
