Within two hours after contacting the HPE call center, users will hear back from the HPE RCA person.

Customers of the HPE Technology Services with 10 credits per year have to provide contact information and register the service within 10 days after purchase if registration is necessary. The 10 credits expire on the anniversary of the purchase date in each of three years. They're not redeemable or transferrable in any way.
