Big, heavy, underpowered, I thought I was getting a more elite product than the Juicepack Air however did not. The color red was a dull brown/red. Not bright enough for me. Would not even get my XS Max to full capacity from half full, I’m thinking the wireless charging system is too slow and power consuming. Feels ancient in the hand.

I enjoy this product. I love the lightweightness of the case. It is protectiveness of it as well. But the downsides to this is, it does not charge your phone to 100% when low & when you’re using your charging case, it makes your phone really hot so when it’s in your pocket it gets really warm. It also takes a very long time to charge. Other than that, it’s a pretty decent case for how much your paying for it.

I am a big fan of Mophie products and have been for many years. My last juice pack purchases were for iPhone 6S+ phones. Those batteries could take the phone's battery level from 20% to 80% which would add many hours to the phone's usefulness. Disappointingly, the juice pack access does not. It takes the phone from 20% to 50% at most. And this is the more powerful model! Sorry Mophie, you blew it this time. Had iI not seen similar reviews I would have returned it under warranty, thinking that it was malfunctioning.

The item is optimal in terms of battery life and fast charging however according to the info provided it is supposed to be shock proof but after falling down from the waist level got broken on one of the corners. Pictures are attached to prove this. The item is still within guarantee that’s why I requested a replacement but unfortunately I still have to pay for the shipping which I believe it is not fair.

I give this Mophie juice pack for the iPhone Xs Max, 5 stars because it really does help out in a pinch when my iphone’s power is running low. I have bought an additional two other mophie juice pack access batteries, because I foresee myself having my iPhone Xs Max for longer than 2 years. These mophie juice pack’s last a bit longer than two years worth and once I accidentally dropped my iphone in a Walmart and the mophie took most of the damage! The phone didn’t receive any damage and a tiny bit of the bottom corner of my mophie did but the corner of the mophie didn’t break off! The corner edge of my mophie cracked a little but it still is intact on my mophie and the mophie’s charge is still working just fine! This is a really tried and true product by Zagg, with a mophie, you can’t go wrong.

I bought 3 of them, First charging case died within two month. Second charging case got so hot that smoke started coming out of it and shorted out my wall charging adapter. By luck I was nearby and managed to contain the potential fire hazard.

I was wondering why Zagg was selling these so cheap.. evidently because they are defective or old.. the mophie battery will only supply a 30% charge.. if your phone is at 10%, the mophie uses its entire battery to charge phone back to 40%. unfortunately I bought two and both are the same. beautiful product with great design, but just doesn’t work.

My order has gotten lost in the mail 12/30/2021 and after USPS contacted me on 01/05/2022 informing me that they cannot locate the package, I contacted Zagg customer support with this information the same day and asked them for a refund. They said they can send a replacement, but I declined it due to a high volume of package theft in my area and proceeded to ask for a refund. The agent informed me that they must conduct an investigation before a refund can be processed, and I agreed to it and even sent them an attachment of the letter USPS gave me for the creditor to inform them the package is missing. That was all on 01/05.
6 days passed and I have heard no update for the refund.
Luckily, on 01/13 USPS has found the package and delivered it, however it was SOAKING wet. I emailed Zagg support again to inform them that I have received the item and that it arrived soaked, and sent them pictures as proof.
It took 4 days for them to reach back out to me, and during that time I just decided to keep it because I honestly did not feel like dealing with this hassle anymore for just $10, so I decided to try the case out hoping the water didn’t effect it. This paragraph was to inform customers how my experience with Zagg support was.
Now for the case:
It only charges your phone 30% before the case completely dies. I thought this might have been due to the fact that the case got wet, but after reading other reviews I see that I’m not the only one dealing with this, and that this is just how the case works. I bought this case because my phone dies quickly, and I wanted to avoid constantly putting my phone on the charger. This case did not help with that, and I put the case to charge more than I put my phone to charge at this point. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing.
Really disappointed with both the product and the service. I advise to get yourself a better battery case elsewhere

It’s basically useless and they why they’re clearance g them. In effect it really only gives an extra 30% extra charge, which may be worth it for some, but only if it’s relatively fast; and it isn’t. It’s standard Qi. The net benefit is far too small and very inconvenient due to speed.

I guess the case was discounted heavily because the XS Max is no longer popular. However, upon receiving the case I noticed intermittent issues charging wirelessly and one of LED indicators lights is out. The cost for a replacement is almost the same for a new one.

I have really liked the mophie packs that I've used before. I have a new Iphone and thought this would be a good accessory. Zagg had an excellent price so I purchased it. The case looks good, seems to protect my phone well though I was a little disappointed in that the battery only gives me a recharge of about 40%. It is certainly better than nothing and at the price Zagg charged it is certainly worth it.

I bought this item as is was on sale for $10 vs the apple case that was $130. I got the case and charged it overnight and all the lights said it was charged. I put the case on my phone and nothing. The phone does not pick up any charge from the device. It’s just a big useless chunky case. I would just spend the money for an apple case that works. I found my on eBay brand new for $60.

This battery power on the juice pack dissipated within minutes despite a full charge each time. I’ve had other Mophie packs in the past that were excellent and provided almost a full new charge to the phone. This only bumped up the power for a few percentage points and then died out. Sad. Seems they have forgotten about quality control when they are sending out refurbished devices. That’s an expensive purchase for something that simply does not work— unable to reliably charge spite being pulled out of a new box and only used a few times in the first week.

Charges your phone to like 30% which isn’t much when your phone is dying. 30% goes by way too quick. I returned it, and got the apple smart case. A lot more money but so worth it! Sorry Zagg! I had so much hope in the mophie case! I had one years ago that changed my phone 140%. So Idk what happened and why you decided to downgrade but it is what it is. I received this product charged it up and attached to my phone. I used my phone most of day and by end of day needed a charge. So i turned on the juice pack to begin to charge my phone. About an hour later, the juice pack is off and my phone was only charged to about only 40%! I figured it would charge to 100% and still have power on the juice pack. Nope!! It is a terrible product. Does not work as intended. Do not buy this overpriced product!!!

I’m very happy I purchased this item. I really love I can charge my phone by laying it on the charge stream pad or I can charge my Juicepack while using my headsets. Or today I had to charge my phone and Juicepack at the same time. Really loving my options. it’s heaviness so I got a Lovehandle elastic and put it up on the back, to e sure I dint drop it. But make sure if you do that you don’t put it in the middle where the charger lays on the charge stream pad.

Did not meet my needs
I want to compliment Zagg customer service and I love the Invisible Shield, but the Juice Pack is not one of their better products.
First the juice pack uses a USB charging port rather than the Lighting charger. Secondly, the fully charged juice pack was only able to charge my iPhone battery from 52 percent to 72 percent before it’s charge was depleted.
I returned the juice pack after a single use and Zagg promptly issued a refund.

Does the job, solid, easy to use, and very happy I can use my old headphones and my many wired earbuds. I can't believe how many!?! Nice having the extra battery just a button away. Thanks again Zagg.

Not worth the money, even with 25% off...
This Wireless charging case doesn’t supports charging on a wireless charger. The phone does not charge nor does the case itself. Only works with USB-C, don’t get this, go with Apple official products. Very disappointed

Looks Great but Fails
Im only giving 2 stars because Its not super bulky/heavy and I love how it feels. Other than that I don't like it. It only gave my phone 20% extra and then it died. This happened twice.

Doesn’t work!!
I’ve charged the juice pack and it doesn’t charge my phone when I turn it on to charge. I would like a refund but I don’t want to pay to return it.
