The juice pack is nice and slim so it doesn’t make the phone feel too bulky. With the re charging port on the case being different from apples it makes it easier finding a cable because it provides more option when it comes to plug in charging. Shipping of the product was quick and packaging is nice. Amazing product, I definitely recommend it.

I love that it doesn't add a lip at the bottom and uses wireless charging. It usually gets me to 40 or 50%, which is a lot on the go, but I do wish it went to 100%. Also, when I use it while facetiming my phone overheats, so don't do that. Otherwise it is a good case for drop protection and battery life. Recommended.

Having purchased a multitude of battery packs for my iPhone X - I was hesitant to go another round with another case, but I have been pleasantly surprised. My iPhone X was down to 78% on its battery life and the charging port was on its last leg - wireless charging was my only option. I am truly impressed at the charging speed and incredibly happy with the overall charge time. Love it so much that I purchased one for my wife and son. Definitely would recommend.

It works on my Mophie 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Pad but not on my Mophie Wireless Charging Stand model. My prior old Juice Pack, which was not a Juice Pack Access device died, worked perfectly on the Wireless Charging Stand but this new Juice Pack Access does not. Very upsetting.

New model has wireless charging and it seems like I only get one charge cycle out of a full battery pack. After 1-2 hours of charging my phone the charging pack would be completely dead and stop charging my phone which would leave me having to put it back on the actual charger so it basically a waste of money buying this .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mostly reliable, but still love it! Love the color and the design is super helpful. Plus, matching the height of my phone makes for a better fit in my pocket. Charging does result in sometimes hotter than expected temperatures, other times it doesn't charge all the way, and it does have difficulty connecting to some wireless charging pads. But it's all worth it. It would be helpful to have the charging indicator maybe on the side of the case, so it's easier to check if it's charging while on a charging pad, as moving it may sever the connection.

I used to have one other older model but it was damaged after contact with water, that's why I bought this newer model and the good thing about this one is more compact, and smaller, and also charges your iPhone wirelessly. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Mophie case yet I have always used Mophie cases on my iphones. I have loved them all. This case’s all-wireless approach is brilliant. The case is shorter without the need for an extension on the bottom for plugging into the phone. This helps one-handed use making more of the screen reachable. There is plenty of extra power to keep me going. I always hated the one-side-up-only mini USB. Now I have both the lightning and USB-C plug-ins without that problem. Best of all we don’t need two different cables to connect to Apple Car Play — just Lightning. One final point: the case leaves uncovered the middle part of the phone’s lower edge, where a lot of swiping happens. Feeling the smoothness of the phone’s edge is nice. Love this case.

I like the texture and color of my case as well but the charging leaves more to be desired. When my phone hits 20% the entire case battery will only get me back up to 45-50%. Although that’s enough to usually get me through the day, my last charging case would take me from 20% to 100% and still have a little left in the tank. Overall, good case if you still want to charge your phone on a nightly basis.

Terrible customer service. I’ve purchased over 25 Mophie items and have never had a problem. I am totally disappointed with the Zagg company. All I want is a label to return that one battery and get a refund.

I bough the juice pack access and the air, both only charged the phones for an hour or maybe 2. And then the pack was dead. It claims to give 25 hours of life but it couldn't even charge my phone from 50% to fully charged without dying. I'm super disappointed, especially since it was $20 shipping. It definitely doesn't live up to the claims on its packaging. Overall big let down.

The battery charges the phone about 60%, meaning if the red is showing on the battery I have a couple of hours of extra usage. I almost had to buy it for the price of 9.99, the last time I bought a mophie juice pack it was 99.99. I believe the reason is that the iPhone X is no longer manufactured. The case is a qood quality hard plastic, but it offers no protection for the screen. I’m happy with the purchase, I hope the backup battery lasts a while. Saxman

The case battery barely holds a charge. Can maybe charge phone 30% . I am sure I received a defective/old/used battery. To replace, need to file warranty claim, send back and pay shipping that is close to product cost. Rip off and waste of time. Send me a functional product the first time. Avoid.

Separate port is required and it is not the same as iPhone so unique charging cord is required which is inconvenient especially when traveling. Bottom of phone is exposed outside of case now, so no longer protected if dropped and also makes holding the phone uncomfortable. Finish is slick and slips from hands. Charging power is insufficient ... charge will get iPhone to full battery 1x (sometimes) vs previous versions that would get you multiple charges. Guess there is a reason this product is now $10 when it used to be $50+. I’d return it but would take more effort than the $10 I’d get back.

You need to deploy the battery to charge your phone by pressing and holding the button on the battery (it's not passive) 3. The battery status indicator on your phone does not detect the juice pack battery. Despite that, it's less bulky and sticky than the Apple Smartbattery and was inexpensive.

Keep in mind it’s slimmer than other battery cases, so it probably won’t juice as much as others. However, I understand this and keep it on when I know I will need a boost. If you need more of a boost then opt for something thicker. But if you want to keep a slim look with a decent boost then definitely get one or two. You can’t go wrong with the price.

It doesn’t seem too heavy, feels good in hand and I think is easy to understand without the user manual ( as print too small to read), but I accessed online; thank every company who does this!! Also, it charges the phone extremely slowly (almost slower than it discharges with regular use). I might have received a defective unit, but I could not find a easy way to contact Zagg customer service to help. Not impressed.

I really like the independent USB-C charge connection in parallel to the Apple connector to the phone. Results in speed and versatility. As an aside, there was a delivery issue with the US postal service, which ZAGG speedily corrected by sending a replacement via FEDEX without any additional Charge.

With the Juice Pack Access case, I set the phone on the charger and it begins charging. However, at some point it just stops charging for no reason. I have to lift the phone and put it back on the charger. Even then, it will charge for some time then stop again. Unless I’m repeatedly checking in on the charger, my phone and case doesn’t get charged. It’s not worth the hassle; I’m going back to my previous case.

So much that I resisted purchasing one since my first iPhone (iPhone 4). However, with this, my first juice pack, I have not removed it. I replaced my standard protection and now enjoy that and never worry about the power supply. Well made fits like a glove and is reliable. You can even charge it wirelessly. A very well designed and made product. In terms of improvements? I would be tempted to see if a folio version of this could be designed, to cover the front, which I know is protected, but psychologically, as well as for privacy etc, would be nicer if it was covered I think.

I have to pay to send it back and then I have to re-order instead of being able to exchange without paying shipping. It’s not worth sending it back for the cost of the shipping.

Having the two port options is great and gives you more peace of mind if you forget your charger. There's a good chance someone has an iPhone cable or a USB-C. I find the battery case doesn't last very long, so it should be used more for emergencies, or to get a little extra time out of your phone. I find that the case doesn't charge your phone super fast and if you're using the battery case while on FaceTime (for example), don't expect your battery level to go up (in fact, it seems to go down - just slower). I'm happy with the purchase and use it virtually every day. I just wish it would charge faster and have a larger capacity.

Worse part is that your policy makes me pay for shipping both for the new one and sending back the old one. So I’m paying $24 in shipping charges for a warrantied item that didn’t work correctly and cost $59 to buy in the 1st place.

The pack was fully charged and my phone was at 20%. It isn’t lasting like it was promoted to do. Not a satisfied customer in this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Phone died ? Naw So yeah buying a $1000 phone requires you have extra battery to some degree. Rather than be tied down by a cord in an outlet, introduce wireless charging made portable. Now I don’t stress about my very expensive tech dying when I need it most.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I’ve been using Mophie juice I’ve been using Mophie juice packs for about 8-9 years, I purchased another case recently & After less than 2 weeks my case is broken in 2 places, I contacted support 10days ago & no reply.....I’ve owned maybe 20 mophie juice packs over the years, but sadly since ZAGG purchased Mophie, the quality of the cases just aren’t the same....I’m bitterly disappointed in this last case & sadly ZAGG support & service has failed to help me or stand behind the Mophie purchase I made, here is pictures of my new case after 8 days of use

However, the case does cause the phone to become non-responsive to touch input sometimes. The only thing I can figure is that the side buttons are getting input from the case. This is resolved by removing the phone from the case and does not happen when the phone is in the non-charging Apple brand case I have.

If I see my iPhone is nearing 20%, I try to turn it on before it gets to 20% and am sad to find that it typically only recharges to somewhere around 60%, and is ungodly slow at doing it. Maybe it’s because is charging wirelessly? I gave it one star because it was only $9, but shipping to Alaska was $20, so all in all, not the absolute worst, but not that great.

I received my products within one of my screen protector was broke I called customer service and they would not replace it they said they did not see a record of me buying it? But they sent it to me she sounded like she was at home eating popcorn and attention to what I was saying. Basically said nothing they could do. if this is a way to treat your customers that’s pretty sad, I have been a long-standing customer for years and I have told other consumers to buy these products as well and this is the way I was treated over a screen protector that was broken in the mail and I paid to upgrade it, just not right
