HP decline
HP used to be the best printers on the market. Quality in construction, operation, and customer service were in the top tier. Sad to say I would rate all of those in the bottom 25% in satisfaction. Paper jam, difficult to read display, inferior construction, and the ridiculous ink program, which not only didn’t send ink when needed, but when we had to purchase HPink cartridges from the local store, the printer wouldn’t operate at all, because the cartridges “weren’t recognized.”

So very simple to set up.
This laser printer has functioned flawlessly with all my Apple and Windows devices alike. The installation was so easy and every unit, phone, laptop, iPad, and iMac all found the printer in seconds. And of course, Laser is Laser; the best.

Two months and doing well
Love the ease of setup and ink indicator. Very happy with Ethernet plug in. Excited about saving on ink in long run. Would prefer a model with a document feeder for scanning and wish paper tray was a bit bigger. Set up very easy.

Good Quality & Fast Printing
I bought this for small office use and its been working out very well. I love that I don't have to touch the settings on the printer to make a copy or scan... I just need to select the options via the HP print app. The only downside is not having a document feeder for multiple pages but I have a bigger printer for that.

I dont know why you need from
a little unsure so far
It was more difficult than it should have been to set up, but I finally got it working. It is nicely compact, prints reasonably quickly and quietly, and the network printing sometimes does work. I have only had for about a week, and I have no idea how durable it will prove to be. I have not used it for scanning yet. The copy function seems fine.

POSITIVES and NEGATIVES...
Positives include the low costs of the productive Neverstop Laser Multi-function printer and the
output of copies for the cost of the ink or toner and the eventual cost of the the drum relative to
other Hewlet-Packard printers. Overall, I was not impressed with this printer. I have heard most positive comments about the printer from other business owners relative to compactness and
low costs relative to supplies for the Neverstop. Negatives included my being told by the Hewlett-
Packard salesman that the machine had an automatic feeder; it does not. I think it printed adequately but could never find out how to increase the ink output and the printed directions were somewhat limited. Obviously, it depends on what your needs are but this is an effective, productive, and cost-sensitive to limited budgets multifunction printer.
