Under the Business Critical service upgrade option, when you contact IBM for support and IBM determines that onsite support is necessary, IBM will target to be onsite within 4 hours, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. This target is measured from the time onsite hardware support is deemed necessary. IBM will contact your representative to arrange for the onsite visit.
