Replacement ink stuck at Canada Post, so the experience has not been wonderful, however, the printer is good.

It makes funny noises that make you believe that something is mechanically wrong. Sometimes it prints only part of the document even though it is on adjust to page size etc...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from HP Officejet 9135e OCR missing This is the worst HP Officejet/AIO I have owned in the last 20 years. Previous models provided OCR scanning as advertised. This one does not, either with HP Smart, HP Scan, Microsoft Scan, or Adobe Acrobat. HP Smart provides Scan without OCR (unless you register with HP+). The other software, including HP Scan, cannot even find the scanner.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disppointing Disappointing is sadly the keyword here. I have been an HP. Puente forever. They produced easy to use and cost effect units that I loved. This unit is not that. The use of a forced app to control is messy, setup is difficult, support is in reachable and when I did reach they cannot solve basic issues. Will likely be my last HP.

The software is unchanged from what was available with my old HP printer. It is a huge disappointment and the main reason for the poorer rating. The scanning software, quite frankly, is bush league. No cudos to HP for spending $0 on even the most rudimentary improvements to the user experience.

It is bending the top right corner of each printed page. So far, I have not found a solution for the issue and may need to send it back under warranty. Disappointed but will replace with a like model if the issue is not fixable.

I’m printing reports, invoices, or marketing materials, I appreciate not having to interrupt my work to add more paper since it comes with two 250-page input trays. The automatic document feeder is a game-changer. It enables seamless single-pass, double-sided scanning. I can quickly digitize stacks of documents without manually flipping pages. This feature alone has saved me valuable time. The easy-to-use print app allows me to scan, print, and copy directly from cloud storage services like Google Drive and OneDrive. It’s convenient and efficient, especially when collaborating with colleagues or accessing files remotely.

The bag came with handles and this was very helpful since I have arthritis in my hands. The printer was not heavy or to big, it was the right size to carry. The setup was super easy to follow and perform. The ink keep popping out when I tried to install it; however, it finally did stay in. I have printed several documents and the quality is very good. I have not tried to print pictures. I did try to print my insurance cards; however, the duplex ability was limited so I was not able to make them with front and back matching, the back was over to the side. When I looked at the shortcuts, there were quite a few that were locked. I will need to research how to unlock those as well as see how to make cards via duplex ability. The printer noise when printing is reasonable, it is not as loud as the old dot matrix printers. I am looking forward to scanning and printing photos to see how well the printer performs. Also, this is my first time using a HP Printer and so far I am impressed with it's abilities and look forward to using it more and more. Bottom line, is this a good printer, yes. I would recommend this model to my friends and family (even my enemies, it is that good of a printer).

I recently purchased this HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e and have been simply astonished since it came out of the box! Setup was simple by just following the directions from HP. It has all the features I am used to with greater speed. Double sided printing has always been big for me and this printer does not disappoint! I still have a lot to learn about it, but first impressions is WOW!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wish I'd never bought Problem 1: requires strongly that you set up for wireless use (hard fro me because my internet can be spotty. Problem 2. Required that I upgrade my Mac computer which cause my computer to crash. 3. Then after computer repaired, printer would not print and had error messages stating I had to contact HP. 4. Printer would not turn off unless I unplugged nor would it turnoff unless I unplugged and replugged it in. 5. Very slow. 6. Keeps telling me I am low on paper when I am not. 7. Keeps giving me messages about my cartridges ...that are meaningless messages. 8. I did finally y with difficulty get an agent online allegedly to help me but they just argued and argued with me. I wanted to return as I had only had printer 3 days and it was under warranty but they wouldn't allow it until I had technician "work with me". Obviously I should have bought from Costco or hardscape store where I could easily return. Currently I am still stuck with this (my husband is mad) and I am fighting it but still trying to work out ALL the BUGS!!!!

The software isn't buggy; the connection to our wifi router is perfect and instantaneous. It works like all the previous models were supposed to work. Oh, Yes, and the printing and copying are excellent. If you've been frustrated by Officjet Pros in the past, now is the time to upgrade.

With my daily work from home printing and with my family taking on school projects, and picture printing. The HP OfficeJet 9135e really does outshine, easy to set up utilizing HP's Smart App, which allows for easy set up and gives you options to scan, print, and keep tabs on your HP+ account. It allows me to easily scan my documents and convert them easily edit. It can print a large document of 100's of pages in under 5min. We load the multiple trays with Photo Paper for when we need to print photos, and second tray for day to day prints. Makes it easy to manage how to load and use. My kids can take advantage when it comes to their school presentations, and assisting with school events and flyers. The large and easy to use LCD allows for easy copies, scans, and email with out getting on the computer. We have multiple devices at home from, all can find and easily use the printing wirelessly with our any effort to set up. You can connect this via USB, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet, so no shortage of connectivity options that will work on pretty much all devices. For being a business style printer it really does print some great photos, the instant ink capability really does shine when it comes to getting more ink with our interruption, it smartly sends you more ink when you need it taking all the guess work out of when you need more. All in all the HP OfficeJet really does live up to its Pro name, it takes care of all our home needs including my business and work from home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Speedy, high quality prints! I've used many printers, and this one is by far among the best I have used when it comes to home office printers. Setup is a breeze! After pulling it out of the box and plugging it in, it walks you through the steps for setup, as well as providing a link for their website with more details to complete setup. I was up and running within five minutes. I print a lot for my home business and this printer not only keeps up, but delivers some impressive results. Whether printing in black and white or full color, the words and images are clear and crisp! I didn't even have it set to print at the highest quality and was still impressed by the results. Scanning and copying is a breeze and is quick as well. Throughout my first initial weeks of use, I did run into one "critical system error". The screen was glitching out and it said the printer needed to be restarted. Nothing was functioning, including the power button, so my only solution was to unplug the printer. Upon plugging the printer back in, everything was normal and printer functioned as usual. I printed some pages immediately to verify it was working as intended. Overall, besides the one error I ran into, I am very impressed with this printer and cannot recommend it enough. In fact, I have even encouraged several family members who were in the market for a new printer to look this one over and see if it is right for them as it is an excellent printer! I am very happy, with not only the speed, but also the quality and ease of use!

I run multiple small businesses and this is perfect for all my prininting needs. Before i could even think about connecting it to the wifi it was asking to join my network. It sings a little song when done and by the time i've even gone to get my print off the tray, its been waiting for me. The HP App is great, I've printed photos off the app on this printer and they look fantastic! I'm 100% sold on this printer!!

It has duplex printing, scanning and copying as well, which means it will do both sides of the paper. It is an ink jet printer, but it prints at professional quality. It has an automatic document feeder on it too. You can use different types of paper in it, including envelopes, card stock and photo paper. It’s great for business, home office, or school too. The screen is easy to read and use. The app is great too. Setup: super simple to setup. App will guide you through the simple and easy process. Use: this device is easy to use and has an easy to use menu. Even if you aren’t tech savvy, this will be the printer for you. Features: Advanced features include duplex, 2 paper trays, wireless, doesn’t need a computer to use, can use your smartphone or tablet, can print remotely, software has many options for creative printing projects too. Pros: speed is good, print quality is fantastic, noise isn’t bad, duplex feature is a must, the automatic document feeder is also a must. Holds a lot of paper. Is compatible with HP Instant Ink and 3 free months to get you started. Cons: heavy and has a large footprint

I printed a 30 page document and it took 10 minutes to print. I've never had a printer this slow. It has a nice print when it is done printing. There are consistent error messages if it has more than one job in que. I'm not sure how I feel about the price and the speed of this one.

Worse, if you find it impossible to complete the setup it will dun you for days telling you to complete the set-up which you can't. It's customer support is worse than useless. They give you bad information and rush to get off the line. Far different from their laptop support who stay on the line until they are sure to solve the problem. I think the nub of the problem is that the setup requires you to connect wirelessly, at least that is what their useless tech told me. The issue is the printer is located in and area with poor internet connectivity so I have it connect by a direct cable which is fine. The printer jams a little but other than that it is fast and the print quality is very good.

I love how it handles heavy work loads with ease, such as prinitinge lots of pages at once. It has touchscreen display. Colors are vivid and high quality. 3 months of Instant ink is included , which is awesome. Once installed on your computer you can add additional features from the HP app. The connectivity is great . I think the print quality is awesome and professional. The HP Smart App is easy to use with a ton of features. Overall, this printer is a great choice for small businesses, even teachers!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Low on ink? Never! As a owner of an older model HP printer, I was excited to try the new HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e. My first impression was that it was so much bigger than my previous HP model. I found it easy to unbox and connect the AC cable, but setting it up was time consuming. When I tried to install the ink cartridges, the cartridges didn't "click" as stated in the instructions. So when I closed the lid and the ink tray moved, it caused a malfunction. The printer makes lots of loud noise when it's setting up, printing or just on. I figured this would be something the HP could have fixed in 2024. The overall quality of the printing is good and the speed output is pretty fast. The ink feature is really good especially for the amount of usuage you get from it. I honestly believe you get your money's worth of you use the ink constantly. For a family with two young adults going to high school and college, the printer gets its usuage and does a really nice job. My biggest disappointment was the overall setup.

Very easy to set up, the app is very easy to navigate as well. The only thing I had to do was connecting to the WiFi, I was able to open the app directly from the photo then print. Love the color, also checked on the ink supplies seems can be found everywhere. Highly recommended!

The fact that I don't have to baby feed paper to it makes my heart so happy! I can just put paper in it and work and not worry about it. The papers come out flawless and honestly everything on it works great no matter what function you use on it. I knew that my printer needed an upgrade but it wasn't like it was ancient or anything. This printer is really showing off though, I am super impressed! Seriously blown away with everything that it has to offer and I cannot say enough about it. Really glad this printer has come into my work life.

I love the multiple tray versatility so I can use different types of paper at once. The ease of Wi-fi also makes it super convenient and easy to print from anywhere within the house. This printer also provides a number of connection options if you prefer USB, or Ethernet. They have truly thought of it all when it comes to this OfficeJet printer to make your busy life much easier. I just want to say how impressed I am willing the printing speed and quality. I have printed off over 500 + pages already and it is a breeze! The only thing that bums me out is when it prints double sided, the back is flipped the wrong directions. Perhaps, I didn't select the correct setting, but I will look into it more. But I love this printer!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding Print Quality and more I've used and owned many printers over the past 40 years, so I am excited to review the HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e all-in-one printer. Setup: The included Quick Start Guide makes it very easy to set up the printer. Simply un-box the machine, remove any shipping tape, and plug it in. The printer's Control Panel walks you through the setup. I downloaded the HP Smart app from the Mac App Store and configured other features and shortcuts. Once the printer was connected to my home network, I was able to find it with all of my other computer and mobile devices using WiFi. Printing: The print quality is outstanding. The text is very crisp and the colors are vivid. Print speed is fast, especially when printing two-sided pages. Having two paper trays is quite nice and useful. Letter-size paper is loaded into the bottom tray, and envelopes are loaded in the top tray. Scanning: Scanning can be a bit challenging on most printers, and this one is not perfect. I could not see where to position a page/photo correctly on the glass flatbed. It took a couple of attempts to get it right. Then I noticed an indented corner symbol in the upper right corner. The document sheet feeder works great for scanning multiple documents. On the Control Panel, under Scan, there's an option to Scan to Computer. This gives me instructions to print out a setup page. I finally found in the HP User Guide that the MacOS is not supported through this feature on the Control Panel. I was able to scan easily with Adobe Acrobat and the HP Smart app. Scanning a photo with the HP Smart app is a bit challenging. It doesn't auto-detect photos smaller than letter size, even though that option is selected. Interestedly it did display the correct crop area, but outside the image on the next step of scanning. Connection: Besides connecting to WiFi, there's a USB port on the front of the computer. On the rear of the printer, you can see Phone-In, Phone-Out, USB, and Ethernet ports. I didn't understand why the USB port was taped over with a confusing label. I read in the HP User Guide to not set up the printer via USB. Use WiFi or Network, then remove the label for USB. Instant Ink Cartridge Subscription: Let's see how useful and economical this becomes. My other printers have refillable ink tanks. Overall, I am impressed with the speed and quality of the printer. I print many designs for client approval. They will be impressed too.

Photo printing is exceptional and two-sided scanning and printing is right on the money. I love sending documents while I am away from my office. Score 100%... this is far and away the best printer we have ever had. This is an excellent value !!

Printing is high quality and it also has many other functions like scanning and faxing. My only issue is that the ink is very pricey compared to what I am use to and it is quite big and bulky.

So it prints a lot daily! I would say it handles ink well too because I have yet to have to change it! I do have HP ink set up but it hasn't come in yet. Overall it was fast to set up and easy to use. The touch screen has been right on and only needs a light touch. It prints clearly and with beautiful color! In fact today another business asked me what my settings were because my invoices were so perfect! It prints quickly and double sided efficiently as well. I haven't experienced any paper jams so far. Though at one point it did just start beeping for no apparent reason. I didn't see anything in the manual but a quick google search told me to unplug from the back and the wall wait 30 seconds and plug back in to update the firmware and it worked. Definitely a happy user here! You can't go wrong with this printer!

Unbox the printer and remove the blue tape, screen protectors, and cardboard supports in the paper tray. Plug the printer in and select your language and county. Then scan the QR code on the insert and it will take you to a guided setup on your phone. If you do not have the HP Smart App on your computer, you should go ahead and download it now or log into the app if you already have it. I was replacing an old HP Multifunction Printer and when adding this printer to the app it asked me if I was replacing my existing printer on my HP Instant Ink account, which I was. I copied all of my information and settings over to the new printer and I was up and running with little fanfare. This process would take a little longer if you don’t already have an HP account and the app set up. Now to the good part, I immediately noticed a difference in speed with regard to printing and scanning with this printer. This is a great upgrade and I was happy to see my wife agree when she used it the first time. The larger color screen is excellent and is much easier to use than the one on my previous model. Another feature I like is two printer trays which is perfect for a small business. Ideally you should have to do little interaction with the printer with two trays to meet your needs. One thing to note is to use the Wi-Fi functionality you need to make sure your PCs are running on the same Wi-Fi network as the printer for it to operate correctly. All in all, I am extremely pleased and this printer has exceeded my expections.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overall a disappointment So, set up was full of bugs, going through HP Smart. I had to delete the software first, install with windows, and then reinstall HP Smart. The bottom tray seems set up for all the specialty sizes, yet the printer will only print those specialty sizes from tray 1. Also, the output tray is not Ling enough to handle catching more than 10 legal size at a time. Who in the world wants to stand by their printer and remove 10 outputs at a time, so the printouts don't fall to the floor. I do like the idea of a second source tray and the printout quality is betelter than expected, but for an ink jet Pro, business focused machine, overall a disappointment from the 8610 I replaced after a decade of faithfully working.

During the first attempt to scan, the machine crashed repeatedly. The Instant Ink program is terrible. The power cord connects directly into the bottom rear of the machine, requiring excessive clearance at the rear of the machine. The ink cartridges are just enough different from the 950 design to keep them from working, and there are no high-capacity cartridges available. Using the built-in display interface is very frustrating due to extremely slow operation/delayed responses. The ADF is difficult to feed. The only two good things about the machine are fast printing and small size. Overall it is very disappointing, especially considering it is a new model.

What I am most excited about is that I can scan in PDF format, and the printer duplexes. Another great feature is the ability to load a significant amount of paper in the trays. The touch screen is a very nice feature and is easy to understand and use. The only drawback that I see with the printer is the size. It takes up a fair amount of space, but it's an office printer and not a home printer. I would highly recommend this printer to anyone who has significant printing needs or who just wants a better printer that has more features than your average one.

Faxing is a no-brainer just push setup and it will find your internet put in your password and you're done I sent a page to my son just to see how it operated, and he got just fine! I didn't forget the free ink for 3 months that's great cause they will automatically send replacements before you run out you also have the option to subscribe to printer paper.I see this printer being my new best friend. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion

Setup was extremely easy, within minutes I had all my devices set up to wirelessly print. The print quality is good but I am most impressed by the print speed. I often have the need to print a large amount of papers at one time. This printer has dramatically cut down the time I spend waiting for my prints. Scanning is extremely easy, I love that I can send the scan straight to my computer. The touchscreen is very intuitive, I have no problem finding what I need. I would highly recommend this printer. If you find yourself in a position where you need to quickly print a lot, this printer is for you!

With three kids in school I often find the need to print or scan documents at home is at least a weekly task. I had had a smaller capacity HP printer since COVID that was still working great and was subscribed to Instant Ink but the scanning was only one page at a time and I felt I needed something faster with more capacity. This 9135e is an excellent upgrade. The print quality is suburb. It’s fast and easy to use. With two trays of paper you can set it to different print size needs. The scanning is so much faster and easier for me on this machine and I love that you can email it right from the printer itself. The best part about HP is their outstanding service and the HP Instant Ink program. You no longer have to search stores for ink cartridges or discounts or bother trying to refill yourself to save money. It’s such a huge cost and time saving program. They monitor your use and drop ship to your door when needed. It seems so much more affordable than purchasing cartridges. I also like that it’s helping the planet by using their easy recycling program. Definitely recommend this printer as well as the HP company itself.

No matter what I did, everything printed from tray 2. However, after a long call to tech support, they were able to correct the issue and now it works great. I have no complaints. After plugging it in and downloading the HP Smart App, it walked me thru all the directions. It was so easy to connect the printer to Wifi and start printing. We love that we can print from multiple devices and phones without having to be next to the printer. We also like the amount of paper that it holds so we are not consistently loading it. The scanner function is a breeze to use as is the copy. While we have only been using this for a short time, I'm amazed at how easy the setup was and also how quickly it prints.

Scanning is fast and helps me get all my work attachments uploaded without problem. I like being able to preview my scan through the HP+ smart app and fix any pages before saving. It was giving us problems but when we set it up (says needs paper even when paper is full, wont connect to app, etc.) which may have been user error. Once we got it all fixed, it has been wonderful. Simple setup, simple printing, a nice option of send ink replacements even before I realize I need more (a plus with a busy job and kids) and it can do all the random little tasks that crop up once in a blue moon (scanning, faxing, copying, etc) in addition to a ton of high volume printing. The app on my phone makes connectivity very easy (no more annoying USB cables, and the fact that it prints out of the front of the cabinet means that it's easy to conceal/doesn't take up countertop space). Print speed is fast and good quality -- even the color photos look sharp! It's a bit taller than I expected, but still fits snugly in our sideboard. Overall, great stuff

You can scan the QR code on the setup instructions or use the paper instructions. During setup you do have to press some buttons on the printers touchscreen during setup. The touch screen is very responsive. The HP+ smart app was also easy to use and setup your HP instant ink account with. There's three months free of HP instant ink included when setting up your printer through the HP+ smart app. Printing and scanning is fast compared to an older 2015 All-in-One model I have. The HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e All-in-One Printer is great at printer for both school and work documents. I recommend the HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e All-in-One Printer to anyone who needs a fast and reliable all-in-one Printer.

I was really surprised at how easily I was able to connect it to my computer via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and then also connected to my phone. The printer itself is able to scan print fax copy all can be done in color and it’s extremely fast. I’m able to print 12 sheets of colored Reports less than a minute. One of the greatest features is being able to print directly from my phone to the printer anything that I have on my phone, also, I can scan using my phone and have the document/picture sent directly to where it needs to go.

I have been using the laser printer for the longest time because I needed a professional quality printing for my business. I was shocked to see the size of this printer. It is the same size as my HP laser printer. It does everything my laser does, copy, print, and scan 2 sided. The installation was a breeze. The printer driver and connection were through the HP Smart app that I already have installed for my laser HP. It works flawlessly and wirelessly. The print quality is comparable to the laser counterpart. I have not order or see how much is the ink for this printer yet and cannot compare the cost of two, but it should be more cost effective than paying $250 for the toner toner.

The user interface is intuitively designed, offering a lag-free experience with a highly responsive touchscreen. It’s a breeze to utilize all the functionalities and tools, eliminating the need to constantly search for guidance online. The quality of prints, especially in color, is outstanding, producing consistent and lifelike results. Both monochrome and color documents are printed with impressive speed. Although I haven’t explored the faxing or copying capabilities yet, it’s evident that this printer offers a broader range of functions than our old one. The Instant Ink subscription service is a game-changer, providing immense convenience by ensuring we never run out of ink or paper, should we choose to include it. In the end, I keep getting a "paper tray not closed" error message I can't get rid of. I'll work with HP on that later. The error message doesn't interfere with printing, though. The prints are clear and crisp and beautifully vivid. However, best of all: I can scan multiple pages without having to go back and forth to the printer like with my old Epson. I do a lot of scanning, and this baby is worth its weight in diamonds! SO happy with this printer!!

We are happy with the functions and capabilities for our needs. withe wireless connectivity being productive has never been easier. The prints come out clean and crisp color is sharp and black and white is crisp. with easy to use application and control we can make adjustments on the fly. Setting up the HP OfficeJet Pro 7135 on my iPhone was a breeze, thanks to the QR code included in the box. Within minutes, I was able to effortlessly connect the printer to my phone and start printing documents and photos with ease. The installation process on an additional device was just as simple, with clear instructions provided within the QR code information. While I did encounter a minor issue during the installation process, I was able to quickly resolve it with the help of the instructions included in the reference guide. The troubleshooting steps provided were easy to follow and effectively addressed the issue, allowing me to continue setting up the printer without any further interruptions. In addition to its impressive print quality, the OfficeJet Pro 7135 offers a wide range of additional features, including scanning, copying, and faxing capabilities, including faxing from mobile device. It sounded like something grinding, HOWEVER, that was on the first startup. I didn't like the fact that I needed to use an app to do the installation. I would've rather downloaded the drivers myself. The setup wasn't too bad however, it failed to update the firmware twice and at one point the app couldn't find my printer. Once all was said and done, I would say it's not too loud. I like the LCD display. It's bright, responsive, and a nice size. Print quality is good and fast. Scanning was good using the ADF feature, with no jams. All in all, this is a very nice quality printer. I do like the auto ink delivery however, you do have to keep it in mind to cancel the trial if you don't want it.

This HpPrinter exceeds my expectations in all of these categories. Here are some highlights that I found important and I needed in a printer. Fastest color print I can get , copy, scan, and fax. With features like faster scan than in the past. Connectivity like mobile and wireless I'm able to print from anywhere easily. Fir my business or kids school work I get Professional-quality color for presentations, brochures, and flyers. Since it's ink subscription ready and has HP Wolf Security Print Speed: Black: Up to 24 pages per minute; Color: Up to 20 pages per minute. Equipped with two 250-page input trays. A Upgraded 4.3” Touchscreen control panel. I can actually see whats going on Inky sharp display. It allows on board Controller as well as Mobile app controls. The ability to print from anywhere with a data connection is Great and extremely useful for business purposes. I actually owned the last generations variation. I have found that everything feels more polished and fluid. So if you are looking to upgrade but wonder if you should? My recommendation is absolutely upgrade! You will definitely notice the difference. The build quality feels superb. It has a removable power cord. And that might seem silly to care about a power cord? But it really matters if you have ever had your cat decide to chew your cord lol. Simply replace it and you are ready to go. Bottom line is at this point I highly recommend This new printer from HP. I was pretty intimidated when the printer arrived because I've never owned an office printer but it was easy to set up using the directions that came with it. I'm able to scan and print copies of two sided documents with just a couple of buttons to push. I did have a little trouble getting the ink cartridges to click into place but once I did I was able to use the printer in ways I could never have done with my old printer. Bottom line the printer is fantastic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product, that is easy to setup I received my hp 9135e printer yesterday, took me a little time to set up, bc you have to download an app from the play store, and play store is having issues when connected to wifi. I did end up getting it setup over data on my cell phone for wireless printing which works wonders. And you have the option to print wirelessly to your personal printer or to any hp printer you can connect to through bluetooth. Prints are nice and clear and printing is fast. The free 3 month trial for ink and delivery is going to come in handy as well. And after the trial monthly prices arent too terribly bad. It is a little bulky so make sure you have plenty of room, but deft well worth the purchase.

I can use the HP Smart app on my mobile phone for easy use such as scan to my phone, print from my phone and send mobile fax. I enjoy using the document feeder on top of the printer to scan and print multiple pages versus doing to one at a time, it saves me so much time. I print quality is good, even the images come out great. You can print both color and in black and white. I recommend this printer to others who need an all in one.

I have used hp printers in my home for a few years now but was in need of a new printer for my office so decided to give the Officejet Pro 9135e a try. This printer has more than exceeded my expectations! Print quality is exceptional. It is faster than all of my previous printers and quieter than my other printer that is less than half it’s size. While the print quality and efficiency is awesome, my favorite feature is the scanner! Being able to drop double sided documents into the feeder and scan within seconds has been a game changer. It has saved me so much time. Set up took less than 10 minutes. Quick and easy! Overall, I am extremely happy with my new printer and highly recommend!

Setup was a breeze, starting with a few on screen printer selections and once completed it sent you to a QR Code located on the quick installation guide. Mobile device setup was included and in total it took less than 10 min. The printer has 2 printer trays available for use, which is extrememly beneficial. Installing the printer cartridges is also very simple. It is a color printer that has good speed and overall great quality prints. The weight is not at all bad and the size is not very large either. As usual, the build quality is superb. As with my previous HP printers, the Bluetooth printing option is fantastic. The free 3 month trial for ink and delivery is a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from East setup, easy use, easy print So, I get the opportunity to try the HP Officejet Pro 9130e. Right out of the box, it was a simple unpack with little to no assemble needed. I just needed to remove some tape and a protector for the scanner, adjust the paper tray and load with paper, install the ink cartridge, and then download the app. Once i started the application, it was very simple and easy instructions and was fully operation within 10 minutes on the first try even. The printer its-self is a lot bigger than the specs Which I like. It does have a ADF for scanning and large paper trays for capacity. The two things that I am not a fan of, is that I assumed it was a laser printer and not an inkjet, hence the name "LaserJet" and the size of the cartridges. They are pretty small. To counter that concern, HP offers a monthly service of auto ink order based on how many pages you plan on printing per month. If I remember correctly, for about 100 pages it would cost $5.99. which considering it isn't that bad of a price. Plus, if you enroll, you get 3 months free. So based on the plan you select, it could save you some bucks! The true test is yet to come in the next few months of use. As for now, I have no objections.

So far, connecting via wifi is the best. Although it took me longer to connect, I can't wait to print my greeting cards in color. Since I'm already a subscriber to Instant Ink, I am anxious to see the performance of my brand-new "toy." So far, the paper capacity is great.

Once I got it online, the Smart app features were so cool! I love the app scan feature where I can see the scan on the app and can auto-crop and then send it as a searchable PDF (not a simple pic PDF). This has been so useful in wordy documents I've had to scan that I can search through easily now. Printing is also very fast and very nice. I've printed a couple pics and am looking forward to printing more!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Jury still out I purchased this printer to replace my tried and true HP OfficeJet Pro 8630. I had figured that this would be a better machine but the jury is still out on that. I have had significant issues trying to get the driver installed on a basic Windows 11 machine (also HP) and had to call for help a couple of times to get that far, and then had to switch from my wired LAN connection to WiFi to get it to work. Now I can't seem to get envelopes to print so I will have to call again. I am not a fan of the HP Smart app approach to drivers now as the old style was working fine. I am sure HP will help me get it working eventually but this has taken way longer than any of my previous HP printers.

HP made getting this large, heavy printer out of the box a breeze with the convenient handles. The initial set up took a little longer than expected due to some connection issues but once I got past that it was easy. I immediately printed a photo from my phone without having to go through any sort of set up. The print was clear and effortless. I then connected it to my laptop and printed a document from there. It took a few minutes to install the driver, but once that was done it was simple. I wanted to see if it connected to other devices as effortlessly, since I already had HP apps on my phone and computer. Sure enough my husband went on his phone and was able to send a photo to the printer with any extra apps. Based on the standard of the print on basic white paper, I plan to get some high quality photo paper and print out photos for around the house. I am excited that I was able to transfer my current HP instant ink plan to this printer. It was fast and I my current subscription was able to be paused so I could get the three months free. This printer has so many features that I cannot wait to explore!

I searched for and found an updated HP all in one printer that would print multiple size pages and photo paper. The HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e wireless meets all my needs. I primarily use this printer for home use. I print pictures and personal business papers and make copies. It set up easily, connected to WiFi as well as direct print from devices. It can connect to phone systems for fax but I have no current need for that, I am glad I have the option. The print looks good and it is reasonably fast printing.

The three colors and the black color come out with spot on color and very sharp too. This printer can connect via the wifi network, so you can print from your phone, tablet or computer! This printer also has the option to subscribe to the hp ink. Once subscribed, it sends you new ink, so no worries of ever running out! I'm so impressed with this printer! There seemed to be an issue in printing through the HP application as it noted that the tray was not installed properly. While this was a minor inconvenience, I was still able to print via my phone and computers. I enjoy that it has high-quality printing, including how it reinserts the paper to put ink on the paper. The use of it in scanning is superb and well beyond any other printers that I have used - including a HP printer. It is bulky for use at the home, but I would definitely recommend it for businesses that are small or even if you work from home. The options on the touchscreen pad are useful, but I found myself mainly using the HP app. Overall, this is a wonderful multipurpose printer to use if you print a lot on a monthly basis.

Tech support could not fix the issue which they said was a firmware issue on their part and they said they were sending me a replacement. I have not received any updates to track my order and your automated system does not have any new order for me. I now have to call again during business hours to speak to someone to find out what happened. Needless to say I’m not happy at all with your service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overall okay printer but there are issues I received the HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e All-In-One-Printer several days ago and decided to test it thoroughly. It really looks very modern and has a sleek, simple design. I also like the big LED touchscreen. The printer is only connected to the wall outlet. There’s no other cables connecting it to your computer. So you can place it anywhere you want it. There’s also not really much information coming with the printer. There’s a manual but it only has four pages. It’s really all online. You scan a QR code and follow the instructions to set up the printer. It took me about 45 minutes. It wasn’t the easiest setup I ever did. I definitely can see people struggling with this one. Some things could’ve been explained better. When you open the front to put in the ink cartridges you have to make sure to not just press the middle part of the front when you close it up again. In the beginning I didn’t notice it but the right top corner never went back into place. You have to push on that part too. This probably could’ve been avoided by better product design/engineering. It’s just a minor flaw but slightly annoying. I was surprised when I opened up the printer because there was quite an amount of ink spilled on the inside. I’m not sure how it happened but so far it hasn’t been a problem. I already had an instant ink subscription with my old HP printer so I had to login to my HP account and then added this printer to my account. It wasn’t too difficult. I received 3 months of free instant ink. After that you can choose a plan that fits your needs (X amount of pages/month) or cancel the subscription and purchase the ink yourself. I also tend to always turn off the printer when not in use. Every time I turn it back on I get a notification about the Cyan ink cartridge being previously installed. I don’t know why it happens but also is it really necessary to bring this up again and again? It’s highly recommended to download and install the HP Smart app to really be able to use this All-In-One-Printer to its fullest potential. Once in the app you login to your HP account and then add the printer. You have to install the app on all devices that you want to have these added features on. The HP Smart app lets you view the ink levels (even though sometimes they seem way off) or start certain tasks like scanning, printing a document remotely and much more. The print itself looks good and it’s very fast compared to my old printer. So far the colors seem a little muted. Maybe this isn’t really the best printer for photos or artwork. I’ll also have to get some better photo paper to test it. Earlier when I tried to print something and all of a sudden the printer was just “offline” for no reason. I had to restart the printer. I also received a printer error one time for no obvious reason. Next I tried to scan some of my watercolor art on the scanner glass. There aren’t many options to change the outcome of the scan in the scan dialogue. I had to deactivate all the auto-adjustments because they took away lots of areas that had lighter paint on them. When I tried the to scan via the document feeder on top of the printer, I received a critical error and had to unplug the printer because it wouldn’t turn off by pushing the button. I tried it again and it worked without problem. Unfortunately I get weird section cuts in the scanned image when I scan on high resolution (1200 dpi). I’m not exactly sure if this is a hardware issue of my computer (need a new more powerful one) or the scanner software problem. HP customer support told me this was most likely due to my computer being old and not powerful enough to handle that kind of high resolution scan. I had no issues scanning on a lower resolution like 600 dpi. I need a new computer desperately anyway. As soon as I’m able to purchase one I’ll be able to test the high resolution scan again. Overall this All-In-One Printer has as many features but also many little problems. The setup wasn’t the easiest and I experienced quite a lot of error messages. If you’re a little tech savvy then it’s not a huge problem. I’m also not sure this is a great printer for art. I think it does better with plain text documents. I only printed maybe 20 pages and the ink levels on the color inks are already pictured as half empty. There’s certainly a learning curve with this product. I’m still learning new things daily…

I also appreciate that it comes with two separate paper trays. I did have an issue with the cartridges installed at the beginning but I finally got it to work. Additionally, you can easily copy any documents with it and it has a powerful colorful touchscreen.

It's definitely faster, it was easier to set up out of the box. So far we have set up all the applications except for the fax portion; the printer is set up far away from the phone line and that's why we haven't been able to connect; this was the problem with the previous two printers; I'm going to have to get a very long telephone extension cord to be able to connect the telephone line to the printer. Hopefully I'll be able to accomplish this process soon

I was surprised to find speedy, double-sided, color printing and functional copying and scanning in a moderately compact size. For a family or small business that has basic printing needs, this printer leverages a balance between functionality, performance, and color printing, particularly for those with laser color printers that aren't able to cycle through enough prints to maintain a high-quality toner use distribution. Well worth a try.

It prints up to 24 pages per minute, and it have the capacity of more than 500 printer paper. It is super easy to setup and install. Something that I live about it is that you can use your printer from your phone with the quick and easy HP app. I can print something from my work and send it directly to my house by using the app. This is a great feature because it makes printing and doing projects more confortable and easy.

It is perfect for business purposes, office at your home or for your students at college. It is not too big and bulky. It is super fast printing and little to no noise while it does the print job. It has 2 paper trays which is nice when you have a big print job to do. You can also sign up for the ink subscription, your printer sends information to Hp so they know to send ink by the # of print it has done. Love the fact to you have the option to connect to wifi which means less wires to deal with. This printer does everything I need it to copies, scans and faxes. This is a great printer, easy to learn and operate. Perfect for home business, school or work. I highly recommend this printer to anyone. Hp make great products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Printer - Bad Software Interface Like all HP printers that I have owned the hardware is excellent. I wish the scanner was a bit faster, but that is my only comment. Now we get to the software. HP is pushing you to their HP Smart software. It is just not good software in my opinion. It is internet based and not as comprehensive as their stand alone software was. For instance, there is no way that I am aware to set defaults. When I scan, I almost exclusively use the document feeder and yet the default is for scanner glass. The printer or software doesn’t recognize when you insert documents into the feeder so when you hit scan it scans the empty glass. There are no settings in HP Smart to straighten “crooked” scans. If you want to scan to need to be logged in the internet. Ridiculous! When printing you cannot choose the media tray you want from the app. You have to go the printer software itself from the print menu to do this. HP needs to improve the HP Smart app or go back to the old standalone software. In trying to resolve these issues, HP’s offshore support is atrocious.

Having the ability to print, scan, copy, and fax all in one is always a game changer in our house. It comes instant ink ready which is a huge plus, even though they have changed their instant ink subscription a little bit it is still worth it to have ink on hand and never run out. When I say this printer is QUICK I mean it is QUICK! The printer prints beautiful quality pages in a fraction of the time my other printers do. The downfall is it is heavy and a little on the bulky end even though it is appealing to the eye. This can cause a few issues when thinking about the space that is needed to house this printer in. It is not compact in any way. Setup was quick and easy with little effort to get it printing. Once you are setup you can begin printing from your computer or your phone and it also has the option to print while out and about. I give this printer a 5/5 star rating, you will not regret this purchase.

For some reason the print settings are continuously messed up and Microsoft print drivers aren't naturally loaded. When you go to print it always says it's out of paper and it's not. You have to walk across the office to pull out the paper tray and re-insert it so that it will actually print. I believe this is some issue between the HP drivers and Microsoft? Looking for an answer doesn't net you anything. Really, the printer is cheaply made and works mediocre at best

Connected without any issues, and got the mobile app up and running in minutes. Really nice to be able to print quality prints from our iOS and Android devices, in addition to our PC's of course. I'm a big fan of the design and aesthetics. Really looks nice in our home office. The actual quality of the prints is fantastic. Whether it's color or black and white, it prints sharp, crisp, and clear documents. The added features such as the scanner are also fantastic. I'm also glad it's a duplex printer, as a lot aren't. Overall, just a fast, high quality printer. Has a very nice build and look, and the little touchscreen interface is great. Definitely a solid choice for a home office. We're loving ours :)

First, I have been an HP customer for decades, but this new printer, HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e is really making me a very disgruntled customer for the first time. I am 70 years old and have always been able to purchase my HP computers/printers and additionally set them up on my own - this made me proud! But currently, I am having "horrific" printer problems with (1) internet connections; (2) loading the Set-Up program; (3) problems with scanning program; (4) problems with "Touch-Screen; and (5) problems printing. If I had not thrown away the box... I would be repacking it to return for a refund. I really feel let down. I will try to reload this " Printer Set-Up Program" one more time but will seek outside help if this time it does not work! I am glad I kept my 10+ year old HP printer because I may have to reinstall it.

It took a couple of tries to get that done. Conveniently, I can print when I'm out. I've tried this feature several times with no issues. Documents were waiting on the printer when I got home. Very convenient. Adding the printer to my phone was seamless. No, issue there. I have yet to print a photo but I will do that soon. Colors on regular paper are bright and do not smear. It's fairly quiet. My only dislike is the subscription and the printer HAS to be connected to the internet unless you buy the ink instead of going with the subscription.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quite large, works well This printer was larger than I anticipated, and is probably much more capable than I really need, but it works well so far (although takes more space than I'd planned). It was pretty easy to set up, and the mobile app is nice to be able to print directly from my phone (I tested this out with a "sticker" of my dog from my photos!). I don't fully understand the implications of the whole HP ink thing where you can't use non-HP brands, or reuse cartridges- I'm sure I'll figure that out in time, but seems like a rude way to ensure the use of HP ink. The wording makes it sound like it's to protect the print quality etc, but I think that should be a user choice at that point. The scanning function is really nice and easy to use, which is great because I like to keep digital copies of a lot of documents. The power cable is oddly short, and this makes it inconvenient. I'm sure I could find another longer cable, but I just wish they included a ~6ft cable with a tie, so that it could just be wrapped up if it's too long.

The HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e connects to all devices quickly for printing access anywhere. The prints are clear and of high quality. I love that it prints double sided without having to remove the paper. This saves so much time and effort when making pamphlets or brochures. I printed 100 double sided programs for work in around 30 min. It holds almost an entire ream of paper between the two trays, which is very convenient. I am very pleased overall with this printer.

It was super easy to set up I would add if you do get this printer that when setting up do not forget to remove the tiny packaging boxes inside the system. This printer had an easy set up feature that walked you through the process and it holds a lot of paper. This prints rather quickly and it also prints double sided without you having to go through any complications setting that up. The HP app is amazing at helping you navigate this wonderful device and it seems to be working amazing even after printing all day. Love the free 3 month trial of ink that came with this and it prints lovely documents. This printer is a keeper. Love that this requires no wires to set up its Bluetooth and WiFi accessible. This is everything you could want in a printer.

I liked how easy it is to scan the HP provided QR code by using my Iphone, and follow the easy instructions to setup my printer within 10 minutes or so. I have to say that this HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e printer truly prints out really fast pages, and very good quality and vibrant colors. Another good thing about how easy it is to get replacement ink cartridges when my ink is running low, because HP mails you new cartridges when you need them, and not by monthly requirements. I really am very happy to own my new OfficeJet Pro 9135e printer.

Insta ink is amazing and this printer is compatible. great quality and excellent. where it needs work, we would love to have a tray as a default tray since we use one for printing and one for photo paper. we can only select automatic or specific tray which can be inefficient because time. Another is that it has issues with older versions of iPhones and iPads.

As for installing the cartridges, it's kinda tricky but once you are done with the first cartridge, the next ones should be a breeze. I love how the display is a big larger than my previous old printer. It's fast too! The touchscreen is very responsive and easy to navigate. Although I wish they would've moved "Check for firmware update" in an appropriate tab, but that's not a big deal breaker. But the big deal breaker is for me as someone who is Deaf, I would like some kind of notification that tells me that the printer is now printing. Or scanning, or copying., at that. I gave HP my feedback and hopefully they'll listen to this. Because this feature was available on my old printer (which is like seven years old) and this notification feature is missing from this printer? unacceptable. As for printing speed, it does feel the same as my old printer. The first time you send out the printing job, it'll take you anywhere from 10 to 12 seconds (not as advertised nine seconds as they said on the box). And if you send out the second and third and so on, they'll print FAST. LIKE REALLY FAST. So I guess that's not a big deal. Overall, I'd recommend anyone on this printer, it's amazing.

More than enough features for small-office use, and great for a home power user. It has a great feature set and is easy to operate. Unpacking and setup were quite smooth, and I was up and running in short order. Configuration through the mobile app allowed for quick connection to the network and I was off to the races! I was able to use letter size, photo paper, envelopes, and labels. Remote printing is simple to do and a useful tool. This capable printer does everything fast and accurately. Very pleased with the whole process. Details: Unboxing was made easy by the handled plastic bag inside the box that allowed the whole printer to be picked up without awkwardly reaching under the unit and trying to pick it up. Great idea! The setup was not perfect but was still pretty simple. The mobile app allowed for a quick configuration, and it was not long before I was connected to the network and printing from both PC and Android. I was very quickly printing from both an iPad and an Android Tab. My only mistake was not skipping over the HP Instant Ink setup. I already had an active account for my existing printer, so I could have just added the new device and then removed the old one. It took a reset of the new printer to get it squared away, but not a big deal. Two paper trays are a bonus, as I can keep Letter size in the main tray, and photo paper in the second. It is also great for envelopes or labels, and Legal size is an option, keeping in line with the business focus of this printer. I ran the 9135e through multiple tests, including labels, photos, envelopes, and lots of standard paper printing. This includes sending material from my mobile phone both on and off my home network. All items were printed without issue, including the items sent while a long way away from home. Dual-sided printing works without a flaw. Scanning from the flatbed produced high-quality, detailed images, making the option useful for capturing digital copies of documents, photos, driver’s licenses, and even a passport. Summary: I am very pleased with all facets of the HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e. It is more than sufficient for small to mid-size office use, and very useful for home power users. It has great build quality, and a complete toolset, and is simple to both configure and use. This printer is a keeper!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Modern and Stylish The HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e All-In-One-Printer has a modern and stylish design. The LED touchscreen is big at 4.3". The box comes with only the printer, A/C cable and ink cartridges making it easy to set up. The instruction manual is simple and the rest of the setup is via the HP app. You scan the QR code and follow the instructions to set up the printer. It took me approximately 45 minutes to setup and it was just a cumulative of issues: connectivity, warm up, warnings, etc. When I installed the ink cartridges, one of the three colored cartridges did not set good and when I closed the lid, it got jammed and it was difficult to remove the cartridge.I did have to create a HP account and add the printer to be able to "Print Anywhere", but you must keep your printer on always. I received a flyer in the box for 3 months of free instant ink, but the prices were off by $1. Very misleading when you go through the App (higher price than flyer). In every plan you choose, it's based on the amount of pages used per month. The free trial must be canceled now than 2 weeks before renewal. Credit card info required for free ink. The HP Smart app helps you to do many tasks available like scanning, mobile fax, access HP Cloud, camera scan and other available features. The print quality is good and it’s much faster than my old HP printer. Overall, the HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e Printer has a nice design, many features as my predecessor, but the setup annoying and time consuming. I’m hoping that the ink last longer than my old HP and doesn't dry up of not used constantly or won't print if you run out of color ink, but still have black ink available.

It came well packaged and it was super easy to set up on my PC, it was completely plug and print. Using the HP app, it was also super simple setting it up on my phone and I can print wirelessly from multiple devices. If wireless ever fails, I can just use the usb port that is conveniently located on the front of the printer. Great value for the price and I would recommend.

I placed the printer on my printer cart and began the installation and setup. It started with a few on screen printer selections for the language and location one completed it sent you to a QR Code located on the quick installation guide. The Install was very quick and easy to setup on my mobile device which took less than 10 min. However I did run into an issues once setup on my Windows 11 laptop for the scanning wireless picture. Scanning and printer from my mobile phone was super easy and quick about 3 seconds. I love that the printer has 2 printer trays available for use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Printer This is a printer that ready to use out of the box. You just need to add the ink cartridge and set up the WiFi. It was very easy to connect to WiFi. It is a color printer and prints great and fast. I have always had slow printers and love that this is so quick. It is not super heavy and actually smaller than I thought it would be. Fits perfect on my printer table next to my desk. It seems to be made very well. HP has always been a reliable brand and this printer doesn’t disappoint.

This printer has been a huge upgrade over our last one.......The interface is nicely done and without any lag, touchscreen is responsive, all tools and features are easy to navigate and find without having to keep looking things up online. The print quality has been amazing as well. Color prints are so even and realistic and both greyscale/color print very quickly as well. Havnt gotten into the fax or copy features yet, but I can already tell it does a lot more than our previous model. The Instant Ink subscription is amazing, totally worth it to not have to think about ink or even paper if you want to add it. Having two paper trays is an awesome feature as well. While doing bigger jobs we can continue to set two different media type jobs and use one type of paper in the top tray and another in the bottom. We're loving this printer so much....I cant see how we could possibly find something to upgrade to as this thing has it all! Thank you! Bernard

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great printer for my office! My review is on the HP Office Jet Pro 9135e. This printer is really nice. It was packed very well and came out of the box in great condition. This printer has a nice large screen on the upper left side that has Menu, Copy, Scan, and Print on it. I love the fact that you can also fax with this printer by going to the control panel home screen touch panel and swiping right to fax. It's also very convenient that it can make 2 sided faxes, copies and scans. This printer was very easy to set up and connected to all of my devices quickly. It was very easy to install the ink cartridges by opening the front door and then lifting the cartridge access door by the scanner lid. Just slide each cartridge securely into it's indicated spot, and then close both doors. Then set up to your Wi-Fi. The print quality of these copies are very clear and the scanning is also very simple and fast. I would recommend this printer for any small office.
