I bought it about a month and a half ago was extremely happy at first then the corners started to bubble. I just ordered a warranty replacement hopefully the second one will be better. But overall the touch and feel of the glass is great.

Saved my screen from cracking
Dropped my iPhone 12 Pro on a cement curb and it hit face first. The protector cracked but when I peeled it off, not a scratch on my screen. Ordering a replacement today!!

Love the Symetry Series

Not worth the price
Followed all the instructions to put the glass on the iPhone and there's still bubbles no matter what I do. Very frustrating when using the phone. Could have bought a $5 glass and it probably would have worked better.

This is the BEST screen protector EVER!!
I opened my new screen protector box. Read the directions. Which I will recommend! Was not really sure how this would work? Had a bad experience with another brand before! Opened up my new iPhone 12 Pro, placed it in the holder. Followed the directions and placed the screen protector on the phone. When I remover the phone from the holder. I was blown away at how great it looked and how easily I could see the screen! Also, that it lined it up PERFECTLY on the phone! It feels like you are touching the glass of the phone it’s self!! So smooth to the touch! It’s tough too!! Then I placed my phone in the OtterBox iPhone 12 Pro Defender case. It fit PERFECTLY in the case and everything lined up BEAUTIFULLY!!!! I really could not believe it! Everyday I look at it, I still cannot believe how great it is lined up! Thanks to all the people that worked on these two items!! GREAT JOB!!!

Worst screen protector ever!
I have been using Otterbox products for ten years, and this by far is the worst product that they have made. Even worse is trying to get to talk to someone, thier company hours are horrible! I spent $50 for this screen protector and it just keeps peeling off! I have put on dozens of thier screen protectors and this one by far is the worst one, I should have just purchased the same old one that I have used before, shame on me...

Screen protector should be a little smaller.
The Amplify Screen Protector seems to be of high quality with one major issue. Being a retired school district technician, I've installed hundreds of cases and screen protectors on iPads. After installing my new Otterbox screen protector on my new iPhone 12, I noticed one issue that should be dealt with right away. If the protector gets installed too close to the edge of the iPhone case, then the slightest of pressure on the case edge pushes the protector up and off of the iPhone screen. I've contacted Otterbox about this issue, but have not received a replacement screen protector as of yet. Attached photos show the lower left corner as I see it every morning and after I push ever so lightly on the bottom edge of the iPhone case.

Best screen protector I've used!
I've cracked my share of screens even with screen protectors but Otter Box is the best one yet. Not only does it cover my iPhone screen better but maintains a smudge-free screen effectively. I've paired it with a new Otter Box case and prettied it up with one of their gorgeous interchangeable pop tab choices. Love, love, love how it looks and how protected my is...an needs to be in my hands.

Amplify Glass and Defender case do not fit well to
I always buy OtterBox products and will continue to do so. The Defender case and Amplify glass are both good products. The problem is, when used together, the tight Defender case presses the Amplify glass off the phone. I took great pains with installation to avoid this problem.

Better Than I Expected
Expensive, but worth it. Your fingers glide over the surface of this product. Because it is such a smooth surface, it cleans very easily. I work in construction so I have to clean my phone often. Comes with a handy mounting guide, which works perfectly and takes the worry out of screwing up your expensive screen protector with a sub-par install. Just grit your teeth and purchase this product. You will thank yourself later

Case is standard otter box. Needs a built in screen protector. Brand new phone, case, and glass. Glass cracked in a day. Pure junk....now they want me to pay for shipping on a warranty exchange. Can’t speak to anyone because of this COVID nonsense...Poor poor...

Installation template
The installation template didn’t work well for me when I put the glass on. Then put the case on it made bubbles on the edge of the glass. I tried to take it off and adjust it. It only got worse from there. I went to my local AT&T store and had them put a one of their screen protectors on it one try and done. I’ve always used otter box cases and always will. I just got my but kicked by the sceen protector.

Purchased the top of the line screen protector, and it arrived defective. The protective film was missing, and the adhesive side of the glass was contaminated with dust and debris.
When brought to the manufacturers attention, they apologized and informed me they would she me a replacement at no cost. 2 days later I received an email informing me they denied my warranty claim...I never even had the opportunity to use the product.
I bought 3 in all, 2 Of them were easy to install and look great. The way the company has handled this, will surely force me to part ways after years of loyalty to their products. Very disappointed.

Very nice surface, very scratch resistant!
The anti microbial property is a plus, I’m mostly just very happy with the screen cover’s smoothness. I use finger drag typing a lot so interface is important to me. If you’re like me and don’t like it when your phone screen has smudges on it because it causes lots of friction with your fingertip then this is for you!

Best Screen Protector
Just got new iPhone 12 Pro's for the family. Even though their new improved screen protection is exceptional, we decided to still install an Otterbox screen protector. Best part of the purchase is the ease as to getting the protector on the phone. There is a plastic device that allows you to place your phone strategically in the device for a perfect install of the protector. The kit provided with the screen protector for cleaning and de-linting is also fantastic. Love it!

I bought these for our new iPhones last month. I was amazed by how easy it was to apply to the phone - best tools/accessories EVER! Then, this week, my husband left his phone on the bumper of the van and closed the trunk ON his phone. The screen protector was smashed/shattered but when we removed it, the phone screen was undamaged!! (Phone was also in an Otterbox Defender case. Now to buy another one!

This Screen Protector is Great
I purchased the iPhone 12 Pro Amplify Glass Antimicrobial Screen Protector almost one month ago. The screen was very easy to apply to the phone. The screen has a cutout at the bottom so you can easily scroll up and to make selections when necessary. The corners are rounded like the phone. So far, no scratches on the screen. I also purchased the Otterbox case and the screen does not interfere with the case. I definitely recommend this case.

Excellent Product!
I searched for a case with integrated pop socket and this is exactly what I want! The placement of the socket is perfect and I love that the profile of the case is lower than when you add a pop socket to an existing case. Love the purple color but wish there were more color or design options

My defender case is my third Otterbox purchase. I have dropped my phone dozens of times during the past eight years. Not a scratch or any damage to my phones. I always have my new defender case ready when my new IPhone arrives.

Screen Protector does not fit with case
I purchased this with a new Otter case (which I love. The screen protector is a bit too big causing it to bubble on the sides when you apply the case (fine without the case). I am constantly have to remove the bubbles to get the screen to work on the sided. I would definitely recommend their cases, but not the screen protector.

The only phone protection I trust
I purchased this a few weeks back when I pre-ordered my iPhone 12 Pro. The phone arrived yesterday and it immediately was placed in its' new home. My phone is blue and the colors match perfectly. Everytime I purchase a new phone OtterBox is the only case which I consider.

Easiest install ever
I’ve purchased many screen protectors in the past and have always had issues installing them so that no bubbles appear, but have never been able to do so until the Otter. This was by far the easiest install EVER using their incredible installation kit which I’d never seen before. It truly was amazing and the screen looks beautiful and optics are super sharp. Love this purchase and worth every penny!!!

Needs a lot of work
I’ve always used otterbox cases for all of my phones and never had to worry about them. I work in construction and drop, sit on, drop stuff on my phone, but it is always protected. So I decided to buy their screen protector ( Amplify Antimicrobial), which cost me almost as much as the case. Bubbles everywhere, which never happened with other brands. Not happy.

Far Less than Horrible
It comes with a fixture to install on the phone. I also purchase a Defender case which has a plastic bezel that sits on the top face of the phone. The instructions require that you install the Screen Protector, on the phone, not in the case. This requires perfect alignment both vertically and horizontally within + or minus 25 thousandths of an inch (0.025 in any direction. If not, the edge will contact the protective case and lift the film. As mine did. The only option at that point was to take an Exacto knife and shave off part of the protective bezel of the Defender case. The people that designed this fixture are incredibly stupid.

I bought this and wanted to love it. It came in broken,the screen was smashed. It also looked like someone had already used it. I think they sent me a return. The customer service not much better. I have to pay 5.00 to return it. Really for something that came in damaged to me. I will not buy from her again. I would not buy their product . It will beak this easy coming to you not on my new iPhone pro I won’t use their screen proctors.
