Be very careful
Got 2 screen protectors. One went on fine the other was misalinged and was unable to use it. Tried to redo and it got all messed up. So be careful.

Terrible set up for application
I tried to put it on, the bands in box holding the phone in place were split on the left side so it didn't go on correctly. When i tried to adjust, it creased. Had to throw away??

Survived being run over by a car
No joke - dropped my phone in Rome on a cobblestone street and a cab ran over it! This cover only had the slightest scratches to it and the phone was fine! Definitely worth the money.

An Excellent Value
I had never installed a protective screen before this one and was a bit nervous doing it, feeling that there was no room for error. The helpful design of the install packet with video assist made it a cinch. The screen is fully invisible, feels very solid and yet permits the use the fingerprint ID technology. This is a good buy and works flawlessly with my OtterBox case.

My second time using one of these on my phone. Very satisfied with ease of application and long-term performance. What looked like some minor flaws in adhesion around the outer edges have now settled down and bonded.

Clear Screen need to watch the video to put it on
I really like this screen cover. You really don't even know that you put something on and the phone screen feels the exact same. The only thing to think about is you REALLY need to watch a how to video when you put it on. Otter puts out a great video and a great system for getting it on straight and smooth, but if you skip the video I don't think you will have good results, so watch once BEFORE you put it on and then watch it AS you put it on using pause to pause the video and put the screen on as you go!

Marks under screen protector- NOT Bubbles
I followed all the directions, used the phone holder, and cleaned my screen thoroughly beforehand. These marks won't come out with the bubble removal tool and are visible at all times. The middle of the screen protector adhered fine, but the sides look awful. It's not dust, the actual screen protector has a defect in the adhesive film bonding it to the phone.
I specifically paid more for this screen protector thinking I was getting a better product but it's not. Avoid purchasing!

destroys biometrics functionality
For $40 it should not be inferring with the functionality of biometrics. Incredibly disappointed in this product and I had been hoping for better ??

Difficult to manage
Put screen protector on my wife's phone. Difficult to place on phone. Does not fully cover the phone even with the Defender case. Returning mine. Not happy about paying $5 to return something that is not the right size.

Just bad.
I received my new case and screen cover from otterbox before my pre-ordered phone even arrived. The application was new to me as my S9 screen protector was glass. This one was a bit more difficult. I got all the bubbles out still looks horrible on the screen and the finger print scanner is worthless now. It doesn't even work half the time. I even tried to redo my fingerprints with the screen cover on that didn't go over well. Now a month later this cheap screen cover has a hole in it. Wish I could take a picture of my screen it's ridiculous it fell a foot out of a lawn chair, like how I don't understand it but whatever its covered right. NOOO I went through the warranty self help portal can't warranty it! You have to call and of course they are apparently open bankers hours every time I call it's "outside business hours" which the recording doesn't tell you the hours for the call center.

Has marks under the protector. Not bubbles
I am very disappointed. I have an Alpha screen protector on my old Samsung S9 that I am trading in and it went on beautifully, makes the screen look beautiful and has lasted 5 years. This one on my S23 makes my screen look awful. They are not bubbles. I got those out. I don't know what this is. Looks like white smudges all over my screen underneath the protector. I'm sick about it. I don't have photos because it's on my phone.

Alignment box only made it harder
The alignment box is unsteady. The whole kit just complicated things. I've applied screen protectors more easily with my bare hands. Terrible waste of money, I hope I can get a refund.

Just not worth the price
I ordered this screen protector expecting it to look and stay on my phone nicely. Was sent a replacement because the first one was sticking off and thought it came damaged. Second screen protector is doing the same thing. Waste of money.
