Great for Small Business Printing
I use HP printers for our family business and overall I’ve been really happy with this OfficeJet Pro 9720. The biggest advantage for me is the ability to print on extra-long and larger paper sizes. I was able to print directly onto 9x12 catalog envelopes with our business logo, which I couldn’t do on my regular printer, so that alone ended up being really useful.
It handles a wide variety of paper types and sizes, but I will say there was a bit of a learning curve at first. When I switched to printing 4x6 photos/cards, the printer wouldn’t grab the smaller paper and I honestly thought I made a mistake upgrading. On my older HP printer I never had to manually slide the paper guide snug against the paper, so I didn’t realize this one required it. After a quick Google search and adjusting the guide properly, it worked perfectly and hasn’t been an issue since. Just something to know if you’re switching from a simpler printer setup.
I also use HP Instant Ink and highly recommend it if you print often. Between business printing and everyday use, it feels like the ink lasts forever and replacement cartridges just show up automatically before I even think about them.
I looked into HP’s newer AI subscription features too, but right now I personally can’t justify paying extra for them. I think more people would probably try them if HP bundled a complimentary version in with Instant Ink first so users could actually see the value.
Overall, I’m still sticking with HP printers. This one has been a solid upgrade for business use once I got familiar with the paper settings.

Absolute workhorse home offices
This All in one printer is a fantastic choice to reliable for small businesses and work offices
It standout feature is wide format printing that allows you to print oversized documents

Still new, but so far so good
The printer is larger than expected so please look at dimensions first to make sure you have room for it. The power cable is also shorter than expected so make sure you a plug close by. The set up is the highlight so far, very easy and with the phone app, it joins the network easily. Again, have not done a lot of printing just yet but will be curious on how long the ink cartridges last compared to past laser printing we have done. Overall, good brand and lots of features are the reasons we chose to purchase this printer.

My wife's new favorite printer
We've had a lot of printers over the years, run a photography business, etc. To date: this is literally my wife's new favorite printer. She was able to set it up herself, She even described it as essentially setting itself up and telling her when it was ready to print it was so easy!

Great wide format printer
I just started my small business and I have been on the market for a printer that offers all the things I needed. This HP Pro 9720 fits my needs. The setup was easy and straightforward. What I love the most is that it's a wide format printer which is beneficial for my small business. I love that you can also print straight from your phone. The print quality is awesome. The touchscreen on the printer is easy to navigate through especially if you need to scan or copy.

Quick to connect
I like my new HP printer. It was easy to connect to my home WIFI and set it up. It was a little larger than I would have like but it has a place in my home office. The app the HP has is smart and handy to take printouts right out of my phone. The touch screen is. Wry responsive and easy to use. The ports that come out are sharp and good color. There is an area to store papers so it’s out of site. The only downside I see is that sometime when printing webpages directly it looks like it doesn’t follow the command. I have to download the page and then print which can be a pain sometimes.
Overall a good office or home printer for everyday printing .

Printing like a Pro
This Printer is a professional printer. It has many features, as you know as your current printer gets older, it has problems that crop up. anywhere to dropping the connection to paper getting stuck. This new HP pretty much connected itself once I downloaded the APP. It even had my network password. New Pro Printer like this has a much stronger signal. It can use many types of paper and card stock. After I use it a lot more I will get to know it a lot better.

Great for a home office
THe HP ALL in One printer, 2942 Printer is a fantastic choice for someone that has a home office. The printer is super easy to set-up, taking no more than 10 minutes from opening the box to printing your first page. Everything you need to started is included in the box. Inserting the ink was a snap. It is very clear hot to unsert the printer cartridge and easy to access the area to insert it.
The printer has a large capacity paper tray that can feed all different sizes of paper, and a lot of paper all at once. Once you click prin the printer begins printing, quietly and efficiently. The print quality is outstanding and is very crisp.
I love that the printer is able to connect to our network so anyone can print wirelessly and even from their smartphones. There is a companion app. I use the iOS app version. The app displays a variety of interesting information. You can tell the current ink levels, manage many of the printer options, and run printer diagnostics.
This is a great all around printer that anyone should consider when looking for a new printer.

Perfect for my home office!
I really love using this printer. It was super easy to set up and is great for my home office. I use this from my children's school projects and also to print coupons. I can use it to copy coloring sheets for my children and make them at home. I love that it is connected to my smart phone and I can use the HP app to quickly print things right with a touch of my finger on my phone.
It works great and the ink cartridges are easy to replace. I highly recommend for all of your home office needs!

I’ve been using the HP OfficeJet Pro 9720 All-in-One Printer for a few weeks now and I’m really impressed with it. The setup was quick and easy, and connecting it to my Wi-Fi and phone only took a few minuts. Print quality is excelent for both documents and photos, with sharp text and bright colors that look great.
I’ve printed everything from recipies and shipping labels to family photos, and the results have been consistantly good every time. So far it has been reliable, convenient, and a great addition to my home office.

Game Changer
Absolutely would recommend! I had another HP printer that would get the clogged ink in the lines majority of the year and it was brand new. So this a HP printer is a total game changer. This has printer cartridges so I don’t have to worry about clogged lines, prints pages in eight second. Would recommend for small businesses or small office use of excessive printing like referrals, orders, small scrapbooking projects or small projects. Used to print out presentations, my son‘s preschool work, and nursing school projects. I can already tell the difference from my old HP to this HP printer. I highly recommended.

I like how easy the printer is to setup. It took 20 minutes to set it up and connect it to the internet. I love hove I can print straight from my phone if I’m on the WiFi. I also like the ink and paper subscription so I never run out. I also like the size of the printer and that I can print wider papers.

Lose the Subsciption
I really like the HP OfficeJet 9720 — it’s a solid, easy-to-use wide-format all-in-one that handles up to 11×17, prints out crisp text and vibrant color, and makes scanning, copying, and mobile/cloud printing painless; the speed and big paper tray mean it keeps up with a busy home office or small business without fuss. My only complaint is HP’s Instant Ink: it’s handy for automatic deliveries and recycling, but the page-based pricing and cartridge restrictions can get pricey or feel inflexible if you print irregularly.

Great for anyone looking to print larger sizes
We have been looking for a larger format printer to make posters for a while and found the HP OfficeJet Pro 9720 All-in-One Printer with many of the features that we were looking for. The printer arrived very well packaged and was easy to take out the box. The box is huge so if you're on the smaller side have someone ready to help you with the box. Its not heavy at all but the box was really large in both length and width. Once you open the box it has everything you need to get you started. The ink and plug just needed to be installed and then you can look for the printer on your network. It was really easy to set up. We went through the test print and it looked great. I have since been printing all week in both colour and black and white and both look really good. I also really appreciate that you can print in larger sizes and it comes handy for small posters. The prints themselves also come out really quickly. The scan and copy functions are also really handy. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it for anyone with a small home office or small business.

Very Impressed
So far I’m loving the HP OfficeJet Pro 9720 Printer, the print quality and colors are so vibrant, it’s wonderful. I also really like that it connects right to the HP app and is easy to manage from there. Set up was very easy, it didn’t take much time at all to set it up, get it connected, and start printing which was great! Excellent printer I would definitely recommend this printer to others.

Great All-In-One for small businesses!
This printer is great! I have been using it for work for a few weeks now and it meets all my needs. The set up was easy, thanks to the app and clear instructions The print quality is clear and sharp and just easy. It handles wide-format printing which is a great option for different projects. The size works for any small space and it is also quieter than my last printer. I can make copies of various sizes and can always control my printing via my app. Great printer/copier and I’m a happy business owner with it.

Great large format all in one
I’ve been using both the HP OfficeJet 9122 and the HP OfficeJet 9720 for a while now, and they’ve honestly become things we didn’t realize we’d depend on so much. Setup for both printers was quick, and getting them connected to our computers and phones was easy, so everyone in the house could start using them right away without any confusion. It’s been especially nice not having to troubleshoot or spend time figuring things out.
The real test came when we had to scan a 50-page double-sided legal document, which is usually the kind of task everyone avoids. Normally that would take forever, but the dual-side scanning made it incredibly simple on both machines. We just loaded everything in and let it run, no flipping pages or standing there watching it the whole time.
What really impressed me was the mobile scanning feature. The AI automatically figured out the correct page orientation, so everything came through clean, straight, and in the right order without any extra effort. That convenience really stood out, especially when using the 9720 for larger or more frequent jobs.
Print quality has been solid across the board on both printers, whether it’s basic documents or color prints, and they’ve been reliable with no issues so far. Between work documents and random family needs like school papers and forms, they get used a lot and haven’t slowed us down at all. Overall, both the 9122 and the 9720 have been a great fit for our household and especially helpful for the work files I need to print and scan.

This printer does it all!
I’m in love with my HP OfficeJet pro. I have been using this for weeks and it’s been an absolute life changer for me. It was SO simple to install. You just follow the prompts on the little screen and bam you’re done! I have gone through a lot of printers over the years and this is by far the best one I’ve ever owned. It prints really easily and quickly and I have yet to experience any jamming. One of the main reasons I chose this printer was the ability to print larger formats, and it’s been perfect for that. The touchscreen is easy to use, the wireless connection has been reliable, and the HP app makes printing from my phone incredibly convenient. I’m really happy with this purchase. If you’re looking for a dependable all in one printer for a home office or small business, I definitely recommend the HP OfficeJet Pro 9720.

Reliable Wi-Fi Printer with Great Print Qualit
I’ve been really happy with this printer. It was easy to set up, and getting it connected to Wi-Fi didn’t take long. Wireless printing works well almost all the time. Every once in a while it doesn’t connect right away, but restarting the printer has fixed it for me.
The print quality is nice and clear, it prints quickly, and copying has worked without any problems. I also like that it can handle different paper sizes instead of just standard sheets. The paper tray holds enough that I’m not always having to refill it.
HP Instant Ink has also been worth having. It’s nice not worrying about running out of ink when I need to print something. I would just recommend watching your printing usage since they will charge you per print after you go over!
Overall, it’s been a dependable printer that’s easy to use for everyday printing at home. I’d buy another HP printer based on my experience with this one.
