Best from day one
I got this with my new iPhone 13pro max only cuvée I ever used so dropped it 3or 4 times and with my grand kids I needed something tough this is it

I do like it
I do like it but the only thing is it’s a little slippery I wish I had some rubber or something to keep it from sliding out of my hand or when I sit it up

Wife not happy
I bought this case for my wife's new iPhone 13, she had already had the same case on two prior iPhones. While the protection seems great she has a problem with the volume buttons while the phone is in her pocket. The volume is either raised or lowered. I bought the case case the 1st of December and she didn’t let know about the problem until the 30 day return period passed. We have been using Otter Box cases for several years and this is the first one we have not been satisfied with.

Consistently lower protection and grip
In addition to several Defender series cases, I have also owned two Symmetry cases and used them for years on my IPhone 7+, IPhone XR. Frustratingly, the level of protection and grip continues to go down. The case on my 7+ offered interior back padding and durable shock absorbing rubber on the edges. The XR case eliminated the interior back padding and changed the edge material to a harder plastic-type rubber. The buttons also had too little resistance, leading to endless unintentional button pushes when taking the phone in and out of my pocket.
The case for the iPhone 13 had improved buttons, but it continued to have a thin layer of cheap feeling plastic on the interior back of the case. Additionally, the side rubber now has a very hard plastic rubber on the sides that doesn’t seem to offer much shock protection, and even less grip. I returned the case and will be avoiding Otterbox cases for the time being. Hopefully Otterbox can restore the quality Symmetry series someday.

Tough Cover
I had this cover for my previous iPhone and it was a “no brained” to stick with this cover for my new phone! Simple , tough - all the protection I could need . Color is nice but wish there had been more to select from

Not what it used to be
I used to use otterbox cases for sooo many years for all of my 4 iphones and they always protected my phones really well. But i was so disappointed when i got this one. Its a pretty case but they look so cheap! It doesn’t feel like its a 65$+ case. I really dont feel confident to use this case because i feel like my new phone will break literally right after the first drop! The sides of the front of the case are almost at the same level as the phone screen which is bad because the screen can break easily. I should’ve listened to the other reviews but i didn’t think their case would’ve changed like this and i never had any bad reviews about all the other phone cases i got in the past. And on top of that, the box came ripped a little on top as if it was a phone case that someone opened and retuned it. This doesn’t change the way i feel about te company but i really hope they work on some of their cases to make them better.

Great Case, but not good at protection
I love otter box cases and I got this style case from target and my phone fell with the case on and the back of my phone is completely shattered. I payed $50 for a protective case but somehow the back of my phone is shattered and I now have to pay a lot of money to get it fixed. I’m very disappointed that my otterbox case did not protect my phone.

Strong cover
This is my 3rd or 4th OtterBox cover. All do the job of keeping my iphone safe as i fumble thru like!
