When I got my new iPhone, I never unwrapped it/turned it on until I received the Amplify glass protector & Symmetry case. I placed everything on a clean microfibre and went to work. The alignment tool made everything easy peasy, and I made sure to read all instructions before getting started. So far so good, I have had my phone for over a month now and no complaints with the glass. I have dropped my phone a few times from about 2-3 feet high.

I was ecstatic because I dropped and damaged my phone's screen last week. All I did was call their customer service representative, who thoroughly explained what I should do. After our discussion, I immediately proceeded to have my phone repaired. Thank you for your assistance!

After I cleaned up the defender case and took it off my phone, no visable marks on my phone and only a tiny dig mark on the side corner of the case. Once again Kudos to Otterbox!!!

It is extremely difficult to install because you truly have one shot to get it right. Once on, good luck pressing out any air bubbles. The quality of this product does not match the price or brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed I bought this for my preordered iPhone and it arrived about a week before the phone did. I was unsure about installing it as I wanted to be sure it was properly aligned, but there was a phone holding setup included that made alignment a breeze. There was screen cleaner supplies provided as well for prep, which I used, even though I installed the screen protector before I even turned the phone on. It stuck well and aligned perfectly so I used the provided tool to press it down for a solid “stick”. All was well for about two days. Then I noticed the upper left side of the screen protector has come unstuck from the screen and has a gap that causes an artifact on the screen. I tried to press it back down, but it seems the glue isn’t sticky anymore. I almost wonder if the oils from my skin and using the phone got under the edge and degraded the glue. It has started having a similar issue at the very bottom left corner of the screen, but it isn’t as noticeable as the artifact is only over the black bezel area of the screen. Overall a big disappointment. I have never bought or used screen protectors in the past and after this I doubt I will buy another one.

I could see if I dropped it or something, that would be a little more understandable. However the phone was in my pocket when it “screen protector” cracked. Now it’s forming more cracks off of the main one. The warranty is nice but I’m skeptical on how long the new one will last once I put it on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better but.... New Defender for iPhone13 Plus. Have had defenders for all my phones and never, ever had a cracked screen or phone damaged. The new Defender is noticeably slimmer and that's a big plus. Miss the screen protection that came with earlier models though. On the down (and maybe dangerous side...the phone has dropped out of the holder several times. There doesn't always seem to be a 'positive' catch when I put it in the holster. Now I have to put it in and remember to put some outward presser on it just to make sure it won't slip or pop out.

I had my first with my iPhone 11 Pro, and decided to use them again for my 13 pro upgrade. I believe the screen protector and case kept my phone in great shape for the upgrade. I do like a thin case, and I trust OtterBox with protecting my phone. A plus...it came with clear case and golden flowers!

People on the side of me are able to get an idea of what I am looking at on my phone even though it is a little more muted than without the protector.

I’ve had screen protectors for all my phones even before smartphones existed. This is one of the clearest, natural feeling, best fitting protectors I’ve ever seen or used. The anti glare works great in bright conditions as well. Not sure about the reviews where people have issues with bubbles, but I’m assuming that is user error or phones with a lil damage that can’t be seen by the naked eye (compressed screen, dust underneath, oil from one’s fingerprint, etc. I know everyone thinks they follow the instructions but my wife says the same thing and screws hers up every time. I’ve taken her mistakes before and washed them with soap and water, reapplied with no issues. FWIW

I had a variety of cases, but the other cases were more for show and something eventually happened to my phone and I had to repair or replace a it. I bought my Otter Box case after my first phone repair. I knew Otter Box was the phone case of choice when I dropped my phone down three metal stairs onto concrete and not a scratch, dent or cracked screen!

Meticulously followed the directions, installed the screen protector and no matter what I did the upper corner would not stay stuck on for longer than a few minutes. Now, a few weeks later, the whole top 1 inch of my screen across the top does not stick to the phone screen whatsoever and looks like a big bubble. Should have listened to the previous reviews and not bought this. Do not recommend.

Even though I got the protector on by using common sense, it aligned very well and the mini-squeegee allowed great adherence. Absolutely no bubbles, yellowing, or any other issue after 2 weeks.

Today, I slipped on an icy sidewalk while walking my dog (she thought we were going for a run and my phone landed on the sidewalk, screen first. There is not a scratch or crack anywhere on it. I may need to see a chiropractor when the weather clears up, but I won’t need to go out and get my screen protector replaced. It still looks brand new.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from broke in 2 weeks i got it for my new phone and it broke within the first 2 weeks :( i set it down beside me while at the gym (which i do all the time, not carelessly. i just set it down) and i picked it up and it was cracked and i have no idea how that impact cracked it! i know it is lifetime warranty but i am just sad it didn't last long and i still have to pay for shipping :( the privacy factor works well though and i enjoy the screen though

I had difficulty applying it as it is winter, static electricity was tossing dust around and try as I did to ensure that the work surface was clean, there were two spots where dust is caught underneath. I tried to lift it to remove them and was unsuccessful at removal and now have a bubble that is not flat to the phone surface. I had planned on purchasing a Defender series case for my new phone but was told they were not available and was talked into purchasing a screen protector that I would have to apply.

I would buy just about any other brand besides this one, they charge way too much for the screen quality to be as cheesy as it is. There is nothing “superior” about this screen protector it belongs in the dollar store.

It is a little tricky to position correctly when installing, even though I was very careful I had to pull it off and redo it, and that resulted in a tiny spot with probably a speck of dust on it which prevents the cover from being totlly invisible.

I like the clarity of the screen protector. No issues with phone operation. I have had to submit a warranty claim to get a new screen protector, as already has crack at one edge and line running across. I admit I do not know cause. No damage on case. Phone was not dropped. Otterbox is sending me a replacement via warranty. The warranty process was easy and new screen protector is being shipped to me now.

I still thought I would give it a chance, seeing that I’m a long time user of otter box products.Literally the same thing happened to me that has been previously described on other reviews. I followed the exact installation instructions and used all the guides. Everything was fine until I put my otter box defender case on my phone. The top corner of the screen protector immediately popped up and will not go back down ever since. I bought both products together thinking it would fit perfectly. Hopefully my warranty claim goes smoothly.
