I’ve dropped my phone a few times and no damage to my phone or the case. ?however? the top, bottom, and sides all fade and turn a red color. Like how the clear ones turn yellow. I bought this not even a month ago and the edges all have a red look to it.

Also the soft silicone rubber has little support at the buttons, such that dirt easily gets trapper there.

The first one had an issue with the volume buttons not aligning properly. I've only had the replacement for a few days and it is already discolored. I don't know if the material has changed, but it's super disappointing. I would advise getting this case only in black.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New Slogan, Same Old Case Nothing is improving. Purchased one today and scratches have formed here and there. I haven’t even used it for 24 hours. The edges weren’t carefully thought so you can see the defects throughout the case. It trapped everything in the case, from dust to hair. Worst part is that they put a sticker on the case about “anti yellowing” so when you took the sticker off. It left sticky mark on it.

So far I really like the case it’s nice and seems really well-built. I have always use the commuter case so I was worried this case went to provide enough protection, but I wanted the MagSafe feature.. it’s not quite as sturdy is a commuter case, but it does seem to offer plenty of protection for my needs so overall, I’m really happy with the case and it looks great

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great case, AWESOME color! I LOVE the “Lime All Yours” color of this case! It’s actually kind of difficult to find a legitimately protective case in a unique color like this. I wish OtterBox made a Defender or Defender XT case in this color! The protection level is top notch, even with it being a more slim line case. I’m a postal employee with a walking route and I drop my iPhone a lot, and this case can take a beating, but keeps my phone looking pristine. My only issue with the case is that the rubberized bumper along the border discolors and does not wash clean. I absolutely would not have minded a gray or dark colored bumper, rather than the neon yellow matching color. Please, please, PLEASE expand your color options to the Defender line up of cases!

It landed on the back of the phone and I noticed the slider web of glass shattered. I am super mad. I am have called several times to discuss and no one seems to answer. Beware.

Within the 1st month, my phone fell from my car bumper onto concrete driveway (no the car was not moving) and completely shattered. This also destroyed the camera. I have always bought cheap Amazon cases and constantly dropped my phones with no problems. Not so with OtterBox. Very disappointed.

Don’t be discouraged by other reviews, the fit is perfect, great protection, and slim profile. MagSafe is strong and will work with your MagSafe accessories, I’ve had zero issues. Get the case! Don’t let other reviewers obvious user errors get in the way. It’s a great phone case.

Have both the rebel and black, love rebel design unfortunately a hard shiny surface and doesn’t connect to anything. Always get an ottorbox but looking elsewhere as I cannot use these daily. Such a shame.

But this year I noticed the bottom seal around the charging port is starting the get loose and saggy. The material is thinner around the charging port and now there’s a warped gap at the bottom of my case and the phone. I still recommend, but just beware.

Case feels just right when holding, not too slick but not too stiff. The only thing about this case is it doesn’t really look like it’s 3X Military Drop Standard. I guess that could be a good thing too. But hey, I’m pretty sure Otterbox wouldn’t lie about the quality and standards of their cases.

To the genius individual/department that found it necessary to put a giant sticker on the back of the case signifying that it is MagSafe, should take a look at the nice outline it leaves once removed. There is already a MagSafe symbol on the inside of the case, which is identifiable by any Apple user, so the sticker becomes redundant. Overall, the sticker is a waste of money and resources for your company, and creates an unnecessary eyesore for customers when they look at the case on their phone for the first time. Fix this.

Within two days the case was badly stained and the stains seems to defy removal. Not sure if the antimicrobial case is more porous, but with all the stains, the case really doesn't look that good. Seems to provide good protection though.

Despite this one being so cute + convenient because of the MagSafe aspect, it’s poor quality. It’s already yellow on the sides after owning it less than a month. It also doesn’t feel like it fits snugly against my phone. I don’t recommend this case at all.

I have been using Otterbox cases for years - they tend to be my go to as I have never had a phone screen crack on a drop or had a phone damaged when using their cases. I ordered the ‘don’t even chai’ color and expected it to be a little darker, but it is still a nice color. I have a Popsocket magsafe wallet on the back of the case and it feels secure - I am able to hold it by just the Popsocket and it does not fall off or feel like it is going anywhere. I just wish they had a light baby/pastel pink color - no brand that I use has a light pink case and I don’t want to use a brand I’m not familiar with on such an expensive device. I feel like that is a very marketable color that I have not seen anywhere and would go with all phone colors.

I frequently wipe it down and clean it but the sides are completely stained. Only had the case for 3 week phone slide off the couch and case cracked I mean for $50 dollars you would think it can with stand a fall less then 3 feet right. Do what I did go buy the apple cases. I have drop my plenty of time with a apple case nothing happens to it. Plus if something happens to the case apple will take care of you and get you a new one.

I would not recommend this otter box case as a good protector for your phone. Look into buying another one of there products or source out for another brand of iPhone covers. I am extremely unhappy and disappointed in the since that I’ve only had my phone for 1 month and that says a lot about the protection of otter boxes products. Completely horrible ????

I bought this case for my new iPhone 14 and dropped it and the whole back of my phone is cracked. The case is not damaged. Front glass was perfectly fine. I believe it was the magnetic ring pushing into the glass. This seems to be a product flaw. Hope they read the reviews and fix this issue!

I have a screen protector and a camera protector as well. But the phone fell out of my hand and the entire back shattered. It looks like my phone absorbed ALL of the shock, and the care did basically nothing. Do not buy if you love your phone.

The power button doesn’t seem to match up with the case, but the volume buttons do. Still, nothing happens when I try to press any of these buttons while my case is on? Am I the only one?

The entire back of my phone is cracked/broken. I’ve never broken a phone before especially not with a short drop on a flat floor. Avoid this case! If it says drop tested I’d say that’s a lie.

Durable, lightweight, slides easily in and out of my pocket, is compatible with the best screen protectors on the market, last a long time, work with a variety of wired and wireless charging options. I love Otterbox cases, I’ve never had an issue where I my phone wasn’t protected and their styles for cases are very simple which I like but I’m pretty disappointed. This case claims no discoloration. I clean my case weekly if not monthly and this thing is brown and black around the edges after just 3 months of use.

I’ve had my phone for maybe 4 months and tonight at dinner I noticed that there was a crack on my camera area. So disappointed that this case didn’t protect my phone. I’ve had some pretty rough drops with my other iPhones and symmetry cases and never had more than a cracked screen protector. The back of my phone is shattered. I’m going to probably find a new case for after my phone gets fixed

The photo was smooth and darker red with maybe some black flecks in the color. The real case is very pink with a hint of red, it has very shinny glitter in the plastic, and the edges are rough. :(. Very disappointed in this as I like my other OtterBoxes a lot. But, this is more something I would have expected from a cheap brand.

It was not a huge fall either AND I have a MagSafe pop socket on the back which would have somewhat cushioned the fall. I’m sad and disappointed. I also dislike how the kind of clear green floral case started browning around the edges.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DON'T BUY THE CLEAR Honestly these cases just keep getting worse every year, the same clear case on my 6S is perfectly clear like the day I bought it, but this one is peeling, yellow, and disgusting all around the edges in less than a month. Stupidly I thought it might be better than the black one I originally bought (that has since stretched the rubber so much the phone isn't secure and pops out in my pocket) but clearly there's some engineering issues going on here.

I’ve never had any issues until the case with the 14ProMax. I’ve been using it less than a year, taken it off of my phone maybe once or twice to clean it with a dry cloth, and it’s become so stretched out and loose. It pops off with minimal effort. I’ve never had such an issue with the symmetry series. I've since purchased another at a discounted price, waiting to see if this happens again.

This case, did absolutely nothing to stop the damage on my phone. I think its because there is nothing softening the blow when it falls on the back. My back glass absolutely shattered on my 14 Pro Max and the case cracked. The only reason the case did not come apart is because the Magsafe Ring kept it together. I could understand if there was some crazy fall but it slipped out of my hand as I picked it up from my desk and fell on its back on the floor.

I didn’t like how slippery this Otterbox case was but it looked nice and sleek, fit the phone super tight, and I figured it would offer good protection given it’s an Otterbox. Fast forward a very short 6 months later, and the corners of the case are warped so badly I can see the edge of the phone. Super disappointing for a $50 case. My girlfriend has a $20 Chinese cheap-o case from Amazon for the exact same phone and hers is holding up awesome, plus it’s about a month older. I probably will never buy another Otterbox case after this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from MagSafe magnets were weak, case doesn’t protect I dropped my phone while trying to slip it into my pocket ( 3ft off the ground maximum) and it absolutely shattered the back glass, when I removed the case to see why it would’ve broke from something so light I saw that the bottom magnetic strip from the case had come out of position and was sideways, so when the phone fell that was where the cracks started. The ring magnet also came out, would not recommend, really wish I bought a defender instead

New iPhone 14 pro max, left store with this case and screen protector as I was not leaving store without a case. 3 months in, pulling out of pocket and slipped and fell no more than 3ft.

My phone was dropped not even two feet and now the whole back of it is shattered. I called otterbox about this and their warranty was told to kick rocks essentially. Come to find out their warranty only covers their products not the products they "protect", although they don't protect anything. I have had otterbox products in the past which were excellent, the new ones not so much, might be from using recycled plastics. Who knows! The past two years I had a different case on a different iPhone a much cheaper case, I dropped that phone multiple times a day and was way tougher on that phone never had an issue. This is the last time I will use otterbox or recommend them to anyone.

First time fell out of my lap onto carpeted floor, the back shattered. I constantly have to reset it in the case firmly and the magnets are weak, will not grasp onto holder if it is not in a cradle.

This phone protector case doesn’t seem like it’ll really truly protect my phone if it were dropped onto hard surface flooring. The case feels a bit “thin” to me and seems less substantial than other Otterbix cases I’ve used in the past. It fits well, looks nice, and is easy to grip though.

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED as the back of my phone is all in shatters as a result of a small fall (waist level). I have had Otterbox cases in the past and have never been disappointed until now. After just 2 weeks with the case, the sides had turned completely brown/discolored. It did not even look close to the beautiful sage green color. I understand over time things tend to fade with everyday use, but for that to occur after 2 weeks was ridiculous. The other problem I had was a little chunk came off the side as well, however I never dropped/hit my phone. Again, this happened probably only a month after owning it. I had to return it.

This is my actual Lime All Yours case after 1 week of use. Really? And I don’t believe it’s just dirt buildup, as I tried scrubbing with soap and water (per Otterbox’s care recommendation) and it’s not coming off. Here’s the thing. I bought mine long after OtterBox told others they’d send them a replacement so this leads me to believe that this is an issue with the material that the rubberized sides are made of (as the back is pristine), so unfortunately I will be returning and not purchasing again as this is clearly a substandard product. And a shame too because I absolutely LOVE the color and there’s nothing else on the market like it.
