Simple easy way to return empty ink cartridges
The return on the Lexmark ink Cartridge was as easy as it can be. Lexmark provides the label, the box comes with the unused cartridge, the used cartridge goes in the box, on goes the labels and next step is UPS....simple!

Lexmark black toner
I do not have to buy ink every two weeks. The printer is quiet and I love it. I am able to print from my cell phone, which I have never been able to do that with my old printer.

Screen says “Paper jam”. There is no paper jam. Lego type instructions no help. Will not work.

Highly regret buying this
I am having a terrible terrible experience with it. Giving 1 star is still one star too much and I generally am very generous with rating items I even slightly enjoy. Unfortunately this printer is making me problems every single time I use it no matter what I do and I already spent hours speaking to customer service yet the paper always jams, and I mean "always", and that's just one of the problems. Honestly I think I should be fully reimbursed.
