I recently purchased the HP OfficeJet Pro 9125 All-in-One Printer, and after putting it through its paces, I can confidently say it’s one of the best home office printers I’ve owned. It combines fast printing, great print quality, and a wide range of features in a compact, easy design.
The setup process was surprisingly easy. Using the HP Smart app, I had the printer connected to my Wi-Fi network and ready to print within minutes. The app walks you through the installation step by step, making it simple even for someone who isn’t particularly tech-savvy. It’s pretty much plug in and go. The printer is also extremely quiet. The Mobil app and wireless connection make it easy to print anywhere in my home.
Definitely a great choice for everyday printing tasks. I would surely recommend.

Great quality and printing speed
I has this computer for more than a month already. I totally recommend it, I have being printing more than expected and it works perfectly. I used the scan, and the image is extremely clear.
I also tried the wireless connection and did not struggle at all. I tested even pictures and the quality it’s perfect, no blurry images or bad quality images, even with some images that are not really good quality, I used an IA tool to repair and then did the printing. It worked perfectly.
The colors are really bright. It’s also super fast, you do not see the “printing lines” across the documents or images. Really good quality overall

The printer is very nice, good print quality, It's fast and very user friendly. The worst thing about the printer was the setup. The app and software download was frustrating to say the least. It needs work, it should have not been that complicated.

Easy Setup, Great Print Quality & Features
Disclosure: I received the HP OfficeJet 9122 All-in-One Printer through The Insiders' HP Walmart Printers 2026 Campaign in exchange for my honest opinion.
The HP OfficeJet 9122 was easy to setup, the touchscreen walked me through each step. Connecting it to my Wi-Fi with the HP Smart App was quick and allowed me to start printing in minutes. The last printer I purchased came with six months of HP Instant Ink which was great, but I do appreciate that this printer includes three months of HP+ Instant Ink to get started which is much better than nothing.
After printing my first full-color photo, I was impressed by how vibrant & sharp the colors looked. The printer produces crisp tests for everyday documents and beautiful color prints for photos and graphics. It prints very quickly and wastes little to no time waiting for larger print jobs.
I love that the HP OfficeJet 9122 does everything that I need it to all in one machine. It prints, copies, scans, faxes, & the automatic two-sided printing is very quick & efficient, also helping to save money and paper use. The printer has automatic, double-sided scanning through the document feeder which is a huge time saver when scanning multiple page documents. Also, very helpful to those of us that may occasionally forget to change the settings to two-sided scan before scanning documents saving time in not having to re-scan large multiple page jobs. The large 250 sheet paper tray is wonderful and saves time not having to reload paper as often and the 35 sheet automatic document feeder makes copying & scanning much easier & efficient.
The HP Smart App which I have previously used is another one of my favorite features because I can print directly from my phone without needing to always use my computer. I have not experienced any connection issues with the dual-band Wi-Fi, and everything has worked very smoothly, without any complications so far.
Overall, I have been very happy and pleased with the HP OfficeJet 9122 so far. It offers fast printing with excellent print quality, easy wireless setup, and convenient features that make it a great choice for home office, schoolwork, and everyday family printing. My husband has not even struggled with using the printer, yet which makes this a great printer. I would recommend this printer to anyone looking for an efficient, easy-to-use, all-in-one printer.

The HP Office oJet 9122 All-In-One printer was super easy to setup. It walks you through almost every step. The printing has been of very good quality and it does it pretty fast. Although it does go through quite a bit of ink pretty fast. But that all depends on the amount of printing you are doing. The scanner makes very good copy's and you can make pdf from it to email. You can also setup printing from your phone or tablet. Over all this printer has been a great printer.

I’ve been using the HP OfficeJet Pro 9125 Printer for a few days now, and so far I’m really happy with it. I work from home, so I use it almost every day for printing documents, and everything comes out looking nice and clear. I also do a lot of online shopping, so it’s been really handy for printing return labels when I need them. The setup was easy, and I like being able to print from my phone or laptop without dealing with cables. One thing I like is that it works with HP Instant Ink, so I don’t have to worry as much about running out of ink unexpectedly. Overall, it’s been easy to use and has made both work and everyday tasks a lot more convenient.

A great affordable printer for a home office.
We are super pleased with the HP OfficeJet Pro 9125 printer. It was a very easy setup and took just a few minutes to do so. The quality of the print is perfect and it looks more like a very high end professional print job and it performs like one too. Im glad to have upgraded to an HP printer and I will stay with this brand from now on because you cant beat the quality, performance, print results or the price. Highly recommended.

I found this printer easy to set up, and I had it working in a short amount of time. I appreciate that it connects wirelessly and that I can easily print from my laptop, computer, or phone. I have printed approximately 200 black-and-white pages and have noticed a significant amount of ink being used. Overall, I am happy with this printer, as it also allows me to make copies and scan documents. This printer is useful for handling a variety of print jobs, and the ink subscription is very useful, especially for the amount of printing that I do.

I got the HP OfficeJet Pro 9125 for my home office and been happy with it so far. Setup was pretty easy and I had it connected to Wi-Fi in about 10 minutes. The HP Smart app helped a lot.
I’ve printed business papers and a few photos, and everything came out looking good. It prints fast and the double-sided printing works great.
I also like the Instant Ink and Instant Paper trial. It’s nice knowing I won’t have to worry about running out when I need to print something.
I’ve used it from my phone a few times already and that was really convenient. Overall it’s been easy to use and works good for what I need.

Exceptional Printer with high print quality
Best printer from a reputed company. It is very easy to install. Ink catridge placement is also very easy. Quick in printing. Print quality is exceptional. Surprisingly Easy Setup and Great Everyday Use
I’ve been using the HP OfficeJet Pro 9125 for a little while now, and it’s been a very smooth experience overall. The setup was refreshingly simple — you scan the QR code and HP walks you through everything step by step, so there’s no feeling of needing to be a tech expert just to get it going. Because it connects to Wi Fi right away, I appreciate that it doesn’t need to be tethered to a computer; I can place it wherever it fits best and easily print from different devices around the house. The touch screen is also easy to navigate without being overly complicated. Printing is quick, and the text and color quality have been consistently clean and sharp.
The Smart App and the AI printing features took a little extra patience to get set up, but once they’re working, they really do make everyday tasks easier. Saving recipes straight from a website is no longer a copy and paste project — the AI actually formats the page neatly, which has been a nice change. The double sided scanning with the document feeder has already saved me a lot of time — it handles multi page documents without any fuss. Mine also came with three months of Instant Ink, and they even offer an inexpensive add on for printer paper if you truly never want to think about supplies again.
Overall, it’s a reliable, well sized addition to my workspace, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle free home office printer.

Great Upgrade!
We needed to replace an older printer at our business that had lost WiFi connectivity and was giving us all other kinds of issues. We decided to go with the HP OfficeJet 9122e All-in-One Printer and we're so glad we did. Setup was the quickest and easiest it’s ever been for a new printer. I specifically love the new look and ease of handling of the ink cartridges. We’ve been printing quite a bit and both the response and printing speed are fast, perfect for our small business operation. The price point is great for the work it performs.

HP delivers again. I will admit I was hesitant about replacing my old HP officejet printer because it was so efficient and such a workhorse, but let me tell you HP continues to impress! My new HP officejet 9122 is a true powerhouse. It delivers brilliant color prints and super fast black and white documents like a dream. I didn't think HP could get faster or quieter but I do believe this printer runs smoother and faster on both color and black and white prints. I do a lot of crafting so I need a printer that can manage thicker paper as well as copy and this printer was on point! I had no issues running my cardstock or sticker paper with no complications at all. The document feeder with double sided copy feature makes copying so quick and simple as well as the double sided print feature. The instant ink offered by HP ensures I will always have ink ready when I'm low and won't run out. The printer connects to the internet and let's them know when to send more. I even send them my old cartridges in the mail and don't have to worry about polluting the environment. Another plus is the awesome HP app where you can remote print documents from anywhere and have them waiting on you when you get home. The fax machine gives great flexibility if you are working from home or need to send that last minute document securely to a business. The scan bed offers the ability to scan documents or items that won't fit through the document feeder, such as, a driver's license, social security card, and pictures. There are so many features on this powerhouse I'm sure I've still missed something, but overall it's a beast. I would highly recommend this printer.

Easy Setup & Fast Printing
My HP OfficeJet came just in time for summer! Every morning we are printing off worksheets and activities to keep us busy and off the screens and my old printer could not keep up. This one prints so fast, and the colors are perfect. I can print front and back and make copies super easily. I love that it lets me know when the paper is low, instead of finding out mid print when there’s no paper left. I love that they will ship me ink as I need it so I’m not scrambling last minute. I could not recommend this printer enough!

The HP printer 9122 had a great and fast set up right out of the box.
I immediately tried the Double sided printing which was fast, with great colors. It also makes a noise when done to let you know. I tried the scan option and it worked fantastic in great detail.
The printing in photos had great quality. I printed on vinyl sheets to make stickers and it worked so well.
This is my first HP printer and first time trying instant ink. I’ve had a hard time wrapping my head around the idea of instant ink but the FAQs on their official website was easy to understand. I’m looking forward to trying the monthly subscription out. This is a great investment for my family!

A solid printer for home office
The HP OfficeJet 9122 All-in-One Printer is a solid printer with several useful features, including:
* Fast printing and scanning;
* Convenient automatic double-sided printing and scanning;
* Automatic synchronization with internet time servers, eliminating the need to manually adjust the clock when daylight saving time begins or ends.
However, I encountered a few minor issues:
* All four ink cartridges must be functional for the printer to operate, even if you only want to use scanning features. I understand this is standard behavior for HP OfficeJet printers, but it would be preferable if non-printing functions such as scanning could still work when an ink cartridge is empty.
* HP appears to have packed too many options into the 2.7-inch control panel. Because of the small fonts and limited screen space, I occasionally selected the wrong option.
One additional point worth mentioning: although the specifications state that the printer supports Windows Server platforms, the HP software installer did not work on Windows Server 2022. In addition, the Microsoft IPP Class Driver did not recognize features such as automatic double-sided printing. After some research, I was able to manually install the “HP OfficeJet 9120 Series PCL-3 (V4)” driver to make the printer function correctly on Windows Server 2022.
As a result, unless you are comfortable troubleshooting drivers and manually configuring printers, the OfficeJet series like 9122 is best suited for environments running mainstream operating systems such as Windows 10, Windows 11, or macOS.

Finally an Affordable dual side scan printer
I’ve been using the HP OfficeJet 9122 for a while now, and it’s honestly become one of those things we didn’t realize we’d depend on so much. Setup was quick, and getting it connected to our computers and phones was easy, so everyone in the house could start using it right away without any confusion. It’s been especially nice not having to troubleshoot or spend time figuring things out.
The real test came when we had to scan a 50-page double-sided legal document, which is usually the kind of task everyone avoids. Normally that would take forever, but the dual-side scanning made it incredibly simple. We just loaded everything in and let it run, no flipping pages or standing there watching it the whole time. What really impressed me was the mobile scanning feature. The AI automatically figured out the correct page orientation, so everything came through clean, straight, and in the right order without any extra effort.
Print quality has been solid across the board, whether it’s basic documents or color prints, and it’s been reliable with no issues so far. Between work documents and random family needs like school papers and forms, it gets used a lot and hasn’t slowed us down at all. It’s been a great fit for our household and especially helpful for the work files I need to print and scan.

Solid, reliable workhorse for a home office once y
I bought the HP OfficeJet 9122e All-in-One Printer a couple of weeks ago to replace an aging, sluggish printer that kept losing its wireless connection. Overall, I am very pleased with how it performs day-to-day, though the initialization process took a little patience.
The Setup Experience
Unboxing the printer was straightforward, but the physical setup does require a bit of space since it has a fairly substantial footprint. When you first turn it on, the printer goes through a lengthy internal calibration cycle and makes some pretty loud mechanical banging noises. Don't alarm yourself—it's just adjusting the ink cartridges, but it definitely sounds like it's working hard.
Connecting to my local network via the HP Smart app on my phone was relatively smooth, though I found navigating the tiny 2.7-inch color touchscreen on the unit a bit tedious. The on-screen alphanumeric characters are small, so entering a long Wi-Fi password requires precise finger positioning. Once it was finally linked up, the dual-band self-healing Wi-Fi proved to be incredibly stable and hasn't dropped the connection once, even when printing large files from the opposite side of the house.
Day-to-day, this thing is a total workhorse and prints shockingly fast. Black-and-white text for documents and bills comes out incredibly sharp honestly, it looks just as crisp as a laser printer. I've printed off a few colored pages and documents too, and the colors look great with zero smudging or ink bleeding, even on cheap, standard paper. The 35-sheet automatic document feeder and the auto double-sided printing make scanning or copying a stack of paperwork completely hands-off, and I haven't had a single paper jam yet. Plus, the main paper tray holds a ton of paper, so I'm not constantly stopping to reload it.
Finally,
Just keep in mind that it uses HP' to buy original HP ink cartridges, though I just signed up for their Instant Ink trial to avoid dealing with that for now. It’s also a little noisy when it first wakes up to start a print job, but it prints so fast that it’s not a huge deal. Overall, if you need a reliable, fast printer for a home office that can handle a lot of paperwork without any hassle, this is an excellent choice and feels like it's built to last.

Little Workhorse
I love this new addition to our small home office. I love that its compact yet not flimsy. This printer prints pages fast and the color printing is remarkable. During setup, the printer connected to the internet very easily. We are able to print from all our devices (ipads, iphones, etc). The printer is able to meet the needs of our business. I love that it will print one or two sided, duplex printing and has a automatic document feeder holds more than 30 pages. The touchscreen is very responsible and can be tilted for the best view. I love the security HP Wolf Pro Security built in to keep our business information secure. The only downside to this printer is that you will have to use HP ink.

Exactly What I Needed
I’ve been long overdue for A new printer. The one I had was a true dinosaur, didn’t have wifi, and had to be attached to my laptop through USB. This printer was a breeze to setup. I downloaded the app, connected to my wifi, and can now print from my phone. The printing quality is amazing! I even enrolled in automatic ink and paper refills for the convenience. This printer is EXACTLY what I needed.

Simplified Setup is Appreciated
The main thing I want to point out is the simplicity of the setup of this printer. As I get older, and technology moves too fast to keep up with, I was apprehensive about this printer. I imagined the setup being overly complicated. But from the on screen directions and the app that the printer helps you download, it was incredibly fast and flawless. Thank you HP engineers. I was printing within 20 minutes of unboxing.
The print quality is exactly what I have come to expect from HP. I was pleasently surprised to find out this printer offers duplex printing. I assumed this was reserved for more expensive units. The options for scanning are plentiful and helpful. I can scan to any email, computer on my network or a designated network folder. Also, having the option to use either the glass or the auto feed to scan is nice.
I haven't received an Instant Ink delivery yet, but I am excited about this program. It offers multiple subscription/frequency levels to choose from based on your typical usage. And the best part is the charge is very reasonable.
So far, I would definitely recommend this printer. The only issue I have had is the power cord seems extremely short. But other than that, it's been a solid purchase.

This printer does everything I need!
I’ve been using this printer for everyday things at home like printing shipping labels, recipes, and occasional photos, and it’s been really easy to use. Setup was pretty straightforward, and I was able to connect it to my phone and laptop without much trouble, which is really handy. I didn’t even need my son to do it for me.
What I like most is that it prints quickly and the print quality looks awesome. I also appreciate that it doesn’t take up a ton of space. The wireless printing has been really convenient too.
So far it’s been reliable for normal day-to-day use, and I haven’t had any major issues with it. Overall, it’s been a great printer for what I need.

The printing of both black and white documents and color prints are quick and quiet. The quality of the prints is great! Good printer for basic printing needs. Setup was pretty straightforward and easy, connected to my Wifi with no problems. The print quality is good, both black and white and color. This HP printer is really nice and slick. It took about 20 minutes to set up because the software took a while to download. That was the only downside to this printer. I printed the test print paper after that and it took less than 10 seconds to print a page. That is a fast printer for me, I really do like the slick design. It does have new features like AI integrated, which I haven't used yet. I really do recommend HP printers, this is not my first HP printer,but it is a big upgrade with it been fast.

I’ve been really happy with the HP OfficeJet 9122 All-in-One Printer so far. Setup was super duper easy and it connected to my home Wi-Fi quickly without a bunch of annoying steps. The print quality is sharp and clear for documents and color pages, and it def prints faster than my old printer.
I also like having everything in one machine…printing, scanning, copying, and faxing makes it really convenient for home use. The touchscreen is simple to use and printing from my phone has worked great as well.
No constant troubleshooting or reconnecting issues like I’ve had with other printers so far. This printer is a solid upgrade and definitely worth the purchase!! Can’t wait to see what else it can do!!

The HP printer 9122 has been great to use. It was easy to set up. I really like how easy it was to load and unload the ink cartridges.
I used almost all the features: scanning, double sided printing, and even used different types of paper to try out. It worked great on everything. The printer worked so fast too.

The HP OfficeJet 9122 All-In-One printer has been incredibly productive the short time I've had it.. I mainly print and fax documents, it has fulfilled these functions with ease. It boasts an impressive 20ppm in black ink, and includes a generous 250 sheet paper tray! Since I store a bunch of documents on google drive, it's cloud service allows me to print directly from the printer instead of logging into your computer. Print calibration is as easy as taking candy from a baby! It automatically prints a calibration document, and you simply put the document on the scanning glass and it does its thing! The WiFi connection is top notch, it allows fast and secure wireless printing from my desktop computer, and never goes offline when its asleep. The app is super convenient, giving me the capability to print directly from my phone when not near my computer. I don't know anyone that faxes more frequent than myself, the fax resolution affords dark and crisp lines to the receiver. The color touchscreen is extremely responsive, especially when you have chunky fingers such as mine. It can be a bit noisy, but its a small tradeoff when considering the performance and features you get in this all-in-one printer. I give it an A+!

I’ve been very happy with the HP OfficeJet 9122 All-in-One Printer. Setup was quick and easy, and it connected to my Wi-Fi without any issues. Print quality is sharp for both documents and color projects, and the scanner works great for everyday needs. I also appreciate how fast it prints and how simple it is to use from my phone. I've been loving having this printer at home! I used to have a cheap printer so it was always slow and couldn't print photos. This printer is amazing because it prints fast and doesn't have any streaking. The only issue I had was during set-up because of the paper jam issue and the ink cartridge issue. I wished they included step-by-step instructions because I kept running into technical difficulties. However HP support was super helpful. Setup took about two hours including problem solving which is the only negative I would say. But afterwards I enjoyed using such a high quality printer. It can print, scan and fax. It turns on in under 15 seconds and can handle printing all paper and photo sizes. I would highly recommend to anyone running a small business or print a lot at home.

Good Setup Across Multiple Devices
I received the HP OfficeJet Pro 9120 series at a discounted rate in exchange for sharing my honest thoughts and experience.
Overall, my first impressions have been positive. Right away, I appreciated the packaging design because the printer had built-in carrying handles on the sides, which made removing it from the box and placing it on my desk much easier than expected considering the weight. The box contents were simple and not overwhelming, which made setup feel approachable.
Setup itself was mostly straightforward. Scanning the QR code on the printer immediately walked me through setup, and I was able to connect my phone, desktop, and laptop without much trouble. Printing setup was quick, printer discovery was fast, and I was printing within a relatively short amount of time.
There were a few frustrations along the way. Some setup instructions could have been clearer, especially regarding all of the blue tape locations and paper tray adjustments. I also found scanning setup more confusing than printing setup. Printing worked almost immediately, but scanning directly from the printer to a computer required additional steps that were not immediately obvious.
Performance-wise, I’ve been impressed so far. Printing is fast and relatively quiet. Color prints looked good for everyday use, even if not quite as vibrant as the original images on screen. One feature I really appreciate is automatic duplex printing and scanning.
I also tested the automatic document feeder using papers that had been sitting in my work bag and were not perfectly straight. The feeder handled multiple pages well, fed evenly, and produced straight scans without issues.
The HP app has also been better than expected. Besides basic printer functions, it includes free printables and coloring activities, which my three-year-old will probably enjoy.
At this point, my biggest takeaway is that the hardware experience feels polished and easy to use, while some of the software workflows—particularly scanning—feel less intuitive. Overall, though, my first impression is that this has been a solid experience so far.

Awesome for home printing
Picked up the HP OfficeJet Pro 9125 All-in-One Printer to replace an older one that had been jamming on me for months, and I should have swapped sooner. Setup ran about ten minutes and most of that was just waiting on the ink to prime while the app found it on my wifi. Print quality is better than I expected, text comes out sharp and the photos I ran off didn't look washed out the way they usually do on a home printer. The scanner is the part I use most since I'm always scanning something and sending it off, and the document feeder means I can drop a stack in and walk away instead of babysitting it page by page. Automatic two sided printing has already saved me a bunch of paper. Only nitpick is the paper tray feels a little flimsy sliding in, but it's held up fine. Would buy it again.

Fast and efficient all-in-one printer
I just received this printer this week and have been fortunate to test it out a few times already. It is slightly larger than I expected for an at-home printer, but boy is it fast, efficient and it gets the job done! My hubby set it up at my desk for me using a wireless connection--no issue there whatsoever! The printer has the capability to print, fax, copy and scan, which is exactly what I wanted and needed in a printer to satisfy my small business needs. I haven't had a chance to play around with the app yet, but it seems like it would be quite beneficial to help keep track of ink levels or to email a scanned receipt directly from the printer to your phone. My favorite thing thus far is simply ease of use--I didn't have to do anything complicated to get it to work beautifully and efficiently, and the ink looks pristine (no smudges/greyscale etc.).

Fast, Reliable, and Great for Everyday Use
I bought the HP OfficeJet Pro 9125 a few weeks ago to replace my old printer, and I’m glad I did. Getting it connected to my Wi-Fi was pretty straightforward, and I was able to start printing without much setup. It prints faster than I expected, which is nice when I have a bunch of work documents to get through.
I use the scanner quite a bit, so the automatic document feeder has been one of my favorite features. The automatic two-sided printing is also nice since I don’t have to flip pages myself anymore. I’ve printed from both my laptop and phone without any issues, and everything has worked smoothly.

Fast and Easy to Use
I am not very tech savy so I am very pleased that the HP OfficeJet 9122 was easy to set up, easy to connect to WIFI, and easy to connect to my phone. I was able to start printing from my phone very quickly using the HP smart app.
The print quality had been really good with clear text and nice looking color prints. I really appreciate that it prints, copies, scans, and faxes so everything needed is all in one machine. So far it has worked great, prints very quick, and have not had any issues with the WIFI connection.
So far the HP OfficeJet 9122 has been reliable, easy to use, and does exactly what i need it to when I need it to. Would recommend it if you are looking for a printer that is easy to set up and printing for every day use.

Having an all-in-one printer is so helpful for every day life and remote work. The quicker print speed in this model just makes it feel higher quality as well. The app just lays you multi task and print things shem you need them. The set up was very easy, amd the machine is very intuitive.

The best printer ever!
I had nearly forgotten that I was going to receive this, so when it showed up on my doorstep, I was happily surprised! I installed my new HP OfficeJet Pro 9125 All-in-One Printer very easily, right away. This printer is amazing and so easy to set up! It has been a God send this summer, as I use it daily for worksheets for my 10 year old autistic son to work on and keep his thinking skills alive during the break. They print out perfectly every time so far. The auto-delivery service for ink cartridges is wonderful as well. I’ll never have to shop for ink again, or for however long this printer lasts. Hopefully for a very long time.
The scan function is very easy as well, especially when making copy packages for print-outs and digital copies.
The HP printer app works like a charm as well. I have absolutely no complaints and recommend this printer highly!

I really like the Hp OfficeJet Pro 9125. Setup was so easy. It was easy to setup from the printers touchscreen and I also used the app on my tablet to finish setting it up. So easy. Installing the ink was a breeze too. I appreciate there wasn’t a lot of tape in the printer when unpacking it. The printer is pretty fast even when using a higher quality setting. The color printing looks great. Copying and scanning documents print great through the automatic feeder. I think this printer would be beneficial to someone with a small business especially if you print a lot of documents. I also think a teacher would love it. Only con would be it’s a bit bulky, so if you’re looking for something more compact, you’ll want to keep that in mind. Overall, I’ve had a great experience with my printer and I’m happy with the print quality.

The Best!!!
Both My Wife Micky and I purchased this same printer. They are fantastic. My wife has a card ministry. she creates cards for all categories and provides them through our church to the members with postage. i think she has provided over12,000 so far since she started the ministry. it is a real blessing especially for those that only have Social Security as there income. They now are able to send out cards too. The special ink program is also fantastic.

I love my wireless printer, scanner, copier. I've used all of the features and I am impressed. The only down side is the price of the in cartridges. Because I print so little, I signed up for 50 pages a month for the Instant Ink program. Hopefully, it will be worth it. I am completely satisfied thus far.

I went from an HP8620 to the 9125
This is a much cheaper printer and I wish I had known it when I bought this one. The 8620 is a much better built printer this one feels cheap compared it. The networking is a disappointment and the software is a mess. I should have known better HP are no longer the quality printers they used to be.

Printer makes a loud knocking noise
I love HP, but unfortunately, this particular printer had issues straight out of the box. I had to return the printer to the Best Buy store after hearing loud knocking noises when it prepares to print and while it prints.

Good, solid printer
This is more complicated to use than my last HP printer which was at a similar level. Once I got it set uo pand working, it has worked pretty well. There are still some glitches. Now I have to run through two separate windows to print, which should not be. I even had to have HP tech support remote in to help set it up, which also should not happen. They had to change several settings because of the printer's quirks.

Generally happy with the printer. Would not setup using wifi had to hard wire for setup. Now when it starts up it sets a new printer app then will not print a second doc without changing the app selection. Frustrating

The printer is very noisy and sounds like a thrasher. Printing is okay. We have had to reinstall it several times because it looses it connection. The printing is adequate but I do not consider the printer an upgrade which is was I was told when sold to me.

I have always had an HP printer at home and have always been happy with them, until this 9125e. It has not worked consistently since day 1, is not user friendly and the printer is in error state almost always. It is not even close to the old 8610. very disappointed with this model. have reinstalled, unplugged and fiddled every single time i try to print anything. works no better with USB than wireless. bought a cheapy 2742 for a backup since sadly cannot rely on this 9125e. Copies fine, but I need a printer that works.

set up was difficult it does not connect very easy as well as the app is terrible to use and is not user friendly. I cannot even sign up for hp+ to get my free ink because if i go in the app the printer stills says it is "setting up" and it will not load or connect otherwise, or allow me to do anything past this because it will not finish set up. However if i directly connect to it, it will print.

This is my 3rd or 4th HP Printer. HP is the only brand that I will buy. It’s very easy to set up & use. Great prints, great pictures. Really like the insta ink ability. The only negative that I have is that I purchased my latest one on Amazon and there was an offer for 3 months free insta ink ability+ an additional one for a total of 4. It was a challenge to get the 4th but after 2 phone calls and about an hour of my time I finally got it.

Best with wired connection
The printer performs well as long as it’s directly connected to the computer in some way. Like my HP laser printer before it a wired cable connection from router to printer makes use anywhere in the house possible. I found airprint and every other Wi-Fi connection to be unusable. This is a consequence of the disconnect between HP and Apple in operating system protocols, I suppose.

HP OfficeJet Pro 9125 is great when it is working
This was a replacement for our previous OfficeJet printer that gave it up after about 6 years. This one is fine when it works but it disconnects from the WiFi frequently about 10% of the time it doesn't print at all, stating there is an issue with the printer. I have to reboot the printer and the laptop to get them in sync again. A pain especially because we keep it remotely from where our laptops live in the houe.

The printer works well. The scan function is cumbersome. I have yet to find out how to set the scan default to single sided. Scanning to email requires many steps including pushing the “Done” button after it has scanned.

I miss my old HP OfficeJet
The ink head went on my HP OfficeJet Pro 9600, and I it was not worth the repair cost. This is supposedly the replacement model. It is much more cheaply made (thinner plastic and a smaller touch screen). The paper tray is also flimsier. I am disappointed in the quality and was going to return it but it’s too much aggravation and time. Let’s see how long this one lasts.

My husband and I love this printer. It is easy to operate
My husband is an architectural designer/builder and we print a lot. It is faster than the last one we had (an older version of this same printer). It is faster than the last one and scanning into an email etc. is super easy.

Printer is pretty good
I had this printer model but the older version which I loved. It finally wore out so bought the same model it newer. This one seems to not want to start connected to the internet, I’m having to constantly “restart” it. The paper has jammed several times.

9125 Printer Purchase
I did quite a bit of research before deciding on this model, and we’re happy with the purchase. Delivery of the printer was timely and the easy set up took only a few minutes. This model is a bit smaller than our previous HP printer and fits perfectly on our desk. The paper feeds seamlessly and printing is quick and accurate. We’ve been amazed at how user-friendly this printer is and with the high quality copies we get every time. We’re hoping we get a lot of use out of this model.

I've owned many reliable HP printers; this one is not. It works for a while and then does not recognize the wireless connection. So, I bought a direct printer cable. Same issue. Very frustrating!

Great. I tried two different Epson and neither worked with my Ero WiFi set-up. The HP worked!
Liked HPs compatibility with my Mac’s/IPhone/Ipad and Ero WiFi. Only critique is that it shimmies when it prints.

If you have Windows 10 the set up is easy and the printer works great.
I had an older computer that had Windows 7 on it. When I tried to connect the printer with my computer I had a problem and I found out the software for the printer would only work with Windows 10. So I had to first get Windows 10 on my computer, which was a frustrating process and took me three days to complete. But after upgrading my computer to Windows 10, the connection was easy and the printer works really well. It’s a very good printer, but please note Windows 10 is required.

I purchased this printer to replace my 12+ year old Brother all-in-one. It's larger than I would have liked for my small New York City apartment, however it works well! It is a bit on the louder side when printing, but not horrible. Setup took longer than necessary as it was not wanting to connect on the wifi which was very frustrating until I figured out that I needed to install and use the HP Smart app. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

Print quality is good the connection issues seem to have been fixed however there is continuing bug message saying that there is a paper mismatch, we don't seem to have overcome it, so I just hit copy and it works

I have always used HP printers, but before I got this one, I went with a different kind and ended up taking it back and got another new one, but not an HP again. We had it for about 3 weeks and again took it back as well. Now we are back with HP and are very happy with it.

Using up ink inconsistently
I have used HP Printers for years. This new printer is very noisy and ALL of my ink cartridges needed to be replaced at the same time (already) and I've only had the printer for two months.
My printing has not changed. I do not use that much colored ink and I have NEVER had all of the ink cartridges run out of ink simultaneously.

Replacing an old HP printer. Newer printer prints well. The display is something to be desired. The old printer had a much better display functionality. The display is small and the touch is not good. Have to press multiple times to get it to do what you want it to do. Entering a number have to depress multiple times and then sometimes will multi register. Not very user friendly. 3 stars due to the poor display / control panel.

Easy to use and install, my apprehension in giving it a 5 is my history with HO printers isn’t good.
My experience is that over time the HP printers stop updating software and eventually fail to print and connect to WiFi. I hope this one will be different

I bought one for my home office and after a week it started getting paper jams and then something on the inside broke so I bought another one and it has times when it just won’t print, I have been using HP printers for about 4 years now, several different types and none have had that WOW to them. If my boss wasn’t so determined to use HP I’d use other brands. But for now i guess I am stuck.

A few things that I feel could be better are 1) could print quieter 2) I wish the screen was easier to read… maybe larger or brighter and 3) I wish you didn’t have to change paper size on printer when you’ve already changed settings in pc.

For many years I was not a fan of HP printers. They always gave me trouble with my Macs. This one is great. There was a glitch in registering it, but tech help solved the mystery and got it registered. I like the idea of getting ink when I need it, but not having to go out and chase it down somewhere..
The printer has worked flawlessly for the last couple of weeks, so I am glad my grandson talked me into getting it.

Very capable, fast, and high-quality printer
While setup could be a tad easier, the printer itself delivers high-quality prints, including pictures (when using specialty photo paper). While HP Instant Ink might be beneficial for some, there is no requirement to sign up for this service if you don't want to. Truly appreciate the duplex feeder that makes scanning, copying, and faxing two-sided documents so very easy!

Historical you by an HP printer and it just works and works and works. Now you have to have an ink subscription and buy only HP ink at retail. But don’t grasp the wrong cartridge because it will fit but just not print. Why make 6 cartridges that fit but don’t work. I would not buy agin or recommend

Good quality printing and scanning. Really like Instant Ink. Setting it up was so difficult. We spent 4 hours trying, Geek Squad spent 2 hours and told us to call HP. We did. HP got it set up remotely, but it took 2 or 3 hours. No idea why it was so hard!!! Purchased it 7/3, don't recall when in July we finally got it working.

The software functions are limited.
The printer prints beautifully and very pleased with that. I don't seem to be able to enlarge or shrink copies from the menues listed on the display ( or it is not intuitive). The software for editing scans also appeared limited.

Set up of scanning has been horrible and extremely time consuming.
I have used your AI help, your virtual help, and your phone contact with remote control of my device. So far the issue is not resolved. I am trying to scan directly from the control panel on the printer to my laptop which uses Windows 11. I was able to do this with my previous HP Officejet Pro 8710 printer using the same laptop with Windows 11. I can scan using the HP Smart app and the HP app.

I have owed three HP office jets in the last 20 years. This being my second wireless one. I am having more difficulty with this model then the prior two models. There is a delay in printing that has you constantly fiddling with rebooting the printer and clearing and reprinting your laptop printer queue.
I had hoped you would have resolved some of the configuration issues you have in the last 20 years.

Ink subscription program disabled printer post free trial
HPs subscription service remotely disable ink cartridges when the free trial expires. It would have been nice for HP to state very clearly that your brand new device will not print when the 'free ink trial expires' unless you agree to continue to pay HP each month, which kind of feels like a money grab, not allowing the printer one bought to work. Sadly, this experience has our family considering if HP is the right fit, as the ink program will essentially mean re-buying the printer in chargers every year.

Confusing, poorly documented, but prints nice looking pages.
Zero documentation. Very confusing paper tray, tiny symbols that don't explain how anything is supposed to be configured. Almost broke several tabs, guides, etc. trying to figure out how to move them. Touchscreen menu unresponsive and hard to find menu items. Fax function is so muted you can't even hear when the receiving unit has negotiated the handshake so you have to stand over the unit the whole time to determine if the FAX actually went through or not. Scan software not user-friendly.

I like the quality of the print and the speed. It replaces the 8150 which is still working well but I Got tired of struggling to replace the paper tray after filling with paper. The 9120 is easier and fits properly. I’m keeping the 8150 which is still great. A friend has her eye on it.

I returned this printer. I had had an HP Office Jet printer before and loved it but it was old and needed to be replaced so I purchased another one. After struggling for a couple of days I couldn't get it to scan to my PC. I took it back to Best Buy where they informed me that it did not connect properly to Mac OS. So I had to return it and purchase a Brother which works perfectly. I would have much rather gotten the HP!

I do like the printer and is a definite upgrade from what I had. My only issue is connecting to my other devices. Printer shows that it’s connected to my WiFi network but our 2 iPhones can’t find it. I have to go to my laptop and even then I have to reboot the printer to make the connection. Also when I do make the connection and submit a doc to print, I has taken as much as twenty minutes for the printer to start printing. Frustrating. Never had any issues like this with my older HP printer. Still trying to figure it out.
Also, the “print queue” list should be in the dashboard instead of buried several clicks into the site. I always have to go look for it when I need it.

Superior to HP 8125 piece of junk
I purchased the HP 8125 a couple of months ago. Flimsy would be an overstatement. The prints are not crisp. The ink cartridge compartment is an embarrassment to the HP family. Several times I followed instructions and carefully placed HP brand ink cartridge replacements in the compartment, only to be informed that the cartridges were missing. After several attemps, over two days, I gave up and purchased the HP 9125. So far no problems.

I have had HP computers, printers, and HP instant ink for many years. I love the HP products. They are easy to use and last for years. I up graded to the HP OfficeJet Pro 9125 All-in-One Printer, because I wore out the HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Printer that I had for years. I wanted to get a printer that would hold more paper and was a newer model. I love the All-in-One Printers because you can print, copy, and fax. I especially love having the HP instant ink because I never need to worry about running out of ink.

The HP9125e was easy to set-up and connect to our home network. Once connected, it was very easy to print from all of our devices. Scanning works perfectly, as well and its easy to send scanned files to any device.

I'm a long time HP customer, a repeat buyer of laptops and printers. In general, the 9125e checks all the boxes with two exceptions - the plastic casing doesn't feel substantial or sturdy, but rather flimsy and it's very noisy. The printer sounds like it's working very hard every time it prints. The reviews mentioned the noise and I should have listened!

Stopped working
Just stopped accepting print jobs. The software could see it, read ink levels, run diagnostics and all that but print jobs would just transmit and never actually print. Disappeared from the print queue but never printed. Worked fine for about 8 months then just quit one day. All diagnostics said everything was working fine. Trashed it and bought a Canon.

Good MFP overall but very noisy on power up. Sounds like it’s fighting itself until it settles down. Once finished, quiet and quick. Hopefully it’s normal and not a sign of a future problem.

I liked that it was lighter weight than my old Dell, But I had an issue that I almost called about, but thought I would wait and see if it happened again. All the icons on the front are small, which is fine. I went to play a game in facebook and all of a sudden everything went extra large, then small again, then large. I tried an control, alt, delete to restart, nothing. So I tried to turn it off using the power button, nothing... everything froze. I had to wait until it shut down. (long time) I restarted it, had to go to my other computer to get numbers that were needed. Computer restarted and has been running okay ever since.

Great little printer for home or small business
This little printer does everything I need. Does the simple print, scan as any computer. I find the printing is much quicker than my older printer, but the greatest add to me is in the software integration with my desk computer. I scan and email directly from the printer. I can scan from the printer to my computer where I can edit the image before sending out. It makes my existing separate scanner unnecessary.
The only complaint is that the menu on the printer is very small and difficult to read.
The solution to this is to control the printer from the computer, but I generally do not do this when I just need to copy something.
I recommend this printer for personal use and for small business use.

My new Printer prints great, clear, and has no issues. it has been very reliable.
Unit holds large amount of Paper, prints very clear every time quickly . Have never had a paper jam over the last four months that I have been using it. Easy to install new cartridges. Auto delivery of new Ink has always arrived way before I ever run out of ink.
I did have The Geek Squad install my printer due to time restraints and to insure everything would be correctly connected to my Computer and running on day one with no issues.

Easy setup, good performance for home use
I've had my 9120e for a couple months now, and I haven't had any issues with it so far. The printing quality is good for my home and light office use. The printing speed is good, and the quality of the scanned images I've made has also been good. Transition of my InstantInk account was seamless. Within 30 minutes of opening the box, the new printer was up and running.

Wifi 5Ghz Issues
This printer has a persistent WiFi 5Ghz connection issue that disconnects the printer from the network even with the latest software updates. Additionally, one of the most recent automated software updates resulted in an update error message each time the device reboots.
The HP has not delivered on their customer expectation with the software issues on this printer. HP needs address these technical problems on a priority basis or risk losing more of their customers trust.

Running very efficient
The first time there was an error message and I let it settle for a while like 2days and plugged it back and it responded.
That was a great relief because l was thinking of returning the product. Now it is running very well. I do not use it very often but it is in good condition .
What l like about it is that l can connect to it any where in my house and especially my phone. In today’s world we have many things on our phones that we want to print out and it does well on that.
Still getting to know each day sometimes special.

I ran out of inks and the multiple promises of instant ink shipments never arrived. I could not carry on my job that required printing. It was devastating because it was horrible timing. Very disappointed.

Can’t Use and Can’t Get Tech Support
This is my second printer. The first had a software bug that wouldn’t allow for complete setup. HP sent a full replacement printer, which was great. They sent cartridges that don’t fit. Because they don’t fit, I can’t set up the printer. I’ve asked for replacements, which they said they would send 8 weeks ago. Followed up multiple times with no success.

No very happy with the ink service
I like this printer. The issue that I am having is with the ink. The original ran out too fast for the yellow. I believe that I registered to get ink, but I was having issues with the application to contact and order more. I went and bought some more because I need to print urgently, and the new set that I bought the printer doesn't recognize, so I cannot print.

Okay, but not my 8600
I previously had an HP8600 Officejet that the printhead went out on one day. My new 9125e has most of the same capabilities minus the larger flatbed for legal size scans, but does automatic feed when needed. There are more menu options to maneuver through for a specific task, and must be changed back when operation is complete. The construction is a bit flimsy compared to 8600. The operation is louder than the 8600. Overall it will meet most of my needs, but in comparison to my 8600, I would prefer the 8600 if I had the choice. It was a better quality printer/scanner and served many years longer than I anticipate I will get from my 9125e.

I am UPSET. I went to store to purchase a printer that would work with a Chrome Book. Did not want to spend 300.00 . All they had was this 9125 e. The salesman said It would work. Bought it. Came home, Hooked it up, It worked for a couple days. Now it don't pair up. Nothing I can find in computer or on printer that says they are compatable. Most printers I have ever had have been HP. But now, I have a worthless piece of crap that I spent over 300.00 on and it don't work. WHY?

Can you get a home multifunction printer for less? Yes. But can you get all these valuable features for less? I don't think so. Excellent print quality, fast printing and copying, duplex scanning, copying, and printing. That combination is hard to find at this price point.
Finally, as an engineer, I like the design of this product. It looks like it is built to last.

The printer provides quick sharp printouts. Significantly better than my previous Canon and Epson ink tank printers. It is a little noisier than I would prefer. The setup was relatively easy and connected to my WIFI just fine & has stayed connected. It will be interesting to see how well the Instant Ink subscription works for me as a minimal household printer user.

I am a snowbird..your instant ink is a rip off. As an 81 year old fairly computer savy person, I didn't need a printer to tell me when to reorder ink. Especially when I am 1800 miles away and the computer is shut off for 6 months. I paid for a pig in the poke!!

Nice but some problems
The HP printer is useful. It’s easy to use, copy, scan, but when I called for help I said that it seems that the copy is a bit off center and the tech that was helping(?) me denied that it could be happening. So instead I have to adjust the scale each time I copy a certain document that I never had to do with my Epson printer. Also I really didn’t like the Instant Ink program.

Files constantly hang up and don’t print when sent from computer.
The print driver interface if horrible. Files hang up when sent from computer and don’t print. I can’t turn off smart print and it constantly wants to enhance my PDF’s and then errors out but the print original option doesn’t work. Overall just a horrible and frustrating experience.

Constant Network Connection Issues
I have had constant network issues with this printer, and it’s been frustrating. The printer is sitting next to my router, and I have had no other connection issues with other devices. I have even been on the phone with the support team almost 2 hours trying to figure out the issue, to the fix only lasting a short while. To print, I had to eventually connect to my desktop using the cord. I tried the network connection again recently and have been able to print but I still get a no connection message when trying to scan. I have to scan to aUSB. I purchased this printer from Amazon and waited too late to be able to return it. Otherwise I would. I will be purchasing another printer.

This product is too big for its britches. I have had too many problems just printing. The connection frequently drops; I had to print a blank page before I could scan. The HP bot referred me to an outside support company that scammed me out of $200 for things I didn't need and told me I had to leave the printer on forever. What a waste of electricity. The ink-and-supplies system is a nasty requirement. HP failed on this one, big time!

Print borders, single vs double sided
I am not sure if the problem is Microsoft or HP. Borders keep changing on their own, printer keeps going off-line, and switches on its own from one side to double sided, switches to two pages printing on a one page document. It is just aggravating. I have to constantly check it before I print or I waste a lot of paper. My 8710 printer is my workhorse and never gives me problems. I have had the 8710 for years. 9025 is a pain in the butt. When it prints, the quality is superb.

This printer was a replacement for our old hp printer. The feature and print speed are amazing. The only side note on this is you have to use an app to scan and save docs which can be confusing and the app is a bit clunky to navigate but the scan is clear and readable. Would recommend the printer

Doesn’t work properly
I can copy ok. Printer doesn’t work properly but too late to return it. Prints partial pages or not at all. Sometimes with big solid black sections. Once it a while it will print a complete page in one pass. Just took over 40 pages to get one page to print completely a few minutes ago. Usually just 6-8 attempts will get me a page. Forget multiple pages. Wasted tons of paper and ink and time. Haven’t had time to buy a replacement. Most likely won’t be an HP.
I don’t remember exactly when I purchased it. Been several months I think. Made a guess.

Started out great but now is not connecting to WiFi.
The printer started out great. It connected to our Wi-Fi without a hitch and would consistently print remotely from both my desktop and my mobile phone. However, about three weeks ago, that ended. I was able to research the problem and discovered that it needed an updated driver. The problem was solidified when I got the message that said the driver was unavailable. I am stuck until I have time to call a computer specialist or something. Before this it worked great. Hopefully I can fix this issue soon.

Excellent printer! It was easy to set up, prints quickly, and the quality is sharp and clear. It’s reliable, user-friendly, and works exactly as expected. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it!

Great Printer for Home Office Use
I like the printer quality and speed. I don't like that the edges of the copy glass do not match the actual boarder of the scan. I find myself having to reposition receipts for example on the glass, as edges get cut off.

I've had several HP printers over the years. Typically, they don not wear out performance and features just improve.

Weak Wi-Fi and Type of paper message always appear.
The printer always indicates the wi-fi signal is weak; the printer is connected to the hard drive. An error message on the desktop indicates a problem with my "print" request. On the printer screen, the paper change message appears without the paper being changed. I was unable to speak to a person for help .
These issues are very annoying.

SET UP IS A NIGHTMARE
I purchased this printer because two of my co-workers have it and love it. I have never got the set-up installed properly. We have tried uninstalling and re-installing. HP tells me it is a problem with Microsoft and Microsoft tells me it is a problem with HP. I have spent more hours on the phone with the two that this printer is now costing me. I am going to try to return it because of that. Date purchased 7/15/26

My Printer was Defective upon Delivery
I was very happy to receive my printer, but when I tried to install and set it up, I got an error message about the ink cartridges and couldn't continue with the installation. Since I had to return it to get my money back and that it took several weeks with issues with the carrier, I had to buy another cheaper printer because I needed it desperately. I am very disappointed because I have always used HP products.

Good quality
Good quality printing color images. A little bit noisy when it's turn on after electricity shut down. I'd prefer that the 3 months free ink would have rollover.

Had I known that you have to use the mobile app to scan a document (customer service confirmed) I would've selected a different printer. It does what it's supposed to do, though

Nice Printer
Bought this new printer after my other HP printer that I have for over 10 yrs. finally was not working anymore. This new printer is easy to use and works very well and the size is good for a medium size area. No complaints the printer is great.
